Abstract

This study to examine and analyze the effect of planning, implementation,administration in the financial accountability report of village funds on therealization of village income and expenditure budget management. Thepopulation in this study is community elements involved in the management of theVillage Income and Expenditure Budget throughout the Mojogedang District. Thissampling method uses census samples or saturated samples. The data analysistechnique used is descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, multiple linearregression hypothesis test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficientof determination test. The results of this study have no significant effect betweenplanning and realization of fund management. village. Implementation does nothave a significant effect on the realization of village fund management.Administration has a significant effect on the realization of village fundmanagement.

Abstract

Taxes are a source of state revenue in increasing development interestsand one of the sources of development financing in the welfare of society. Thepurpose of this study was to determine (1) The effect of taxpayer knowledge onmotor vehicle taxpayer compliance, (2) The effect of tax penalties on motorvehicle taxpayer compliance. The research method uses a survey method using aquestionnaire, the type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used isprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all motorvehicle taxpayers registered at the SAMSAT Office in Sragen Regency until 2019as many as 522,344 people. The sampling technique used convenience sampling,namely a number of 100 respondents, the data collection methods used:questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used isdescriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of t count 2.962 with a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05, so Ho isaccepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of taxpayer knowledge (X1) onmotor vehicle taxpayer compliance (Y). The result of t count -1.411 with a p-valueof 0.162 > 0.05 means that Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significanteffect of tax sanctions (X2) on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance (Y). Thedetermination test shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.090. It can beconcluded that the motor vehicle taxpayer's frustration variable can be explainedby the two independent variables, namely taxpayer knowledge and tax penaltiesfor other causes outside the model.

Abstract

This research was conducted on village officials in Sine District, NgawiRegency. The population in this study were all parties involved in the preparationof the APBDes in Sine District, Ngawi Regency, totaling 150 people. Thesampling technique in this study used a non-probability with a purposivesampling method. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnairemethod. The results of this study indicate that the internal control system, the useof information technology and the competence of the apparatus have a significantpositive effect on the accountability of village fund management in Sine District,Ngawi Regency.

Abstract

Capital expenditures are budget expenditures for the acquisition of fixedassets and other assets that provide benefits for more than one accounting period.This study aims to analyze whether Economic Growth (PE), General AllocationFunds (DAU), and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) have a positive effect oncapital expenditure in districts / cities in Central Java. This study uses secondarydata in the form of PE data, DAK, DAU data from the Central Java ProvinceCentral Bureau of Statistics, and data from the ministry of finance. The sampleused in this study were 35 districts and cities in Central Java, sourced from theRegional Budget Realization Report (APBD) from 2016-2019. The data collectionmethod used in this research is purposive sampling method. The analytical toolused is multiple linear regression with t test, f test, and coefficient ofdetermination test.The results of this study indicate that economic growth (PE) has a positiveand insignificant effect on capital expenditure, while the General Allocation Fund(DAU) has a significant effect on capital expenditure and the Special AllocationFund (DAK) has a significant negative effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

The impact of development has risks for society, one of the impacts of development is the emergence or occurrence of environmental pollution. The objectives of the service activities: (1) introduce a training program to detection of air pollution; (2) through service it can produce output in the form of a national service journal. This activity was held on August 9, 2024 at SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani Jayapura. The target audience involved in this activity are high school students. The selection of the target audience is based on the tasks and obligations of students to build Adiwiyata High School that loves the environment. The methods used in the implementation of this activity are lectures, simulations and practice on how to harvest and use it. The conclusion is that: (1) Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in service activities and understand air pollution, its types, impacts and detections; (2) based on the evaluation results, it shows that the level of understanding of the participants is quite good when seen from the percentage of all participants' opinions.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem experienced by all countries including Indonesia, Indonesia has a percentage of poor people reaching 8% - 12% from 2010 to 2024. The percentage of poor people in Indonesia which is more than 5% for 14 years shows that Indonesia still has many poor people, one of which is influenced by gender discrimination. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender on poverty in Indonesia in 2018 - 2023. This research method uses quantitative data, panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia and uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools with independent variables being the Female Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAKP), Women's Human Development Index (IPMP) and GRDP. The results of the study (1) Overall TPAKP, IPMP and GRDP have an effect on poverty; (2) TPAKP has a significant positive effect on poverty; (3) IPMP has a significant negative effect on poverty; (4) GRDP has a negative but insignificant effect on poverty.

