Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of a blended learning model based on the application of Nearpod on students' interest and learning outcomes in physics at one of the secondary schools in Jember. This research is a type of experimental research that uses a post-test only control group design. The population of this study were students of class XI MIPA and XI BIC. Sampling used a random sampling technique, so that XI BIC 2 students were obtained as a control group implementing the conventional learning model and XI MIPA 1 as an experimental group implementing blended learning based on the Nearpod application. The instrument used is a physics student interest questionnaire which consists of 4 indicators and a post test in the form of a multiple-choice test which refers to students' cognitive abilities to remember (C1), understand (C2), apply (C3), analyze (C4), evaluate (C5), and create (C6). Questionnaire data and post test data regarding the influence of blended learning based on the Nearpod application on students' interest in learning and physics learning outcomes will be tested for homogeneity. If a significance value >0.05 is obtained, questionnaire and post test data for the control class and experimental class were normally distributed. Interest data and physics learning outcomes were analyzed using parametric statistics, namely the Independent Sample T-test. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted) if the sig value is <0.05, meaning that there is an influence of the Nearpod application-based blended learning model on student physics interest. Meanwhile, in the physics learning outcome test, students got the sig value of <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the Nearpod-based blended learning model on student physics learning outcomes. The application of the blended learning model based on the Nearpod application has a significant effect on students' interest and learning outcomes in physics.

Abstract

The low physics learning outcomes of students are influenced by several factors, namely the selection of learning models and media that are less supportive so students are less responsive to learning. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on student learning outcomes and describe student responses to the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on straight-motion dynamics material. This research is an experimental research using a posttest-only control group design. The sample selection was done by cluster random sampling method. Data collection methods consist of observation, interviews, documentation, written tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of learning outcomes used an independent sample t-test, while student responses used score criteria. The results showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) in the t-test using SPSS is 0.000 (? 0.05). Then, for the results of experimental class student responses, the results of the response aspect were 82.58% and the reaction aspect was 83.44%, both of which were in the interval 80 ? P ? 100 with a very good category. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect of the application of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on the learning outcomes of students of SMAN 3 Jember on the material of the dynamics of straight motion. Then, the results of student responses to the application of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on the material of the dynamics of straight motion obtained positive responses and reactions and included in the very good criteria.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the most important elements that the company continues to run. Although this is not directly related to the company's finances or income, it can indirectly affect the company's performance. The competitive advantage of the company to survive and compete with other companies is of course very dependent on human resources who have good capacity and quality, based on this, the object and purpose of this study is the Influence of Incentives and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty "Tubagus Car Spa" West Java, the results of his research, Obtained for the variable Intensive value t count 8,871 greater than t table which is 5,781 significant. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.222. the value of t count = 7.780 is greater than the t-table which is 5.594, a significance. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.170.

Abstract

The role of technology in improving Public Relations (PR) strategies in the digital era is crucial, because technology allows organizations to communicate more effectively and responsively with audiences. By utilizing social media, analytical tools, and artificial intelligence, PR can build a positive image, manage reputation, and deliver relevant and timely information, thereby strengthening relationships with the public and increasing engagement. Technology has significantly changed the Public Relations (PR) landscape in the digital era, where fast and efficient communication is the key to success. The use of social media as a primary platform allows organizations to interact directly with audiences, disseminate information, and manage reputation in real-time. In addition, analytical tools provide deep insights into audience behavior, allowing for more targeted strategy adjustments. Artificial intelligence also plays a significant role in accelerating the communication process and increasing creativity, with the ability to analyze public sentiment and respond to emerging issues quickly. Thus, the integration of technology in PR strategies not only increases efficiency but also strengthens relationships with the public, providing a competitive advantage for organizations that are able to adapt to these changes.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the adoption of environmentally friendly Human Resource Management (HRM) practices as a sustainable strategy in the manufacturing sector. It focuses on how employees' environmental consciousness, environmental regulations, and companies’ environmental performance impact the implementation of green HRM practices. Research Methodology: The study involved surveying employees and managers in manufacturing companies, with data gathered and analyzed quantitatively. Results: The findings indicate that Employees’ environmental awareness significantly influences the adoption of green HR practices, whereas the effect of environmental regulations is relatively positive. Furthermore, a company’s environmental performance was found to be positively correlated with its green HR practices. Limitations: This was a survey-based study. Further qualitative studies should be conducted to improve the quality of results. Contribution: Suggestions for future research include conducting further studies to comprehend the internal and external factors influencing the adoption of green HR practices and considering the role of organizational culture and individual motivation in promoting such practices. This will provide a more comprehensive understanding of green HR strategies, which can assist manufacturing companies in achieving enhanced environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia merupakan mahasiswa calon guru, yang bukan hanya harus terampil mengajar tetapi diharapkan dapat menjadi insan-insan yang memiliki kemampuan wirausaha. Salah satu produk yang bisa dikembangkan untuk berwirausaha adalah sabun. Bisnis sabun dari minyak jelantah memiliki manfaat yang besar, selain memberikan keuntungan finansial juga dapat menyelesaikan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan  yang bisa diakibatkan oleh minyak jelantah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait dengan minyak jelantah dan potensinya sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan sabun dan meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam pembuatan sabun dari minya jelantah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu Observasi terkait  penggunaan minyak jelantah, persiapan pelaksanaan PKM, pelaksanaan PKM, dan monitoring, evaluasi serta tindak lanjut.  Hasil observasi terkait penggunaan minyak jelantah menunjukkan bahwa lebih 50%  minyak jelantah dibuang ke lingkungan, hanya sebagian kecil saja yang diolah. Responden  kesulitan mengolah  karena keterbatan alat dan bahan serta kesulitan menghilangkan bau yang tidak sedap.  Pengetahuan tentang cara   menghilangkan bau tengik minyak jelantah, pengaroma yang cocok, dan  prosedur yang tepat untuk pembuatan sabun dari minyak jelantah diinginkan oleh peserta dalam rangka mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun. Pengamatan selama kegiatan pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dari minyak jelantah  menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusian mengikuti kegiatan.  Sebanyak 80% peserta menyatakan pelatihan yang dilakukan sangat bermanfaat sehingga mereka berkiinginan untuk memproduksi sendiri sabun dari  minyak jelantah. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini dapat menumbuhkan jiwa sainspreneur mahasiswa dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang diakibatkan oleh minyak jelantah

