Objective: One problem of teachers’ work discipline is tardiness and irregular performance reporting, indicating the need for a technology-based monitoring system. This study aims to analyze teachers’ discipline, examine the implementation of SIKAP, and its effect. A quantitative survey method was used. The results show that SIKAP implementation significantly affects teachers’ work discipline. The novelty lies in using SIKAP as a technology-based monitoring system in elementary schools. Methods: This research used a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm. The population was 288 civil servant teachers, with 174 respondents selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics, including validity, reliability, normality, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results: The results show that teacher work discipline is in the good category, while SIKAP implementation is fairly good to good. Hypothesis testing indicates that SIKAP has a significant effect on teacher discipline (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an R² value of 0.718, meaning 71.8% of discipline is influenced by SIKAP implementation. Novelty: This study emphasizes the importance of digital performance management systems in improving teacher discipline by linking technology implementation with behavioral outcomes in education.

Rising demand for electrical energy has accelerated the development of renewable energy technologies, including wind turbines designed to operate at low wind speeds. The savonius vertical-axis wind turbine is a promising option due to its simple configuration and insensitivity to wind direction. Nevertheless, the structural reliability of its blades is strongly affected by their geometry and the material selected. This study focuses on evaluating the structural response of savonius turbine blades under aerodynamic loading using the finite element analysis (FEA) method. Simulations were carried out in ANSYS Workbench R2 2025, considering geometric variations in blade thickness (1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm), aspect ratio (0.8, 1.0, and 1.3), and arc angle (120°, 150°, and 180°). The blades were modeled using AISI 304 stainless steel. The analysis examined von mises equivalent stress, total deformation, and safety factor. The analysis results show that all geometric variations are structurally safe with a safety factor value of 15. The highest maximum von mises stress of 0.081 MPa occurs at a thickness of 1.2 mm, while the lowest value of 0.017 MPa is obtained at an arc angle of 180°. The maximum deformation of 3.38 × 10⁻³ mm occurred at an arc angle of 150°, while the lowest deformation of 6.77 × 10⁻⁴ mm was obtained at an arc angle of 180°, which indicates the most structurally stable configuration.

Stock market volatility represents a key indicator of financial market uncertainty, particularly in emerging economies where market structures are still evolving and are highly sensitive to global shocks. This study aims to analyze and compare the volatility dynamics of stock markets in four Asian emerging economies: Indonesia, India, Malaysia, and Thailand. The research employs a quantitative approach using daily stock index data from January 2011 to January 2026 obtained from Yahoo Finance. Stock returns are calculated using logarithmic transformation and analyzed using the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH(1,1)) model. Prior to model estimation, stationarity and ARCH effect tests are conducted to ensure the validity of volatility modeling. The empirical findings indicate that all return series exhibit non-normal distribution, strong volatility clustering, and significant ARCH effects. The estimation results show that both ARCH and GARCH parameters are statistically significant, with persistence levels close to unity across all markets, implying that volatility shocks tend to persist over a long period. These findings suggest that emerging stock markets in Asia are highly sensitive to external shocks and exhibit long-memory volatility behavior. The results provide important implications for investors and policymakers in designing effective risk management and market stabilization strategies.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of the teacher in the formation of students in the 4.0 era. Descriptive descriptive research method. Data collection techniques using observation, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the teacher as an educator plays a very important role in the formation of the character of students. In addition, parents will also always support teachers in forming these characters because students will always spend their time at school rather than at home. Students communicate more with teachers than with their parents. In conclusion, the teacher plays an important role in the formation of the character of students, especially their role. Effective school asset management depends on both organizational support and employee competence. This study examines the contribution of supervisory supervision and technical competence to the work quality of assistant property administrators in senior high schools, vocational high schools, and special schools in West Sumatra Province. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 194 assistant property administrators selected through stratified proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The findings indicate that supervisory supervision accounts for 13.4% of work quality, while technical competence accounts for 34.7%. Simultaneously, both variables explain 40.3% of the variance in work quality, with technical competence emerging as the stronger predictor. The results suggest that improving administrative performance requires not only effective supervision by school leaders but also continuous professional development to strengthen technical capabilities. The study contributes to educational management literature by highlighting the importance of integrating supervisory practices and competency development to improve accountability and effectiveness in school asset administration.

