Abstract

Fiscal decentralization is a delegation of authority from the central government to regional governments in managing regional finances. The balancing fund is one of the funds in the context of implementing fiscal decentralization and can be used for poverty alleviation. DI Yogyakarta Province is a region that has a high balance of funds, however DI Yogyakarta Province is the province that has the highest number of poor people on the island of Java. This research is quantitative research using panel data. Data was obtained from the central statistical agency of five districts/cities in DI Yogyakarta Province. The analysis method uses panel data regression for 2009-2022 in five districts/cities. The results of the analysis show that general allocation funds and special allocation funds have a negative and significant effect on the poverty level in DI Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, profit sharing funds and tourism have no effect on the poverty level in DI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Module is one of the teaching materials that really helps students in learning process. However, the modules used in schools are still lacking in emerging 21st-century’s skills, especially in critical and creative thinking skills. Thus, the researcher conducted this research to analyze the effectiveness of using module as a teaching material to improve critical and creative thinking skills of high school students. The method used is quantitative research with normality and homogeneity prerequisite tests and the N-gain test to check the effectiveness of using module in Physic learning process. The data used is the students’ learning result. The researcher uses Shapiro-Wilk normality test which shows the significance value of pretest is 0.153 and posttest is 0.052. Based on the homogeneity test using Levene's Test, the significance is 0.615 and indicating homogeneous data. The average N-gain value for all aspects of critical thinking skills is 0.68, so the improvement is in moderate category. Meanwhile, the average N-gain value for all aspects of creative thinking skills is 0.47 and the betterment is also in moderate category. According to the results, it can be concluded that Physics Module with problem-based learning has been effectively used in Physics learning to improve critical and creative thinking skills of high school students in moderate category.

Abstract

Batas Intensitas Emisi SO2 yang telah ditetapkan oleh regulasi pemerintah adalah 0.80 kg SO2/kg Ni. Untuk tetap mematuhi batas intensitas emisi SO2 tersebut, telah dilakukan Studi Reduksi Emisi SO2 dengan skala laboratorium dan menghasilkan rekomendasi dengan beberapa rencana yang akan dilaksanakan. Salah satu rencana atas hasil penilitian laboratorium tersebut adalah membangun sebuah sistem dengan metode Close Vessel Sulfur Injection. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan laju reaksi fiksasi sulfur pada proses produksi nikel matte yang di pabrik pengolahan nikel milik PT. Vale Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pelaksanaan simulasi hidrodinamika, perhitungan kinetika, perhitungan kesetimbangan dan pelaksanaan pilot test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi penempatan injektor di bagian bawah dari calcine bed akan meningkatkan distribusi sulfur yang ditunjukkan dengan intensitas yang tinggi dari sulfur di calcine bed. Karena reaksi kimia mengikuti orde pertama, fiksasi sulfur diasumsikan tidak bergantung pada ukuran scalling. Fiksasi sulfur 70% -85% pada suhu 700°C dapat diperoleh setelah waktu reaksi mencapai 10-15 menit. Fiksasi sulfur yang dicapai pada kondisi pembilasan degan nitrogen lebih tinggi daripada dibandingkan dengan tanpa pembilasan nitrogen. Ketika dosis sulfur adalah 10 kg/ton RKP, sulfidasi suhu 700°C, dan dengan pembilasan nitrogen, fiksasi sulfur mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan pilot test, ditemukan bahwa terdapat dua faktor utama yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi proses fiksasi, yaitu waktu reaksi dan tingkat metallization RKP. Kondisi fiksasi optimal dapat dicapai ketika RKP telah mencapai tingkat metallization tinggi. Waktu fiksasi dapat dicapai dalam waktu 20 menit untuk mendapatkan tingkat konversi sulfidasi yang tinggi.. Proses sulfidasi dengan variabel uji; tanpa nitrogen blanket, penambahan sulfur 10 kg/ton, EFF disimpan di reaction chamber selama 1 menit, kemudian didinginkan di closed vessel hingga <50 ° C, waktu transfer EFF dari ruang reaksi ke closed vessel adalah 20 menit adalah siklus uji yang menghasilkan persentase hasil fiksasi tinggi sebesar 92,4%. Modifikasi calcine container dan sistem penunjang operasinya perlu dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan variabel proses fiksasi sulfur yang optimal.

Abstract

Sejak adanya Pelabuhan Bakauheni dan tempat wisata yang terdapat di Kecamatan Bakauheni, serta tanpa mengesampingkan pertumbuhan penduduk, tingkat permintaan air di Kecamatan Bakauheni tiap tahun semakin meningkat. Kemudian, pada tahun 2020 direncanakan pengembangan Kawasan Terpadu Bakauheni Harbour City sebagai ikon paraiwisata di pintu gerbang Pulau Sumatera yang akan menambah tekanan terhadap penyediaan air bersih di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah ketersediaan air di Bendung Way Andeng yang merupakan sumber air utama di kawasan Kecamatan Bakauheni dan direncanakan untuk menyuplai air bersih ke Kawasan Terpadu Bakauheni Harbour City. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan air dan ketersediaan air untuk menghitung neraca air. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa masih terdapat bulan-bulan yang memiliki defisit ketersediaan air. Oleh karena itu Bendung Way Andeng tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitar Bendung dan diperlukan alternatif penyediaan air bersih lainnya untuk rencana pengembangan kawasan di Pelabuhan Bakauheni.

