Most of action for infusion in the emergency department. Action of infusion more frequently performed by nurses and should be in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The occurrence of plebitis incident, swollen, and trauma of due to repeated infusion is result of actions that do not prioritize of the patient safety. The purpose of research is knowing influence the level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in infusion. This research used descriptive quantitative research methods with cross sectional. The respondent of it is nurses working in the emergency department of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. Data was collected using a questionnaires and observation. The analytical tool used are univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Results is the level of knowledge most of nurses in good category (80,00%), the attitude of most of the nurses has a good category (53,33%) and the application of standard operating procedures infusion majority of categories has been implemented (53,33%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the application of standard operating procedures (p0,05). There is a relationship between the attitude and the application of standard operating procedures (p0,05). The magnitude of the influence level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of SOP for 53,4% (R Square) while the remainingÂ 46,6% is explained by other variables. Conclusion is there is influence between knowledge and attitude toward the implementation of standard operating procedures of infusion in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. The suggestion is the hospital should be providing the instrument of infusion accordance with the principles of safety and alertness in the application of standard operating procedures of infusion. The agricultural sector is one of the leading sectors in Pandeglang Regency. This study aims to describe the process of preparing and implementing agricultural sector budgets, analyzing the effect of agricultural sector and labor of the agricultural sector expenditure toward the growth of the agricultural sector regionally in Banten Province, and then formulating appropriate strategies in budget allocation and agricultural sector development. This study uses secondary data and primary data with descriptive analysis tools, regression analysis using panel data, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the agricultural sector has become a priority in various planning documents in Pandeglang District including RPJP, RPJMD, and RKPD Pandeglang District. Then from the result of regression analysis using panel data, it is resulted that government expenditure for agriculture sector have positive and significant effect toward PDRB of agriculture sector. Meanwhile, the labor of agricultural sector has negative and significant effect toward GDP of agriculture sector. From the results of objectives 1 and 2 and supported by primary data through in-depth interviews could be formulated 10 strategies of budget allocation and development of agricultural sector in Pandeglang Regency.Keywords: Strategy, Agricultural Sector, Budget

Customer relationship marketing as a strategy to build good relationships with customers in the long run by combining the ability to respond directly and to serve customers with high interaction. The purpose of this study is whether customer relationship marketing influences customer loyalty through trust, directly or indirectly. The sampling technique that researchers took was Nonprobability sampling and using purposive sampling. The type of research method used in this research is path analysis, t-test, determination R2 . The path analysis results show that the variable component of customer relationship marketing which includes commitment and conflict handling has a significant direct relationship to trust and loyalty while communication does not have a negative influence or a negative effect on customer trust or loyalty

The problem is SSB Tunas Kaili U17 players in Palu the low shooting ability. The purpose of the study was to analyzed the effect of shooting practice methods used motion balls and stationary balls, effect of high and low eye-foot coordination, and interactions shooting practice methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer shooting accuracy. This study uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the data analysis uses Analysis Of Variance at the significance level (α: 0.05). The population in this study were SSB Tunas Kaili U17 players in Palu City in 2021, total 32 players. The results of this study: 1) the stationary ball shooting exercise got a mean of 14,40 while the motion ball exercise was 12,40 with a value (p = 0.000 <0.05). 2) High eye-foot coordination obtained an average shooting of 14,10 while low-eye coordination obtained an average shooting of 13,00 with a value (p=0.005<0.05). 3) The stationary ball exercise method that has high eye-foot coordination has a shooting average of 15,80, while for low eye-foot coordination, it is obtained a mean of 13,00 ball movements that have high eye-foot coordination, the average shooting is 12,40, while the average eye-foot coordination is low. Shooting average is 10,80 with a value (p = 0.003> 0.05) The conclusion is that stationary ball training shooting is better than motion ball training shooting on players who have high eye-foot coordinationhave better accuracy than players who have low coordination.

Particleboard is a panel product made of wood particles or other lignocellulosic materials added with adhesive then pressed. The development of particleboard manufactured using non wood biomass has become important due to the decreased of wood as main raw material for the particleboard industry. Corn husk (Zea mays L.) and Sembilang bamboo (Dendrocalamus giganteus Munro) are lignocellulosic biomass that has potential as renewable materials for hybrid particleboard. The purposes of this study were to determine the suitability, the effect of adhesive type, and particle composition on physical and mechanical properties of hybrid particleboard made of corn husk and Sembilang bamboo particles. The adhesive types used were urea formaldehyde (UF) and phenol formaldehyde (PF) with 10 wt% adhesive content and the composition of corn husk : Sembilang bamboo was set at 100 : 0, 75 : 25, 50 : 50, 25 : 75, 0 : 100 (% w/w). The target density of hybrid particleboard was set at 0.80 g/cm3. The boards were manufactured at 130 °C for UF and 150 °C for PF press temperature, 10 minutes and 2.5 MPa for the pressure of the hot press. The results showed that hybrid particleboard properties improved with increasing the amount of Sembilang bamboo particles in the board. Hybrid particleboard properties affected in ascending order were modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), internal bond (IB) and screw holding power (SHP). Generally, hybrid particleboard bonded PF adhesive has better properties than bonded UF adhesive. Results indicated that the addition of Sembilang bamboo particles in the mixture resulted in better properties of hybrid particleboard.

