Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Penggunaan WhatsApp Group sebagai Media Pembelajaran Peserta Didik pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 di SMP Negeri 4 Woja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif tipe eksperimen yang dimana menerapkan perlakukan terhadap salah satu kelas eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMP Negeri 4 Woja yang terdiri dari 6 kelas dengan jumlah 142 peserta didik. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 56 peserta didik pada kelas IXA dan IXB Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh melalui tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya data penelitian ini di analisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial.Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata hasil belajar posttest PKn peserta didik yang tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran WhatsApp Group adalah sebesar 78,21, standar deviasi 4,924, skor tertinggi (maksimal) 88, dan skor terendah (minimal) 70. Sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil belajar PKn peserta didik yang menggunakan media pembelajaran WhatsApp Group adalah 85,18, standar deviasi 3,334, skor tertinggi (maksimal) 90, dan skor terendah (minimal) 80. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada posttess bahwa nilai sigdengan uji t adalah 0,000 Kata Kunci : Efektifitas, WhatsApp Group, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract

This study discusses the application of Iwak Aer media as an effort to improve student learning outcomes for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in West Sumbawa Regency. The research objectives are 1) to produce a model of Iwak Aer which is used as a learning tool and media for PAUD students in West Sumbawa Regency. 2) to test and implement Iwak Aer as a learning tool and media for PAUD students in West Sumbawa Regency. 3) to determine the effectiveness of Iwak Aer as a learning tool and media in improving the learning outcomes of PAUD students in the West Sumbawa Regency. This type of research includes the type of development research, using experimental methods. The development of Iwak Aer was tested on a small scale at PAUD Negeri 1 Brang Ene with a sample of 25 students. Validation of media experts by 4 expert validators with details, namely 2 validators from supervisors and 2 validators from PAUD Negeri 1 Brang Ene teachers. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews with the help of questionnaires/ questionnaires, interview sheets, and observation sheets. The results showed the score on the PreTest with details of the number of students who got the very well developed category at 0%, developed as expected by 8%, started to develop by 72%, and did not develop by 20%. The average value on the Post-Test with details of the number of students who got the very well developed category was 36%, developed as expected by 56%, started to develop by 8%, and has not developed by 0%. The conclusion of this research is the Iwak Aer model which is used as a learning tool and media for PAUD students in West Sumbawa Regency. The results of the test or implementation of Iwak Aer as a learning tool and media for PAUD students in the West Sumbawa Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tentang inovasi penerapan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membetuk lulusan yang entrepreneurship in tourism di SMKN 1 Seteluk kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen kepimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membentuk karakter entrepreneurship lulusan di SMKN 1 Seteluk, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membentuk karakter interpreneurship lulusan di SMKN 1 Seteluk. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMKN 1 Seteluk, selama 5 bulan dari Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2021. Adapun informan atau responden penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan staf tata usaha. