Abstract

Journal writing and the research conducted aims to identify, analyze and determine how the effect of enhancing the shopping interest of consumers in India during the pandemic. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research methods. The data collection technique used is the technique of questionnaire or questionnaires distributed in the form of g-form online with respondents as many as 30 people are divided over women 20 people and men 10 people as well as with engineering interview online through electronic media with 2 speakers are selected at random. The results of the survey and online interviews were analyzed and interpreted in a narrative. The results showed that the increased interest for consumers on both in India during the period of the pandemic is influenced by the price, ease of transaction, the level of confidence, the ad as well as attractive promotions offered with many payment systems that can be selected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan fitur pembayaran online e-commerce dan top up e-wallet terhadap kenyamanan bertransaksi menggunakan BSI mobile, dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera. Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam transaksi sehari- hari semakin meningkat, namun belum banyak dikaji sejauh mana efektivitas dan persepsi pengguna terhadap fitur-fitur ini. Studi ini penting untuk memahami manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan mendukung pengembangan layanan yang lebih baik di platform BSI mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling; simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fitur (X1) dan Fitur (X2) secara signifikan terdapat pengaruh variabel e-commerce terhadap variabel kenyamanan bertransaksi BSI mobile (Y), sehingga secara signifikan, fitur e-commerce, top up e-wallet dan kenyamanan bertransaksi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam layanan bertransaksi menggunakan BSI mobile

Abstract

Pondok pesantren have an important role in economic empowerment to create independence for the pesantren itself. The situation of pesantren life in the past is certainly different from today, pesantren need to take modern steps to create their independence. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is a modern marketing communication concept that can support the economic empowerment of pesantren with measurable and comprehensive steps. In the midst of competition to get the attention and positive response of the community, every pesantren needs to optimize IMC by utilizing the Content Management System (CMS) as a medium of information and promotion. Departing from the urgency of optimizing IMC by utilizing the CMS website, the problem actually exists in Pesantren Mazilah Darussalam Deli Serdang as a community service partner. As a pesantren that stands in this modern era, Mazilah Darussalam has not optimized IMC by utilizing the CMS website-based information and promotion media space, even though this is important to do to open wide access to the community. The purpose of this service is to support the pesantren to provide access to information for the public as a basic step of empowerment for pesantren. The method used is by conducting socialization and education related to marketing communication through website management. The result of this service is to provide recommendations for website page forms as a reference for Mazilah Darussalam to utilize CMS.

Abstract

This study explores how consumer trust affects purchasing decisions on Indonesia's Shopee e-commerce platform. With the rise of online shopping, trust has become crucial in consumer behavior. The research addresses the gap in understanding trust's influence in online marketplaces by evaluating the perspectives of 150 active Shopee users and 50 sellers through a mixed-method approach. The findings reveal that trust is a key factor in purchasing decisions, driving sales and customer loyalty. Educational efforts on transparency, product authenticity, and responsive customer service, along with government collaboration for education and security, effectively build trust. The study concludes that maintaining consumer trust, supported by government partnerships, is vital for Shopee's market competitiveness. The implications suggest that emphasizing trust not only enhances customer retention but also supports long-term business growth

