Abstract

National education has a function of developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, as well as the formation of noble personality as a dignified nation's identity. Global changes that are very quick to demand the world of education to respond and adjust to compiling a curriculum that is able to adopt these changes, one that must adjust to the madrasa curriculum. In the KMA regulates graduation standards, core competencies (KI), and basic competencies (KD) for the field of Hadith Qur'an Studies, Akidah Akhlak, Fiqh, SKI, and Arabic which are the peculiarities of madrasas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the application of ethnographic methods in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019. One aspect that can be measured using an ethnographic approach is an aspect of attitude. To get valid data quality, ethnographic studies have stages 1) selecting community groups (class), 2) investigating to obtain information, 3) processing and interpreting data, and 4) Finalization of data and compiling reports. This research has implications for the application of ethnography in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019 in PAI learning in madrasah. It is expected that more madrassas are expected to use ethnography to do the size of the quality of attitude.

Abstract

Cempo Ireng is a black rice from Sleman that has a long harvesting period, high posture, and low productivity. Efforts to overcome these problems are mutation induction with gamma irradiation and have produced potential lines (8, 51, and 52) with early maturing, plant height 140,26 cm, and productivity 4,71 tons/ha, but not yet resistant to brown planthopper (BPH). This research is a follow-up study of 200 Gy gamma irradiation treatment of three potential lines to improve BPH resistance traits and increase genetic diversity. This study aims to determine changes in morphological characteristics and obtain superior individuals. The research was conducted in paddy field of Pakahan Village, Jogonalan District, Klaten Regency in February - July 2022 using 8:1 jajar legowo system. Observations of 25 morphological characters were carried out on 30 plants of each lines and were based on the Rice Plant Characterization and Evaluation (2003). Data analyzed by descriptively and qualitatively using Chi Square test with table value at 5% significance. The results showed there were changes in 17 morphological characters in the M3 population of black rice from gamma irradiation and individual selection resulted in 12 mutant plants.

Abstract

Black rice generally has problems in cultivation such as relatively long plant life, high habitus and low productivity. Plant breeders use several methods in hybridization activities, such as backcross method that can lead to the development towards emphasizing the superiority of each parent. This research aimed to study and determined the success rate of the black rice lines F1 backcross and the parents’ performance. This research was conducted using F1 of promising lines, parental lines and the Jeliteng variety with 9 sets of crosses. Each line and variety were repeated 3 times, in total there were 57 experimental units. The observation parameters of this research were plant height, crossing success, weight of seeds, length and width of grain, flowering age, harvesting age also number of grains and unfilled spikelet. The results of this study showed that parents plant height was positively correlated with the number of productive tillers. The taller the plant, the more productive tillers and the more flowers can be crossed. The success of the cross can increase with the number of flowers crossed. The success of crosses between F1 black rice promising lines and their parents has a success rate range of 10.82% to 33.75%. The findings imply that F1 crossbreeding of black rice promising lines with their parents can be carried out to produce backcross offspring.