Abstract

This study describes and evaluates the implementation of the simultaneous continuation of local elections in 2020 and the challenges faced during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This pandemic has disrupted the economic and societal order, including the governance aspect, which encompasses the electoral process for selecting local leaders to continue the previous simultaneous local elections held in the preceding year. The Indonesian government has decided to proceed with the local elections that were initially postponed. Several other countries worldwide have also chosen to hold general elections, although some countries have opted to delay them. This study adopts an ex post facto research design with a qualitative approach. The research object is implementing the simultaneous continuation of local elections in Bantul Regency, DIY Province, in 2020, with the selection of research subjects conducted purposively. Data collection is carried out through interviews and documentation. This paper highlights various challenges encountered during the implementation of local elections in 2020 while Indonesia was still amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) adalah tanaman dengan jenis sayuran berumbi yang termasuk tanaman semusim, serta banyak dibudidayakan di dataran 800 meter diatas permukaan laut (mdpl). Salah satu pendorong utama dalam membangun pertanian ialah perbenihan, oleh karena itu junlah benih yang terbatas merupakan masalah yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan benih yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Benih yang berasal dari kelas yang lebih tinggi akan berbanding lurus dengan produktivitas kentang, namun kualitas benih bermutu dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada perlu dilakukan penggunaan benih kentang yang memilki berat umbi yang tepat agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kentang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh berat benih umbi kentang G0 terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas benih kentang G2. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Acak Kelompok (RAK), satu factorial yaitu berat benih, terdiri dari empat aras yaitu, B1 (5 gr), B2 (15 gr), B3 (25 gr), dan B4 (35 gr). Setiap aras perlakuan di ulang sebanyak 5 kali. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2022 di lahan PT. Adhiguna Jaya Laboratorium Wonosobo. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji BNJ 5% berbeda nyata terhadap rata - rata parameter kecepatan munculnya tunas, tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, luas daun, berat basah brangkasan, berat kering berangkasan, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat umbi per rumpun, berat umbi per plot dan produktivitas (ton/ha). Berbeda tidak nyata terhadap rata – rata parameter jumlah daun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berat benih umbi 25 gram produktivitas benih G2 sebesar 17,43 ton/ha.

Abstract

The background to the creation of this cocktail dress was the direct appointment of the national director of Miss Teenager Indonesia to the author to create a cocktail dress that contained Indonesia's natural wealth. This request was executed by combining Indonesian culture and natural wealth elements in one unified cocktail dress collection, The Radiant Treasure of the Equator. This mix and match is a form of novelty because, de facto, in general, cocktail dress designers have not placed elements of Indonesian culture and natural wealth as the main theme of creating cocktail dresses. Therefore, the aim of creating this work, apart from fulfilling the Miss Teenager Indonesia 2024 event, is to offer a new cocktail dress that combines elements of Indonesian culture and natural wealth. To achieve this goal, the creation method is the one diamond model adopted from the double diamond model. The results of this creation are 4 (four) cocktail dress looks which were presented at the Miss Teenager Indonesia Grand Final at the Surabaya Youth Hall building on November 1, 2024.

Abstract

The creator of this work is in order to fulfill the invitation from the founder of Mister Miss Cultural Indonesia who asked the author to be the top 3 evening gown designer at the Mister Miss Cultural Indonesia 2024 event. In this work, the author places the 2024-2025 Fashion Trend Recilient Reminisence as the idea that ignites the work. This choice is based on artistic needs that are in line with the presentation of the work, namely the Miss Cultural Indonesia 2024 event which is dominated by elegant, magnificent, and luxurious navy and gold colors. Therefore, the combination of sequin appliqués and floral motif songket fabrics is an important part of this work, because in addition to presenting an impression according to the event concept, it also presents a new form of evening gown that explores navy and gold colors. For this reason, the purpose of this work is not only to fulfill but also to enrich the form of evening gowns. The method used in this work is based on Frangipani, The Secret Steps of Art Fashion from Ratna Cora. The result of this creative process is a three-look evening gown presented at the grand finale of Mister Miss Cultural Indonesia 2024 at Kuningan City Mall Jakarta.
