Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PTV Semen Tonasa. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The research sample consists of PT Semen Tonasa employees selected through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. In addition, work stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance and is able to mediate some of the influence of the work environment on performance, but does not mediate the effect of work stress. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of stress management and creating a conducive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening pada divisi sales PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Cabang Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif explanAatory. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan divisi sales, yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi berpotensi menurunkan kinerja karyawan, namun dengan adanya kompensasi yang memadai dari perusahaan, karyawan mampu menjaga stabilitas kinerjanya. Kompensasi berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja meskipun dalam kondisi beban kerja yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, sistem kompensasi yang adil dan tepat menjadi penting untuk menjaga kinerja optimal karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work conflict and work environment on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable at PT Semen Tonasa. The method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress, while the work environment has a significant negative effect on work stress. Work conflict does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant positive effect. Work stress is also proven to have a significant negative effect on employee performance. In addition, work stress does not mediate the effect of work conflict on performance, but partially mediates the effect of the work environment on performance. These findings emphasize the importance of conflict management, improving the work environment, and stress control to support employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at describing the tendency of the type of organizational culture and its impact on leadership effectiveness in elementary school. The design of research was using the research development involving 300 teachers as a sample and was selected purposively and proportional in five districts in Malang. The results showed that some types of organizational culture prevailed school organization including bureaucratic, supportive, innovative, market, adhocratic, and clan types. The entire types deem to be significant influence on the behavior and effectiveness of school leadership including the efforts of the principal in (1) the development of vision, mission, and organizational goals, (2) human resources management, (3) implementation of functions as manager, (4) role of leader, (5) the improvement of professional teacher, and (6) the development of school organizational climate. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kecenderungan tipe budaya organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan di sekolah dasar. Rancangan penelitiannya menggunakan penelitian pengembangan yang melibatkan 300 orang guru sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara purposive dan proportional dari lima kecamatan di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan sejumlah tipe budaya organisasi mewarnai organisasi sekolah meliputi tipe birokratis, supportif, inovatif, market, adhokrasi, dan klan. Kesemua tipe memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku dan efektivitas kepemimpinan sekolah meliputi usaha-usaha kepala sekolah dalam (1) pengembangan visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi, (2) pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, (3) pelaksanaan fungsi sebagai manajer, (4) pelaksanaan peranan sebagai leader, (5) peningkatan professional guru, dan (6) pengembangan iklim organisasi sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Makassar. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 198 pegawai, dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, serta melalui uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil/Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, demikian pula kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Secara simultan, beban kerja dan kompensasi terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang serta pemberian kompensasi yang adil dan layak menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (BAPPERIDA) Office of Mamasa Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach, using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 56 active employee respondents. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of the study indicate that partially workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, workload and work discipline together have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value is 0.585, which means that 58.5% of the variation in employee job satisfaction is explained by these two variables, while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors outside the model such as the work environment, compensation, and leadership style.

Abstract

Composite board is a raw material physically and chemically. The main elements on the composite board in this study are sawdust, horn skins of Gayo Arabica coffee, and adhesives. Comparison of sawdust and coffee mixture in percentage are, 70 : 30, 50 : 50, and 60 : 40. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the composition. This method of manufacturing composite boards refers to SNI 03-2105-2006. Therefore, the results obtained for each test that are high at a moisture content of 70:30 with a value of 9.786%, a density of 30 : 70 with a value of 0.59%, a thick development of 70 : 30 with a value of 9%, a biodegradable of 60:40 with a value of 24.20%, a MOE ratio of 30 : 70 with a value of 1378.76 kgf/cm2, MOR 60 : 40 with a value of 657.26 kgf/cm2, tensile Strength of 50 : 50 which is 307,647 kgf/cm2. It is found that the comparison of Gayo Arabica coffee skin and sawdust affects its physical and mechanical properties. The more sawdust on the mixture, the higher the value of its physical properties. The more coffee skins in the mixture, the higher the value of its mechanical properties.

Abstract

Jalan Bayu–Geudong yang terletak di Kecamatan Syamtalira Bayu, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, merupakan jalan nasional di wilayah utara Provinsi Aceh. Jalan ini berfungsi sebagai penghubung strategis antara Provinsi Aceh dan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pemilihan ruas jalan ini sebagai objek penelitian didasarkan pada fungsinya sebagai jalan kolektor serta kerusakan yang terlihat jelas di permukaannya. Berbagai jenis kendaraan, mulai dari ringan, menengah, hingga berat, sering melintasi jalan ini, sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kualitas perkerasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data langsung dari lokasi jalan. Permukaan jalan dibagi menjadi segmen-segmen sepanjang 100 meter dengan lebar penuh jalan, di mana setiap segmen menjadi unit sampel penelitian. Kondisi permukaan jalan dinilai dengan berjalan menyusuri seluruh panjang jalan Bayu–Geudong sejauh 2,5 km. Untuk setiap segmen, jenis dan tingkat kerusakan diidentifikasi, diukur, dan dicatat, termasuk luas dan kedalaman kerusakan untuk setiap jenis kerusakan, menggunakan formulir standar. Berdasarkan perhitungan Surface Distress Index (SDI), nilai rata-rata SDI pada semua segmen adalah 34,9, yang menunjukkan bahwa jalan tersebut berada dalam kondisi baik dan termasuk dalam kategori pemeliharaan rutin. Data SDI kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam ArcMap untuk menghasilkan peta analisis spasial yang mencakup atribut seperti nomor segmen, STA (stationing), koordinat, jenis kerusakan, dan tingkat kerusakan. Berdasarkan data kondisi dan analisis spasial, disusun rencana anggaran dan program kerja untuk mendukung upaya pemeliharaan dan perbaikan Jalan Syamtalira Bayu–Geudong, mencakup STA 0+000 hingga STA 2+500 di Aceh Utara.

Abstract

The development of the Over-The-Top (OTT) industry demands adaptive social media promotional strategies. This study aims to analyze the management strategy and creative considerations in selecting film and series clip content on the Instagram account @vidiodotcom using Chris Heuer’s 4C model. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation of the content management process and in-depth interviews with the Head of Social Media and Vidio's Social Media Lead. The results indicate that the application of the 4C concept effectively stimulates organic viewing interest through a soft-selling approach. The context element is implemented through a six-second rule and emotion-based scene curation. The communication element is evaluated using a weighted engagement matrix that prioritizes the number of shares. Content licensing constraints are countered within the collaboration element through a trendjacking strategy. Finally, the connection element proves that the content functions at the top of the funnel, which is capable of converting social media engagement into increased subscriptions on the Vidio application. This short-clip format is proven to optimally build emotional connections that drive tangible audience action.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services has become an important strategy to improve the effectiveness and accessibility of public services, including pension services. PT TASPEN (Persero) Bogor Branch Office has implemented various digital-based services to facilitate pensioners in accessing services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of TASPEN Bogor’s digital strategy in improving service accessibility for pensioners. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through participatory observation, documentation study, and literature study. The results showed that the digital strategy was implemented through several digital service platforms, such as Andal by TASPEN, TASPEN Online Services (TOS), TASPEN Care, and TASPEN social media. The implementation of digital services provided more flexible and efficient access for pension participants, as indicated by the increase in digital service users from 85,966 participants in 2024 to 89,326 participants in 2026. However, the implementation still faced several challenges, including limited digital literacy, authentication issues, and the need for assistance in using digital services. This study shows that the success of digital transformation is determined not only by technological readiness but also by users’ readiness to utilize digital services.
