Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to explore the important role of charismatic leadership in the context of Islamic education management. Using a Systematic Literature Review approach, the main objective is to investigate the contribution of charismatic leaders to inspiration, motivation, institutional identity based on Islamic values, and positive school culture.Method – The research method used is a systematic literature Review, where researchers systematically research and analyze relevant literature regarding charismatic leadership in the management of Islamic education. This approach allows researchers to compile significant findings from existing literature.Findings – The main finding of this study is that charismatic leaders have a significant impact on several aspects of Islamic education management. They can create inspiration and motivation, pioneer an institutional identity based on Islamic values, and form a positive school culture. Charismatic leaders are also able to motivate students, teachers, and school staff to achieve higher achievements, create an institutional image that is consistent with religious values, and form a positive and productive educational environment. Research Implications – The implications of this research involve a deeper understanding of the positive contribution of charismatic leadership to the quality of Islamic education. This study can be a basis for further research that deepens and further explores the influence of charismatic leaders in the management of Islamic education, as well as its impact on the formation of students' character and effective leadership. However, the limitations of this study lie in its reliance on existing literature, indicating the need for further research with more diverse methodological approaches or direct empirical data.

Abstract

Purpose – The study aims to investigate how leadership influences and facilitates organizational change, with a focus on the education sector. Through literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of adaptability and flexibility in leadership to align with the evolving needs of change in the digital and globalization era.Method – Using a literature review approach, this research examines the role of leadership in organizational change, particularly within the educational context, emphasizing adaptability and flexibility as essential traits.Findings – The findings underscore the significant impact of effective leadership on the success and sustainability of the change process at various organizational levels. Effective leadership plays a crucial role in navigating organizational change, particularly in dynamic environments marked by digitalization and globalization. Research Implications – This research provides an understanding of the importance of leadership in driving organizational change, offering practical insights for leaders to enhance organizational performance and adaptation amid evolving challenges in the modern era. However, the study also acknowledges limitations, such as the need for further empirical research to validate the findings and the potential contextual differences in the applicability of leadership approaches across diverse organizational settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil validasi media pemebelajaran pada materi klasifikasi tumbuhan berbasi Microsite. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap validasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi media pembelajaran berbasis Microsite. Aspek yang diamati dalam validasi ini berupa aspek media dan aspek materi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh validator media mendapatkan nilai 92% dikategorikan sangat valid. Sedangkan dari hasil validasi oleh validator materi mendapatkan nilai 93,7% dikategorikan sangat valid. Media pembelajaran materi klasifikasi tumbuhan berbasis Microsite layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas X SMA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning of Tahfidz Al-Qur`an in shaping the Islamic character of Students at SD IT Islahul Ummah Prabumulih City. Learning evaluation The research was conducted at SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City, 2022 to 2023. The research subjects were Tahfidz Al-Qur`an tutors, Madrasa Heads, Administrative Staff, and students of SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. All data collected was then analyzed in two stages. The first stage was when the data collection process was in progress, and the second stage after all data was collected was then analyzed by means of descriptive analytic. From this research, it was obtained an explanation that: 1) The Al-Qur'an tahfidz Learning Curriculum has been applied in the form of a syllabus 2). In learning, the supervising teachers have made a written plan, letters that must be memorized, 3). Implementation of Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Learning is carried out outside of class hours. 4). The method of memorizing the Qur'an uses the muroja`ah and sima`i methods. 4). The supervising teacher has a great influence on students in learning Taffid Al-Qur`an. 6). Learning Evaluation is carried out for each student's memorization deposit to the supervising teacher.

Abstract

This study investigates the financial administration practices at the Murhum District Office, Baubau City, using a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at understanding the implementation of regional financial governance in line with national regulations. The research involved a total of 20 staff members, with purposive sampling of three employees directly involved in financial administration. In addition, financial documents from the years 2020 to 2022 were analyzed to complement the primary data. Data collection methods included direct observation of financial procedures, in-depth interviews with selected financial staff, and document analysis to validate the implementation process. The findings show that the financial administration at the Murhum District Office is carried out in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 of 2006 and its amendment No. 59 of 2007, which outline the principles and procedures of regional financial management. The administrative process covers key components such as financial planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and accountability. Notably, the budgeting process reflects a balanced alignment between projected revenues and expenditures, demonstrating efficient financial planning. The study also emphasizes that the financial activities are consistent with the objectives of Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, particularly regarding the transparent and accountable use of the Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBK). Overall, the research concludes that the financial administration system in the Murhum District Office is well-organized, legally compliant, and contributes positively to the realization of good governance practices at the local level

Abstract

The 2013 Curriculum has significantly brought changes to the Indonesian education system by emphasizing integrated assessment covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains to produce competent graduates with strong character. This study aims to examine the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum assessment standards, identify challenges faced by educators, and formulate strategic solutions to improve the quality of assessment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involves a purposive sample of elementary school teachers who implement authentic assessment methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically. The results indicate that while the standards provide a systematic framework for comprehensive assessment, limitations such as teachers' insufficient competencies, high workload, lack of training, and limited technology hinder effective implementation. The study concludes that there is a need to enhance teachers' capacity through continuous training, integrate technology in assessment, and simplify assessment instruments as steps to optimize assessment practices. These findings contribute valuable insights for education stakeholders to strengthen assessment practices to improve the quality of learning in Indonesian schools.

