Abstract

Sambal is a side dish, one of the variants of which is basic chili sauce with additional ingredients of various types of fish such as bete-bete fish (Leiognathus sp). The purpose of this study was to examine the proximate composition and sensory properties (hedonic and description) and to determine the shelf life of bete-bete fish sauce (SIB) using the Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) method using the parameters of the total content of bacteria and molds in the chili sauce. The treatments included the use of fish (%) and basic chili sauce (%) with a ratio of 50:50 (SIB1), 40:60 (SIB2), and 30:70 (SIB3). The results showed that the highest proximate composition of SIB was protein and fat with a range of 35.23+1.56 - 42.32±0.45% and 21.14±0.13 - 32.53±1.75, respectively. %. The most desirable sambal (sensory hedonic test) is SIB3, which has the characteristics of appearance: red color typical of fish sauce, slightly bright, brilliant, homogeneous, clean and attractive, aroma: typical of fish sauce is strong, fragrant and fresh, and the consistency is not thick with taste. which is delicious, typical of fish sauce, spicy and somewhat savory. Based on the total parameters of bacteria and molds, it is suspected that the bete-bete fish sauce (SIB3) has a shelf life of 22, 19 and 18 days, respectively, at storage temperatures of 20, 25 and 27 °C.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Usia lanjut sangat berkaitan dengan berbagai perubahan akibat proses menua seperti perubahan anatomi/fisiologi dan berbagai penyakit atau keadaan patologik sebagai akibat penuaan. Meningkatnya jumlah lanjut usia (lansia menyebabkan banyaknya persoalan bagi lansa itu sendiri yang mengakibatkan munculnya beberapa fenomena seperti perubahan struktural dan fisiologis, salah satunya seperti kesulitan untuk tidur (insomnia. Insomnia merupakan gangguan tidur yang terjadi pada jutaan orang di seluruh dunia. Beberapa lansia di Posyandu lansia lingkungan Batu Ringgit Selatan Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Kota Mataram mengatakan istirahat tidurnya kurang, lansia sering terbangun dimalam hari dan lansia mengatakan sulit untuk tidur Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi senam yoga terhadap insomnia pada lansia. Metode: Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental designs one group pretest-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20 Lansia. Jumlah sampel 20 lansia dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengambil data menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara, serta dianalisis dengan Pairet Ttest. Hasil: Uji statistik didapatkan hasil p=0, 004 (p<0,05 artinya ada pengaruh terapi senam yoga terhadap insomnia pada lansia di Lingkungan Batu Ringgit Selatan Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) merupakan berbagai infeksi yang dapat menular dari satu orang ke orang yang lain melalui kontak seksual. Banyaknya kasus IMS pada kelompok usia 15-24 tahun disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya pengetahuan, sumber informasi dan sikap. Maka dari itu perlunya diketahui faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan perilaku IMS sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan perventif melalui faktor dominan tersebut.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan IMS pada kelompok usia produktif 15-24 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Menteng Palangka Raya.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Proportional Random Sampling serta menggunakan uji statistik Regresi Linear Ganda dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 262 responden.Hasil: Hasil uji statistik Regresi Linear Ganda dengan Tingkat Signifikan yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 dan faktor yang diteliti yaitu pengetahuan dengan signifikan 0,010, sumber informasi dengan signifikan 0,000 dan sikap dengan signifikan 0,879. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, faktor yang  sangat mempengaruhi perilaku adalah sumber informasi yang memiliki nilai signifikan paling rendah yaitu 0,000.Simpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji statistik regresi linear ganda dengan tingkat signifikan yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 dan faktor yang diteliti yaitu pengetahuan dengan signifikan 0,010, sumber informasi dengan signifikan 0,000 dan sikap dengan signifikan 0,879. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, faktor yang  sangat mempengaruhi perilaku adalah sumber informasi yang memiliki nilai signifikan paling rendah yaitu 0,000.Kata Kunci: Faktor, Perilaku Pencegahan, IMS Abstract Bacground: Sexually Transmitted Infection (STDs) are infections that pass from one person to another through sexual contact. So, too important to know what the dominant factor, because by this we can do the preventive.Purpose: The purposed this research is to Analyzed Factors that correlated with teenager’s 15-24 years old preventive behavior  STD in Menteng Health public worked area Palangka RayaMethod : This research is Descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach that uses sampling using Proportional Random Sampling and Multiple Linear Regression Statistic Test with 262 respondents.Result: The result are knowledge with significant value 0,010, information with significant value 0,000 and behavior with significant value 0,879. That mean the dominant factor that correlated with preventive behavior  STD is information, it because the information have lowest significant value.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the results of multiple linear regression statistical tests with a significant level were used, namely 0.05 and the factors studied were knowledge with a significance of 0.010, sources of information with a significance of 0.000 and attitudes with a significance of 0.879. Based on these results, the factor that greatly influences behavior is the source of information that has the lowest significant value, namely 0.000. Keywords: Factor, preventive behavior, IMS

