Abstract

Promotion and selling is an important function that the key to successful banking operations. Banks should be able to see the needs and tastes of the dynamic market with highly competitive conditions. Moreover, products and services in Islamic banking is still new and is not widely known to the public so it must have its own character in the marketing and sales strategies. And here the authors are interested in researching the product sales iB Hasanah Card through the promotion, because it is supported also by the narrative of one of the employees of BNI sharia city of Palangkaraya stating that there is significant influence on variables Promotion product mix on sales volume iB Hasanah this card, plus another in 2015, Bank Indonesia (BI) has issued rules restricting the credit card ownership by age and income.The formulation of the problem in this research; (1) How does the product characteristics iB Hasanah card (2) How can the sale of products iB Hasanah Card. This field research using qualitative descriptive approach, which is the object of research is the sale of products through the iB Hasanah Card Promotion mix on BNI Syariah Cab. While the research subjects were 2 employees in positions related. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of the data is also attested by the triangulation technique, and then the data were analyzed through the method of collection, reduction, display, and Conclusions.With a wide range of references theory used to support the research, the results showed that, the sale of products iB Hasanah Card through the promotion mix that has the largest percentage is advertising, which have a percentage of both is personal selling, the third is a public relations (public relations) or publicity and the percentage The fourth is a sales promotion. Where the largest percentage occurred in 2015 which amounted to 4.18% and the lowest percentage occurred in 2012 which amounted to 1.45%. Based on the results of the above data can be authors conclude also that in 2014 to 2015 only the advertising decreased from 65.97% to 60.38% it reinforces the reasons of the problems occurred that a change in Bank Indonesia Regulation No.14 / 2 / PBI / 2012 dated January 6, 2012 on Amendment to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 11/11 / PBI / 2009 regarding Organization Card Payment Instrument.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and determine the improvement in student learning outcomes after applying the Discovery Learning Model to fraction material in class V elementary school. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or classroom action research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 097092 Medan. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDN 067092 Medan, consisting of 23 people. To collect data in this research, researchers used observation, provided test instruments and carried out documentation. The use of the Discovery Learnin model in mathematics learning about fractions in class V at SD 067092 Medan was carried out in 2 cycles. From the research results, it is known that in cycle I, of the 23 class V students at SD 067092 Medan, 10 students received an average score above the KKM. Meanwhile, 13 other students did not get a score above the KKM. In cycle II, out of 23 class V students, 20 students got an average score above the KKM. Only 3 students in class V at SD 067092 Medan, the other students did not get a score above the KKM. There was an increase in the learning outcomes of class V students at SD 067092 Medan by 34.86% in cycle I, namely from 26% at the time of observation to 60.86% at the end of cycle I. From the end of cycle II there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes, namely 60.95,%. From 26% at the time of observation to 86.95% at the end of cycle II. From these results it can be said that the Discovery Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in fraction material in class V elementary school