Abstract

Busy book merupakan media 3 dimensi salah satu dari sekian banyak jenis media yang sering digunakan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Jenis media  yang dikenal sebagai busy book adalah buku yang terbuat dari kain flanel, berwarna cerah, menarik, dan menampilkan gambar pada setiap halamannya. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh media busy book terhadap kemampuan bahasa (membaca permulaan) anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Marfu’ah Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh media busy book terhadap kemampuan bahasa (membaca permulaan) anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Marfu’ah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel 15 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi awal, sebelum diberi perlakuan dengan kegiatan busy book. Observasi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada saat treatment. Tes yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan tes secara lisan kepada anak, yaitu sejumlah pertanyaan yang ditunjukan kepada anak tentang aspek yang ingin diketahui dan dokumentasi berupa gambar, dan foto-foto kegiatan yang dilakukan anak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Thitung= -22.610 sedangkan df= 14 =14-1=13 dengan taraf nyata 5% sehingga didapat Ttabel= 2.160, karena Thitung= -22.610 Ttabel= 2.160 maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari kegiatan busy book terhadap kemampuan bahasa (membaca permulaan) anak di kelas A di TK Marfu’ah Palembang.

Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi salah satu tantangan lingkungan utama karena sifatnya yang sulit terurai secara alami, memerlukan waktu hingga ratusan tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi edukatif melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Tanjung Mas, Kota Semarang. Program ini dilakukan bekerja sama dengan komunitas ASN Mengajar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kreativitas peserta dalam mengelola sampah plastik. Kegiatan utama berupa pelatihan daur ulang limbah botol plastik menjadi tempat pensil yang bernilai guna. Metode yang digunakan mencakup, pertama, ceramah yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi dasar tentang pengelolaan sampah serta langkah-langkah mendaur ulang botol plastik, kedua, dilakukan demonstrasi langsung oleh instruktur dan pendamping untuk memperlihatkan proses pembuatan tempat pensil dari botol plastik secara sistematis disertai dengan media video, ketiga, praktik langsung yang dilakukan oleh peserta dengan bimbingan dari pendamping, dan keempat, dilakukan evaluasi hasil karya dari peserta untuk memberikan umpan balik serta mendorong semangat mereka dalam menghasilkan produk kreatif yang bermanfaat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari 31 peserta yang aktif mengikuti seluruh rangkaian acara, mulai dari memahami konsep daur ulang hingga menghasilkan produk jadi. Proses pembuatan tempat pensil dari botol plastik melibatkan langkah-langkah sederhana yang dapat dengan mudah diikuti oleh anak-anak. Selain memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah, kegiatan ini juga mengasah keterampilan dan kreativitas mereka. Pelatihan ini efektif dalam mengurangi dampak sampah plastik, meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, dan memberdayakan peserta untuk menciptakan barang bernilai ekonomis. Program serupa diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara luas untuk membangun kebiasaan peduli lingkungan sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the influence of Indonesian language usage, cultural values preservation, and digital education engagement on the formation of national identity among Indonesian students in the digital era. The research addressed the urgent question of how educational practices rooted in language and culture can support national unity amidst rapid technological transformation. Method: A quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4 was conducted. Data were collected from 350 students across diverse educational institutions using a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to measure Indonesian Language Usage (ILU), Cultural Values Preservation (CVP), Digital Education Engagement (DEE), and National Identity (NI). Reliability and validity of constructs were established, and the structural model was evaluated for explanatory power. Results: Measurement model analysis indicated excellent reliability (Cronbach’s alpha 0.88–0.92) and validity (AVE > 0.68). The structural model confirmed that ILU (β = 0.342; p < 0.001), CVP (β = 0.385; p < 0.001), and DEE (β = 0.298; p < 0.001) each contributed significantly and positively to national identity, collectively explaining 67.2% of its variance (R² = 0.672). Novelty: The study provides empirical evidence using advanced SEM-PLS analysis to demonstrate that cultural values have the strongest effect on national identity, followed by language and digital engagement. This highlights the essential role of integrating cultural and linguistic components into digital education design, offering a strategic framework for sustaining Indonesia’s unity in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program kelas digital dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan utama penelitian yaitu penanggung jawab kelas sedangkan informan pendukung yaitu tim pengurus dan guru kelas digital. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwah pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dalam pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang dengan adanya adanya koordinasi, pengarahan, motivasi, dan komunikasi dalam pembentukan sumberdaya kelas digital, pembinaan pelatihan, evaluasi program kelas digital serta dalam peningkatan pengetahuan penggunaan teknologi belajar.
