Abstract

Financial technology innovation in the form of digital wallets is very much in the eyes of the public. The efficiency offered by this payment system has made people start to switch from conventional payments to digital payments. In addition, there are many other factors that influence multi-generations to use digital wallets as an alternative to their daily payments. The use of digital wallets is currently widely applied for online transportation transactions, purchases in e-commerce, to food and beverage delivery services. The method used in this study is a literature study method with the aim of determining the development of the use of digital wallets in the community from various journals sourced from Scopus and several websites that have been analyzed and diodio researchers into a literature review study. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that from year to year there is an increase in the number of digital wallet users, especially in Indonesia. Especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of digital wallet users is increasing because people have to avoid physical contact so that more transactions are made digitally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of market prices based on production levels on red chili from the maqashid sharia perspective by the Juli Farmers Group in Sidodadi Ramunia Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The subject of this study was focused on 30 red chili farmers using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that changes in the price of red chilies on the market do not affect the high or low quantity of red chili production produced by farmer Juli Tani, Sidodadi Ramunia Village. Fluctuations in chili prices have not made red chili farmer Juli Tani switch to producing other commodities. The most basic reason for this decision is due to a strong belief in interest and experience in red chili farming, as well as other factors that affect production such as land area, labor and fertilizer. The average net income of Juli Tani's red chili farmers with 1,050 kg/rante in one harvest is Rp. 5,682,500, whereas if calculated per year Rp. 11,065,000 or around Rp. 1,844,166/month. The application of maqashid sharia in looking at market prices is when at-tas'ir (pricing) is permitted if human benefit can be realized. Islam requires the government to intervene in prices if there are indications of market distortions. For the application of maqashid sharia, the level of production is assessed from the Maslahah (M) value obtained by the Juli Red Chili Farmers Group, Sidodadi Ramunia Village in production activities, namely Rp. 11,715,000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration between Islamic insurance and Islamic banking in supporting a sustainable economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review technique, utilizing secondary data sources from scientific journals, official reports, and relevant laws and regulations. The results show that the integration between Islamic insurance and Islamic banking can be seen in strategic collaboration in product marketing (bancatakaful), as well as their role in sustainable financing through Islamic investment instruments such as green sukuk. This integration encourages the creation of risk protection for customers, strengthens green financing portfolios, and increases Islamic financial inclusion. However, challenges remain, such as low public financial literacy, regulatory disharmony between institutions, and limitations in information technology. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, industry players, and the community to realize an inclusive and sustainable Islamic financial system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Metode Penelitian: Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode deskriptif dan kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 responden dari populasi 119 karyawan, ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Kebaruan Penelitian: Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening yang menghubungkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan loyalitas karyawan dalam konteks lembaga pemerintah, khususnya Badan Pusat Statistik di tingkat provinsi.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi terbukti berperan sebagai penghubung yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas.Implikasi: Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai dinamika kepemimpinan dan perilaku organisasi dalam sektor publik, dengan menekankan peran budaya organisasi sebagai mekanisme mediasi yang penting. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan landasan bagi instansi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih transformasional dan berorientasi pada penguatan budaya organisasi, guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan. Research Objective: In This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee loyalty with organizational culture as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik) of North Sumatra Province.Research Method: A quantitative approach was applied using descriptive and causal methods. The study involved 92 respondents selected from a total population of 119 employees using the Slovin formula.Research Novelty:  The novelty of this study lies in the integration of organizational culture as an intervening variable that links transformational leadership and employee loyalty within the context of a governmental institution, specifically the Central Bureau of Statistics at the provincial level. This approach provides a broader understanding of how leadership practices shape organizational culture that, in turn, fosters employee loyalty.Research Results: The results show that transformational leadership asignificant influence on employee loyalty, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture. Organizational culture plays an essential role as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between leadership and loyalty. Implications: Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on leadership dynamics and organizational behavior in the public sector by highlighting the mediating role of organizational culture. Practically, the findings provide a foundation for government institutions to develop more transformational leadership strategies oriented toward strengthening organizational culture in order to improve employee loyalty and sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

Huge business opportunities such as product sales and online service provision and revenue growth for companies such as e-retailers are primarily due to their easy and interactive nature, lower costs, and high level of customization and personalization for customers. This research is intended to analyze service quality and consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce application users. The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze how the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using the shopee online store are. The research conducted is qualitative. The data collection using the distribution of questionnaires. Many consumers complain about the cycle of service and satisfaction levels in the Shopee application, both directly and indirectly. As it is known that making changes is not an easy thing for organizations, because all systems or some systems that will be changed automatically, members of the organization must also adapt to things that are not necessarily well received, therefore in the process of change there needs to be good management. whether done by the leader of the Shopee Application, there are things that must be done strategically in overcoming resistance well to ensure that a change will go well. So there is a lot that must be prepared before making changes, to improve the quality of service to consumers again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the development of corporate management in a Madrasah Pondok Pesantren in Aceh Singkil and to find out how the management system is used and what changes have occurred. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. The research method is in the form of literature study, then with analysis and stages. This change management can help an organization or company develop knowledge that has never been practiced in an organization, of course this change management does not have to be done spontaneously but slowly or gradually by asking the opinions of members or work teams first and then presenting the intent and the purpose of the changes designed so as not to cause debate and mutual acceptance.

Abstract

Changes are made to the company to guarantee that it can attract and keep customers. HR managers must guarantee that any changes make it more likely for businesses to lose consumers. One of the most critical things HR managers must take is to improve communication in transformation projects. Communication can be crucial in establishing and implementing change initiatives. Change communication relies heavily on information sharing. Stakeholders must be aware of potential shifts in the timing, nature, and significance of business choices. Management participation at various levels is necessary to make change successful. Any organizational change necessitates HR managers ensuring that all levels of management are involved as change agents. Employees must be motivated to change and willing to accept the vision communicated by the organization's leadership for any change to be successful. It is easier to manage change efforts when HR managers provide evaluation or feedback to all members of the organization.

Abstract

Changes in leadership within a certain period are common in Indonesia, be it state, regional, district and village leaders. A village is led by a village head with the highest position who takes part in changing a village, if the performance of the village head is good it will be good and the village he leads will also develop. This study aims to measure the effect of changes in the performance of the new village head on the progress of the community in the unitary village. The method used in this research is the method of observation, as well as interviews with the community and village heads to find out what policies and performance will be carried out by the new village head. Of course, this is something that is highly expected and desired by the entire unitary village community, with the change of the new village head, of course there must be better performance to lead the unitary village community to progress.

Abstract

Change is something that cannot be avoided, especially in an organizational environment, changes will often occur. Transformation or change in an organization has become a global issue since the discovery of the industrial revolution, therefore an organizational leader must be able to carry out various organizational changes and innovations and cannot escape the inevitable changes because this is what makes a leader carry out various organizational changes and innovations and cannot escape the inevitable changes because this is what makes a leader be a winner in business competition. Companies must be able to keep up with changes by carrying out organizational development. Therefore, the author conducted research to find out what are the impacts of implementing change management, things that affect change management and obstacles in change management. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature approach from several sources. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the implementation of change management on the organization affects the success of the company in the future.

This Study aims to find out about policy changes in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is because the Covid 19 Pandemic is too high, which requires the goverment to make several policies regarding health and education polices that are threatened. In this study, the author use a Qualitative research method, by collecting some data or information as a tool in research .interviews and observations are considered effective which will produce data or information that is more critical. Logical, and in accordance with the facts on the ground.