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data di analisis dengan pola analisis Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga prosudur kegiatan yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian penyusunan kurikulum dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di SMKN 1 Seteluk penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen yaitu; planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Proses pembelajaran praktik mata pelajaran PKK guna terwujudnya pembentukan karakter entrepreneurship tamatan sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen sesuai dengan standar Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran supaya peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk mempunyai kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Pendidikan agama adalah pendidikan yang memberikan pengetahuan serta membentuk sikap, kepribadian, dan keterampilan peserta didik dalam mengamalkan ajaran agamanya, yang dilaksanakan sekurang-kurangnya melalui mata pelajaran / kuliah pada semua jalur, jenjang, dan jenis Pendidikan. Pusat Pendidikan formal atau Lembaga Pendidikan Formal ialah yang dimaksud sekolah. Difabel adalah penyandang cacat atau berkemampuan secara berbeda. Dalam konteks dunia istilah yang umum digunakan ialah disability ( disabilitas ) yaitu sebuah kondisi fisik atau mental yang membuat seseorang tidak mampu untuk bertindak dalam sebuah cara yang dipandang biasa bagi banyak orang. Di pendahuluan tentang pendidikan, pendidkan agama, Sekolah, dan Disabilitas menarik penulis untuk menulis lebih banyak tentang Pendidikan Islaami Tanpa Diskriminasi, Klasifikasi Disabilitas, contoh Disabilitas dalam Islaam, dan Opsi Lembaga Pendidikan untuk Disabilitas yaitu SLB serta Pendidikan Integrasi dan Inklusi. Pendekatan penelitian ini ialah Pendekatan Kualitatif. Kajian ini yaitu fenomenologi. Macam penelitian kualitatif di penelitian ini ialah deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini ialah informan yaitu orang-orang yang memiliki pengalaman dalam Pendidikan Islami berhubungan dengan disabilitas, difabel, ABK, dan SLB serta Pendidikan Integrasi dan Inklusi. Sumber data sekunder pada penelitian ini ialah penelitian orang lain, dokumen, buku, jurnal, atau lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data di penelitian ini ialah observasi berdasarkan pengalaman, wawancara (percakapan) dengan informan, dan dokumentasi dari penelitian orang lain, dokumen, buku, jurnal, atau lainnya. Analisis data melalui tiga langkah yaitu kondensasi data (data condensation), menyajikan data (data display), dan data verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan). Ada 3 (tiga) triangulasi yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu triangulasi sumber data, teknik, dan peneliti. Di antara aspek yang mesti diingatkan tentang Pendidikan Islam Tanpa Diskriminasi ialah sikap guru, minimalisasi cap buruk, dan keadaan tanpa diskriminasi. Contoh Disabilitas dalam Islaam ialah Penyandang cacat fisik, Penyandang cacat mental, dan Penyandang cacat fisik dan mental. Contoh Disabilitas dalam Islaam ialah Al-A’maa ( Disabilitas Netra ), Al-Akhrosu ( Disabilitas Wicara ), Al-Ashommu ( Disbilitas Rungu ), Al-A’roj ( Disabilitas Daksa ), dan Al-Mu’aaqiina Dzihniyaan ( Disabilitas Grahita atau Berfikir atau Mental ). Contoh disabilitas dalam Islaam bagi Disabilitas Grahita yang memungkinkan diperbaiki berfikir atau mental ialah agar bershabar dan membantunya contoh dalam hal pengobatan atau perawatan, makanan, pakaian, Pendidikan, atau lainnya. Pemilihan dari opsi Lembaga Pendidikan, Pemindahan anak atau anak dalam perwalian, atau Pengembaliannya ke Lembaga Pendidikan sebelumnya menurut penulis orang tua atau walinya sepantasnya berkonsultasi dengan dokter, terapis, psikolog, psikiater, orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas, difabel, atau ABK, serta guru Pendidikan Luar Biasa, atau guru bukan Pendidikan Luar Biasa tetapi berpengalaman berhubungan dengan disabilitas, difabel, atau ABK. Menurut penulis konsultasi tadi bisa berupa psikologis anak, guru dan tenaga kependidikan, metode mengajar, shahabat seumur, keadaan orang tua, kondisi sosial, serta fisik dan sarana-prasarana yang ada di lembaga Pendidikan, atau hal-hal lainnya. Opsi Lembaga Pendidikan untuk Disabilitas yaitu Sekolah Luar Biasa ( SLB ), Pendidikan Integrasi, dan Pendidikan Inklusi.