Abstract

At this time, management has become one of the most important parts of daily life activities. Islam as a religion provides a deep ethical and moral framework, which can provide guidelines for the implementation of effective and fair management. According to George R. Terry, 1958 in his book Principles of Management (Organizing), Actuating (Implementation) and Controlling (Supervision). In achieving a goal, both in an organization and in a business, a management is needed which is carried out according to George R. Terry which is correlated based on an Islamic perspective with the aim of this research so that new values ​​emerge in managing and managing an organization or business so that it has a positive impact and efficiency in maintaining and running an organization or business based on an Islamic perspective. This research method uses qualitative research where this research is based on the literature of various literary books and scientific journals that strengthen the discussion of this research. The results of the research objective correlate with George R. Terry's model of leadership principles based on an Islamic perspective, with the hope of creating new values ​​in good leadership management based on Islamic Sharia, because in essence Islam brings people to the right path. follow the rules and stay away from the prohibitions of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Change is an unavoidable process in an organization. Organizational change is the process of moving from the present state to the future to improve the organization. An organization will always experience a change to anticipate and face challenges that will occur in the future. Organizational change can come from outside or from within the organization itself where the change is in the form of planned changes or structural changes that must be managed properly. Management in an organization is needed to help the change process so that the organization can improve its progress. The progress of the organization is very influential on the success or failure of an organization. Organizational change is not always well received because at every change there will inevitably be resistance. Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effectiveness of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technology in accelerating the settlement process of Sharia insurance claims at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Medan Branch. The main focus of this research is to measure the impact of AI technology on customer satisfaction and the company's performance in handling Sharia insurance claims. Using qualitative research methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews with company representatives and analysis of the company's internal documents. The research results indicate that AI technology has significantly contributed to improving operational efficiency, speed, and accuracy in claim resolution. The implementation of AI enables more effective process automation, faster decision-making, and more accurate identification of potential fraud. Furthermore, the use of AI also supports the enhancement of compliance with Sharia principles, ensuring that all processes and decisions are in line with Sharia law. This research provides valuable insights for insurance companies looking to implement AI technology in their operations, particularly within the scope of Sharia insurance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how and how much influence Service Quality, Number of Passengers and Operational Costs have on Customer Satisfaction at the Medan Train Station, North Sumatra. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from respondents and companies. The subjects in the research were PT Kereta Api Indonesia Medan, North Sumatra and the objects of this research were 100 respondents. The test tool used in this research is SPSS 20.0 to test classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t test, it shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Operational Costs with test results that the number of passengers has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that Service Quality, Number of Passengers and Operational Costs simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with an F Prob value of 0.0000. The results of this test show that the service quality and operational cost variables contribute 66.6% to the Customer Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that aims to improve the quality of products and services by involving all elements of the organization and focusing on customer satisfaction. In the context of administrative services at the Deli Serdang District Health Service, the implementation of TQM is expected to increase efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction in the health administration process. This research aims to analyze and implement the application of TQM in improving the quality of administrative services at the Deli Serdang District Health Service. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of TQM has a positive impact on improving the quality of administrative services. The implementation of TQM has helped increase the efficiency of administrative processes, reduce errors in data processing, strengthen communication between units at the Deli Serdang District Health Service. In addition, through the TQM approach, awareness of the importance of service quality and the role of each individual in the organization increases.

Abstract

The business world has become increasingly competitive lately. Business people must optimize their organizational performance to compete in the global market amidst an increasingly tight competitive environment. MSMEs or micro, small and medium enterprises are very important for economic growth and development in both industrial and developing countries, such as Indonesia. MSMEs have a function in Indonesia apart from contributing to economic growth and development. UMKM Banderk Sergai is a product business in the form of packaged instant bandrek herbal drinks that has been running since 2013. This UMKM has consumers who make repeat purchases from various cities starting from Aceh, Tebing Tinggi, Sei Rampah, Perbaungan, Lubuk Pakam, Tanjung Morawa, Medan, Deli Tua, and Binjai and there are still fluctuations in Banderk Sergai MSMEs as seen through income from 2018-2022. This research uses quantitative methods using a sample of 102 consumers at Bandrek Sergei MSMEs. The results of this finding are that repurchase decisions are strongly influenced by price and service quality, but not by trust. Then, although service quality has a big impact on customer happiness, price and trust have little effect on it. Repurchase decisions are also significantly influenced by customer satisfaction. Finally, although service quality and trust do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction through repeat purchase decisions, price has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. So the suggestion from this research is that Bandreak Sergai MSMEs should further improve service and trust to consumers regarding the products offered so that they continue to increase sales and consumers from Bandrek Sergai MSMEs continue to make repeat purchases in the long term.
