This research aims to explore the impact of influencers on purchasing decisions for WB Glow products via live streaming on Facebook, with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. The approach used was quantitative, with a survey involving 100 adult female WB Glow users who had watched the live streaming. The analysis results show that influencers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while increasing customer loyalty. Additionally, loyalty is proven to mediate the relationship between influencer influence and purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of marketing strategies that utilize influencers in the current digital era, as well as the importance of building customer loyalty to increase promotional effectiveness. This research provides new insights for marketers in designing more effective and relevant campaigns in the digital marketing era.

This research aims to explore the influence of human resource (HR) development strategies on organizational resilience in facing crises through student practice experiences. In an increasingly dynamic and challenging context, this research examines how student involvement in work practices can make a significant contribution to innovation, flexibility and talent development in organizations. Quantitative techniques were used to conduct this research. The non-probability sampling approach is the sampling methodology used in this research with a sample size of 100 respondents, namely FEB UNM Management students. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis is the data analysis method used. The results of this research prove that there is a positive direct influence between HR development strategies on organizational resilience, as well as indirect influences through work innovation variables and student practical experience.

This research aims to investigate the effect of marketing strategies on purchasing decisions among Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University (FEB UNM), with a focus on brand perception as an intervening variable. The study employed a survey method using purposive sampling, involving 310 active students as respondents. Data were gathered via questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The findings indicated that marketing strategies significantly affect students' purchasing decisions, both directly and through brand perception. These results offer valuable insights for marketers in the education sector to place greater emphasis on brand perception to enhance the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.

This research aims to find out how artificial intelligence and technology influence students' work interests by using intervening variables in the digital-based recruitment process. This research uses quantitative research with research data analysis which is multiple linear regression analysis with path analysis. With the aim of establishing whether a set of independent variables (exogenous) has a direct or indirect impact on the dependent variable, a path analysis model is used to evaluate the interaction pattern between variables (endogenous). The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a sample data collection technique that presents complete information data and uses certain considerations or criteria, namely 100 respondents. The results of this research prove that there is a positive direct influence between artificial intelligence and technology on students' work interest, as well as an indirect influence through digital-based recruitment process variables.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui usaha ekonomi produktif (UEP) di kelurahan sibatua. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu proses penelitian untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena manusia atau sosial dengan menciptakan gambaran yang menyeluruh dan kompleks yang dapat disajikan dengan kata-kata. This study aims to determine the effect of distance learning on character building and digital skills of students in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, with an emphasis on the challenges faced by students in developing these two aspects. The method used is literature review through analysis of articles relevant to distance learning. The results of the literature analysis show that although distance learning provides wider access to learning resources, there are still significant challenges in terms of students' social interaction and self-discipline that result in the development of their character and digital skills. The significance of these results lies in the importance of appropriate interventions to improve distance learning approaches so as to enhance students' digital character and skills that are indispensable in the competitive world of work. The broader implications of this study suggest that improving the quality of education through distance learning can support the development of qualified human resources to contribute to the advancement of education.

This research aims to explore how the application of STEAM-based learning can improve technology and innovation skills in primary school students. The issue raised is the need to understand the effectiveness of STEAM methods in improving students' ability to face modern technological challenges. The writing of this article uses a systematic review method based on several references in the form of books and scientific publication articles from various open source library sources. The results of this study show that students are not only better able to use technology, but also show improvements in creativity and critical thinking skills. These findings are of great significance as technology and innovation skills instilled at an early age become the foundation for the development of higher competencies at an advanced level which is crucial in the field of education. This study therefore provides important insights into the integration of STEAM learning in the primary education curriculum and its long-term implications for improving the quality of human capital.

Laboratorium pendidikan di perguruan tinggi memiliki potensi besar untuk berfungsi sebagai pusat inovasi dan pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Dengan memanfaatkan laboratorium sebagai start-up edukasi, perguruan tinggi dapat menciptakan ruang yang mendukung kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan eksperimen bisnis yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran laboratorium sebagai wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui program-program yang berorientasi pada praktik bisnis, pengembangan produk, serta pembekalan pengetahuan tentang manajemen dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada beberapa laboratorium yang telah sukses melibatkan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan, serta wawancara dengan pengelola laboratorium dan mahasiswa yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laboratorium yang difungsikan sebagai start-up edukasi mampu mempercepat proses belajar kewirausahaan dan memberikan pengalaman praktis yang mendalam bagi mahasiswa, sekaligus memperkenalkan mereka pada dunia bisnis secara langsung. Dengan demikian, laboratorium dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan daya saing mahasiswa di dunia kerja melalui pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang aplikatif dan berbasis teknologi.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi bagi pelaku usaha skala kecil di Kelurahan Limbung Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mendapat respon positif dari peserta pelatihan dan menyadari bahwa kegiatan ini dapat memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan omset penjualan sehingga meningkatkan penghasilan usaha. Materi yang akan disampaikan adalah berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi dalam memasarkan produk yang tidak lagi mengandalkan cara konfensional sehingga dapat menjangkau pemasaran yang tidak membutuhkan tempat dan batas waktu untuk melayani para pelanggan. Adapun faktor pendorong adalah tersedianya jejaring sosial untuk memperkenalkan produk berupa video atau foto produk kepada konsumen. Selain itu penggunaan handphone tidak terbatas pada kalangan tertentu saja, sehingga setiap kalangan masyarakat dapat melakukan kegiatan bisnis.Keterlibatan tim akademisi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat diharapkan hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat, dan dalam kegiatan ini tidak ditemukan kesulitan dalam memberikan materi terkait dengan pemanfaatan media sosial melalui teknologi digitalisasi karena umumnya masyarakat sudah terbisa menggunakan beberapa jejaring sosial.

This research aims to investigate the interconnectedness between entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge competence and their impact on the capabilities and marketing performance of Broiler meat chicken in Makassar, Indonesia. It employs an explanatory research design, aiming to elucidate the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The study's sample comprises 200 poultry entrepreneurs in Makassar, making it a comprehensive exploration of the local Broiler meat chicken industry. The research employs structural equation modeling (SEM) using LISREL version 8.80 as the analytical tool, enabling a rigorous analysis of the data. The findings reveal a significant and positive influence of both entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge competence on the capabilities and marketing performance of Broiler meat chicken in Makassar. This influence is evident both when considering these variables individually (partially) and when analyzed together (simultaneously). These results emphasize the significance of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge competence in enhancing the marketing capabilities and overall performance of the Broiler meat chicken industry in the Makassar region. This research carries valuable implications for entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and policymakers, offering insights that can inform strategies to further improve marketing outcomes and overall performance in the Broiler meat chicken sector in the area.
