This study aims to find out the marketing strategy carried out by sales staff towards the promo to buy a lot cheaper Alta Springbed provided by Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya. This study uses qualitative research methods with sales staff on duty at Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya as informants or information providers. The results of this study indicate that there has been an increase in sales turnover of Alta Springbed from 2021 to 2022. The marketing strategy undertaken is to promote Alta Springbed through social media using internet technology and by serving consumers who come to Lottemart Pakuwon Trade Center. The main social media used is Facebook because social media Facebook is still in great demand by the public.

Academic procrastination has been investigated for its relationship with low self-regulation, which is most likely influenced by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). This quantitative study utilizes a survey and cross-sectional approach to explore the role of self-regulation in mediating the connection between ACEs and academic procrastination in emerging adult students. A convenience sample of 253 Indonesian students (Mage=20.40; SDage=1.518; Nfemale=97.1%) was obtained. The measurements included the Indonesian version of the Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire (ACE-Q), the short version of the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ), and the Academic Procrastination Scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. Out of all the participants, 74.3% reported experiencing at least one ACE. Although bivariate correlation analysis revealed a relationship between the variables, hypothesis testing through path analysis indicated that ACE did not have a direct effect on academic procrastination (B=0.871, SE=0.576, β=0.080; p 0.05), except when mediated by self-regulation (Sobel Statistic Test results: Z=4.51; p 0.001). This study highlights the importance of understanding the severity of ACEs in addressing poor self-regulation and mitigating academic procrastination among emerging adult students. Future studies may consider examining different types of ACEs, various aspects of self-regulation, and the role of sex.

Abstract A healthy society is the main ideal in health development in Indonesia. Complementary therapy has now become the main alternative for people seeking treatment, because it is considered cheaper and less painful. The aim of this activity is to provide health examination services and complementary therapy of cupping and acupuncture to the community in Mayangan Village, Jombang District. This activity consists of a health examination, implementation of complementary cupping and acupuncture therapy, administration of medication and health counseling. There were 80 participants who took part in this activity. Most of the participants in this activity were pre-elderly (57%), with the largest gender being female (66%). The age range of participants is relevant to the complaints that arise during the health examination. The most common complaints are bone pain (40%), headaches (20%) and tingling in the feet (34%). This is in accordance with the symptoms that appear in metabolic diseases. In theory, the aging process will cause changes in all body systems in the elderly, one of which is metabolic changes which cause complaints as mentioned above. Cupping therapy or acupuncture is relatively safe for all diseases and for the elderly. The comfortable response from participants after therapy shows that this therapy can be carried out continuously in the community.

This study is conducted with the aims of assessing the effect of Experiences, Reflection of Self, Need for Uniqueness on the contribution of sWOM mediated by Opinion Leadership in coffee shops in the Greater Jakarta area. The sampling procedure used to collect relevant data was using a questionnaire. The study was conducted on 190 respondents as purposive sampling. Data analysis using SEM (structural equation modeling) and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software. The results of data analysis showed that opinion leadership factors and need for uniqueness positively affected on the contribution of sWOM, while experience and self-reflection had a positive effect on the contribution of sWOM if through opinion leadership mediation. The findings of this study provide advice to coffee shop’s entrepreneurs in Jabodetabek to pay more attention to elements such as places, services and products that can provide different experiences for consumers, unique, and in accordance with the image of consumers who are targeted, so that they can motivate customers to do sWOM. On the other hand, it is also recommended to optimize the role of opinion leaders in social media to promote through their influence in the digital world.

This study examines the application of stimulus-response theory in the context of product suitability promoted by influencers and social media interactions to increase consumer purchase intention. This research was taken with the population being social media users who follow influencer content. Total population in the study was 193 respondents who were taken using the purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sample withdrawal based on consideration of certain criteria and a sample of 117 respondents was obtained. This research uses SPSS software for validity and reliability tests. After that, researchers used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to determine the relationship between variables. Data analysis will be carried out using analysis of moment structures (AMOS) software. The results obtained are influencer-product congruence has a significant positive effect on content attributes; social media interaction has a significant positive effect on strategic interaction; content attributes and strategic interaction have a significant positive effect on para social relationships; para social relationships have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The contribution of the Stimulus-Response Theory system in the context of influencer-product congruence and social media interaction is crucial for designing effective marketing strategies. By leveraging this theory, companies can enhance their understanding of the factors influencing consumer purchase intention and implement more integrated and responsive strategies.

