Abstract

Lobuto Village, Biluhu District, Gorontalo Regency has a lot of potential that needs to be developed and preserved. In order to accelerate the development of Lobuto Village in accordance with Law No. 25 of 2004 concerning the national, regional and village development planning system, strategic steps are needed as an effort for the sustainable development of Lobuto village, namely through the village development program in achieving the SDGs.Therefore, through the Community Service Program the Thematic Village Community Service Program, it is hoped that it can help analyze work programs that are right on target and really needed by the Lobuto Village community to be implemented with the development of the latest innovations and technology so that they can be used directly for the community to improve the economy , community welfare, socio-cultural improvement and health to support the Village Build program in achieving the SDGs. Based on the results of the analysis and assessment in the field, a program of activities that are very urgent and considered appropriate to the needs of the Lobuto Village community are formulated, namely: (1). Coastal tourism development, (2). Management and marketing of fishery products, (3). Planning for making village libraries, (4). Construction of a Waste Bank and supported by several other additional programs such as (1). Tumbilotohe implementation and (2). Entertainment activities for the community. The program of activities will be included in the development work plan (RKP) of Lobuto Village, Biluhu District, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes has become a global epidemic over the last two decades, the prevalence has doubled, from 4.6% to 9.3% in the population aged 20-79 years. Based on data from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) 2019, it is estimated that 463 million people in the above age group live with diabetes of which 90% Diabetes, Indonesia faces the same diabetes threat as the world, within five years. West Sumatra is at number 21 out of 34 provinces with diabetes cases. Based on data from the Padang City Health Office in 2020, from 23 health centers in Padang City, Andalas Health Center is the highest coverage of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is 1017 people. Of the 10 sub-districts in the Andalas Community Health Center working area, Jati sub-district is the highest case of diabetes mellitus. Good blood sugar control is one of the important factors and has been shown to reduce the risk of complications in people with diabetes, to achieve good blood glucose control, holistic management is needed including education, education with an SMS gateway approach can provide continuous and continuous information. Objectives: see the effect of SMS gateway-based education model on blood sugar levels of diabetics. Methods:  Pre-experiment using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design approach. Data analysis using Paired T-test sample. Results: The results showed that there was an effect of education model based on sms gateway based education model on blood sugar levels of diabetics with p-value = 0.002. Conclusions: SMS gateway-based education model affects blood sugar levels of diabetics.

Abstract

Sex education is still very taboo and is still considered not a topic of conversation that needs to be discussed with children. talk about sex is not an easy conversation for parents. Parents tend to avoid and close themselves about this topic by prohibiting children from asking and talking about sex. Based on the facts in the field, the level of sexual violence against children continues to increase every year. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the role of mothers as educators with early childhood knowledge about sex in the working area of Puskesmas Batu Bandung in 2023.This type of research is analytical observational with cross sectional design. The number of samples of this study were 92 respondents selected by putposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most of the respondents (72.8%) stated that their mothers acted as educators in early sex education, half of the respondents had good knowledge about early sex. The results of the Chi-Square test obtained p = 0.000 means that there is a relationship between the role of mothers as educators with early childhood knowledge about early childhood sex. This research should be used as information and reference material to examine how the role of parents in early childhood sex education.

Abstract

The religious culture of educational institutions is an effort to realize the values ​​of religious teachings as a tradition in behavior and organizational culture which is followed by all citizens in the educational institution. The research approach is qualitative field with case studies. Types of data are qualitative and quantitative. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documents, while data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's theory. The results of the study obtained 4 conclusions, namely: The first stage, planning a religious culture development program is the formulation of a vision, mission, and goals in State Junior High School 10 Palembang connected with religious culture clearly. The second stage is the implementation of programs that are obligatory for all school members. The final stage, evaluating the program of religious cultural values ​​in instilling character education is in the five character values ​​and 4S (smile, greeting, greeting, and courtesy). The five religious cultural values ​​are honest in words, clean in deeds, economical in use, sincere in giving to fellow brothers and sisters, in congregation (mutual cooperation or cooperation). The evaluation of the results of the development of religious culture is included in the chasing achievement book which contains the activity form or student attendance that will be assessed by each supervisor. Supporting factors for the development of religious culture, namely students, teachers, infrastructure, literacy activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is fanaticism, the lack of awareness of some teachers who consider it the only task of Islamic Education teachers.

