Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kasus TB yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Pemerintah telah mencanangkan bebas TB di tahun 2050, hal ini semakin mendorong masyarakat untuk mensukseskan program tersebut. Salah satu penanggulangan penyakit TB adalah mengatasi kegagalan pengobatan pasien TB. Metode: Jenis penelitiannya kualitatif analitik, desain case control. Populasinya seluruh pasien TB yang gagal pengobatan dan tercatat pada buku register TB 04. Sampel pada kelompok kasus adalah pasien TB yang gagal pengobatan sebanyak 35 pasien, kelompok kontrolnya yaitu pasien TB yang selesai pengobatan sebanyak 35 pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji Chi square dan analisis multivariate. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien TB sebagai kelompok kasus terbanyak dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (68,57%), berumur produktif (57,14%), berpendidikan dasar (48,57%), bekerja sebagai buruh/wiraswasta (54,29%), terbanyak berpenghasilan 1-3 juta perbulannya (37,14%), tidak merokok (62,86%), mempunyai PMO (91,43%), jarak rumah pasien TB ke PKM 1-2 km sebanyak 74,29%, ada dukungan keluarga (97,14%), serta kunjungan pasien TB ke PKM yang sesuai sebanyak 54,29%. Dari semua faktor tersebut, yang mempunyai hubungan dengan kegagalan pengobatan pasien TB yaitu jarak ke puskesmas dan kunjungan ke puskesmas dengan p value < 0,05. Saran: puskesmas agar lebih mengawasi pasien TB yang tidak aktif dalam pengobatan.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in agricultural education in developing countries has become very important in improving the quality and productivity of agriculture, as well as addressing the problems faced by farmers in developing countries. The aim of this research is to describe the experience of using ICT in agricultural education in developing countries, as well as to identify the advantages and disadvantages of using ICT. The method used in this study is a literature review by collecting data from various sources such as articles, books, and research reports. The results of the study show that the use of ICT in agricultural education in developing countries has been done in various ways, such as the development of agricultural applications, distance learning, and the use of simulation software. Although there are some obstacles such as limited access and dependence on technology, the use of ICT in agricultural education in developing countries can provide advantages in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, as well as expanding social networks and collaboration among students. However, to optimize the advantages and overcome the limitations of using ICT in agricultural education in developing countries, cooperation between the government, educational institutions, and technology industry is needed in building adequate ICT infrastructure, providing affordable ICT access, as well as providing training and technical support for ICT users in agricultural education.

Abstract

Nature is a very effective learning resource in learning in the pandemic era, the use of nature or the environment is the main capital for teachers to create interesting learning. Different natural conditions and situations provide an interesting experience for elementary school students to add new knowledge in the pandemic era. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of nature as a learning medium in the pandemic era. This type of research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that. 1) nature is the best medium during a pandemic; 2) the use of Nature as a learning medium provides a new nuance for the student learning process; 3) good use of nature for the learning process has a positive impact on interest, motivation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Di dalam praktik bisnisnya, UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi beberapa persoalan yang bisa menjadi penghambat bagi pertumbuhan bisnisnya, sehingga perlu untuk dilakukan pembinaan guna menemukan dan memberikan solusi yang mereka butuhkan, Inkubator Bisnis dan Teknologi UPT RSTP merupakan salah satu lembaga yang senantias melakukan pembinaan bagi UMKM di Provinsi Riau. Untuk Tahun 2023, Inkubator Bisnis dan Teknologi UPT RSTP telah melakukan kegiatan Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas Tenant UPT Riau Science Technopark dengan menggandeng dosen-dosen dari IBT Pelita Indonesia sebagai tim tutor atau pelatih. Total terdapat 3 UMKM yang mengikuti pelatihan secara paralel, dengan tiga tema berbeda sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Setelah dilakukan pemaparan materi masing-masing tema, maka setiap UMKM diminta untuk melakukan praktik langsung di depan tim pelatih. Dan dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakuka pada tahap praktik, maka diketahui bahwa seluruh UMKM telah memahami dan dapat melakukan melakukan digitalisasi dan menyiapan rencana pengembangan usaha, menyusun laporan keuangan UMKM, dan melakukan digitalisasi pelaporan keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

The form of this activity is OPI (Indonesian Pelita Olympics) Magic 5.0 at the Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology which was organized by BEM IBT Pelita Indonesia with the theme "Millennial Advancement Generating Innovative Creativity". Various competitions were held at this Olympics, including; Web Design Competition, Bazaar Competition, Poster Design, 4D Mading Competition and Accounting Olympiad. The Accounting Competition itself is expected to be a forum for channeling competitive skills in the field of accounting and introducing the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology in general, and the Accounting major in particular to high school/vocational school students.

