Fenomena semakin menjamur jumlah minimarket di sepanjang jalan yang sangat mudah kita jumpai minimarket waralaba dengan jarak beberapa meter dengan toko kelontong bahkan saling berhadap-hadapan antara keduanya, sehingga membuat persaingan antara toko kelontong dengan minimarket. Dengan melihat peluang usaha sekaligus tantangan itulah maka mitra usaha mendirikan usaha toko kelontong. Mitra usaha tersebut adalah “UKM Dafaathaallshop”. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya modal usaha, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, peralatan yang masih sederhana dan jumlahnya terbatas. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengusul PKM menawarkan solusi dengan Bantuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi memberikan pendampingan tentang promosi dan pengembangan usaha toko kelontong secara profesional. Dengan adanya bantuan ini diharapkan pembeli semakin meningkat, sehingga pendapatan pengusaha toko kelontong meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya pendapatan pengusaha tersebut, maka diharapkan perekonomian mitra usaha semakin meningkat dan dapat mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstrak The Qur'an, as a direction and guide for humans, requires Muslims to understand the verses of the Qur'an. The Qur'an has set rules for humans in seeking sustenance, one of which is by way of muamalah or trading (buying and selling). Trading should not be done with the will of vanity. Allah forbids humans to eat other people's property and harming others in a vanity way. Trading or buying and selling are required to be based on an-taradin' or the willingness between the two parties. This study aims to analyse the concept of 'an-taradin in online buying and selling, which refers to the interpretation of Al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is a qualitative study. The data were analysed using a literature study. According to Shari'a rules, the results showed that 'An-taradin or mutual consent in Surah An-Nisa' verse 29 is the willingness between the two parties. Mutual willingness must be following the limits of sharia. Online buying and selling transactions are required to have open ethics and trust in the transaction to avoid the detrimental of both parties. Honesty and benefit can be the basic principles in conducting online buying and selling transactions.

Strategi pemasaran memiliki peran sentral dalam mengukur keberhasilan suatu usaha. Tujuan dari riset ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi dan hambatan-hambatan dalam memasarkan produk Home Industry. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Temuan dari studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa Home Industry telah berhasil menerapkan campuran pemasaran (marketing mix) dengan mengintegrasikan empat elemen utama: Produk, Harga, Distribusi (Lokasi), dan Promosi, yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profit dan penjualan produk Home Industry. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi strategi pemasaran terhadap penjualan produk Home Industry. Faktor-faktor mendukung mencakup dukungan dari masyarakat, pelayanan pelanggan yang unggul, serta manajemen yang kompeten. Di sisi lain, kendala-kendala dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran pada Home Industry meliputi ketidakjelasan struktur organisasi, keterbatasan tenaga kerja atau sumber daya manusia, serta terbatasnya ketersediaan uang tunai dalam pecahan kecil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara perusahaan mengelola dana pensiun kepada karyawan di perusahaan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO) di Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dimana penelitian didapat secara nyata atau dikejadian yang dimana dana yang didapatkan peneliti merupakan peran penting dalam menganalisis data yang didapatkan bersifat induktif dengan hasil penelitian yang lebih menekankan pada makna fenomena atau kejadian yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini Pengelolaan dana pensiun pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Persero diberikan berdasarkan golongan semasa mereka bekerja yang disesuaikan juga pada gaji mereka pada saat bekerja diperusahaan tersebut. Pengelolaan dana pensiun diberikan sampai karyawan itu meninggal dunia. Karyawan yang sudah tidak bekerja atau pensiun tetap diberikan gaji bulanan oleh perusahaan walaupun tidak sebanyak gaji pada saat kerja. Dan perusahaan mempermudah karyawannya dalam pelaporan dana pensiun yaitu bisa secara online melalui aplikasi Dapenbun. Pelaporan secara online ini memberikan dampak positif bagi keduanya, karena karyawan yang pensiun tidak perlu melaporkan persyaratan-persyaratan pencairan dana pensiun kekantor pusat atau cabang,cukup dari handphone saja. Dan pelaporan untuk dana pensiun dilakukan disetiap penghujung tahun atau satu tahun sekali dengan batas waktu kurang lebih 6 bulan.