Teacher work commitment plays an essential role in improving educational outcomes. However, several indicators suggest that teacher commitment in public junior high schools in Solok City still needs improvement. This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture and leadership behavior on teacher work commitment, with job satisfaction as the mediating variable. A quantitative approach with path analysis was employed. The population consisted of 261 civil servant teachers from six public junior high schools in Solok City, with a sample of 159 teachers selected using the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The findings indicate that organizational culture and leadership behavior have significant direct effects on job satisfaction and teacher work commitment. Job satisfaction also significantly influences teacher commitment and mediates the relationship between organizational factors and commitment, suggesting that enhancing job satisfaction can improve teacher commitment and, ultimately, lead to better educational outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of supportive leadership and a positive organizational culture in strengthening teacher commitment and improving school performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the work productivity of administrative staff at public senior high schools in Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The study was motivated by the important role of administrative staff in supporting school services and management. However, their contribution often receives less attention compared to that of the teaching staff. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 114 administrative staff from 14 public senior high schools in Karimun Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Competence helps staff complete tasks more effectively, while motivation increases work engagement and responsibility. These findings highlight the importance of continuous training programs and managerial support in improving the quality of human resources within the school environment.

This study addresses the continued reliance on manual academic supervision, with paper-based instruments still widely used despite rapid educational digitalisation and the integration of teacher performance assessment through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM). This condition creates challenges for school principals in understanding the supervision priorities and indicators aligned with PMM-based education report cards, leading to inconsistencies in academic oversight and hindering the effective implementation of educational strategies. This research aims to develop the SUKA MAJU application using Google Workspace for Education to support more effective and integrated academic supervision. The study employs a research-and-development approach based on the ADDIE model, comprising analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, practicality testing, and effectiveness evaluation involving school principals. The results indicate high validity (90%), strong practicality (82%), and high effectiveness (84%). These findings demonstrate that the SUKA MAJU application effectively enhances the implementation of academic supervision in schools, leading to improved educational outcomes and better support for teachers' professional development.

This study examined how learning facilities and teacher professional development contribute to job satisfaction among public junior high school teachers in Padang Pariaman Regency, Indonesia. Using a quantitative correlational design, 291 teachers were selected from a population of 1,187 through cluster sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using validated, reliable Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results indicated that learning facilities and teacher professional development each made a positive and statistically significant contribution to teacher job satisfaction. The two variables also contributed significantly to job satisfaction when examined simultaneously. These findings indicate that adequate learning facilities and sustained professional development opportunities are important organizational factors associated with teacher job satisfaction. The research emphasizes the necessity of improving school resources and providing continuous professional development to support teachers’ professional well-being.

This study was motivated by the low level of students' mathematics learning outcomes and self-confidence, indicating the need for an innovative instructional approach that enhances both cognitive and affective aspects of learning. One alternative is the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, which emphasizes students' active engagement through authentic projects to solve real-world problems and produce tangible products. This study aimed to: (1) examine the effect of the Project-Based Learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes; (2) analyze the effect of self-confidence on students' mathematics learning outcomes; and (3) investigate the interaction between the Project-Based Learning model and self-confidence on the mathematics learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN 071020 Awa’ai in the topic of cubes and rectangular prisms. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a 2 × 2 factorial design. Data were analyzed using a Two-Way Analysis of Variance (Two-Way ANOVA) with unequal cell sizes after satisfying the assumptions of normality and homogeneity. The findings revealed that: (1) the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model had a significant positive effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes, with students taught using PjBL achieving better results than those taught using the conventional learning model; (2) self-confidence had a significant effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes; and (3) there was a significant interaction between the learning model and self-confidence in influencing students' mathematics learning outcomes. These findings indicate that the implementation of the Project-Based Learning model, supported by students' self-confidence, is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes.