Banyak warga masyarakat yang belum memiliki kesadaran hukum sehingga tidak mengerti upaya hukum apa yang harus ditempuh serta dilakukan apabila mereka tersangkut permasalahan tentang hukum. Berdasarkan analisa situasi tersebut diatas, maka permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu pertama, belum menyadari dan mengetahui pentingnya kesadaran hukum, kedua belum mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya apabila dirugikan dalam suatu perbuatan dan peristiwa hukum serta tidak mengerti langkah hukum apa yang harus diambil. Dengan demikian, solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yaitu dilakukan atau diadakan sosialisasi satu desa satu sarjana hukum secara efektif dan berkesinambungan untuk mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman tentang hukum dengan segala aspek hukumnya. Adapun metode kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan dan terakhir tahap pelaporan yang direncanakan selesai dalam jangka waktu 1 bulan. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan program telah tercapai yaitu, masyarakat dalam hal ini mitra mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan memahami akan pentingnya kesadaran hukum dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya merupakan kelompok Masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi yang berada di Desa Toari Kabupaten Kolaka Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Berbagai potensi yang dimiliki dengan tersedianya sumber daya alam laut yang cukup menjanjikan baik itu berupa perikanan budidaya maupun berupa perikanan tangkap. Hasil tangkapan ikan tersebut hanya dikeringkan dan dijual mentahan ke pasar. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya pengetahuan dan belum adanya penyuluhan atau pelatihan terkait diversifikasi pengolahan hasil perikanan menjadi produk pasaran yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat seperti pembuatan kerupuk yang berbahan dasar ikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan hasil perikanan menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi secara berkelanjutan. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemaparan materi oleh narasumber dan dilakukan praktik langsung pembuatan kerupuk ikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ialah mitra Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya telah mengetahui dan mampu mengolah ikan menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai jual. Tujuan kegiatan ini telah tercapai yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya, peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan yang memiliki daya saing serta dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian Masyarakat.

This study discusses economic policies during the New Order era, especially theDeregulation Policy in the Banking Sector in Indonesia, which began in 1983 to1997. The method used in this research is the historical method and thepresentation of the research results is carried out in a descriptive-narrativeform. The results of this study explain that the Deregulation Policy in theBanking Sector which consists of five deregulation policy packages whichinclude the June 1, 1983 Package, the 28 October 1988 Package, the 29January 1990 Package, the 28 February 1991 Package and the 29 May 1993Package are quite successful in maintaining growth and development. theIndonesian economy after the fall in the price of petroleum to remain stable inaccordance with the development plan set by the New Order Government. This study discusses the birth and development of The Wahid Institute from 2004 to 2008. The method used in this study is the historical method and the presentation of research results is carried out in the form of descriptive narrative. The results of this thesis study explained that the birth of The Wahid Institute in 2004 was inseparable from Abdurrahman Wahid, Zannuba Ariffah Chafsoh Wahid, Greg Barton, and Ahmad Suaedy who were the initiators of The Wahid Institute. Then there are the founding factors of The Wahid Institute such as social and religious conditions in the post-New Order era, because they were released from the New Order era. because of differences in views, beliefs, culture, and ethnicity. This is due to the lack of pluralism in society, so The Wahid Institute was designed by the initiators to fight for pluralism as expected by Gus Dur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pola kepemimpinan Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. Sosok bersahaja yang terpilih sebagai Gubernur Jakarta yang pertama. Nama Soemarno tidak banyak diperbincangkan oleh khalayak, tetapi peninggalannya seperti Pasar Senen, Pasar Cikini, Kawasan Cempaka Putih, Pulo Mas serta Tebet menjadi warisan yang dapat kita nikmati hingga saat ini di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Adapun, kebijakan yang menjadi ciri khas pada era Soemarno adalah kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan sampah yang nantinya saling berkaitan dengan kebijakannya dalam menangani banjir. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis historis. Teori yang peneliti gunakan adalah Politik Kota. Sehingga dalam penelitiannya, peneliti juga membandingkan pola kepemimpinan pemangku kebijakan sebelum Soemarno serta didukung dengan permasalahan yang Jakarta alami. Titik berat peneliti adalah bagaimana Soemarno dengan latar belakangnya sebagai dokter tentara membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan umum masyarakat Jakarta. Hal ini selaras dengan poin penting dalam politik perkotaan bahwa sebuah kota akan berkembang sesuai dengan bagaimana rancangan progam kerja pemimpinnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kebijakan Soemarno dinilai berhasil untuk membuat progam kerja yang dikhususkan untuk masyarakat Jakarta. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan seimbangnya pembangunan infrastruktural monumental dan pembangunan untuk kepentingan masyarakat Jakarta pada tahun 1960-an. Penelitian ini dinilai krusial karena diharapkan bisa menjadi inspirasi bagi pemangku kebijakan Jakarta dalam menangani permasalahan banjir.
