Abstract

This research aims to investigate the concept of inclusive based on Islamic education by examining the learning model of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) in PAUD critically and exploring how the development of religious aspects in the STEAM model can improve the holistic education of early childhood. The research method used by the authors is qualitative with library research, and the data collection used is documentation by searching for data from books, journals, and other sources related to the research problem and analysis techniques using content analysis. The research results generally emphasize that inclusive education in the STEAM context must integrate aspects of spirituality with science. Inclusive education based on multipotential and multidimensional is important in forming individuals who are tough and competitive in facing the challenges of the digital age. This aligns with the understanding that humans have multidimensionality, which needs to be developed comprehensively from an early age. Islamic inclusive education is by the Islamic view of human nature, where humans are created with various natures. In Islam, the term "insan kamil" emphasizes human perfection, both spiritually and materially. The aim of Islamic inclusive education is in line with Islamic education; it is to form individuals who are balanced between world life and the afterlife.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of factors that affect employee performance at PT Haleyora Power. The variables used in this study are performance variables (Y), Competence variables (X1), and Job Training variables (X2). The research method is a quantitative method and is associative. The sample was 50 employees, Using data analysis of research instrument testing, namely validity testing and reliability testing, classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing), statistical testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study, the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the t-count value is greater than the t table with a value of 2.574 2.011 and it is also known that the sig value is 0.000 where the sig value is less than 0.05 or 0.013 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect. And the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely with a value of 4.427 2.011, in addition the sig value is 0.000 where the sig value is less than 0.05 or 0.000 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that job training has a positive and significant effect.Keywords : Performance, competence, and job training

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of human resource development and the work environment together on the performance of employees of PT Rupa Aestetika Teknologi Aktual. This research can be categorized as associative research, aiming to determine the relationship between several variables. It uses primary and secondary data. The sample size is 47 employees or respondents. Data analysis used is data quality testing with validity and reliability tests, followed by classical assumption testing with normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. Finally, hypothesis testing is performed using the t-test and F-test. The results of this study vThe variables of human resource development and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Rupa Aestetika Teknologi Aktual, because the F value count of 714.313 where the F value count greater than F table of 714,313 > 3,093.

Abstract

Kurangnya variasi model pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Teupah Selatan memengaruhi keaktifan siswa dalam materi Demokrasi sehingga hasil belajar rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keaktifan dan menganalisis hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw pada kelas X SMA N 1 Teupah Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X (XA dan XB), sedangkan sampel diambil secara jenuh, yaitu kelas XA 15 siswa dan kelas XB 15 siswa, total 30 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi untuk mengukur keaktifan dan soal tes untuk hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keaktifan siswa meningkat: pertemuan pertama nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 50,83% dan kontrol 41,3%, sedangkan pertemuan kedua kelas eksperimen 65,53% dan kontrol 48,4%. Uji t menunjukkan thitung > ttabel, sehingga H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran jigsaw berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Teupah Selatan pada materi Demokrasi.

Abstract

Learning in elementary schools requires innovative teaching materials that foster students' creativity and instill a love for local culture. However, the teaching materials available are generally still general and have not raised the region's potential, so they do not support the development of creative thinking skills. This research aims to validate the innovative teaching materials FLIK-5 (Interactive Flipbook of Local Wisdom for Grade 5 Students), developed based on the local wisdom of Musi Banyuasin, especially on regional superior product materials. The superior products raised include gambo jumputan cloth, a typical handicraft of the Musi Banyuasin community. The research uses a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model at the expert validation stage. The research subjects comprised five validators: material experts, media experts, and linguists. Data was collected using a validation sheet that assessed the feasibility aspects of content, appearance, language, and linguistics, then analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The validation results showed that FLIK-5 obtained the "very valid" category in all aspects of the assessment, indicating that this teaching material is suitable for use in learning. These findings prove that integrating regional superior products as a form of local wisdom into digital media can be an effective strategy to encourage students' creativity from the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa MTs Ibnu Katsir Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 90 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ialah probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran lembar kuesioner yang terdiri dari 35 pernyataan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa MTs Ibnu Katsir Pekanbaru. Adapun kontribusi pengaruh variabel lingkungan sekolah terhadap variabel minat belajar ialah sebesar 44,5%.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) BULAK yang berlokasi di sepanjang jalan Bulak Raya/ Ja;an Abdul Gani, Cempaka Putih, Ciputat Timur Tangerang Selatan. Mitra merupakan komunitas yang memiliki anggota pelaku usaha yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha berupa produk makanan kue kue basah Berdasarkan analisa situasi tersebut diatas, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu pertama, Minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pembuatan kemasan produk. Kedua, minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pembuatan label produk. Ketiga, belum adanya pengetahuan mitra untuk menghitung penetapan harga kemasan produk. Dengan demikian, solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yaitu dilakukan sosialisasi & pelatihan pembuatan kemasan serta label produk. Adapun metode kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan dan terakhir tahap pelaporan yang telah selesai dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Hasil luaran yang dicapai meliputi pertama, mitra diharapkan dapat memahami pentingnya kemasan produk untuk menarik minat beli konsumen; diharapkan dapat membedakan jenis kemasan disesuaikan dengan jenis dan ukuran produk; diharapkan dapat memahami pentingnya label produk sebagai keterangan mengenai produk yang dijual serta diharapkan dapat mencantumkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan produk secara benar. Kedua, sosialisasi mengenai penetapan harga kemasan juga telah memenuhi luaran yang ditargetkan yaitu Mitra diharapkan dapat menetukan kisaran harga kemasan produk diluar harga produksi melalui mekanisme perhitungan yang tepat. Ketiga, Mitra dapat membuat kemasan produk meskipun masih bersifat sederhana dengan desain yang cukup menarik. Tentunya kemasan yang dibuat, disesuaikan dengan masing-masing jenis dan ukuran produk yang akan dipasarkan. Abstract

