Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi spiritual terhadap kinerja religius, Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 35 karyawan yang bekerja sebagai tenaga pendidikan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan perangkat statistic SPSS 20. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja religius SDM pada tenaga pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta karena nila thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 2,198 > 1,309. Selain itu diketahui nilai sig sebesar 0,035, dimana nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,035 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha di terima, artinya kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja religius pada tenaga Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Univeritas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Motivasi spiritual berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja religius DDM pada tenaga pendidikan karena nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 1,642 > 1,309. Selain itu diketahui nilai sig sebesar 0,035, dimana nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,035 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya motivasi spiritual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja religius pada tenaga pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta

Abstract

Background : In this COVID-19 pandemic situation, there are many restrictions on almost all routine services including maternal and newborn health services. Pregnant women are advised to continue to routinely carry out pregnancy checks during the pandemic even though there are service modifications (social distancing). Purpose of Writing: To obtain in-depth information about ANC services during the Covid-19 pandemic at PMB Ana Hasanah. Research Methods: The research used is a qualitative approach with the type of Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) research. The informants of this study consisted of 8 pregnant women who made antenatal care visits at PMB Ana Hasanah. While the key informants were husbands or families of pregnant women and Ana Hasanah PMB officers. Research Results: input components, human resources are sufficient and according to standards. Funds are available and sourced from clinic revenue turnover. SOPs are available which refer to the RI Ministry of Health Guidelines. The facilities and infrastructure are complete. For the process component, midwives' independent practice has carried out the flow of antenatal care services and health protocols according to the guidelines, but level 3 PPE is still limited. For the output component, the scope of ANC services has decreased significantly during the pandemic. For the outcome component, pregnant women are satisfied with antenatal care services, but some pregnant women do not have routine checks. Conclusions and Suggestions: The results of this study are expected to provide information to the Mandiri Midwife Practice as a place for maternal and neonatal health services so that they can provide the best service to pregnant women during the pandemic both online and offline so that monitoring of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic can run well.

Abstract

This study aims to identify teacher difficulties in the online learning process on 8 indicators, namely internet quota indicators, limited mastery of information technology, facilities and infrastructure, unstable networks, learning applications, learning management, learning assessment, and task execution. Online learning is an educational innovation that involves elements of information technology in learning. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Respondents in this study were 12 mathematics teachers at SMA Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using qualitative descriptive data techniques. The results showed that there were 16 indicators that became difficulties for mathematics teachers in the online learning process, namely, using various learning media (41.7%), many other economic needs that must be met (41.7%), not accustomed to using online learning applications. (75%), do not understand about online learning (50%), online learning facilities used by students are owned by their parents (50%), some students complain that they cannot send assignments because they are constrained by the internet network (50%), there is no internet signal ( 75%), bad weather conditions cause internet network to be disrupted (58.3%), difficult to see the achievement of basic competencies mastered by students (50%), difficulty in attitude assessment (50%), difficulty monitoring student learning progress (50%) , lack of student understanding of learning materials (58.3%), learning tends to be more task-oriented (58.3%), students' lack of interest in online learning (91.7%), the difficulty of economic needs students so that they have to work (75%), and students are bored and bored studying online (50%). This shows that there are still things that are difficult for math teachers in online learning during covid-19.Keywords : Online Learning, Difficulty, Mathematics