Abstract

Government policies to implement online learning during the covid pandemic 19 caused many problems in schools; that is, lack of effectiveness on learning communication, students boredom, too much teacher assignments, and complaints about quota and internet networks. In this emergency situation, teachers must act quickly so that learning can run effectively. The cell phone which was originally only used as a communication media, has now become multifunctional. It is now used to provide learning material and assignments in a very short duration. The flipped classroom learning model is learning that combines learning in the classroom with learning outside the classroom with the aim of maximizing learning activities. Learning activities that are usually done in class, are now done at home. The problem in this study is " Can the use of the flipped classroom learning model in online learning Sociology be effective in increasing the competence of class X students. IPS SMA Negeri 1 Juwana in exploring, interpreting, summarizing data and creating concepts as well as creating ways of solving problems in everyday life?" This research was conducted using a class action research approach (CAR). The results of this study indicate that (1) the learning achievements of SMA 1 Juwana students in Sociology subjects can be improved through the use of a flipped classroom learning model; (2) the integration of this learning model can be done by: students (a) are given a general explanation on how to join the class in the google classroom application; (b) fill out an online attendance list individually; (c) learn the topic of the material themselves which usually uses video lessons or ppt made by the teacher; (d) independently then try to apply knowledge by solving problems and doing practical work. Flipped classroom learning is very efficient, because students are asked to study material at home, while in the Google classroom group, students can focus more on their difficulties in understanding the material or their ability to solve questions related to the material; (2) the use of the flipped classroom learning model and the integrated CTL approach can improve the cognitive competence of students in learning Sociology not only to the level of C1, C2 and C3, but also to the level of analysis, synthesis and evaluation of the concepts and generalizations they formulated.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the results of applying learning material about flat shapes in Mathematics for class IV students using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. In its implementation, it uses interview guidelines and observation sheets to see the learning process in class IVB. The research sample was all 28 class IVB students. The results of this research indicate that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is appropriate to be applied in flat shape material in Mathematics subjects. It can be concluded that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can increase students' creativity. The PjBL learning model is an alternative that teachers can use in learning to train students to learn using project assignments, so that students can design projects well as solutions to problems that will be resolved.

Abstract

The creation of this work is based on the empirical fact that, the Struggle Monument of TKR Division III Headquarters has never been used as a batik motif made with batik writing and stamp techniques. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to add batik motifs whose motifs contain historical values of the struggle of the Indonesian nation. Ready to wear deluxe was chosen as an application medium combined with tie dye techniques because the segmentation of this work is the upper middle class who like this type of clothing. To achieve this goal, the creation method used is exploration, design and embodiment with visual reference to the 2024/2025 Resilient fashion trend, namely Heritage sub-theme Reminiscence. The result of the creative process of this work is four deluxe ready to wear looks with casual ethnic styles presented at Indonesia International Modest Fashion 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of inclusive citizenship as a requirement to become a good citizen and to analyze the implementation of inclusive citizenship in an effort to fulfill minority rights. study uses a literature study method through several stages,from problem identification to synthesis of findings. The study results indicate that inclusive citizenship is one of the requirements for becoming a good citizen, emphasizing the relationship between citizens and the state to uphold recognition of the importance of institutional multiculturalism and minority rights. The implementation of inclusive citizenship to fulfill minority rights is faced with quite significant challenges and obstacles. Challenges in implementing inclusive citizenship are related to socio-cultural values that tend to be exclusive. Obstacles to implementing inclusive citizenship are the existence of societal stereotypes, discrimination, and the lack of public understanding of diversity.

Abstract

Contextual learning connects the content of subject matters in the classroom with the context of students’ daily lives. Elementary school learning is conducted using a thematic approach that integrates various learning contents into a theme. Thematic teaching materials in elementary schools depend on textbooks provided by the government and are limited in number. Therefore, this study aims to develop context-based thematic teaching materials to improve the learning achievements of elementary school students. In this study, the research and development method was used with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The product of development was validated by experts. Testing of the product was conducted twice, namely a small-group test with 8 elementary school students grade IV in SD 2 Guwo and a large-group t to determine the effectiveness of the teaching material developed. The large-group test involved 32 students of grade IV in SD Negeri 2 Kadipaten as the experimental class and 30 students of grade IV in SD Negeri 2 Guwo as the control class. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in learning achievements between the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class using context-based thematic teaching materials has better performance than the control class using thematic textbooks. The context-based thematic teaching material that has been developed has been proven to be able to improve student achievement. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teachers and policymakers to develop context-based thematic teaching materials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa SMK Darul Dakwah terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat (Germas), dan pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui sesi interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 116,05%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan terkait PHBS dan stunting dapat diterima dengan baik oleh siswa dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka. Disarankan agar ada kerjasama lebih lanjut dengan instansi terkait, seperti Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pontianak, untuk memperluas dampak dan keberlanjutan program ini
