Abstract

In order to improve the quality of health services available to the community, pharmaceutical services at community health centers are an important component in the implementation of health initiatives. Minister of Health Regulation No. 26 of 2020 concerning Standards for Pharmaceutical Services at Community Health Centers, which includes (management of pharmaceutical supplies and disposable medical supplies, clinical pharmacy services, and the facilities or infrastructure required to support pharmaceutical services at community health centers) represents the latest update to the standards for pharmaceutical services at community health centers, which have undergone several revisions to support these objectives. Determining the feasibility of implementing pharmaceutical service standards at the Bambu Mamuju Community Health Center in Mamuju Regency is the objective of this study. Using a checklist and in-depth interviews, this study combines a descriptive approach with an observational strategy. The study was conducted from December 2024 to January 2025. The population in this study was the pharmaceutical services at the Bambu Community Health Center in Mamuju District. The informants used in this study were the pharmacists in charge of the pharmacy at the Bambu Community Health Center. Based on the results of the study, the Bambu Mamuju Community Health Center in Mamuju Regency has implemented pharmaceutical services in accordance with the Bambu Mamuju Community Health Center standards with an average score of 84.2% in the good category, in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 26 of 2020. Clinical pharmacy services at the health center still need improvement, but the management of pharmaceutical supplies, single-use medical devices, facilities, and infrastructure is in line with the technical guidelines for pharmacy service standards. Abstract

This research focuses on how the application of the Problem Based Instruction learning model is a learning model based on the interaction between stimulus and response, which in this case is learning and the environment of MAN IC OKI which is one example of a madrasa that implements a boarding school system, where students are required to live or live in dormitories with fairly strict rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based instruction learning model in peer teaching activities in Islamic Cultural History subjects in class IX MAN IC OKI. As for achieving these objectives, descriptive quantitative research methods are used by using comparisons between pretest scores and posttest scores after treatment. Data taken using interview techniques and comparison between pretest and posttest scores. The sample was taken as many as 11 students from 117 class XI students at MAN Insan Cendekia OKI. Based on this research, the results obtained that the problem-based instruction learning model is effectively applied in peer teaching activities in the subject of Islamic Cultural History to students of class XI MAN IC OKI Gazal Semester 2024-2025, it can also be seen from the increasing value and enthusiasm for learning of the sample students.

Abstract

Momordica cochinchinensis, locally known as Dumbaya in Gorontalo Province, is a traditional medicinal plant with underutilized potential due to the extremely hard morphology of its seed coat. This physical barrier limits the penetration of water, air, and nutrients, thereby reducing the success rate of seed germination and plant propagation. The challenge of propagating plants that are difficult to reproduce sexually, such as dumbaya, can be addressed through various approaches, one of which is asexual reproduction using tissue culture techniques. This study aims to address propagation constraints by applying tissue culture techniques supplemented with Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs), specifically BAP (Benzyl Amino Purine) and NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid), which are critical factors in successful in vitro plant regeneration. The combination of Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) and Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) is a commonly used Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) for inducing callus formation and organogenesis, where BAP is effective in stimulating shoot formation, while NAA plays a role in root induction. The research employed an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatment levels: H0: MS + 0 ppm NAA + 0 ppm BAP; H1: MS + 1.5 ppm NAA + 0.5 ppm BAP; H2: MS + 3.0 ppm NAA + 0.5 ppm BAP; H3: MS + 1.5 ppm NAA + 1.0 ppm BAP; and H4: MS + 3.0 ppm NAA + 1.0 ppm BAP. Each treatment was replicated three times. The results showed that treatment H1 produced the earliest callus formation, with an average callus initiation time of 7 days after planting.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach and students' initial ability to mathematical connection skills of students in grade III of elementary school. The method used is the experimental method with 2x2 treatment by level design with 30 samples. Data analysis using two-way analysis of variance and followed by the Tukey test for the significance level α = 0.05. Test the normality of the data using the Lilliefors test and homogeneity test using the Bartlett test. The results of the study show that: 1). Mathematical connection skills in students taught by the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach are higher than students taught by conventional approaches. 2). There is an interaction between the use of the learning approach and the students 'initial ability to students' mathematical connection skills. 3).Ability of mathematical connection of elementary school students between students who study using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach that has a high initial ability higher than students who learn by using a conventional approach that has high initial abilities. 4) The mathematical connection ability of elementary school students between students who study with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach that has low initial abilities is higher than students who learn with conventional approaches that have low initial abilities.