The leadership of a Madrasah Principal is a crucial aspect of the educational process. Likewise, the Principals of MTs. Muhammadiyah Ciasmara in Bogor Regency and MTs. Mathlaul Anwar 2 in Bogor City play a central role in shaping the character of their students. Madrasah Principals hope that noble morals reflecting Islamic character will be instilled in their students. The focus of this research is developed in two focuses as follows: (1) How does the Principal of Madrasah develop a work environment to shape the character of students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Ciasmara, Bogor Regency and MTs. Mathlaul Anwar 2, Bogor City? (2) How does the Principal of Madrasah provide satisfactory services to shape the character of independence of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Ciasmara and MTs. Mathlaul Anwar 2, Bogor City? This research uses qualitative research.field research (field research). Data collection techniques used (1) Observation, (2) Interviews, (3) Documentation. In this research, the determination of research subjects uses the technique purposive samplingIn data collection, this study used Miles and Huberman's interactive model, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, and peer discussion. Researchers found various activities related to various self-development of students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Ciasmara, Bogor Regency and MTs. Mathlaul Anwar 2, Bogor City, namely: (1) That the Principal of the Madrasah in developing a work environment to form the character of independence of students at MTs. Abstract

The earthquake disaster in Palu in 2018, followed by the pandemic in 2020, caused mobility to be hampered and affected people's habits and lifestyles, who mostly stayed at home and had no activities. This also affected pregnant women who just stayed at home because they were afraid. The impact of the pandemic will result in less physical activity and less interaction with health workers, causing pregnant women to experience macrosomia. This research aims to determine the risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage at Anutapura Public Hospital in Palu. This research was an analytic observational with a case-control approach. Case subjects were mothers who experienced postpartum hemorrhage, and controls were mothers who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage. Case samples were 67 people, and controls were 67 people with age matching. A simple random sampling technique was carried out for sampling. The data source used secondary data, medical records for 2019-2021. Data analysis used the odds ratio test. The results showed that macrosomia (OR=4.543 and CI=1.421-14.528), prolonged labor (OR=3.674 and CI=1.720-7.850), and parity (OR=2.452 and CI=1.199-5.014) a risk factor for postpartum hemorrhage. Abstract

To identify the determinants of risk for type 2 diabetes mellitus among the community at the Birobuli Community Health Center. Type of quantitative research with a case-control approach at a confidence level of 95%. The sample size was taken using the Slovin formula with a result of 76 people and a 1:1 ratio and using gender matching with a total sample of 152 people. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique. The data source used secondary data in the form of medical records and primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaires measuring physical activity, unhealthy eating patterns, and sleep quality with the criteria that a doctor diagnosed the respondent as suffering from Type 2 DM and not suffering from other types of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Data analysis used the odds ratio test, the results showed that physical activity (OR=4.455 and CI=2.250-8.819), unhealthy eating patterns (OR=3.145 and CI=1.616-6.120), sleep quality (OR=5.444 and CI= 2,703 10,966), and dyslipidemia (OR=4,287 and CI=2,121-8,667) are determinants of the risk of Type 2 DM. It is suggested that health workers should improve health services at each Integrated Development Post (known as POSBINDU), an integrated monitoring and early detection activity for NCD risk factors (heart and blood vessel disease, diabetes, acute obstructive pulmonary disease, and cancer) as well as disorders due to accidents and acts of domestic violence which are managed by the community through integrated guidance, meanwhile, provide education on healthy lifestyles to overcome the incidence of DM