Sampai saat ini, penelitian mengenai penggunaan buah mangrove untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber pakan alternative bagi ikan belum pernah dilakukan, padahal kandungan nutrisinya sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, apakah buah mangrove dari jenis Bruquiera gymnorrhiza bisa di manfaatkan menjadi salah satu bahan dalam pembuatan pakan ikan, dan apakah dengan campuran tepung buah mangrove, mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ikan yang relative cepat dibandingkan dengan pakan pabrik yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Agustus 2013 – Oktober 2013 di Laboratorium Teknologi Budidaya Perairan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Borneo Tarakan, Kaltara. Buah mangrove yang digunakan jenis buah lindur (Bruquiera gymnorrhiza). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 Perlakuan : A (Kontrol, pakan pabrik), B (Protein 30%), C (Protein 40%) dan D (Protein 50%). Nilai laju pertumbuhan spesifik terbesar didapatkan pada perlakuan perlakuan A (Kontrol) sebesar 1.89%, dikuti oleh D (Protein 50%) sebesar 1.85%, perlakuan C (Protein 40%) sebesar 1.75% dan Perlakuan B (Protein 30%) sebesar 1.42%. nilai pertumbuhan mutlak yang besar terdapat pada perlakuan D (Protein 50%), selanjutnya diikuti perlakuan C (Protein 40%) dan perlakuan B (Protein 30%). nilai konversi pakan berkisar 1.5 – 1.7, lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan pakan pabrik yaitu 1.2. Nilai SR tertinggi dicapai pada perlakuan B dan C (96.7%), diikuti perlakuan D (86.67%) dan Perlakuan A (83.33%). Kata kunci : Buah Mangrove, Bruguiera, Pakan Ikan, Ikan Mas

Fish of puput is a kind of fish species found in the Juata waters of Tarakan City that many caught by local fishermen. Fish of Puput frequently caught in the nets of local fishermen, especially around the Juata waters of Tarakan City, so that not rarely consider the fishing communities of this fish as a byproduct of fish because of low value (low-economically).The research method is a method of survey and research conducted this study belong to the type of exploratory research is to collect as complete information about Fish of puput (Ilisha elongata) in the waters around City of Tarakan.From the results research, the sex ratio between male and female fish is not an equilibrium that is 1: 3.1 where to fish of sex male as much as 33 tail and female sex of 102 tail. The growth rate of male fish amounted to 0.013 or 1.3% every three months, while for the coefficient of female fish growth rate amounted to 0.023 or 2.3% every three months. The rate of mortality from the catch of fishermen to fish the male sex has a value of about 2.2% every three months while the death rate from the catch of fishermen to fish the female type has a value of about 2.5% every three months. This Review aims to find fishing gear and methods of longline Operating are generally operating at Southern Ocean Tarakan Island. The method used is descriptive method of collecting data by recording all the elements that become the object of review (literature study), interviews and observations (direct observation). In general, the longline operations at Southern Ocean Tarakan Island is a basic longline (Bottom long line). The method is passive fishing and the principles of fish with bait. The Operating longline method consists of three stages among others the setting (gear reduction), soaking (soaking gear, ± 2 hours) and hauling (withdrawal of fishing gear). Dimensions long line fishing gear the normally operate consists of cork floats (length: 30-40 cm), anchor line (Length: 35 m), ballast line Trailers (weight: 2 kg), the main anchor (weight: 3 kg ), length of the top line (length: 400 m), branch line(length: 50 m), hook No.7 amount 200-300. Mangrove are repositories of immense biological diversity and are also the nursery and breeding ground of several marine life forms, such as species of prawns, crabs, fishes and mollusks. For Rehabilitation and add of mangrove conservation area, Tarakan Government bought 12 ha of breakiswater pond. The aims of this research are: 1) to description of mangrove forest and community in conservation area added, and 2) to formulate the management strategies capability of mangrove forest in KarangRejoVillage, Tarakan city, East Kalimantan. SWOT analysis used to take for certain management strategies of mangrove based on area potencies result. The dominant mangrove species in this area is Sonneratia alba and Avicennia alba. Community around of mangrove forest conservation agree with conservation program. Management strategies priority for management are : 1) Action of the law, 2) monitoring and protection action, 3) Ecotourism mangrove development, 4) working together of all steakholder in area of location, 5) human resources improvement, and 6) rehabilitation and add of mangrove species Keywords : Mangrove Forrest Management, Village Tarakan City

Mangrove forest in mamburungan conservation area is uniqe ecosystem, its have much biodiversity in flora and fauna. In the presence biota water especially makrozoobenthos has to big play a part in ecosystem balance. The Purpose of this research know makrozoobenthos's relationship picture to in the presence area mangrove ecological. The research found that on four sasiun researces are 263 consisting of species 163 specieses of Gastropoda's classes, 50 specieses of Bivalva's classes, 29 specieses of Polychaetha's classes, and 21 specieses of Crustacea's classes. Variety index point (H’) one that acquired ranging among 1,60 – 2,11. Coronet density correlation adjures with found makrozoobenthos existence on Mangrove Mamburungan's conservation area is gotten assesses r s 0,6. It means to exist relationship among coronet density adjures with makrozoobenthos's existence, but don't happen perfect relationship.
