Abstract. Poverty is a problem that is very difficult to solve. For this reason, there is a need for a program to be able to provide a change in society with various forms of activities carried out through the program. The program can be in the form of Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The data source of this study used observation techniques and in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study revealed that the community change movement is the most important part that can provide change through the existence of the Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit program with various forms of activities in the form of handicraft mats, batik crafts, prayer beads, handcraft crafts, and handicrafts of centong and sutil. The existence of these activities can not be separated from the inhibiting factors and supporting factors. The conclusion of this research is the community changes made in an effort to provide welfare in their lives through the Karangpatihan Bangkit Hope House program. The existence of this program is to provide empowerment to the community through training and learning. This is done as an effort to provide a better life in the future.الملخص: الفقر مشكلة يصعب حلها. لهذا السبب ، هناك حاجة إلى برنامج ليكون قادرًا على توفير التغييرات في المجتمع بأشكال مختلفة من الأنشطة التي يتم تنفيذها من خلال البرنامج. يمكن أن يكون البرنامج في شكل Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit. يستخدم أسلوب البحث في هذه الورقة نهجًا نوعيًا ، في حين أن نوع البحث المستخدم هو دراسة حالة. استخدم مصدر بيانات هذا البحث تقنيات الملاحظة والمقابلة المتعمقة. تكشف نتائج هذه الدراسة أن حركة التغيير المجتمعي هي الجزء الأكثر أهمية الذي يمكن أن يوفر التغيير من خلال وجود برنامج Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit بأشكال مختلفة من الأنشطة في شكل ممسحات ، وحرف الباتيك ، وسبحة الصلاة ، وحرف ، وحرف السنتونغ والحرير. لا يمكن فصل وجود هذا النوع من النشاط عن العوامل المثبطة والعوامل الداعمة. استنتاج هذه الدراسة هو أن التغييرات في المجتمع التي يتم إجراؤها كمحاولة لتوفير الرفاهية في حياتهم يمكن أن تكون من خلال برنامجRumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit. وجود هذا البرنامج هو توفير التمكين للمجتمع من خلال التدريب والتعلم. يتم ذلك كمحاولة لتوفير حياة أفضل في المستقبل.Abstrak: Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang sangat sulit dipecahkan. Untuk itulah perlu adanya program untuk dapat memberikan perubahan masyarakat dengan berbagai bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui program. Program tersebut dapat berupa adanya Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa gerakan perubahan masyarakat merupakan bagian terpenting yang dapat memberikan perubahan melalui adanya program Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit dengan berbagai bentuk kegiatan berupa kerajinan keset, kerajinan batik, kerajinan tasbih, kerajinan telenan, dan kerajinan centong dan sutil. Adanya bentuk kegiatan tersebut tidak terlepas dari faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perubahan masyarakat yang dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kesejahteraan dalam kehidupannya dapat melalui program Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Bangkit. Adanya program ini untuk memberikan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan dan pembelajaran. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kehidupan yang lebih baik dimasa yang akan datang.

This paper aims to describe research in primary schools and explain how the dimensions of legal and professional education management at SDN Bulukantil, Jebres, Surakarta. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interview technique. In principle, there are four competencies, namely personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision and social, while teachers have pedagogic, personality, social and professional competence. From two sources of interviews, it is explained that the legal and professional dimensions are well implemented in Bulukantil Primary School in Surakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that in the legal dimension of legal education management and professional headmasters and teachers at SDN Bulkatil has been fulfilled.

Developing Coffeeshop Improvement Strategy by Considering Voice of Customer Abhiseka Pandya; Dyah Ismoyowati; Suharno Suharno

The improvement strategy of coffee shop was created by first analyzing the quality of product, service, and pricing of coffee shop to determine the customer requirements using questionnaire. 105 customers of Legend Coffee filled the questionnaire. From 30 attributes, 13 of them needed improvement as their performance rating were below their respective importance, thus resulted in low customer satisfaction. Some product quality and service attributes located in the Concentrate Here quadrant, which requires immediate improvement. Based on those results, then strategic improvements will be made with management using QFD. The highest prioritized improvement strategies are increase in human resources with training in accordance with the job description, increase supervision of each division, and clearer preparation and more detailed SOPs. Improvement strategies then developed based on the voice of the customer with a discussion with management.

