Abstract

Companies must be selective in conducting employee assessments in order to retain employees with the best performance. When assessing employee performance, it is seen from their perseverance and discipline. However, in reality, good employee performance sometimes gets bad reviews and even gets reprimanded by their superiors. This is caused by the employee assessment monitoring system used, namely only personal assessment without using an assessment system and the data collected is less than optimal. This research uses the Naive Bayes method to process data using a data mining algorithm to obtain predictions that can be used as additional references in making employee performance assessment decisions. Aims to predict employee assessments of contract extensions at PT Sagateknindo Sejati. This research is important because it helps in making more accurate decisions regarding employee contract extensions based on existing historical data. Naive Bayes is a data processing algorithm that is classified as a calculation that is easy to understand but its accuracy results are reliable. It is used because it is efficient in managing data with various attributes and is able to produce predictions based on the probability of each existing attribute. The data used in this research includes various variables, using the Rapidminer supporting application to test the accuracy of the system created. Testing was carried out by preparing 320 data and testing 50 randomly selected data. Test data will be analyzed using the Rapidminer supporting application. The test results produced an accuracy of 83.96%.

Abstract

One of the primary agricultural commodities that contributes significantly to global food security is maize (Zea mays L.), a monoecious cereal plant of the Poaceae family with distinct but identical male and female blooms. Local cultivars like Pulut and Momala in Gorontalo have exceptional promise that requires further study, particularly with regard to their anatomical makeup. This study Comparing the two types' stem and leaf anatomical features, including vascular tissue (xylem and phloem), epidermis, and stomata, is the goal of this study. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to make the observations, which were subsequently evaluated and shown as a comparison table. The results showed that at the age of 30 and 40 HST, the network of vessels (xylem and phloem) and epidermis on the stems and leaves of Pulut and Momala corn varieties reflected a development pattern that supported the transportation of water, minerals, and nutrients. The number of stomata in Pulut varieties decreased due to less than optimal growth, while Momala varieties showed an increase in the number of stomata which was influenced by the growth period with environmental conditions suitable for corn plants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop learning media in the form of digital media that are valid, practical, and effective in improving the ability to introduce mathematics to children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were group B at TK Negeri Pembina Sekayu. Data collection techniques used validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness data were obtained based on questionnaire response data analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed the validity of material experts 93, very valid category, media design experts 93 very valid categories, and language experts 84 very valid categories. The practicality test of the Digital media initial field trial 70.205 practical, the main field trial 90.36 very practical, and the teacher response questionnaire 90 very practical category. The results of the study showed the effectiveness test by conducting a pretest before use 46% and the Posttest results 95% effective category. The effectiveness test of digital media based on local wisdom can be seen in the t-test so that the calculated t = (8.516) is obtained while for the t table = (0.443). then it can be concluded that the calculated t> t table then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of digital media based on local wisdom on the initial mathematical abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Pembina Sekayu State Kindergarten. The results of this study conclude that digital media based on local wisdom to recognize mathematical abilities is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.
