Abstract

This research focuses on implementing PAI Learning with a Scientific Learning Approach in Increasing the Effectiveness of PAI Learning with the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. The purpose of this research was to find out the planning, implementation, and obstacles to learning PAI with a scientific learning approach in increasing the effectiveness of learning PAI. This research method is qualitative research; the sources of this research are primary and secondary, and data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion—guarantees for data validity, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, certainty, and triangulation. The results of this study are PAI Learning Planning using the Scientific Learning Approach in the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. It has been made well and implemented optimally, and in the future, it will be even better with more mature preparation; it has been implemented to the fullest by applying the 5M scientific method in learning, namely: Seeing, Asking, Exploring, Associating, and Communicating, Obstacles to Implementation of PAI Learning using the Scientific Learning Approach in the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra So far it can be overcome with solutions and cohesiveness.

Abstract

Educational curriculum management is a systematic process to achieve educational goals. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, education curriculum management needs to be done well so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This research aims to find out how the education curriculum is managed in implementing the 2013 curriculum at Dhinikum Zholtan IT Private Middle School. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the management of the educational curriculum at Dhinikum Zholtan IT Private Middle School is running well. This can be seen from the systematic planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum. Curriculum planning is carried out by involving all stakeholders, namely school principals, teachers and school committees. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out in accordance with the RPP that has been prepared. Curriculum evaluation is carried out periodically to determine the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui cara pembimbing mengevaluasi kemajuan hafalan siswa dalam program tahfiz di Mts PAB 2 Sampali, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahui hambatan yang sering dihadapi oleh siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an dan pembimbing dalam membantu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Untuk mengetahui pembimbing dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk konsisten dalam mengingat hafalan Al-Qur’an.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, adapun teknik pengambilan data dengan tekhnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa peran guru tahfizh dalam membimbing siswa untuk meningkatkan hapalan Al-Quran sesuai pencapaian kurikulum di MTs N 2 Sampali sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam membaca dan menghafal al-qur’an. Bimbingan dari guru yang sudah ahli dalam bidang Al-Qur’an baik itu hafalannya yang sudah sangat lancar, maupun bacaannya yang sudah fasih sangat berpengaruh sekali terhadap minat serta usaha bagi peserta didik dalam proses belajar dan menghafal Al-Qur’an, Namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan usaha menghafal tersebut banyak sekali kendala-kendalanya bagi peserta didik dalam menghafal, baik itu dari segi waktu yang kadang tak tersedia, keinginan perserta didik, minatnya menghafal, kelancaran hafalan, bacaan tajwid dan fasohah yang masih belum sempurna. Adapun Peran yang dilakukan oleh guru tahfiz dalam membimbing siswa ini guru menggunakan metode talaqqi yang dibacakan dulu oleh guru per ayat, supaya benar panjang dan pendek tajwidnya sampai lancar.Dari usaha guru tersebut di harapkan agar peserta didik yang ada di MTS PAB 2 Sampali dapat memenuhi target hafalan mereka sesuai dengan pencapaian target yaitu hafal 5 juz selama 3 tahun

Abstract

This study aims to find out the history and planning of learning in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School, Batang Quiz District.As for the research method used, this type of research is qualitative research, namely field research, with the aim of explaining the phenomenon as deeply as possible through collecting data as deeply as possible. Methods of data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and document studies, data sources, data analysis and scrutinizing the validity of the data refers to qualitative research.The final results of this study indicate that 1) Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Mawaridussalam is a Madrasa that has only been established since 2008, around 14 years old. From 2010 to 2022 the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Aliyah Private Mawaridussalam has been occupied by two people, namely: 1) Nurrokhman, SH., MM, period 2010-2015, and 2) Arief Persada Lift, S.Pd.I., MM, period 2016 – present. 2) Planning of learning activities in improving teacher performance in the Deli Serdang district Private Madrasah Aliyah, namely the Mawaridussalam Private Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by involving teachers to compile all of these programs, while the planning programs are, a) Learning implementation plans, b) Plans for learning approaches and methods , c) Planning for learning tools or media, d) Planning for learning evaluation, e) Planning for preparing a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), f) Planning for hiring teachers/teachers, and g) Planning for teacher development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi di MTs PAB 2 Sampali Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu berkaitan dengan partisipasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi di MTs PAB 2 Sampali dan sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan esktrakurikuler kaligrafi di MTs PAB 2 Sampali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memakai metode fenomenologis yaitu peneliti berusaha memahami arti dari berbagai peristiwa dan kaitannya dengan orang-orang dalam situasi tertentu. Metode yang dipilih adalah kualitatif deskriptif data yang diperoleh berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembina sekaligus pelatih ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi MTs PAB 2 Sampai, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang, , dan 10 orang siswa anggota ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa partisipasi siswa yang ikut dalam ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi ini tidak menjadikan ekskul kaligrafi sebagai ekskul yang banyak diminati siswa-siswi di MTs PAB 2 Sampali, Memastikan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana ini dapat membantu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung perkembangan keterampilan kaligrafi para peserta ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu, guru atau fasilitator juga dapat memperluas sumber daya dengan mengundang kaligrafer profesional sebagai pembicara tamu atau mengadakan kunjungan ke pameran seni kaligrafi lokal dan perlombaan-perlombaan yang bisa memacu siswa untuk berkompetisi. Perlu adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan Pembina dalam memaksimalkan pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi di MTs PAB 2 Sampali

