Abstract

Sales growth of consumer goods industry especially on cosmetics segment have decreased due to pandemic Covid 19. One of source growth can be attributed to the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). The purpose of this research is to analyze antecedents and consequences of using artificial Intelligence (AI) Color Cosmetics. Hence, an online survey was conducted to 180 respondents with a series of questions to assess research variables. Data analyses were administrated in two phases, which are Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modelling. The results show that AI Color Cosmetic application utilization can be enhanced by optimizing price sensitivity, social media addiction, and perceived usefulness. These variables play a crucial role in encouraging users to utilize the AI Color Cosmetic application. After using AI Color Cosmetics, there is a significant likelihood that prospective clients will make Actual Purchases. This research found numerous managerial ramifications, particularly for the cosmetics sector's Marketing and Business Development division. The two divisions must consider the Price Sensitivity and Perceived Usefulness elements that prospective clients feel.

Abstract

Community-Based Tourism is stated as the development of tourism managed and supervised by the community so that the community has a big role in its development, but the implementation of community-based tourism to achieve sustainable tourism also has negative impacts in the form of cultural degradation, inequality of benefits, economic inequality, lack of participation and capacity of local communities. Contrary to these problems, this study aims to analyze the role of community entrepreneurship in the development of Community-Based Tourism. Primary data collection techniques through in-depth interviews while secondary data collection techniques through literature studies. The results showed that BUMDes as Community Entrepreneurship in the Village play a role as tourism business managers, tourism infrastructure development, the main driver of promotion and marketing, local product development, running partnerships with external parties, and carrying out environmental conservation. Then Social Capital plays a role in increasing community support and participation, increasing trust between communities, tourists and institutions that manage tourism, equality and social inclusion, and minimizing conflicts in society. Efforts have been made in the development of community-based tourism to achieve sustainable tourism through the provision of training and education, conservation of the environment, culture and traditions, development of sustainable local products and services, and empowerment of local communities. The challenge faced is the need to optimize the capacity and quality of human resources from managers and communities who act as business actors so as to optimize collaboration with the pentahelix approach and increase community confidence. Concretely, this tourism development contributes to SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 17

Abstract

Literacy skills and academic achievement were examined in this study. An individual's capacity to learn and apply new skills relies heavily on their ability to read and write well. In this study, a meta-analysis approach is used to calculate the correlation with the fixed-effect model, which is quantitative. The first step in formulating research questions is to identify relevant research and then look for research that doesn't publish the r-value. There are 29 articles in the sample. This study's findings on the relationship between literacy skills and student academic achievement are free from publication bias because the fixed-effect funnel plot model shows a variety of sample sizes with the asymmetric distribution. After seeing the forest plot before and after trimming and filling it, it was clear that the results of the summary effect were evident. So, the fixed-effect model of the relationship between students' reading skills and how well they do in school is very likely to be true.

Abstract

The lifestyle of the people of a country can also be an illustration of how that country will experience growth in the economic sector. An individual's lifestyle and interest in saving must, of course, be accompanied by knowledge and literacy that can control this. This research aims to determine the influence of economic education on the generation's lifestyle and interest in saving, which is mediated by financial literacy and a circle of friends. The population in this study is generation Z, who live in Petasia District. The sampling technique used the Limeshow equation formula with a determined sample size of 700 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of this research show that economic education (X) has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's lifestyle and interest in saving. Then, financial literacy and a circle of friends are able to mediate the influence between economic education and Generation Z's interest in saving. These findings encourage generation Z to optimize economic education, both formal and informal, as well as increase financial literacy, in order to maintain their lifestyle. It is also necessary to optimize learning access and provide great opportunities for Generation Z to increase their financial literacy.

Abstract

The growing importance of environmental concern as a critical issue has recently increased. Lower environmental damage raises consumer awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. Environmental concern triggers consumers"™ interest in purchasing products with sustainable packaging. This study aims to examine factors driving the green purchase intention of sustainable packaging. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was utilized to identify the green purchase intention with six antecedents: subjective norm, price consciousness, perceived consumer effectiveness, perceived social media marketing, environmental concern, and perceived behavioral control. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results revealed that the perceived social media marketing activities are the most influential driver of the green purchase intention, followed by the perceived behavioral control. Further, this study found that the environmental concern stimulates the perceived consumer effectiveness. This research contributes to marketers, companies, and the government to target appropriate marketing activities and engage potential consumers in purchasing the products with sustainable packaging.JEL: M31, Q56.