Abstract

Background: Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) is a disorder of carbohydrate tolerance that increases blood sugar levels. It is first known during the second and third trimester of pregnancy. This study aims to determine the description of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) incidence in Sleman Yogyakarta in 2018. Subjects and Method: This research was observational descriptive with a retrospective approach. This study used secondary data wich written from medicalrecords blood sugar classifica-tion ≥105 gr/dL and fasting blood sugar ≥126 gr/dL. The population was 1023. The sample was 80 which was taken by using simple random sampling technique from January-December 2018 at Minggir Primary Health Center, Tempel I Primary Health Center and Mlati 1 Primary Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Results: The results of the study showed that from 80 pregnant women who examined their blood sugar levels, 47 subjects (58.8%) experienced DMG, 39 subjects (48.8%) aged ≥35 years, 50 subjects (62.5%) had preterm gestational age, 34 subjects (42.5%) had primary education (elementary/ junior high), 47 subjects (58.8%) did not work/housewives, 54 subjects (67.5%) were parity ≥2x, 38 subjects (47.5% ) were overweight, 47 subjects (58.8%) had GDM history, 47 subjects (58.8%) had hypertension in pregnancy, and 41 subjects (51.3%) had an incomplete Ante Natal Care (ANC) examination. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the incidence of GDM in Sleman is high, with characteristics of age at risk (≥35 years), history of previous illnesses and obesity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Serui Makassar (2) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang lebih dominan dari kualitas (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Serui Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survey dengan responden sebanyak 99 orang pelanggan PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Serui Makassar.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Seluruh dimensi-dimensi tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan dan paarsial, sedangkan koefisien korelasi 79,8% dan keofisien determinasi 63,7% yang berarti 63,7% variabel dimensi-dimensi mampu menjelaskan kepuasan pelanggan PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Serui Makassar. (2) Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pelanggan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Serui Makassar adalah variabel empaty (empathy). Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan.  AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of service quality consisting of (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Serui Makassar Branch (2) To find out the variables that are more dominant than quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Serui Makassar Branch. This study used primary data through a survey with respondents as many as 99 customers of PT. Hadji Kalla Serui Makassar Branch.  The results of this study show that: (1) All of these dimensions have a significant influence on customer satisfaction simultaneously and paarsial, while the correlation coefficient is 79.8% and the efficiency of determination is 63.7% which means 63.7% of the variables of the dimensions are able to explain customer satisfaction of PT. Hadji Kalla Serui Makassar Branch. (2) The most influential variable on the quality of customer service at PT. Abstract

Background: Stigma and discrimination are recognized as the barrier in the prevention and treatment programs with HIV and AIDS (Cao et al., 2010). One in four people are still afraid to have direct contact with people who are HIV-positive and reported that they would actively avoid interacting with someone they know to be HIV-positive (Herek, Capitanio, & Widaman, 2002). Stigma does not just come from the family, the community, but also from health personnel.Objective and Methods: To identify the characteristics of people living with HIV (PLHIV) and health workers stigma against people living with HIV in the city of Yogyakarta. Research using analytic survey with cross sectional approach. A total of 82 samples were obtained from 487 PLHIV and 53 health personnel from the region Pukesmas City. Samples were taken by using the purposive random sampling.Results: There was a significant relationship between gender (p = 0.026), education (p = 0.015), religion (p = 0.005) against the perceived stigma of people with HIV. A total of 56.9% said getting the stigma of personnel health personnel.Suggestions Conclusion: There is still a stigma of health workers and in this case the policy support from the government in addressingsocio-cultural and psychological related to HIV and AIDS is very necessary. Communication and campaigns on HIV / AIDS in order to optimize the knowledge of health workers and the public in the hope of discriminatory behavior and stigma reduction. It is hoped that this campaign will promote the use of standard precautions and practice of health professionals.

Abstract

Education has an important role in ensuring the survival of the nation and state, as well as improving the quality of human resources to participate in national development. Today's developing technology, including in the field of education, can make it easier for students to learn new things and get information, including about scholarship programs. However, the security of scholarship recipient data needs to be considered so that it is not easily accessed by unauthorized people. Cryptography can be an appropriate approach to secure such data. This research aims to secure Grant Me application user information using the AES algorithm to encrypt the username and password of scholarship recipients and scholarship providers. The method used is experimental testing of the system to be built using the AES algorithm. The results showed that the application of the AES algorithm with a key value of 256 bytes proved that user login information was not easy to know from either the application owner or a third party. With the application of AES as a security system, it can be concluded that the application becomes more secure from hacker interference.

Abstract

Abstract

Study This gives a clear view of How a company can face problem displacement sales from marketplaces to e-commerce websites, companies realize that depending on the marketplace it has a number of limitations and challenges.From the problems mentioned above, then _ proposed For building purposeful web application For design and develop web-based e-commerce application. In this process, System web applications use modeling Draw Io system, with PHP programming language, and phpMyAdmin database, PHP Framework Laravel 9.Test results on the system This shows that from the results Index percentage earned on each _ statement pointed out average results the percentage is 74.66% With results, then it is stated in testing to achievement utility application stated worthy accepted with Satisfactory status

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of utilizing palm oil mill effluent on the amount of palm oil fruit production through land application at PT. CPKA. The research was conducted using a quantitative analysis method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. PT. CPKA is a palm oil industry engaged in palm oil plantation and processing. According to the Directorate General of Processing and Marketing of Agricultural Products (PPHP) (2006), each ton of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) has the potential to produce liquid waste amounting to 50% of the total waste generated. PT. CPKA processes waste using a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) system, which is then utilized as fertilizer for application on plantation land (land application). The research results show that palm oil mill effluent at PT. CPKA has a positive impact on the increase in palm oil production, with yields of 16.73 tons/ha in 2015, 11.79 tons/ha in 2016, 18.65 tons/ha in 2017, 29.46 tons/ha in 2018, and 26.26 tons/ha in 2019. These figures are higher compared to the production of palm oil without the application of palm oil mill effluent, which were 15.67 tons/ha in 2015, 10.38 tons/ha in 2016, 15.72 tons/ha in 2017, 25.92 tons/ha in 2018, and 25.11 tons/ha in 2019.
