Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the efforts to integrate environmental education in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum from an Islamic perspective. Environmental education in this context not only focuses on theoretical understanding of ecological issues, but also connects Islamic values related to nature and the environment, which are explained through verses of the Qur'an and hadith. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore how environmental education is implemented in PAI learning, as well as to identify challenges and opportunities in its implementation. The results show that the integration of environmental education in the PAI curriculum not only shapes students' ecological awareness but also teaches the importance of maintaining the balance of nature as part of human responsibility as khalifah on earth. The program involves various practical activities, such as reforestation and waste management, which aim to instill Islamic values related to environmental conservation. Nonetheless, the study also noted some challenges, such as time and resource constraints, which need to be addressed to improve the effectiveness of this integration. Overall, this research makes an important contribution in understanding how Islamic religious education can play a role in creating broader environmental awareness among the younger generation.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify the most lucrative mathematical model and solution to maximize cassava opak production at Ibu Hesti's facility. The owners, managers, and workers of the Cassava Opak factory were interviewed for this study, which used descriptive quantitative approaches to examine data. The acquired data is utilized as a reference to develop a mathematical model. The solution to this mathematical model is then found using the simplex approach. Prior to developing a mathematical model, button opak, jumbo opak, and huge round opak were thought to be distinct kinds of opak. The findings of the study indicate that 37,000 kg of cassava as the primary raw material, UD Opak Rizky must manufacture 3,125 kg of button opak, 0 kg of jumbo opak, and 0 kg of huge round opak daily. The goal is to maximize the profit function Z while adhering to four limitations for limited raw resources. The profit obtained by UD Opak Rizky from 37,000 kg of cassava with this production amount was IDR 10.581.880,00.

Integrating science with Religion is a solid effort as a reaction to the concept of dichotomy between Religion and science. Parents have the responsibility to teach the Qur'an to their children from an early age. Teaching the Qur'an has a great influence in instilling strong faith (aqidah) for children. teaching the Qur'an to children is the basis of Islamic education, especially what must be taught. When a child is still walking according to his natural state as a pure human being without sin, it is the most open ground to obtain the light of wisdom hidden in the Qur’an before lust disappears.

Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and morals, as well as instilling religious values that can be applied in everyday life. However, the challenges of globalization, which are transforming social, cultural, and technological patterns, require adjustments to the PAI curriculum to stay aligned with the times. This study aims to explore the importance of developing a relevant PAI curriculum in the era of globalization and to identify concrete steps in adapting the curriculum to the needs of students and global challenges. Islamic Religious Education (IRE) is a crucial pillar in shaping the nation's character. However, in Indonesia, the implementation of IRE often falls short of expectations. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the suboptimal implementation of IRE and its impact on students. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the study identifies several key factors, including teacher quality, curriculum, facility support, and social environment. The consequences of these conditions include weak understanding of religious values, increased negative behavior among students, and limited student contributions to building a character-driven society. This study recommends strengthening policies, improving educator quality, and enhancing infrastructure as strategic measures.
