Law number 15 of 2011 concerning General Election Organizers states that the election organizer is an institution that organizes elections consisting of the General Election Commission and the Election Supervisory Body as one unit. Elections that are stored in Regency/City are called Regency/City KPUs as described in Law No. 15 of 2011. In sending the KPU, the KPU is assisted by the Election Committee (PPK), Voting Committee (PPS), and Voting Organizers (KPPS). ) as described in Article 3 of the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2018. These PPK, PPS, and KPPS were established directly by the Regency/City KPU as stated in Article 10 paragraphs 1 to 3 of Law No. 15 of 2011. Currently the formation and the selection process for some of these institutions is still manual. Currently there is an instrument that will assist in supporting decisions based on mathematical calculations called the Decision Support System (DSS). DSS is a system that functions to provide information, predict, and direct options to information users in order to make decisions.

Academic activities are daily operational activities that occur in an educational institution, especially in universities. Academic activities must be carried out by students and lecturers. Within the scope of academic activities at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, the media used to convey information on the current academic schedule no longer uses bulletin boards but uses social media, namely whatsapp. Although academic activities are routine, it is still common for students and lecturers to forget the schedule of academic activities. To overcome this, the Faculty of Engineering requires a personal digital assistant application (virtual assistant) as an accurate, efficient and portable reminder. The virtual assistant application that is built consists of two platforms. First, the mobile platform used by lecturers and students to view some academic agenda information and receive real-time information/announcements and notifications/alarms related to academic activities. Second, the web platform used by the Administration to broadcast announcements or invitations to mobile application users. Based on the test results, the virtual assistant application can run on two platforms.

In this global era, the internet has penetrated various fields such as social, advertising, and business. With a large number of films, a film genre classification is made to assist users in finding and selecting the right films to watch. The genre in the film is the main element in a recommendation system, because with the classification of genres it can make it easier for the system to search for a film based on certain types. The string matching method, which is part of the string search process, plays an important role in getting documents that match your information needs more quickly. Simply by using a smartphone and internet access, people can enjoy various information on movie trailers. Then the problem is formulated how to make an android-based cinema 21 movie trailer catalog application with a string matching algorithm. Can improve better service to consumers, where consumers are expected to be able to access online so that consumers can find out information about movie trailers on the application.

Dana Desa as described in Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 190/PMK.7/2021 is a fund sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget intended for Villages which is transferred through the district/city regional revenue and expenditure budget and is used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village BLT itself is budgeted for at least 40% of the ceiling value of the Village Fund received by each Village as regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2021. For BLT Village recipients, it is regulated in Article 33 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Finance Number 190/PMK.07/ 2021. However, there are not a few mistakes and injustices in receiving BLT Desa. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide a reference in making decisions based on mathematical calculations of the values of the determining criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to create a "Decision Support System in the Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) in Bunga Mas Village, Seluma Regency Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Algorithm" through the calculation of the criteria values that have been regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation no. 190/PMK.7/2021 and this system will contain Techniques from the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) algorithm for the calculation method..

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

One of the stages for forming a family within the Police environment, is that each prospective bride and groom will undergo a marriage coaching session. At the Bengkulu Regional Police level, this official marriage trial is under the auspices of the Human Resources Bureau (HR). Currently, the management of files and scheduling of service marriage sessions within the Bengkulu Police is still being done manually by physically collecting the required files and processing them by the admin. The purpose of this practical work is to design and build a system that can assist in the process of applying for official marriage hearings for members of the Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall model. Process design on the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database design using ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and database design using MySQL.The result of this research is an information system and application for official marriage hearings for members of the National Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police which can assist in the process of filing for official marriage hearings. And conduct testing of the system using the blackbox method.

This title of this reseach is Application of party Equipment Using Website-Based Notification. Karya Mandiri is one of the businesses engaged in services. Itoffers rental services for various kinds of products for weddings and other events. The problems that exist today are that the recording still uses a manual system, it has not taken advantage of technological sophistication by making consumers rent without having to come to the location.Basides recording the equipment availability is still not well organized. The research method applied was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model method. Waterfall development itself has several stages in its development, including needs analysis, design, development, testing phase, and implementation in the real environment being expected to provide information about equipment rental to prospective tenants. Organized and clear applications are very important in the business world, especially in the rental business.

Based on data from the PP Muhammadiyah Research and Development Council, there are 62 Muhammadiyah Universities spread throughout Indonesia. Of the many Muhammadiyah Universities it would be very easy if there was a system that could display information and the location of the university in the form of a map. GIS is a computer information system used to process georeferenced spatial data (in the form of details, facts, conditions, etc.) stored in a database. By implementing the Muhammadiyah University Geographic Information System, it is hoped that it can help users in obtaining spatial and non-spatial information about Muhammadiyah University which is spread throughout Indonesia. The system must consist of input and output, therefore the application built consists of an admin section as input and a user as output. The admin application is used to process Muhammadiyah University location data which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The user application is used for implementing GIS on mapping Muhammadiyah University in Indonesia which runs on the Android operating system and is built using Android Studio with the Java and XML programming languages. The application can display a list of Muhammadiyah University locations in Indonesia in the form of a map and an ordered list. Utilization of google map in the application is to display a map which uses the google map api and displays the route from the user's location to the selected university.

The increase in the number of residents in the city of Bengkulu, in line with the increase in the number of housing being built. The community is conducting a housing search based on information from newspapers and the local community. This is of course especially difficult. For people who come from outside the city of Bengkulu. To overcome this, a housing location search application in Bengkulu City was designed. The designed application can run both on websites and smartphones. This application implements Location Based Service and Google Maps API so that it can display a digital map of Bengkulu City which is equipped with residential location points. If the location point is clicked, the application will display detailed information about the housing.

In elementary school learning process, teacher skill in conducting assessment and stimulation determined the extent of student’s thinking processes in classroom. The results of the assessment were used to determine learning stimulation. The qualitative study in this research aims to obtain an overview of teacher skills in assessing and stimulating student abilities in the classroom. Data was obtained through Focus Group Discussions with teacher representatives from each grade level. The results of the research show that the implementation of assessments carried out by elementary school teachers includes: asking questions about students and their surroundings, giving tests with easy to difficult questions, making observations during learning, and reporting student obstacles and progress. Furthermore, findings on activity stimulation include (1) developing counting, writing, and reading abilities; (2) providing games, cross-field projects, and (3) providing trigger questions to build concepts. Stimulation activities still involve the cognitive demands of remembering and building concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to develop teacher skills in developing activities that encourage students' thinking processes at a higher level, namely strategic and broader thinking.
