Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that generates hypotheses based on hypotheses in previous studies. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from 300 Sinarmas employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained were collected and analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Good Corporate Governance variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Company Performance. The results of the third table above show that the better the Good Corporate Governance owned by a company can increase employee welfare, improve the company's financial stability, and ultimately improve Company Performance. These results are because the company's P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000. In the next column, the P-Values value in this article can also be said to be proven because the same thing is that the P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 smaller than direct testing. Thus, it can be concluded that the Company Value variable can moderate the influence of the Good Corporate Governance variable on Company Performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Work Environment and Employee Performance, and examines the role of Digital Literacy as a moderating variable in this relationship. Employee performance is a vital indicator of organizational success. The quality of the work environment is believed to be a major predictor of performance, but the effectiveness of the work environment in the digital era is highly dependent on employees' ability to utilize technology. This study specifically aims to determine whether Digital Literacy strengthens or weakens the influence of the work environment on performance. The research method used is quantitative with a survey design. The population of this study is permanent employees in the creative industry sector in Bandung City, with a sample of 150 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a validated and tested questionnaire for reliability, measuring variables of Work Environment (physical and non-physical), Employee Performance, and Digital Literacy. Data analysis was performed using EViews 12 software, through the stages of Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by estimating the interaction model. Classical assumption tests, including heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, were also conducted using EViews to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results showed that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Crucial findings from the MRA analysis using EViews prove that Digital Literacy significantly moderates the relationship (significant interaction variable coefficient). The moderation that occurs is strengthening (strengthening effect), which indicates that the higher the level of digital literacy possessed by employees, the greater the contribution of a positive work environment to improving their performance. The managerial implication of this study is the need for synergy between work facility improvement policies (Work Environment) and technology utilization competency improvement programs (Digital Literacy) to achieve optimal Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Employee Performance, Digital Literacy, Moderated Regression (MRA), EViews.

Abstract

Amidst the escalation of digital economic competition in 2026, this study aims to investigate the interaction mechanism between online rating reviews and consumer purchasing decisions by placing brand trust as a moderating variable. Integrating Signaling Theory and Trust-Transfer Theory , this quantitative study uses a causal-explanatory approach to 450 active e-commerce user respondents who were analyzed through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique using E-Views 12 software . The empirical test results prove that although rating reviews are a significant external signal in reducing information asymmetry, their effectiveness in triggering transactions is highly dependent on the level of brand trust held by consumers; where brand trust functions as a psychological filter that validates the credibility of the review. These findings reveal a moderation phenomenon whereby for brands with high trust equity, the influence of positive reviews is significantly amplified, while for brands with low trust, positive reviews are often met with cognitive skepticism that hinders purchase conversion. The practical implications of this study emphasize that marketing managers should prioritize building long-term brand loyalty and trust over simply manipulating short-term ratings to ensure sustainable market value in an era of digital sentiment volatility.

Abstract

This‍‌‍‍‌ study is centered around the idea of how the factors like perceived usefulness, social influence, and user experience impact the employee's intention to technology acceptance in the startups of Indonesia. The study was performed by us through a quantitative approach and a questionnaire of 150 employees from different digital startups in Indonesia. I ensured that the participants met the criteria of being technology users in their daily work. The data analysis was done through multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the three factors, i.e. perceived usefulness, social influence, and user experience, have positive and significant impacts on the technology acceptance ‍‌‍‍‌intention. Perceived usefulness focuses on the benefits of technology and increases confidence, social influence enhances positive social norms, and user experience offers a more comfortable and intuitive digital encounter. Theoretically, this study adds to the knowledge of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of startups, and practically, I aim to provide management with the recommended approach to bolster digitalization efforts using perceived usefulness, social support, and user experience in the strategy.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the Indonesian economy, especially in contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing labor. However, various internal and external challenges, such as limited access to capital, low financial literacy, and competition with imported products, hinder the growth of MSMEs. The protectionist and debt relief policies implemented by the government aim to protect this sector, but their effectiveness is still questionable. Digitalization is the main strategy in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, but its implementation faces infrastructure constraints and low technological literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods and case studies to understand the dynamics of MSMEs in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME actors in facing challenges and adapting to government policies. The results of the study show that synergy between capital, financial literacy, product innovation, and inclusive policies is needed to encourage sustainable MSME growth. Structural reform and increasing investment in high value-added sectors are crucial steps in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of globalization. Therefore, a digitalization-based adaptation strategy and more proactive policy support are needed to ensure the sustainability of MSMEs as a pillar of the national economy.