Abstract

Abstrak Data mining menjadi salah satu teknik yang cukup menjanjikan dalam proses pembacaan dan pengumpulan data. Data menjadi asset penting yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari pola, guna memproyeksikan strategi dalam membangun proses pengembangan bisnis. Seperti halnya proyeksi investasi saham menjadi penting dalam pemilihan investasi yang tepat. Dalam prosesnya, investasi saham harus memiliki aspek kemampuan untuk memprediksi pergerakan harga saham. Namun, kemampuan tersebut di batasi dengan adanya ketidaktahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola investasi tersebut. Salah satu investasi saham yang menarik terutama di masa pandemi salah satunya adalah saham mikrosoft. Dengan membandingkan hasil metode regresi linier dan pola historis prediksi yang dihasilkan bisa jauh lebih akurat. Dari dataset analisis harga saham mikrosoft yang diambil sejak tahun 2018-2023 terdapat kesimpulan harga saham terendah mikrosoft bulan november 2022 sebesar 217,826, saham tertinggi bulan mei 2023 sebesar 309,948 dan rata-rata harga sebesar 260,787. Dari perhitungan tersebut didapatkan prediksi saham Microsoft tanggal 15 mei 2023 menggunakan regresi linier sebesar 306,976 dan pola historis sebesar 260,136 sehingga terdapat gap 46,84. Dilihat dari sisi data yang dihasilkan data gap perhitungan manual dengan regresi linier jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan pola historis sebesar 0,054 dan dari gap perhitungan manual dengan pola historis adalah 46,786. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Prediksi Saham, Regresi Linear, Pola Historis Abstract Data mining is one of the promising techniques in the process of reading and collecting data. Data is an important asset that can be used to find patterns, to project strategies in building business development processes. As with stock investment projections, it becomes important in choosing the right investment. In the process, stock investment must have aspects of the ability to predict stock price movements. However, this ability is limited by the ignorance of the public in managing these investments. One of the interesting stock investments, especially during a pandemic, is microsoft stocks. By comparing the results of linear regression methods and historical patterns, the resulting predictions can be much more accurate. From the microsoft stock price analysis dataset taken from 2018-2023, there are conclusions that microsoft's lowest stock price in November 2022 was 217,826, the highest stock in May 2023 was 309,948 and the average price was 260,787. From this calculation, it is obtained that Microsoft's stock prediction for May 15, 2023 uses a linear regression of 306.976 and a historical pattern of 260.136 so that there is a gap of 46.84. In terms of the data generated, the manual calculation gap with linear regression is much smaller than the historical pattern of 0.054 and from the manual calculation gap with the historical pattern is 46.786. Abstract

Looking for a halal restaurant or restaurant is a must for Muslim visitors, because one proof of obedience to Allah's commands is to eat halal food and not eat unclean food. The large number of restaurants or restaurants in Medan that provide non-halal food makes Muslim tourists or Muslim visitors confused about choosing a halal restaurant. Finding halal food in the city of Medan is not difficult, because the ethnic population of Medan is Malay, most of the Malays are Muslims. One of the restaurants in Medan with the characteristics of Minang-Malay cuisine is "Garuda Restaurant". This study aims to find out and analyze the efforts that have been made by Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan. Then to find out and analyze the business that will be carried out by the Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan and to find out and analyze the obstacles faced by the Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research methods through interviews and supported by documentation conducted to the Head of the Garuda Restaurant Services Division, Jl. H. Adam Malik No. 14 Medan regarding the role of the Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan. The results of the study show that there are several efforts that have been made by the Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan, starting from maintaining quality, how to market to customers, holding promos, and providing complete facilities at the Garuda Restaurant. The efforts that will be carried out by the Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan are to improve the quality of service to the community and improve the quality of the products being marketed. Apart from that, there are obstacles faced by Garuda Restaurant in supporting halal culinary tourism in the city of Medan, namely the operational time limit and the many other restaurant competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze agent knowledge, agent behavior and agent attitudes towards sharia insurance at PT Bumiputera 1912 Medan. The research method used is a qualitative method used by researchers, namely primary, including distributing questionnaires to interview agents at PT Bumiputera 1912 Medan. Based on the research results obtained regarding the analysis of the level of financial literacy of Islamic insurance agents, namely, even though the knowledge level of Islamic insurance agents is in the moderate category or sufficiently understanding, the knowledge level of Islamic insurance agents should be in the understanding category. Besides that, the role of agents is also very much needed by the community, one of which is educating the public to know, know, understanding, utilize and enjoy sharia insurance services. And the level of agent knowledge, agent behavior and agent attitudes have a positive influence on Bumiputera 1912 Islamic insurance Medan. It is evident from the questionnaire distributed to the Bumiputera 1912 Medan agents, then from the results of the average velue of the level of agent knowledge and agent behavior and agent attitudes produce different values where the agent’s knowledge is lower than the agent’s behaviour and attitude of sharia insurance agents in Bumiputera 1912 Medan.

Abstract

Syariah insurance is Islamic insurance which is part of the Islamic economy, is one aspect of the Islamic system which of course has basic values or principles that are in accordance with divine values in the implementation of its operations, but the values of Islamic insurance principles are contained also in the principles of insurance in general. The purpose of this study was appointed, namely, to analyze the performance of PT Asuransi Prudential Syariah Binjai in evaluating the services it has so far for consumers who have joined. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, using a questionnaire using a Likert scale and secondary data obtained from the literature.
