Abstract

The creation of this work is based on the empirical fact that, the Struggle Monument of TKR Division III Headquarters has never been used as a batik motif made with batik writing and stamp techniques. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to add batik motifs whose motifs contain historical values of the struggle of the Indonesian nation. Ready to wear deluxe was chosen as an application medium combined with tie dye techniques because the segmentation of this work is the upper middle class who like this type of clothing. To achieve this goal, the creation method used is exploration, design and embodiment with visual reference to the 2024/2025 Resilient fashion trend, namely Heritage sub-theme Reminiscence. The result of the creative process of this work is four deluxe ready to wear looks with casual ethnic styles presented at Indonesia International Modest Fashion 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of inclusive citizenship as a requirement to become a good citizen and to analyze the implementation of inclusive citizenship in an effort to fulfill minority rights. study uses a literature study method through several stages,from problem identification to synthesis of findings. The study results indicate that inclusive citizenship is one of the requirements for becoming a good citizen, emphasizing the relationship between citizens and the state to uphold recognition of the importance of institutional multiculturalism and minority rights. The implementation of inclusive citizenship to fulfill minority rights is faced with quite significant challenges and obstacles. Challenges in implementing inclusive citizenship are related to socio-cultural values that tend to be exclusive. Obstacles to implementing inclusive citizenship are the existence of societal stereotypes, discrimination, and the lack of public understanding of diversity.

Abstract

Contextual learning connects the content of subject matters in the classroom with the context of students’ daily lives. Elementary school learning is conducted using a thematic approach that integrates various learning contents into a theme. Thematic teaching materials in elementary schools depend on textbooks provided by the government and are limited in number. Therefore, this study aims to develop context-based thematic teaching materials to improve the learning achievements of elementary school students. In this study, the research and development method was used with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The product of development was validated by experts. Testing of the product was conducted twice, namely a small-group test with 8 elementary school students grade IV in SD 2 Guwo and a large-group t to determine the effectiveness of the teaching material developed. The large-group test involved 32 students of grade IV in SD Negeri 2 Kadipaten as the experimental class and 30 students of grade IV in SD Negeri 2 Guwo as the control class. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in learning achievements between the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class using context-based thematic teaching materials has better performance than the control class using thematic textbooks. The context-based thematic teaching material that has been developed has been proven to be able to improve student achievement. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teachers and policymakers to develop context-based thematic teaching materials.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengatasi masalah stunting. Dengan semangat, idealisme, dan kreativitas yang tinggi, mereka dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting melalui inovasi dan partisipasi aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa SMK Darul Dakwah terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat (Germas), dan pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui sesi interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 116,05%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan terkait PHBS dan stunting dapat diterima dengan baik oleh siswa dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka. Disarankan agar ada kerjasama lebih lanjut dengan instansi terkait, seperti Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pontianak, untuk memperluas dampak dan keberlanjutan program ini

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, the sample was 36 people who worked as employees of the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International is classified as very good, where the three variables are in the rating scale range of 70-100. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis have a significance value of 0.000 and t count 4.125 > t table 1.68830. Motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance as a result of the analysis with a significance value of 0.427 and t count 0.804 < t table 1.68830. Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the results of the analysis have a significance value of 0.000 and F count 9.970 > F table 3.26.

Abstract

The character of tolerance is important to be developed in a multicultural country like Indonesia. Communities in society need to be developed massively to participate in providing understanding related to diversity, tolerance, and peace. This community can play a role in strengthening the character of tolerance as a form of citizenship for Indonesian citizens. This study aims to describe the role of the community in strengthening the character of tolerance based on a multicultural society, and analyze the implications of activities to strengthen the character of tolerance by the community in developing civic character. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach and with research techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis in this study uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that 1) the role of the SRILI community in strengthening the character of tolerance based on a multicultural society is by holding activities such as conflict resolution training, interfaith dialogue, and overcoming prejudice. 2) Strengthening the character of tolerance can have implications for civic dispositions such as respect for diversity, being inclusive and open, respecting minority rights, commitment to Pancasila, and training critical and reflective thinking skills.

Abstract

Muara Tami district in Jayapura has significant potential for vaname shrimp farming. However, environmental problems and pathogens are often the main obstacles that reduce the productivity of this culture. One of the innovative solutions being developed to overcome these problems is the application of nanoparticle innovation in aquaculture, especially silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). This study aims to assess the effectiveness of using silver nanoparticles obtained from microalgae Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Dunaliella salina as an alternative that can support the development of vaname shrimp farming. The research method used a qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, involving the manufacture of silver nanoparticles from microalgae C. pyrenoidosa and D. salina, which were then used as feed for vaname shrimp. After observation, the data were processed and supported by related literature. The results showed that the application of silver nanoparticles from microalgae was effective on the growth and survival rate of cultured vaname shrimp in Muara Tami District. Thus, these findings indicate that microalgae have great potential as natural agents that can help reduce toxicity in aquaculture environments, creating healthier and more sustainable shrimp farming conditions.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is that taxpayers must fulfill their obligations to paytaxes in accordance with taxation laws and regulations. The purpose of this studywas to determine (1) The effect of taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayercompliance (2) The effect of income levels on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance(3) The effect of public service accountability on motor vehicle taxpayercompliance. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Thepopulation in this study is the number of motor vehicle taxpayers at the SurakartaSamsat Office. The sampling technique in this study used a randomi ed method.This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the resultsshowing that taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on motor vehicletaxpayer compliance, income levels do not have a significant effect on motorvehicle taxpayer compliance, and public service accountability has no significanteffect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. .

Abstract

Regional Original Income (ROI) is all regional income derived from theoriginal region's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofGross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), private investment and local taxes onROI. The population in this study is ROI Boyolali Regency, GRDP, privateinvestment and local taxes with annual data for the period 2002–2019. Samplingusing the Nonprobability Sampling method. The data analysis technique used isdescriptive analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Theconclusion of the results of this study is that GDP and private investment have nosignificant effect on ROI, while local taxes have a significant effect on ROI.

Abstract

This study to examine and analyze the effect of planning, implementation,administration in the financial accountability report of village funds on therealization of village income and expenditure budget management. Thepopulation in this study is community elements involved in the management of theVillage Income and Expenditure Budget throughout the Mojogedang District. Thissampling method uses census samples or saturated samples. The data analysistechnique used is descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, multiple linearregression hypothesis test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficientof determination test. The results of this study have no significant effect betweenplanning and realization of fund management. village. Implementation does nothave a significant effect on the realization of village fund management.Administration has a significant effect on the realization of village fundmanagement.
