Abstract

Organizations need to establish a suitable digital employee experience platform which enables their employees to work effectively while maintaining high productivity levels to achieve their digital transformation goals in Human Resources. This study examines how platform usability and IT system performance and digital training methods together influence the digital work experience of Human Resources Department employees. The researchers used a quantitative research approach that employed an explanatory framework to conduct their investigation. The researchers obtained data by conducting a survey to 160 participants who were selected through purposive sampling. The researchers conducted data analysis through multiple linear regression after they validated and verified reliability and classical assumption testing. The results demonstrated that platform usability together with IT system performance and digital training methods created a positive impact on the digital work experience. The study shows that three elements create an effective digital work environment because users need a system that they can easily operate while technological systems must function reliably and digital training programs must succeed in their execution. The study findings offer organizations practical guidance to create digital HR systems which enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze talent management strategies for increasing the retention of high-potential employees. The approach used was qualitative, with descriptive research. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of organizational leaders, human resource managers, and high-potential employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Its validity was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The results indicate that talent management strategies, including talent identification, competency development, and career and success planning, have a significant influence on increasing the retention of high-potential employees. Supporting factors such as effective leadership, competitive reinforcement, and a positive organizational culture contribute to retention success. However, implementation challenges remain, such as the lack of an integrated system and suboptimal program development. Therefore, organizations need to develop a comprehensive, sustainable talent management strategy that focuses on individual employee needs to improve organizational loyalty and performance.

Abstract

Researchers believe that women's involvement will be able to have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on company performance because women have endurance, detailed attitudes, and so on compared to men in general. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach related to Employee Engagement, Company Performance, and Commitment as a source of energy to find novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this research is quantitative data that researchers distributed to 450 employees of Pt. Waskita is spread throughout Indonesia with a minimum criteria of working for 6 months. This data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online and ultimately analyzed by the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the Women's Involvement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Company Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022. Apart from that, as a second hypothesis, the researchers also believe that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Women's Involvement variable on Company Performance because basically women are detailed and diligent, and will be even more detailed and diligent if accompanied by strong commitment. So the results of the second row of table 3 of the Jlaur Coefficient in the research show that the Commitment variable can moderate this influence because the P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.022. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Researchers believe that a marketing strategy that pays attention to and prioritizes environmental protection aspects can attract the attention of the public, especially environmental observers, those who care about the environment, and so on, to decide to purchase the products we offer by paying attention to environmental aspects. ObjectivesTherefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Green Marketing Strategy on Purchasing Decisions. Different from previous research, this research adds the Emotional Desire variable as a moderating variable which researchers can strengthen the influence of the Green Marketing Strategy variable on purchasing decisions. Methods: This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires digitally to 100 producers and 200 consumers who had been involved in the TikTok shop for at least 1 month. The questionnaire contains 8 question items consisting of 4 question items for the Green Marketing Strategy variable, 2 question items for the Purchase Decision variable, and 2 question items for the Emotional Desire variable. The data that was collected in this research was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. Results and Conclusions: the Green Marketing Strategy variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.018. Apart from that, researchers also believe that good emotional desire can strengthen the direction of this relationship because good desire can support consumers to take part in protecting the environment by paying attention to the packaging materials used, product cleanliness, whether the product is hygienic or not, and so on related to environmental sustainability. In line with the statement in the second paragraph, the results of table 3 of the second row of path efficiency show that the Emotional Desire variable can moderate the direction of the relationship between the Green Marketing Strategy variable and Purchasing Decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. More significant than direct testing, namely 0.017. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven and accepted.

Abstract

The study examines the effects of organizational support and team collaboration and job security on job satisfaction among healthcare staff working in a regional general hospital. The study used quantitative research methods which involved researchers distributing questionnaires to 130 selected participants who were chosen through purposive sampling. The researchers conducted data analysis by using multiple linear regression which needed testing of both validity and reliability together with normality testing and heteroscedasticity testing and multicollinearity testing. The research found that organizational support and team collaboration and job security positively impacted job satisfaction which reached statistically significant results. Healthcare workers can perform their duties in a secure work environment which exists because organizations provide support and teams work together and employees have job security. The three variables together explain all changes that occur in job satisfaction levels. The study results assist hospital administrators in developing successful plans which will enhance healthcare worker job satisfaction and improve healthcare service delivery.

Abstract

Human resource development is a key pillar in a country's economic transformation. In today's digital and knowledge-based economy, human resources are no longer simply production factors like machines or land, but rather strategic assets that determine global competitiveness. In the digital world, competitive advantage no longer lies in the ownership of physical assets, but rather in data mastery, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to build trust with consumers worldwide. Human involvement in the global digital market also includes a strategic role in navigating the complexities of varying cultures and regulations in each country. This study aims to provide an analysis of human resource development to strengthen competitiveness in the global digital market era. This analysis uses a qualitative approach from the perspective of a human resources expert. The research findings demonstrate Dave Ulrich and Josh Bersin's understanding that a paradigm shift in human resource management in the global digital market era is no longer merely an option, but a necessity for survival. In the global digital market, the competitiveness of a nation or company is no longer determined by the possession of natural resources, but by the quality of its human capital.

Abstract

Public health law plays an important role in regulating health efforts, promoting healthy behavior, and preventing diseases within modern health systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public health law to strengthen health promotion and disease prevention through a literature review. The research employs a qualitative method, drawing on library research to examine scholarly articles, academic publications, and international health reports on public health regulation and implementation practices. The findings indicate that effective public health regulations help control health risks, improve preventive health services, and encourage healthier public behavior. However, successful implementation depends on institutional capacity, law enforcement mechanisms, and community participation. In the era of global health challenges, adaptive regulatory frameworks and coordinated policy implementation are essential to strengthen health systems and ensure sustainable public health protection.
