Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of economic growth on poverty levels in the province of NTB. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression using secondary data sourced from NTB Bps. The independent variable is NTB Province economic growth and the poverty variable in NTB province as the dependent variable. The results of this study are that economic growth variables have a positive and significant effect on poverty in the NTB Province, meaning that the higher the economic growth of the NTB Province will increase the number of poor people in the NTB Province. This result means that not all NTB people have enjoyed economic growth and only enjoyed a portion of the NTB community. Furthermore, in the Islamic perspective that the management of zakat has not been maximized as a supporter of the people's economy.

Abstract

Hidayati et al, 2019. Efficiency of Rice Waste Rice Production Factors in Ogan Ilir District, South Sumatera. pp. 249-259.The Province of South Sumatra has produced rice from four typologies, namely: irrigated rice fields, rain fed, tidal and non-receding tidal swamps (lebak). The development of agriculture in swamps faces obstacles both in the biophysics of land and water, pre-harvest and post-harvest handling as well as socio-economic. However, it must be admitted that the development of tidal land and lebak land is increasingly important to support national rice production. The right allocation of production factors is an important factor in increasing rice production, including land, seeds, labor, fertilizers, and pesticides. Therefore, to increase farmers' production and income, it is necessary to study what factors influence the production of lebak paddy rice farming and evaluate the performance of farmers in rice cultivation so that the level of efficiency of the use of production facilities for rice production is obtained in the field of lebak rice, especially in Ogan Regency Ilir. The research method used is a simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study: There are four explanatory variables that significantly influence the production of lebak rice, namely land, seeds, urea fertilizer, pesticide use. While the other three have no significant effect, namely Sp-36 (P) fertilizer, phonska fertilizer (NPK) and labor deployment. Production factors that have been efficient in their use in lebak paddy rice farming are seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer and pesticides and labor while the SP-36 fertilizer is inefficient. The income analysis found that the average lebak rice production was 4,144.64 kg / ha / mt / year. Average income is Rp 15,977,539.42 per hectare.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to record painting artists in West Sumatra who have worked with the Minangkabau concept. The method used refers to qualitative research methodology, namely observation, interviews and literature. Then for the research report, the collected data is presented based on citation data such as words / sentences and data in the form of interview scripts, field notes, photos, videos, personal documents or other official documents. The theory used refers to the opini of Kartodirjo, Becker, and Dwi Marianto.The presence of painting artists who raised the theme of Minangkabau nature such as: Kamal Guci, Afianto Arifin, Evalyna Dianita, Idran Wakidi, Yazid. Painting artists who work with this Minangkabau concept still exist to maintain their style of work, and not a few of art appreciators like or collect the work of the artist. It can be concluded that the presence of artists like this is very helpful in preserving the art of painting in West Sumatra which has been pioneered long time ago by painters like Wakidi and M.Syafei. Keywords: Minangkabau, Concept, Painting, West Sumatra.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendata seniman lukis di Sumatera Barat yang eksis berkarya dengan konsep Minangkabau. Metode yang dipakai merujuk pada metodologi penelitian kualitatif, yaitu pengamatan, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Kemudian untuk laporan penelitian, data-data yang terhimpun disajikan berdasarkan kutipan data baik berupa kata/kalimat maupun data berupa naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, video, dokumen pribadi ataupun dokumen resmi lainnya. Teori yang digunakan merujuk kepada pendapat Kartodirjo, Becker, dan Dwi Marianto.Kehadiran seniman lukis yang mengangkat tema alam Minangkabau seperti: Kamal Guci, Afianto Arifin, Evalyna Dianita, Idran Wakidi, Yazid. Seniman lukis yang berkarya dengan konsep Minangkabau ini masih eksis mempertahankan corak karya mereka, dan tidak sedikit para penikmat seni menyukai atau mengoleksi karya seniman tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran seniman seperti ini sangat membantu dalam dalam pelestarian seni lukis di Sumatera Barat yang sudah dirintis jauh hari oleh pelukis Wakidi dan M.Syafei. Kata Kunci: Minangkabau, Konsep, Seni Lukis, Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Caring behavior can affect the quality of health services and patient satisfaction in hospital, and be a determinant of the image of health care institution. This study aims to determine the relationship of education, length of treatment, level of dependence of respondents, economic condition between perception of patient with caring behavior in nursing service. This study uses analytical survey research methods, using the Cross Sectional approach. Samples that taken were 88 respondents through Purposive Random Sampling. Data collection is done through observations, interviews, documentation. Data were analyzed with the SPSS program by testing the statistical Chis-Square test for Bivariate analysis. The results showed that education (calculated X² (9,852) or P value (0,003) )< α (0,05),, length of treatment (value of X² (7,481)) or P value (0,009) )< α (0,05),, Level of dependence of Respondents (value of X² (6,168) or value of P ( 0.01) )< α (0,05),, the economic condition of X² value (8.336) or P value (0.004) )< α (0,05), means that there is a relationship between the patient's perception and caring behavior. Conclusion: There is a relationship of education, length of treatment, level of dependence of patients, and economic conditions between perceptions of patients with caring patterns in nursing services

Abstract

Business risk is the potential deviation of corporate results and financial results because the company enters a certain business with a typical industrial environment and uses certain technologies. In business there are so many decisions or actions that must be made, it makes more and more risks that may occur as a result. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the Business Risk Central Tile Industry in Lohjinawi Village, Pringsewu Regency,The analysis was carried out descriptively, using standard deviation of ROE; Financial Leverage; Operating Leverage namely the sensitivity of EBIT to changes in the company's sales; as well as Degree of Operation Leverage (DOL). The results of the analysis show that: 1) ROE, has increased due to an increase in Sales and an increase in EAT, and vice versa; 2)The use of debt can increase the Company's ROE; 3) Operating Leverage, where EBIT is very sensitive to changes in company sales; 4)Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) measures what percentage of EBIT changes if sales; 2018-2019 of 1.50x which means DOL of 150% that every 100% increase or 1x sales will cause an increase in operating profit of 1.50x otherwise, if sales decrease 1x then operating profit will decrease by 1.50x. While the year 2019-2020 amounted to 2.01x which means a DOL of 201% indicates that every 100% or 1x decrease in sales will cause a 2.01x decrease in operating profit. On the other hand, if sales decrease 1x, operating profit will decrease by 2.01x.

