Abstract

This article describes a national culture that is spread throughout the country and is slowly disappearing and is difficult to find in schools. This occurs as a result of developments in increasingly modern times, so that students are slowly switching from traditional games to modern games in the form of online games. This research was carried out at the Tambak Sirang Baru State Elementary School, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. The aim of this research is to introduce and socialize traditional games, especially Gobak Sodor.The research method is a quantitative experimental approach type one group pretest-posttest with a sample consisting of 10 grade 1 students. The research instrument is a questionnaire using the Guttman scale to measure participants' knowledge of traditional games before and after socialization. The research results showed that participants' understanding and interest in traditional games increased after socialization. Data analysis using percentages showed that the majority of participants had low knowledge (40-55%) 3 students or very low (0-40%) 5 students recognized traditional games before socialization. The improvement seen after socialization, most participants obtained a very high level of knowledge (85-100%) 5 students out of 10 students and very low (0-40%) none. Therefore, it is hoped that activities supporting traditional games such as Gobak Sodor can be a solution to revitalize children's interest and understanding of Indonesia's cultural heritage. This article states that in the context of PJOK learning, traditional games not only teach physical aspects but also build values, culture and cooperative strategies in group activities. From the results of this research, it is hoped that traditional games will become an effective educational tool for developing the physical, social and skill aspects of modern children.

Abstract

Tlogosari Village is located in Tlogosari District, Bondowoso Regency. The residents of Tlogosari Village generally have a livelihood in agriculture, both as farmers, farm labourers, as well as casual daily laborers and animal husbandry. The location of this village area is quite far from the city center of Bondowoso, but the level of facilities and business environment in this village is quite advanced, although it is overshadowed by early marriage. This, of course, stems from the low level of public understanding of the importance of maturing the age of marriage for the health and future of Tlogosari Village youth. This socialization was carried out by involving the Village Government, the Tlogosari Police, extension workers from the BKKBN, with the organizers being students participating in the STIE Mandala Real Work Lecture. The result was that the responses from the participants who came from junior and senior high school students around the Tlogosari District area were very enthusiastic and it turned out that the high rate of early marriage in this area was also due to encouragement from parents.

Abstract

The plantation sector has a large and extensive reach, one type of plantation crop that is widely cultivated in Indonesia is oil palm. Business in the oil palm plantation sector is also one of the leading potential areas in South Kalimantan Province. One of the provinces producing the most palm oil in Indonesia is South Kalimantan Province. This research is a literature study regarding predictions of palm oil production. The aim of this research is to determine the appropriate prediction model for data on the amount of palm oil (CPO) production in the South Kalimantan Province Region and to explain the results of palm oil predictions in the South Kalimantan Province Region using a trend model. The application of the trend model used in this research takes into account the error value obtained with the smallest MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The nature of the data regarding the amount of palm oil production in the South Kalimantan Province Region from 2001 to 2021 tends to continue to increase so that the data can be predicted using trend methods, namely linear, quadratic and exponential. For the prediction results of palm oil production using the best trend model with the smallest MAPE value, namely 16% with the linear trend model: ... The predicted amounts of palm oil production from 2022 to 2027 which tend to continue to increase are: 1.336.359, 1.397.196, 1.458.032, 1.518.869, 1.579.705 and 1.640.542 tons.

Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic science in its future development is carried out by studying the influence of mantiq science in the formation of Islamic sciences. Modern thinking in the 5.0 era is synonymous with the existence of Mantiq (logic) and the structure and rules of rational thinking. This research focuses on examining how the impact of mantiq on Islamic sciences in the past can be used as an indicator in determining whether mantiq knowledge (logic) is still valid or not for the development of modern science and Islamic studies in the current 5.0 era. This study uses a qualitative method with library research or literature review. Sources of data in this study into two parts, namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that mantiq or logic has a great influence on the development of Islamic studies in this era, especially in the study of aqidah, fiqh, and kalam. Many scientific works resulted from the implementation of mantiq, the development of mantiq science is inseparable from Islamic philosophy, the existence of mantiq or logic has developed very rapidly in the Islamic scientific world and has had an impact on human life since its emergence in the ancient Greek era.

Abstract

Restorative justice has gained importance within the Indonesian National Police as a means of law enforcement and security services in the era of globalization and modernization. This approach offers a humane alternative that focuses on the recovery of victims and offenders, aiming to prevent crime and resolve conflicts. The police have transitioned from a purely punitive approach to embracing restorative justice principles. Community policing is crucial for reducing crime rates and fostering public trust. The challenge lies in shifting the law enforcement paradigm towards restorative justice and implementing community policing to build public trust. The research methodology involves normative legal research with an empirical approach, employing a descriptive-analytical nature. Secondary and primary data are used for analysis. Qualitative analysis and deductive conclusions are drawn. Findings indicate that the integration of restorative justice within community policing is an effective solution to improve the relationship between the community and the police. It is recommended that the police introduce the restorative justice approach in their community policing programs, thereby shifting the law enforcement paradigm and fostering public trust. This research emphasizes the significance of restorative justice in the context of community policing and its potential impact on law enforcement practices and public perception of the police