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and to analyze both partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership style, competency, work discipline and organizational commitment toward the performance of lecturer. The research methods were descriptive and verificative used to test the hypothesis. The populations in this research were 410 lecturers, and samples were taken by proportionate random sampling on 260 lecturers, data collection was through questionnaires. The hypothesis test was using Structural Equation Modelling or SEM) with application program of LISREL 8.70. The result of this research was processed by 2nd CFA (Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The result of the research explained that the organizational commitment variable mediated three variables of leadership style, competency and work discipline of the lecturer performance. Thus organizational commitment variable was as full mediating, the most dominant variable which influenced the lecturer performance was the organizational commitment especially affective commitment dimension.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Pulo Nasi yang melibatkan masyarakat terutama para ibu rumah tangga, dengan tujuan memberdayakan para ibu rumah tangga dengan memberikan motivasi dan semangat dalam berwirausaha. Terutama dalam pengolahan bahan baku pisang menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual, sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa pisang merupakan yang sangat mudah tumbuh akan tetapi tidak tahan lama. Maka pengabdian ini akan lebih mengedepankan tentang pengolahan aneka pisang menjadi produk yang berkuliatas. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini antara lain wawancara, sosialisasi, pelatihan, diskusi dan pendampingan pada mitra. Melalui pendekatan ini mitra dapat memahami bahwa pentingnya manajemen keuangan sederhana dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini Tim mendapatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dalam berwirausaha, memamfaatkan hasil alam sekitar, adanya peningkatakan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah pisang menjadi berbagai produk yang berkualitas seperti pisang sale dan pisang raket, adanya pemahaman mitra dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai tempat untuk mempromosikan produk yang telah diolah, serta pelatihan ini juga dapat tumbuh secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji determinan melalui reward sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja Amil di Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infak dan Shodaqah Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah (lazismu) tingkat pusat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan variabel eksogen adalah Pelatihan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2), sedangkan variable intervening adalah Reward (Z), kemudian variable endogen adalah Kinerja Amil (Y). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan adalah kuantitatif . Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang memiliki tujuan utama membuktikan hubungan sebab-akibat atau hubungan mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi dari variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui alat bantu Googleform. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi atau seluruh karyawan Lazismu PP Muhammadiyah tingkat pusat yang berjumlah 53 orang amil. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu analisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan Pelatihan Kerja (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Amil (Y). Pelatihan Kerja (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Reward (Z). Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Amil (Y). Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Reward (Z). Reward (Z) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Amil (Y). Pelatihan Kerja (X1) secara silmultan melalui Reward (Z) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Amil (Y). Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara silmultan melalui Reward (Z) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Amil (Y). sedangkan implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah agar Lazismu harus memperhatikan secara matang mengenai pelatihan kepada amil. Abstract

With language, everyone will have the ability to express their thinking activities and feelings which can be understood and interpreted together by other people. The aim of this research is to improve speaking skills through role playing methods in children aged 4-5 years at TKIT Nurul Fikri Padangsidimpuan. The type of research is Classroom Action Research which is a strategic way for educators to improve and improve educational services in the context of classroom learning. The results of the research were that in cycle 1, 58% of children were still not developing, while 20% of children were starting to develop. Furthermore, in the category developing as expected, only 16%, followed by 6% in the category developing very well. The improvement figures obtained have not reached the standard of success, therefore the teacher tries again in the second cycle. The results of the research in the second cycle were that 42% of children had reached the developing category as expected. Furthermore, 34% of children had begun to develop their speaking abilities. And there are 14% of children who have developed very well in their speaking skills when learning through the role-playing method. However, there are still 10% of children remaining in the underdeveloped category. The increase in the average speaking ability of children aged 4-5 years at TKIT Nurul Fikri Padangsidimpuan in the second cycle has reached indicators of success, so that the classroom action research at TKIT Nurul Fitri Padangsidimpuan has been considered successful. Furthermore, consistency and a supportive environment is needed, where children feel safe and open to express their thoughts and feelings in the form of speaking skills. Abstract

Fine motor skills in children are different, there are delays and of course normal ones are skills that use the fingers, hands and wrist movements appropriately. In order not to experience developmental delays, attention needs to be given to this matter from an early age in the child's development. This research seeks to examine the effectiveness of paper folding in improving fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years at the Islamic Kindergarten Sukoharjo 2 Lampung, by carrying out two cycles and each cycle being held three meetings, with research subjects being Group B aged 5-6 years. totaling 15 people, and data collection in this study used observation and documentation techniques. Paper folding activities to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK Islamiyah Sukoharjo 2, Lampung, gave positive results. This increase is clearly illustrated in the graph which shows the increase in children's developmental achievements, especially children's fine motor skills from Pre-Cycle, Cycle I, to Cycle II. The results are that at the pre-cycle stage, 67% of children were in the Undeveloped category, but after Cycle I, this figure fell to 33%. Likewise, the Beginning to Develop category experienced an increase, from 27% in the pre-cycle to 33% after Cycle I. This increase reflects the positive impact of research actions on the children's fine motor skills. An increase also occurred in the Developing According to Expectations category, which initially only reached 7%, after Cycle I it increased to 27%. Furthermore, the Very Well Developing category also experienced an increase, where previously it was only 0%, after Cycle I it increased to 7%. Even though there has been an increase, this achievement figure still has not reached the expected standard of success. So that cycle II was carried out, the results in percentage terms showed a significant increase. The highest percentage was 73% of children in the Developing According to Expectations category, followed by 20% of children in the Very Well Developing category, and 7% of children still in the Starting to Develop category. The increase seen in the diagram above shows that the average fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years have increased, which can be considered an indicator of success in this classroom action research. Abstract