Abstract

Mathematical representation ability is an important ability in understanding mathematical concepts as an effort to obtain clarity of meaning and understanding in solving problems. Technology-based learning media can simplify the learning process thereby helping students in representing mathematical problems. This research aims to determine the increase in students' mathematical representation abilities using Geogebra software. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type. The population is students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Lhoong Aceh Besar for the 2023/2024 academic year consisting of 2 classes totaling 60 people. There are 30 people in Class XI MIPA 1 as an experimental class with the Geogebra software learning media, and 30 people in XI MIPA 2 as a control class without the Geogebra program learning media. The data collection technique in this research is using Pretest and Posttest. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in students' mathematical representation abilities who were taught using Geogebra software media in class XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Lhoong. Most students answered the questions according to indicators of mathematical representation ability in the form of visual, symbolic and verbal representations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the learning styles of female VIII class students, before and after being given the application of classical guidance services. As well as to find out the effectiveness of the application of learning styles through classical services, the research method conducted was Classroom Action Research. Classroom action research conducted by design refers to the design of the Kemmis & Taggart model, the stages of action include (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The research was conducted with two cycles. The results of the study concluded that an increase in the value or learning outcomes of students when they understand and practice learning styles means that these students have good learning skills, so it has an impact on good grades as well.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahan ajar bermuatan ayat-ayat al-quran pada materi dinamika partikel dalam proses pembelajaran bertujuan untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan bahan ajar bermuatan ayat-ayat al-quran pada materi dinamika partikel dengan model direct instruction untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan subjek uji coba berupa bahan ajar dan diuji pada 13 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen validasi, instrumen lembar keterlaksanaan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan lembar tes hasil belajar (THB). Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase nilai dan disesuaikan dengan kriteria aspek penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) validitas bahan ajar berkategori sangat baik; (2) kepraktisan bahan ajar berkategori baik; (3) efektivitas bahan ajar berkategori efektif; dan (4) penggunaan bahan ajar berhasil melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar bermuatan ayat-ayat al-quran pada materi dinamika partikel dengan model direct instruction untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Alat music phypox sudah banyak digunakan sebagai media dalam sebuah pembelajaran untuk melihat hasil dari percobaan. Namun sedikit peneliti yang melakukan penelitian terkait Tingkat akurasi dari phypox itu sendiri dan apakah ada aplikasi lain yang lebih layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aplikasi pendeteksi frekuensi yaitu aplikasi phypox dan sound frequency analyzer. Kedua aplikasi tersebut akan dianalisis, aplikasi manakah yang lebih efektif digunakan serta memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi ketika digunakan dalam mengukur frekuensi pada skala kromatik yang memiliki kenyaringan yang sama dalam satu oktaf pada alat musik gitar. Aplikasi yang digunakan adalah aplikasi phypox dan sound frequency analyzer. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kegiatan dengan memainkan beberapa chord nada gitar disertai dengan pengukuran frekuensi menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode experiment dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif.  Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan memperoleh hasil untuk aplikasi phypox mendapatkan rata-rata ketidakpastian pengukuran sebesar 3,73 % sedangkan untuk aplikasi sound frequency analyzer memperoleh hasil rata – rata ketidakpastian pengukuran sebesar 3,3 % hal ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi yang lebih efektif dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi adalah aplikasi sound frequency analyzer  dengan kesalahan relatif yang sangat kecil, lebih kecil dari aplikasi phypox. Oleh karena itu aplikasi sound frequency analyzer sangat dianjurkan untuk digunakan dalam pengukuran frekuensi guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih teliti dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam kelas pembelajaran matematika terlihat siswa bersikap pasif dan apabila diberi tugas siswa tidak berusaha menyelesaikan soal matematika tetapi menyalin hasil kerja temannya. Hal ini menunjukkan rendahnya kepercayaan diri matematis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan melihat interaksi antara gender dan pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan sampel penelitian ada dua kelompok yaitu kelompok siswa kelas VIII-5 sebanyak 36 siswa (22 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan) dan kelompok siswa kelas VIII-6 sebanyak 37 siswa (22 laki-laki dan 15 perempuan). Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran skala kepercayaan diri terhadap seluruh sampel penelitian, dilanjutkan dengan analisis data dengan anava dua jalur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) Siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih tinggi peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematisnya daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional (2) tidak terdapat interaksi antara gender dengan pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa.

Abstract

The contemporary reality of society often neglects the significance of family life while prioritizing economic pursuits, religious endeavors, and missionary activities. As evident in the narrations, it disregard for Islamic values raises the relevance of recognizing the family's precedence over the imperative to engage in Islamic causes, as emphasized in the Hadith narrated by Mālik ibn al-Huwayrith. This study aims to extract the essence of the Hadith to address contemporary challenges in da'wah and religious deepening potential catalysts for family abandonment. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a hermeneutical model in data analysis; the research reveals that Mālik's allegiance, even posthumously, signifies his inclination to remain in the City of Hijrah for the advancement of Islam, a disposition the Prophet "rejected" by instructing him to return to his family. Despite Mālik's assumption about the Prophet understanding their yearning for their families, this sentiment was never explicitly articulated. Consequently, the Hadith underscores the virtue of being with one's family, emphasizing that journeys for religious enrichment or other purposes do not absolve the obligation to be with the family. Furthermore, the Hadith conveys that whatever is gained during the trip, whether knowledge or material possessions, rightfully belongs to the family left behind.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Role of Teachers in Implementing the AUDBK Curriculum at Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten using descriptive qualitative research. With the research subject Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten which has more than 60 children. This observation aims to find out the curriculum applied by the school. The results of this study are that researchers found that through this inclusion program the role of the teacher in improving children's social abilities is as a motivator and innovator in responding to children's difficulties, as well as a facilitator who is able to provide good and appropriate facilities to children with special needs at Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten. In addition, Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten also applies the appropriate curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and learning methods so that children's growth and development develop well. The curriculum applied is not the AUDBK curriculum but uses an independent curriculum, because the ABK children in Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten are classified as mild ABK, it's just that the level of achievement standards is lowered a little from the general standard. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques observation or observation, interviews with principals and class teachers and documentation of classroom activities. While data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman approach, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research was conducted at Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kindergarten, South Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Guru dalam Penerapan Kurikulum AUDBK pada TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains yang mempunyai jumlah siswa sebanyak 60 lebih anak. Observasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kurikulum yang diterapkan oleh sekolah. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yakni peneliti menemukan bahwa melalui program inklusi ini peran guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak yakni sebagai motivator dan inovator dalam menanggapi kesulitan anak, serta sebagai fasilitator yang mampu mmberikan fasilitas yang baik dan tepat kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains. Selain itu, lembaga TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains juga menerapkan kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, serta metode pembelajaran yang sesuai sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak berkembang dengan baik. Kurikulum yang diterapkan bukan kurikulum AUDBK namun menggunakan kurikulum merdeka, karena anak ABK yang ada di TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains tergolong ABK ringan, hanya saja untuk tingkat standar pencapaiannya diturunkan sedikit dari standar umum seharusnya.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi atau pengamatan, wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan guru kelas dan dokumentasi kegiatan di kelas. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Aisyiyah 85 Trensains Kabupaten Tangerang Selatan Provinsi Banten.