Abstract

PAMMA (Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Malang) has a home industry product in the form of rhizome beverages. The beverage products from PAMMA were developed by the Doktor Mengabdi program for Brawijaya University and has survived until now. The problem is, the previous Doktor Mengabdi program still focused on the beverage production process, and PAMMA still markets its products conventionally, even though the industrial era has penetrated the digital market (e-commerce). This community service program aims to maintain of the rhizome beverage industry from PAMMA by conducting packaging rebranding and digital marketing, so that PAMMA products can go to the digital market (Go Digital). Implementation methods include: First, assistance with the legalization and re-branding of 5 rhizome beverage products. Second, a digital marketing workshop for rhizome beverage products for PAMMA residents. The results of this community program are measured by the legalization of NIB PAMMA Herba, and changes to the packaging design of 5 PAMMA rhizome beverage products. Digital marketing training provides results in the form of a shop on an e-commerce platform for PAMMA which can be used to sell its rhizome products, optimize advertising in new media by adjusting its target market, and expand marketing by utilizing digital media. The target is that with a schematic and sustainable program, it can increase economic income and maintain the sustainability of the home industry of rhizome beverage products from PAMMA.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of a work culture of BerAKHLAK, motivation, organizational support, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bondowoso Regency. The population in this study was 181 employees and the sample was 125 employees selected using the purposive sampling method. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The research results show that work culture of BerAKHLAK, motivation, organizational support, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. work culture of BerAKHLAK and organizational support have a significant positive impact on employee performance, while motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings show the importance of implementing a fair work system with BerAKHLAK to improve employee performance. It is also necessary to pay attention to strong organizational support to encourage better performance. This research contributes to the development of theory and practice of human resource management in the agricultural and food security sectors. The practical implication of this research is the importance of the Bondowoso Regency government through the Bondowoso Regency Environmental Service to encourage the implementation of a BerAKHLAK work culture, strengthen organizational support, and increase employee job satisfaction to improve their performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the feasibility of Arabic muhadasah learning media in terms of material and media. The method used in this research is RnD with a four-D (4-D) approach model developed by Thiagarajan. This 4-D model consists of 4 stages, namely: define, design, development and dissemination. The data collection instrument in this research was a media expert and material expert validation sheet. Arabic Teacher Response Assessment Questionnaire and Student Response Assessment Questionnaire. the validation results from material experts show an average score of 0.95, as well as the media expert validation results show the same average score, namely 0.95, the average results from assessing student responses are 0.93 and the average results from the responses of Arabic language lecturers and Arabic language teachers is 0.91. The findings of this research indicate that Canva-based muhadasah learning media is very suitable as an Arabic language learning media.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka adalah suatu desain pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk belajar secara santai, tenang, menyenangkan dan bebas dari tekanan. Tujuan utama dari konsep ini adalah agar siswa dapat mengekspresikan bakat mereka dalam suasana pembelajaran yang kreatif dan tanpa batasan pikiran. Kurikulum merdeka di desain khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah, sehingga sangat cocok bagi penggunaannya. Pemerintah berharap bahwa melalui kurikulum ini, para guru dapat memahami karakteristik siswa dan pola belajar mereka secara lebih baik. Kurikulum merdeka juga mengajarkan cara agar guru dapat mempelajari karakteristik atau gaya belajar siswa yang ada di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis persiapan kepala sekolah dan guru dalam implementasi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur dengan guru-guru yang terlibat dalam implementasi kurikulum bahwa persiapan kepala sekolah dan guru sudah dikatakan siap untuk menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Meskipun sudah siap, namun guru mengalami beberapa hambatan dalam persiapannya. merdeka di sekolah. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persiapan kepala sekolah dan guru sudah dikatakan siap untuk menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Abstract

Umumnya pasar ditandai oleh penjual dan pembeli yang saling bertemu. Proses jual beli biasanya melalui proses tawar menawar karena harganya bukan merupakan harga tetap. Pasar tradisional tidak hanya sebagai tempat transaksi untuk menjual dan membeli, namun juga bisa menjadi tempat multifungsi, seperti; interaksi sosial dan fungsi budaya. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, banyak developer membangun beberapa area bisnis modern seperti; mal, ritel, supermarket, hypermart, dan sebagainya. Sehingga, keberadaan pasar tradisional saat ini menjadi tenggelam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan dan mengumpulkan informasi / sumber yang valid guna memproses film animasi pendek yang memanfaatkan pasar tradisional sebagai setting dan fokus utama. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara, survei, dan observasi di lokasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keberadaan pasar tradisional saat ini mulai memprihatinkan. Hal ini dikarenakan umumnya pasar tradisional tidak mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan tidak mengikuti tuntutan pasar. Karena itu, pasar tradisional tidak mampu bersaing dengan pusat perbelanjaan modern. Konsumen yang memutuskan untuk pergi ke pasar tradisional dikarenakan faktor kebiasaan dan jarak tempuhnya.