Abstract

The mining industry in Indonesia plays an important role in national economic development. However, mining activities often result in significant environmental impacts. This creates a paradox between the need for economic growth and environmental sustainability. This study aims to explore the relationship between economic growth generated by the mining sector and its environmental impacts in Indonesia. The study uses qualitative methods with secondary data analysis from government reports, scientific journals and other relevant sources. The results showed a significant conflict of interest between natural resource exploitation and environmental preservation. The study concludes that sustainability-based policies should be integrated in the management of the mining industry to achieve a balance between economic and environmental development.

Abstract

This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation as data sources. Teachers and school administrators are the respondents in this survey. Coding, organization, and checks are used in data analysis. Meanwhile, diligence, triangulation, and thorough descriptions are used to ensure the results of the research. The purpose of this study is to find out how much and how well instructors work in fulfilling the assigned obligations and realizing their performance in accordance with the standards required by professional principals. The findings of the study show that: first, the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Donggo has used a leadership strategy that is quite good to improve teacher performance. However, there are still a number of areas that need to be improved to foster work discipline, foster positive attitudes and mentalities, and provide incentive allowances to teachers. This is evident from a number of sources, especially teacher performance. Second, problems with the principal's ability to influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Donggo, inadequate work ethic and low community involvement. Third, how the principal's actions have affected the performance of the instructors at SMA Negeri 1 Donggo, the environment at work, the reward for an honest and reliable approach. This cannot be separated from the planning of teacher performance change activities, the implementation of teacher performance change activities, directing teacher performance change activities, and evaluating teacher performance change activities.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research using a narrative descriptive approach to analyze data. To obtain data or information, the researcher directly visited the respondents using data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data and verifying/drawing conclusions. Based on the exposure of data and research findings, the results of the research were obtained, namely: (1) There are 5 innovations in teacher performance in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Donggo, including: improving teacher competence, teachers' religious spiritual activities, forming work teams, implementing work discipline and awarding. Keywords: Implementation, Innovation, Teacher Performance. (2) The implementation of teacher performance innovations in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Donggo includes: a) improving teacher competence, b) teachers' religious spiritual activities c) the formation of work teams, namely curriculum teams, d) the implementation of work discipline through the implementation of teachers' attendance and daily journals and e) the provision of rewards in the form of allowances and positions. (3) The results of teacher performance innovations in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Donggo include: a) the competence and performance of teachers in carrying out their duties are getting better, b) the formation of high student character c) high academic and non-academic achievement of students d) high quality exam results and graduates, and e) increasing the support of parents and the community.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SMA Negeri 1 Woha, in an effort to improve the quality of education. The findings of the study show that SMA Negeri 1 Woha has been independent enough to meet the availability of teachers and other support staff, as well as sufficient and adequate in terms of the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Strong school collaboration, as evidenced by the direction, and internal relationships built with MGMP within the school. In addition, there is an MoU built with other partnerships to collaborate in the progress of the school. As well as the existence of physical support, and human resources from stakeholders for the implementation of education at SMA Negeri 1 Woha. Another thing is that SMA Negeri 1 Woha has the openness of the school to disseminate information through meeting activities and school bulletin boards, which is an indication of good school transparency. And school accountability is seen from the process of financial responsibility carried out through the preparation of school accountability reports. Meanwhile, the obstacles and obstacles faced by SMA Negeri 1 Woha include several obstacles to the implementation of school-based management, namely: Lack of financial resources; Lack of human resources; Facilities and infrastructure; Lack of community support to support the implementation of school-based management (SBM).

Abstract

Soybean cultivation in tropical regions, such as Indonesia, is often constrained by photoperiod sensitivity, resulting in low yield. Using long juvenile traits in short photoperiod tropical areas resulted in lines with late flowering time and high yield. Genetic diversity analysis of soybean lines using molecular markers is a critical step for breeding high-yielding soybean lines. This study aimed to analyze genetic diversity and construct DNA barcodes for 44 tropical soybean superior lines based on 17 SSR markers. Genetic materials used were the high-yielding F5 soybean lines developed for their adaptation to short day-length of low latitude tropical regions. SSR markers used were those that distributed well across the soybean genome and proven their usefulness for soybean genetic diversity analyses. Results showed that the SSR demonstrated distinctive polymorphism among the 44 lines. A total of 377 alleles were detected with an average of 22.8 alleles per SSR locus. Polymorphism information content (PIC) values varied from 0.77 to 0.96 with an average of 0.90. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the 44 soybean genotypes were divided into 2 main clusters. Five markers, i.e., satt009, satt646, satt147, satt431, and satt191, with a polymorphism information content value of ≥0.94, were found to be informative and suitable for DNA barcode construction. Each of the 44 lines was assigned with specific barcodes. The barcodes constructed from this study should be useful for DNA fingerprinting as well as protection purposes of the specific superior soybean lines analyzed in this study. Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the result of using Small Group Discussion to activate the students to speak English. The method of this research was descriptive method. It aimed at describing whether or not the use of small group discussion activates the students to speak English. It employed two kinds of instruments: they were observation checklist and questionnaire. The sample was purposive sampling considering that class III Accounting 1 of nine classes namely: III AK 1, III AK 2, III AK 3, III SEK 1, III SEK 2, III SEK 3, III KOP 1, III KOP 2, and III PEN chosen. The sample consisted of 30 students taken from the third year students of Accounting Department of SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba Academic year 2005/2006. The data collected were analyzed in mean score. To find out the significant result of the use of small group discussion, the researcher applied Likert’s attitude scale using percentage technique. The result of data analysis shows that the use of small group discussion activates the third year students of Accounting Department of SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba to speak English. The students have positive attitude toward teaching speaking through small group discussion technique. The mean score of the students’ attitude from 20 statements was 82.73. In other words, the students have positive attitude toward teaching speaking through small group discussion.Keywords: activate student speaking, small group discussion