Abstract

Critical thinking is a higher-order thinking skill that can improve students' critical analysis power. The use of the STEM-CP approach can facilitate students to develop skills in the 21st era. The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of STEM-CP-based textbooks, elasticity material and hooke's law to train students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is research and development using the ADDIE development model with 5 stages, including the analysis stage, planning stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The results of the research conducted, this textbook was declared valid with the average percentage for aspects of construction, presentation, language, and graphics respectively were 96%, 97.33%, 93.33%, and 96.66%. The total percentage of overall aspects of the three validators is 95.83%. Referring to the book notability criteria in the table, this result is stated as a "very decent" category. Based on this, STEM-CP-based textbooks on elasticity material and hooke's law can be implemented in learning and attract students to learn the material, so it is expected to improve students' thinking skills on elasticity physics and hooke's law.

Abstract

Instructional aids serve as tools used in the teaching process to provide a clearer understanding of concepts and learning materials. The aim of this research is to design, assess the feasibility, and test the accuracy of a physics instructional aid based on Arduino Nano sensor for the topic of Uniformly Accelerated Linear Motion (UALM). The methods used in this research are literature review and design and development. This research consists of two stages: the first stage is the design stage of the instructional aid, and the second stage is the feasibility test of the instructional aid. In the design stage, there are five steps involved: preparing the tools and materials, assembling the track board, assembling the Arduino Nano and distance sensor circuit, assembling the components of the practical apparatus, and evaluation. The feasibility test of the Arduino Nano instructional aid was conducted through two experiments. From the results of the first experiment, testing the feasibility of the Arduino Nano instructional aid for Uniformly Accelerated Linear Motion (UALM), two findings were obtained. In the first experiment, when the time and angle varied, the graph showed that time is inversely proportional to the angle. On the other hand, in the second experiment, when the time and distance varied, the graph indicated that time is directly proportional to the distance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa sma negeri tiga Palembang terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tahun pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik one-shoot, adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan persentase. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah seratus tiga puluh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri tiga Palembang dengan menggunakan teknik probability random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri tiga Palembang. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri tiga Palembang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi Siswa SMA Negeri tiga Palembang Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Daring Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Tahun Pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua yang terdiri dari enam aspek pembelajaran daring dengan kategori sangat positif sembilan responden, kategori positif dua puluh dua responden, kategori sedang tiga puluh tiga responden, kategori negative dua puluh satu responden, dan kategori sangat negative sepuluh responden. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa persepsi siswa SMA Negeri tiga Palembang terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tahun pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua termasuk dalam kategori sedang tiga puluh tiga responden.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes how corporate social responsibility (CSR), innovation, and environmental policies influence organizational sustainability. It also examines how organizational culture mediates these factors to enhance overall performance. Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative research design and distributed structured questionnaires to employees and managers in various industries. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationships between the independent variables (innovation, CSR, and environmental practices), mediating variable (organizational culture), and dependent variable (organizational sustainability). Results: The findings show that Environmental practices, CSR, and innovation significantly improve organizational sustainability. The relationship between these independent variables and organizational performance was found to be mediated by organizational culture. In particular, a strong organizational culture amplifies the benefits of these factors on performance, indicating that cultivating a strong culture is essential for attaining sustainability. Contribution: This study advances our understanding of organizational sustainability by presenting data on important factors and the mediating function of organizational culture. This provides practitioners and policymakers with helpful ideas on how to use these characteristics to enhance performance. Originality: A comprehensive model of organizational sustainability was created by combining five independent, mediating, and dependent variables. It presents a fresh viewpoint on how internal variables amplify the influence of sustainability drivers by highlighting the function of organizational culture and offering a comprehensive strategy for enhancing sustainability.