The online journal is one of the sources of information from various sources of information availability, available good from the hearts and abroad to get literature review. It is influenced by the development of technology and information wichis increasingly advanced so that information can be obtained easily.Along with advances in information technology (ICT), efforts in obtaining and providing information is not limited to the distance, space, and time. The use of the online journal by researchers and extension workers are rarely used. The use of the online journal by researchersand extension workers are rarely used. Effort to examine the use of online journals was conducted to determine show far the use of the online journal by researchers, extension workers, and other library user in IAIT Yogyakarta. The studies was conducted in September 2015 and arranged in randomized design with 30 respondents. The result of this studies showed that (1) frequency of using journal online are more dominant in one to two times a week wich is done by 22 library user (73,34%), (2) the length of time utilization for accessing online journals most are one to two hours wich is done by 13 library user (43,34%), (3) the level of ability of library user wich using Boolean operator AND, OR, NOT evidently 11 library user does not understand (36,67%), (4) the action to download from the search result conducted by is library user (50%), (5) The access point information in the most preferred search by keyword is done by 21 library user (70%), (6) the purpose of utilizing the online journal access research were 12 library user (40%), (7) completeness of information required by library user perceived by 23 library user (76,66%), (8) accesing online journal wich are mostly done at the work space is as much as 20 library user (66,67%), (9) the domestic online journals are more affractive was choosen by 17 library user (56,66%).

The demand for Indonesian cloves in the Indian market fluctuated during 2010-2018, but in 2019-2020 the demand for Indonesian cloves increased due to India's high demand for clove commodities. This research is important considering that Indonesia is not the only country that fulfills India's demand for clove imports. This study aims to determine the competitive position of Indonesian cloves in the Indian market. The performance of Indonesian clove exports to the Indian market was analyzed using the Indian clove demand system by applying the Linearized Approximate Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/AIDS). The dependent variable was the share of the four exporting countries, and the independent variable was the price of cloves from Indonesia, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, and Comoros in the Indian market. The data used secondary time series data between 2010-2020. The analysis results showed that cloves from Indonesian, Madagascar, and Comoros are responsive to Indian expenditure changes. If there is a price change of Indonesian cloves, India will switch to Madagascar and Comoros cloves because the cloves of both countries have good quality. Increasing the exports volume of cloves with good quality, and reducing tariff will improve the Indonesian clove export performance in Indian market.

This study aims to 1) knowing the effect of the implementation school literacy program on the narrative writing skills of fourth-grade elementary school students; 2) knowing the effect of the reading interest on the narrative writing skills of fourth-grade elementary school students; 3) knowing the effect of the implementation school literacy program and the reading interest together on the narrative writing skills of fourth-grade elementary school students. This is quantitative research using a correlational method. The population in this study is all fourth-grade students of state elementary schools in the sub-district of Boyolali in the academic year 2021/2022. The research sample is fourth-grade students from three elementary schools who had been selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 1) there is a positive and significant influence from the implementation of the school literacy movement program on student narrative writing skills by 45.1%; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of reading interest in student narrative writing skills by 2 2.6%; 3) there is a positive and significant influence from the implementation of the school literacy program and interest in reading together on students' narrative writing skills by 67,7%.

Setiap pelaku bisnis fashion store menawarkan berbagai produk fashion yang sesuai dengan Lifestyle konsumen agar mampu menarik konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian yang tidak terencana atau Impulse Buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement dan Hedonic Motives terhadap impulse buying behavior konsumen Matahari Department Store Big Mall Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen Matahari Department Store Big Mall Samarinda. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang masing‐masing sudah diuji coba dan telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, dan Hedonic Motives berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying Behavior pada konsumen Matahari Department Store Big Mall Samarinda

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel brand equity dan consumer loyalty beserta indikatornya terhadap repurchase intention pada Sogo Departement Store di Bigmall Samarinda. Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah Manajemen Pemasaran dengan menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa fungsi regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 0,870 + 0,283 X1 + 0,515 X2. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh yaitu menunjukkan variabel independen mempunyai nilai positif, yaitu variabel brand equity (X1) dan consumer loyalty (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention (Y). Dan menurut hasil T tabel bahwa variabel brand equity (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention (Y), dan menurut variabel consumer loyalty (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention (Y). Pada penelitian Pengaruh Brand Equity dan Consumer Loyalty terhadap Repurchase Intention pada Sogo Departement Store di Bigmall Samarinda, ada satu hipotesis yang penulis ajukan, yaitu hipotesis dapat diterima dan terbukti secara statistik