Abstract

Perpustakaan menjadi tempat atau lembaga yang memberi orang umum atau masyarakat akses ke koleksi buku, majalah, jurnal, media elektronik, dan sumber informasi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital dan dampak dari peran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Studi literatur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meninjau literatur, buku, catatan, dan laporan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian iai adalah Pengembangan perpustakaan di era digital fokus pada optimalisasi teknologi digital pada internet, perpustakaan yang saling terhubung, dan perpustakaan yang saling terhubung. Di era komputer dan internet, perpustakaan masih merupakan tempat penting untuk belajar. Dampaknya bagaimanapun berubah seiring kemajuan teknologi. Abstract

Laboratorium komputer memiliki peran penting sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital, khususnya dalam mendukung pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fungsi laboratorium komputer sebagai sumber belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran TIK, serta mengidentifikasi keuntungan dan kekurangannya. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa laboratorium komputer dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi, mengembangkan keterampilan teknologi, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya tinggi, kesenjangan akses, dan masalah keamanan data perlu diatasi agar laboratorium komputer dapat berfungsi optimal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how fine motoric skills can be developed in children using loose part media. The research method used in this study is an experimental technique, namely a strategy to determine whether a variable has an influence on other variables or there is a causal relationship between two variables. Collecting data in this research uses 3 techniques, namely observation, testing, and documentation. Data analysis used regularity test and homogeneity test. Based on research that has been conducted at PAUD Taam An Nuur to develop children's fine motoric skills by using loose part media in learning process activities. Because through this research it can be proven that there is an effect of using loose part media on fine motoric skills in group B children at PAUD Taam An Nuur. This can be seen from the initial state of the pretest which obtained an average value of 54.539 after being given the treatment the final posttest results showed an average value of 88.778.Thus, it can be seen that the posttest average value is greater than the pretest average value of 88.778 ≥ 54.539. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the t-test hypothesis testing obtained Sig. (1-tailed) = 0.000 < α 0.05, means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In this way it can be concluded that this study has the effect of loose part media on fine motor development in group B children at PAUD Taam An Nuur. Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled "Implementation of Internal Employee Mutations at the Education Office of Palembang City". Internal employee mutation is the transfer of employees from their previous duties to other duties in order to develop their capabilities so that they can provide maximum performance and contribution to the institution. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of internal employee mutations at the Education Office of Palembang City and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors during the implementation of internal employee mutations at the Education Office of Palembang City. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods and informants in this study were the Head of the General and Personnel Subdivision, Human Resources Analyst Apparatus, and 2 (two) employees who applied for internal mutation. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To test the validity of this research, the researcher used triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques, and triangulation of time. The results of the research indicate that the process of applying for internal employee mutations at the Education Office of Palembang City is not immediate, but based on administrative review by the personnel department and decisions from the BKPSDM established by the issuance of Mutation Decree. The decision on position determination is made based on policies and regulations in accordance with the results of job analysis and workload analysis that have been conducted. The supporting and inhibiting factors of the Implementation of Internal Employee Mutations at the Education Office of Palembang City are the supporting factors namely the request by the employees themselves, based on the principle of the right man on the right job, and the institution's commitment to employee performance. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the process of obtaining signatures from officials which takes a long time.Keywords: Implementation, Internal Employee MutationAbstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Mutasi Internal Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang”, Mutasi internal pegawai merupakan perpindahan pegawai dari bidang tugas yang sebelumnya ke bidang tugas yang lain guna pengembangan kemampuan yang dimiliki agar bisa memberikan prestasi dan kontribusi yang maksimal bagi instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk bisa mengetahui pelaksanaan mutasi internal pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat apa saja yang ada saat pelaksanaan mutasi internal pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan informan pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Subbagian Umum dan Kepegawaian, Analis Sumber Daya Manusia  Aparatur, dan 2 (dua) pegawai yang mengajukan mutasi internal. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Adapun untuk menguji keabsahan dari penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan uji keabsahan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil dari penelitian yang peneliti dapat dari pelaksanaan mutasi internal pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang menunjukkan bahwa proses pengajuan mutasi internal oleh pegawai dilakukan tidak serta merta, namun berdasarkan telaah administrasi oleh bidang kepegawaian dan keputusan dari BKPSDM yang ditetapkan dengan penerbitan SK Mutasi. Keputusan penentuan jabatan dilakukan berdasarkan kebijakan dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku sesuai dengan hasil analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja yang telah dilakukan. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari Pelaksanaan Mutasi Internal Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang ialah faktor pendukungnya yaitu permintaan sendiri oleh pegawai yang bersangkutan, berdasarkan prinsip the right man on the right job orang yang tepat berada di posisi yang tepat, dan komitmen instansi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu proses tandatangan pejabat yang membutuhkan waktu lama.Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Mutasi Internal Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu-Musi Banyuasin. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a qualitative research type. The informants in this study include the Foundation Head, School Principal, Vice Principal for Facilities, and Administrative Staff. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin, has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from setting targets and objectives in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, formulating the current state of procurement, identifying all the facilitators and obstacles in procurement, and developing a procurement plan for educational facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study discusses the process of marketing educational services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Keban II-Musi Banyuasin. The research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation, which consists of time triangulation, method triangulation, and source triangulation. The findings of this research indicate that the marketing of educational services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Keban II has been implemented effectively. The products offered by the madrasah meet the needs and expectations of the users. The marketing of educational services is conducted through a well-organized process and effective educational customer strategies, spreading information about quality and products via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as using banners. This process is also supported by skilled human resources in their respective fields. The marketing costs are covered by the madrasah budget and do not hinder the process. Prospective students are not charged any registration fees. The madrasah is strategically located, surrounded by many residents and several elementary schools/madrasah ibtidaiyah