One of the very important abilities for children that needs to be developed in order to equip them for life in the future and now is to provide them with the ability to count. Thus, the aim of this research is to improve the beginning numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years through Image Media at Afdonal Padanglawas Kindergarten. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle held two meetings. This research was carried out at Afdonal Padanglawas Kindergarten with research subjects being Group B aged 5-6 years, totaling 28 people. Data collection in this research used observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research were that in cycle 1, 25% of children were in the Not Yet Developed category and in cycle II it was 5%. Furthermore, in cycle 1, 45% of children were in the Starting to Develop category, while in cycle II it was 25%. Switching to the Developing According to Expectations category in cycle 1, 25% of children were in this category, whereas after cycle II it increased to 55%. Lastly, in the Very Well Developed category in cycle 1 it was only 5%, whereas after cycle II it increased to 15%. A follow-up to the results of this research is that image media is not only used for initial numeracy learning, but can also be used in other learning to optimize aspects of children's overall development. Abstract

Ditinjau dari karakteristik geografis dan geologi wilayah , Indonesia adalah salah satu kawasan rawan bencana banjir dimana lebih dari 220 juta penduduk tinggal di daerah rawan banjir. Memasuki musim penghujan, masyarakat Indonesia diharapkan dapat bisa mulai waspada dengan datangnya bencana banjir, khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah rawan banjir. Hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat dapat siap dan terhindar dari berbagai kemungkinan terburuk dari datangnya banjir, salah satunya adalah terserang penyakit penyerta banjir, yaitu penyakit Leptospirosis. Penyakit ini ditularkan melalui kencing tikus berupa bakteri yang masuk melalui kulit yang lecet atau selaput lendir pada saat kontak dengan banjir atau genangan air sungai hingga selokan dan lumpur. Desa Rogo, Kecamatan Dolo Selatan, Kabupaten Sigi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan salah satu daerah yang hampir setiap tahun terdampak banjir, Wilayah pasca bencana mudah tercemar oleh mikroorganisme yang datang dari berbagai sumber seperti pemukiman, pertanian dan pertenakan. SDN Rogo merupakan sekolah dasar yang berada di Desa Rogo dengan jumlah siswa kurang lebih 85 orang dan guru 9 orang. Rumusan masalah pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah“ bagaimana dampak edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan terkait bahaya Leptospirosis pada penyintas bencana di SD Rogo Tahun 2023”. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa-siswi penyintas bencana terkait penyebab dan cara mengantisipasi terjadinya penyakit Leptospirosis pada kondisi pasca bencana.Kegiatan Diawali dengan Pre tes untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal peserta terkait Leptospirosis dan setelah penyuluhan akan diakhiri dengan post tes untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Sasaran utama dalam penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SD Negeri Rogo kelas 4 dan 5. Hasil penyuluhan memberikan gambaran bahwa masih minimnya pengetahuan peserta terkait bahaya penyakit Leptospirosis yang bisa terjadi pada pasca banjir. Diharapkan agar lebih di giatkan lagi sosialisasi terkait bahaya penyakit penyerta pasca banjir khususnya di daerah rawan banjir. Kata Kunci: Leptospirosis, edukasi sanitasi, bencana, banjir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyatan di SD Negeri 104261 Sukajadi bahwa belum efektifnya kegiatan belajar mengajar, masih banyak siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model Project Based Learning terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas IV SD Negeri 104261 Sukajadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Two-group Design Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV A yang berjumlah 29 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B yang berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada model Project Based Learning terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada perolehan uji hipotesis melalui uji-t pada taraf signifikan dimana Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu (0,001). Hal ini didukung dengan hasil nilai t hitung dan t tabel dinyatakan bahwa T hitung > T tabel. 10,746 > 1,70329 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran project Based learning terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.