Penerapan teknologi digital dalam aplikasi supply chain management (SCM) telah menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses bisnis. PT. Telkom Datel Sibolga juga telah mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok mereka.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi digital dalam aplikasi SCM Telkom sebagai alat bantu dalam proses manajemen perubahan di PT. Telkom Datel Sibolga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital dalam aplikasi SCM Telkom telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi PT. Telkom Datel Sibolga. Melalui penggunaan sistem manajemen rantai pasok yang terintegrasi dan berbasis teknologi.Penerapan teknologi digital juga telah membantu perusahaan dalam mengatasi beberapa tantangan dalam manajemen perubahan. Dengan adopsi aplikasi SCM yang canggih, PT. Telkom Datel Sibolga mampu mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya, mengurangi biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan.Dalam kesimpulannya, penerapan teknologi digital dalam aplikasi SCM Telkom telah membantu PT. Telkom Datel Sibolga dalam mengelola perubahan dengan lebih efektif.. Namun, tantangan yang masih ada perlu diatasi agar manfaat teknologi digital dapat dimaksimalkan sepenuhnya.

Humans in every step of their life will always experience changes, both intentional and unintentional changes. From the time he was in his mother's womb until he was born and grew up to be an adult human being and even an old man, because change is the true nature of humans as creatures. Likewise with institutions or organizations, changes will not be separated from institutions or organizations. The progress and change of an organization will be heavily dominated by the role of a leader. The ideal leader will certainly be able to bring conditional, targeted and appropriate changes to the institution he leads. Changes that are made and managed in a structured and systematic manner, will bring the led institution to achieve the goals to be achieved, to the maximum. It Al Ihya Middle School Private School is an Islamic educational institution that has the figure of a school principal as a leader who is responsible for the continuity of the learning process in the Islamic boarding school he leads. This study used aqualitative research method whose results were described descriptively, and chose SMP IT AL IHYA which was under the leadership of Mr. Amansyah as the object of research.

The Merdeka curriculum demand differentiated instruction in learning process. The implementation of differentiated instruction has not been well facilitated because there is no teaching material that suits the learning needs of students. Teachers need adequate teaching materials to facilitate the implementation of differentiated instruction. One of the teaching materials that can be applied by teachers is worksheet. The purpose of this research is to develop of guided inquiry based worksheet to support differentiated instruction. The type of research is Educational Design Research (EDR). The research instruments were self evaluation sheets, one to one sheets, validity and practicality questionnaires. Worksheet was validated by 5 validators was done by 9 students for the practicality test. The results showed that guided inquiry based worksheet to supporting differentiated instruction had an average validity of 0.88. This number correspond to valid category and a practicality level of 93% of students had very practical category. This research is recommended for further research in terms of effectiveness test in small groups, practicality and effectiveness in field tests.

In view of Islamic teachings, everything must be done neatly, correctly and regularly, the processes must be followed properly. Something should not be done carelessly. Islamic banks as a financial institution, one of its functions is to collect public funds, must have a source to raise funds before channeling them back to the community. The aim of the research is to find out whether the products and services of Islamic banks, fundraising products, financing products and other services are in accordance with existing theories. The research method used was a literature review. The results of this study explain that Islamic bank fund management is an effort made by Islamic bank institutions in managing or managing the position of funds received from funding activities to be channeled to financing activities which are the main source of bank income. In addition, bank services are banking activities carried out by a bank to facilitate the activities of raising funds and channeling funds. The conclusion of the research is that the more complete the bank services provided, the better the bank's operations will thus attract customers to make transactions and will increase the bank's income.

This examination is spurred by the not exactly ideal administration of the authentic vacation spot Post Marlborough in the city of Bengkulu. This exploration utilizes graphic subjective examination. The point of this examination is to decide the administration of the advancement of the authentic vacation spot Post Marlborough in the city of Bengkulu. The aftereffects of the examination show that: the management of the historical tourism development of Fort Marlborough in the city of Bengkulu using the "POAC" approach, namely planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, has been running optimally, meaning that management is carried out using a collaborative approach process (Collaboration Planning in Coastal Tourism development), coordinating every source. human resources in the tourism office to work in accordance with their respective fields and carry out outreach with the community, as well as work with the Region VII cultural preservation center in management. This research aims (1) to determine the partial influence of the management accounting information system on managerial performance in the Case Study unit at PT. Sentosa Plastic Industry Medan City (2) to determine the effect of the partial performance measurement system on managerial performance in the Case Study unit at PT. Sentosa Plastic Industry Medan City and (3) to determine the effect of the management accounting information system and performance measurement system simultaneously on managerial performance in the Case Study unit at PT. Sentosa Plastic Industry, Medan City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were heads and employees at PT. Sentosa Plastic Industry as many as 58 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0 software. The research results show that first, the management accounting information system partially has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a t value of 3.325 > t table 2.052 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Second, the performance measurement system partially has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a calculated t value of 4.274 > t table 2.052 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Third, the management accounting information system and performance measurement system simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a calculated F value of 17.369 > F table 3.35 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