Abstract

The purpose of the training is to provide insight, knowledge, and practice to merchants in Tinggimoncong, Gowa Regency as participants in sales promotion training, so that they can develop their own methods or methods in sales promotion and can run their business according to the plans that have been drawn up which lead to achieving goals. . The benefit of the training activity is that participants can implement sales promotions in the business according to their wishes and obtain the merchant's business performance as expected.This service activity was attended by 20 traders in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency. There were several participants who previously registered themselves to take part in this activity, but the participants were unable to attend at the time of implementing the activity. The training participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as evidenced by their timely arrival. Enthusiasm was also seen in listening to the explanations from the speakers and the many questions asked about the material given. Although at the end of the activity session a special time was provided for question and answer, some participants also asked questions in the middle of the material given. The implementation of sales promotion training in order to increase sales of merchants in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency can increase their sales results in the future. For traders, using and implementing effective sales promotion methods and methods has implications for their sales results. And become part of the prospect as a necessity in the interaction. This has become a positive value for traders in doing business because they are able to make friends with many people and try to build networks in their trading business. This is a strength as well as an opportunity that can be reached and useful for introducing and offering products to prospective buyers which have implications for increasing their merchandise.

Abstract

This study discusses issues related to purchasing decisions. The research focused on the social networking community on social media facebook with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. The method used in this research is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with Smart-PLS version 3.3.5 software support. The results of the study conclude that promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on electronic word of mouth. Electronic word of mouth has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Electronic word of mouth mediates the effect of promotional strategies through social media on purchasing decisions. The practical implication of this research is that companies in the organic agricultural sector, especially organic rice products, are recommended to carry out promotional strategies through social media because this strategy is one of the most effective and appropriate tools in marketing, so that electronic word-of-mouth marketing will be formed, which ultimately has an impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Many people's behavior in using medicines is still incorrect. The intended behavior is starting from how to get, use, store and dispose of drugs. This is inseparable from the factor of low knowledge about medicines. Community service activities aim to provide appropriate education to the community related to the above drug problems. As partners are the PKK Team of Talago Sariak Village, Pariaman City is a housewife. Selection of housewives as targets because housewives are usually the most responsible community groups in terms of managing medicines in the household or family. The activity method is in the form of using a game model that is Smart with medicines (PIANO) and questionnaires in the form of pre-test and post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in people's knowledge and attitudes about medicine, where the percentage of the average score of knowledge increased from 50.6% to 69.4%. Likewise with attitudes from 67.36% to 73.46%. From these results, it can be concluded that education about medicines using the PIANO game model can be a pretty good educational model in helping to improve people's knowledge and attitudes about medicine.

Abstract

Drug abuse has been so alarming that victims of both young and adult children always fall every day and tend to increase from year to year. Various strategies have been carried out by the government to eradicate this drug crime, including preventive efforts to schools. Pariaman City as a crossing area in West Sumatra is a place that is prone to this drug crime. To that end, in an effort to prevent the occurrence of drug crimes, especially for high school students in Pariaman City, activities have been carried out in the form of pharmaceutical promotive actions (Apotek-R). The purpose of this activity is to know the description of the knowledge of high school students in Pariaman City, about Drugs and the influence of the Apotek-R activities on the prevention of drug abuse. The method used in the form of Communication, Information and Education (CIE) uses a pharmacy promotion action (Apotek-R). From this activity information was obtained that the knowledge of high school students in Pariaman City about drug problems is quite good. Promotional action activities of pharmacy (Apotek-R) can be used as a model in providing positive activities in efforts to prevent drug abuse among high school students.

Abstract

Keilmuan Teknik Industri dicirikan dengan kemampuan merancang.Kemampuan merancang sistem kerja dengan obyek rancangan industri manufaktur dan jasa. Rancangan sistem kerja yang masih melibatkan manusia dalam operasional aktivitas kerja,mutlak membutuhkan model edukasi ergonomi. Ergonomi merupakan ilmu terapan multidisiplin yang dijabarkan sebagai ilmu, teknologi dan seni untuk menserasikan desain alat dan sistem serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kemampuan, kebolehan dan keterbatasan manusia untuk terciptanya kondisi kerja serta lingkungan yang sehat, aman, nyaman, dan efisien (ENASE) sehingga diperoleh prestasi termasuk produktivitas kerja setinggi-tingginya. Situasi dan kondisi industri di daerah masih banyak didominasi oleh sektor UKM yang minim teknologi tinggi dan standardisasi. Oleh sebab itu perlu dirancang model edukasi pendekatan ergonomi total dalam Kurikulum Keilmuan Teknik Industri yang relevan berbasis kearifan lokal di daerah guna mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan kemajuan sektor UKM. Makalah ini menggagas model dan kompetensi edukasi pendekatan ergonomi total melalui kajian SHIP (systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary, dan participatory) dan penerapan TTG (Teknologi Tepat Guna) berbasis kearifan lokal yang praktis, sederhana, membumi dan menyentuh secara partisipatif aspek manusia (pekerja/ SDM) dalam aktivitas kerjanya terbukti dapat membantu merancang sistem kerja, meningkatkan kualitas hidup pekerja dan produktivitas UKM.