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru di SMK Swasta Kampus Kota Padangsidimpuan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam upaya yang sama. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan pengawasan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk memastikan peningkatan etos kerja guru. Akhirnya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara keseluruhan bagaimana etos kerja guru di SMK Swasta Kampus Kota Padangsidimpuan. Pelaksanaan program ini dijalankan sesuai rencana melalui rapat, pembinaan tugas, dan fasilitasi sarana prasarana untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar, serta pengawasan langsung oleh kepala sekolah guna mendorong kesadaran dan perkembangan guru. Pengawasan dilakukan melalui pemantauan rutin untuk memastikan kegiatan guru tetap sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Secara keseluruhan, etos kerja guru di SMK Swasta Kampus Kota Padangsidimpuan dikategorikan baik, terbukti dari usaha mereka dalam menjalankan kompetensi dan tanggung jawab demi mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepala sekolah dalam membina dan mengembangkan tenaga kependidikan guna meningkatkan pelayanan prima di SMKN 2 Medan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, tenaga administrasi, tenaga laboratorium, petugas keamanan sekolah serta pengumpulan dokumen. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik dan strategi yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah, Ibu Ida Farida, aktif dalam memotivasi dan mengarahkan tenaga kependidikan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan pelayanan kepada siswa, orang tua, dan stakeholder sekolah. Langkah-langkah seperti perencanaan kerja yang terstruktur dan penerapan manajemen berbasis data digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan yang lebih objektif. Tenaga kependidikan, termasuk tenaga administrasi, laboratorium, dan petugas keamanan, menunjukkan komitmen dalam menyediakan pelayanan yang merata dan berkualitas. Mereka menerapkan pelayanan ramah dan responsif, menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang nyaman, serta menjaga keamanan sekolah dengan proaktif.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem in education because it has negative effects on students’ psychological, social, and academic development, including at the primary education level such as MIS Ar-Rahman Desa Bahtangan, thereby underscoring the importance of appropriate prevention strategies. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Stop Bullying Education Program (Program Edukasi Stop Bullying) at MIS Ar-Rahman Desa Bahtangan and to analyze its effectiveness in enhancing students’ understanding and anti-bullying attitudes. The program was implemented through educational sessions, interactive discussions, and role-play simulations designed to cultivate understanding of the forms and impacts of bullying, strengthen empathetic attitudes, and develop students’ social skills. The findings indicate increased student knowledge regarding the forms and consequences of bullying, shifts in attitudes toward greater empathy, and higher levels of teacher engagement in building a safe school environment. The challenges encountered include limited time for implementation, the absence of written regulations, and insufficient parental support. Overall, the Stop Bullying Education Program proved effective in fostering anti-bullying awareness and has important implications for the sustainability of efforts to create a positive and child-friendly school climate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning management in improving student achievement at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah. This research seeks to explain how learning management is and how student achievement is at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation study techniques to obtain valid data about learning management in improving student achievement. This research was conducted at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah which is located on Jl. Sheikh M. Yusuf, Tanjung Pura District. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning management in general is quite good, marked by planning that includes annual programs, semesters, syllabus, educational calendars, and lesson plans, in planning there are still flaws that are not good, because there are still many programs that have not been designed and made and learning achievement as a result achieved by students after experiencing a learning process within a certain period, student learning outcomes include the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Student learning achievement at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah is quite good which is marked by: The value of several student lessons has met the KKM target, the application of religious practices has been carried out in the daily lives of students and students of MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah have won competitions in events with good predicates.

Abstract

Thinking is a function of the soul that contains a broad understanding, because it contains the intent and purpose to solve problems so as to find relationships and determine the relationship between one problem and another. This research is based on knowing the importance of SWOT analysis in thinking and providing good arguments. The research method used is library research. the results show: Thinking is an activity to solve problems and processes in the use of ideas or symbols, ideas and concepts both invisible and semi-visible, Argumentation as an opinion that is put forward and used to overcome a problem that is built or supported by 4 components in arguing, namely the components of claim, evidence, reasoning, and rebuttal. And SWOT analysis is a form of descriptive analysis of situations and conditions (gives an overview), which is then grouped according to their respective contributions. Its role is very important in improving the quality of education because the analysis and description provided is a benchmark in developing further educational institutions/units.
