Abstract

Change management is an approach to change individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired future state. The definition of change management is a process that takes place continuously to update the organization. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the performance carried out regarding the quality of making plywood at PT MUJUR TIMBER SIBOLGA. and the efforts made by employees for the production system, and analyzing the feasibility and stages of what processes are applied by employees at PT. Mujur Timber so that the processing of wood into plywood is of high quality.A company engaged in the processing of wood into plywood that was victorious in the 70s until 2006And PT. Mujur timber has greatly contributed to the improvement of the economy in the city of Sibolga, and Pt. Abstract

The role of the leader in an organization is very influential on the direction of the organization, this can be seen in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). Like a vehicle, the leader becomes the person who is responsible for taking full control and becomes the person most responsible for bringing the vehicle to the planned destination. Since Ignasius Jonan's leadership, the face of Indonesian Railways looks brighter and more colorful, Ignasius Jonan changed PT KAI from what was initially not used too often to become a very popular transportation option and is often used by passengers. Abstract

This paper discusses the Change Management of Islamic Institutions in the Age of Globalization. Currently, Islamic educational institutions face various challenges such as the current of globalization, advances in science and technology, and rapid changes in the flow of information. In the era of technological advances, this is unavoidable because technology goes hand in hand with scientific advances. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits for human life. Technology also provides many conveniences and new ways of carrying out human activities. Humans have enjoyed many benefits from the technological innovations produced in the last decades. Finding new ideas about change management in Islamic institutions is certainly not easy, therefore support from all parties is needed. In keeping pace with the development of Islam, adequate educational facilities are needed to educate students. Therefore, research on Islamic change management institutions in the era of globalization is very interesting to be disclosed further.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia’s Islamic banking sector continues to expand, with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) playing a major role in asset growth and digital service adoption. Despite increasing use of BSI Mobile, customer complaints about digital service reliability have generated negative electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) that may affect brand image and user trust. Most previous studies focus on purchase intention and loyalty, while limited research examines user comfort. Therefore, this study analyzes the influence of e-WOM and brand image on user comfort in using BSI Mobile services. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach to examine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image on User Comfort. The population consisted of 991 Sharia Banking students at UIN North Sumatra who use BSI Mobile. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 91 respondents was selected based on specific usage criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, supported by observation and documentation, and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. Results: The findings show that user comfort is positively and significantly impacted by e-WOM and brand image, both partially and concurrently. e-WOM and brand image account for 62.3% of the variation in user comfort, according to the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.623. These results imply that improving user satisfaction in Islamic digital banking services requires positive digital evaluations and a strong brand image. Conclusion: The results show that Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and Brand Image have a significant and positive effect on user comfort in using BSI Mobile services, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.734. These findings indicate that strengthening positive digital communication and maintaining a strong brand image are essential strategies to enhance user comfort and trust in digital Islamic banking services.

Abstract

The Karang Sari community faces limitations in digital literacy and access to local product marketing, hindering economic independence and strengthening social and spiritual character. This activity aims to improve digital capacity, creative entrepreneurship, and religious awareness of residents through the Community Service Program (KKN) with a multidimensional approach encompassing social education, digital literacy, the creative economy, and religious activities. The method used was field-based descriptive qualitative research, involving training, mentoring, participatory observation, and documentation of primary and secondary data. The results showed that 30 MSMEs successfully created digital business accounts, improved creative product management skills, and strengthened understanding of worship and religious moderation through the Fardu Kifayah Training, Dawn Lectures, and the Pious Children Festival. The impact of this program is reflected in the increased social, economic, and spiritual capacity of the community, strengthening the independence and well-being of the local community, while simultaneously shaping children's religious character and better social awareness. Further recommendations include ongoing mentoring for the development of a more massive creative economy and digital literacy to ensure the sustainability of the positive impact.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology prompts Islamic banking to enhance mobile banking services for improved transaction efficiency, while simultaneously increasing cyber dangers that may impact user engagement. “This study seeks to examine the impact of cyber threats and risk mitigation techniques on the inclination to utilize BSI mobile banking services among FEBI UIN North Sumatra students. The methodology employed is quantitative associative, utilizing a sample of 100 respondents chosen by purposive sampling methods. Data collection was executed via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression utilizing SPSS version 25. The study's findings demonstrate that cyber threats exert a positive and significant impact on the inclination to utilize mobile banking, evidenced by a t value of 3.488 and a significance level of 0.001. Additionally, risk mitigation strategies also show a positive and significant effect, with a t value of 8.951 and a significance level of 0.000, marking them as the most influential variables. Collectively, these two variables affect interest in usage, with a coefficient of determination of 0.708, signifying that 70.8% of the variance in interest in mobile banking utilization can be accounted for by these variables. The findings of this study demonstrate that, despite the presence of cyber dangers, the application of effective risk mitigation techniques can enhance trust and stimulate interest in utilizing mobile banking services.

Abstract

Risiko merujuk pada kemungkinan terjadinya suatu kejadian yang dapat menyebabkan kehilangan bagi bank. Karena itu, penting bagi bank untuk memahami risiko yang mungkin timbul dalam operasionalnya. Titik fokus penelitian ini merupakan pada implementasi manajemen risiko dalam pengelolaan pembiayaan modal kerja di PT Bank Sumut KCSy Rantauprapat. Studi ini bertujuan bagi mengevaluasi penerapan manajemen risiko di PT Bank Sumut KCSy Rantauprapat dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan pemeriksaan deskriptif. Metodologi studi melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui metode ceklist, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis dengan menggunakan proses reduksi data, triangulasi, dan penarikan inti. Temuan dari studi menunjukkan bahwasanya penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan di PT Bank Sumut KCSy Rantauprapat telah efektif, mengikuti standar yang ditentukan oleh Bank Indonesia, dan membuat proses pengambilan keputusan terkait pembiayaan menjadi lebih teratur dan terorganisir. Penerapan manajemen risiko di PT Bank Sumut KCSy Rantauprapat melibatkan empat prosedur utama: identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, pemantauan risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Pengelolaan kredit yang mengalami masalah dilakukan melalui penanganan pembiayaan dengan melakukan penyelamatan, penyitaan jaminan, dan penyelesaian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System at Malahayati Islamic Hospital using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with hospital stakeholders. The hospital applies ISO principles such as customer focus, process approach, and continuous improvement through training, documentation, audits, and reviews. While efficiency has improved, challenges remain, including limited human resources and inter-unit integration. Patient satisfaction and staff compliance are generally positive. The study highlights the role of ISO in enhancing hospital performance and integrates Islamic ethical values, offering a novel perspective on strengthening quality culture in Islamic healthcare institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of online gambling on the productivity and financial health of college students in Medan. The rapid development of digital technology makes college students increasingly vulnerable to online gambling, which is often associated with negative impacts on social, financial, and academic aspects. This study used an associative quantitative technique with 100 students selected non-probabilistically. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using simple regression in SPSS 25. The study found that online gambling negatively impacts productivity (β = -0.057; Sig. = 0.480) and financial health (β = -0.021; Sig. = 0.627). However, the impact was not statistically significant. These findings indicate that college students' awareness of financial risks, supported by religious and cultural norms, plays a role in mitigating the negative impacts of online gambling practices. However, online gambling still has the potential to cause real problems such as wastefulness, debt, and poor personal financial management. Therefore, it is recommended that universities and policymakers strengthen financial literacy programs and educate students about the dangers of online gambling to increase student resilience to digital gambling practices.Keywords: academic productivity, financial health, online gambling, risk awareness.
