Abstract

This form of investigation employs a quantitative methodology. The method of gathering data takes the form of a survey. The participants in the study were educators, with a total of 20 teachers. The findings of the analysis indicated that the workplace culture has a noteworthy impact on teacher performance, accounting for 35.3%. Conversely, work experience was found to have no significant effect on teacher performance, contributing only 72%. It is important to note that to acquire good work experience, a teacher must possess the necessary skills and knowledge. The research also revealed that there is a significant correlation between work culture and work experience on teacher performance, contributing 35.8%. To enhance teacher performance, it is recommended that teachers cultivate a sense of enthusiasm and dedication when implementing the established school culture and acquire knowledge that aligns with their educational background

Abstract

This public hospital still has many weaknesses in recruiting employees, so the time needed for hiring employees is long and not organized properly, which hampers the need for employees. Therefore, in order to support the smooth running of the employee recruitment system, it is necessary to create an executive support system that can provide solutions for the process of employee recruitment activities at the hospital later. To design an executive support system, a literature study, interviews with executives, observations, and final test results are calculated using a rule-based expert system. The proposed executive information system design includes a model design, data design, dialogue design, and implementation plan. The approach employed in this research is the object-oriented system development approach utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool and the waterfall strategy system development model. The programming languages utilized are Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and My Structure Query Language (MySQL). The outcome of this investigation is a web-based information system for supply chain management that can assess potential new hires and merge internal departments to enhance the seamless flow of information and the approval of candidate reports.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas bagaimana alat ukur organizational citizenship behaviordiadaptasi dan dikembangkan melalui analisis structural equation model agar validdan reliabel sehingga memenuhi syarat statistik untuk dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut.Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey menggunakan kuesioner google formulir yangdisebarkan selama 2 (dua) bulan dan mengumpulkan sampel sejumlah 299. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi dan 26 indikator organizationalcitizenship behavior yang ditetapkan peneliti, seluruhnya menunjukkan nilaikonfirmatori diatas 0,5 dengan demikian telah memenuhi cut off dari nilai yangdipersyaratkan. Adapun hasil uji reliabilitas dari dimensi dan indikatororganizational citizenship behavior juga menunjukkan nilai cut off statistik yangdipersyaratkan yakni >0,7.

Abstract

Every business or organization needs human resources (HR) to function effectively. Companies must be able to maximize both their use of and management of their human resources. Employee performance expectations, which must be met in order for the organization to succeed, are inextricably linked to human resource management. Employees are a company's most valuable asset and play an important part in it as thinkers, planners, and controllers of business operations, thus it is important to take care of them. Employees with a high level of discipline are good employees. This study attempts to ascertain the simultaneous or partial effects of pay and loyalty on the work discipline of one of commercial banks in Indonesia. All employees served as the sample in this study, which used a purposive sampling technique. This study's technique of analysis involves multiple linear regression. The findings of the F test indicate that the pay and loyalty variables concurrently have a positive and substantial impact on employee work discipline, as indicated by the F value of 0.000 < 0.05. The pay and loyalty variables both have a positive and substantial impact, as shown by the t test. R Square corrected to 0.559.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how employee performance in one of Ministry in Indonesia is impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity. 100 respondents were included in the saturation sampling approach used to select the research sample. With the use of SPSS software version 26, multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data for this investigation. The findings demonstrated that employee performance was impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity all at the same time. With a significance value of 0.000, the physical work environment has a considerable impact on employee performance to some extent. Employee performance is also significantly impacted by workload, and employee performance is significantly impacted by work productivity. In the coefficient of determination (R2), the corrected R Square value shows that all independent variables simultaneously has positive and significant effect on performance of employees in ministry office.

Abstract

The study reviews the important role of Shared Vision-Based Teamwork Cohesiveness (SVBTC) in bridging Organizational Commitment (OC) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees of an organization. One of the positive behaviors that are expected to grow in an organization is the presence of high OC and OCB in employees. This study confirms that employees who have good OC are not always supported by good OCB through a review of various previous studies. In this study, a catalyst in the form of Shared Vision-Based Teamwork Cohesiveness (SVBTC) is presented from the point of view of Self Congruence Theory (SCT) which is believed to strengthen the relationship between OC and OCB. Applying for a literature review, this study provides a new perspective on the factors that can increase OCB for employees in an organization.

Abstract

Tinjauan bibliometrik ini mengkaji lanskap literatur penelitian kesehatan mental, memberikan wawasan tentang tren, pendekatan intervensi, jaringan kolaborasi, dan publikasi yang paling banyak dikutip di bidang ini. Kumpulan data yang komprehensif dikumpulkan dari basis data akademis yang memiliki reputasi baik, mulai dari tahun 1951 hingga September 2023. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan VOSviewer, yang mencakup statistik deskriptif, jaringan kepengarangan bersama, analisis sitiran, analisis kata kunci, pemodelan topik, dan pengkodean manual pendekatan intervensi. Analisis ini mengungkapkan adanya pergeseran fokus penelitian ke arah kesehatan mental yang positif, kesejahteraan, dan pemulihan. Topik-topik yang muncul, seperti dampak teknologi terhadap kesehatan mental dan efek psikologis dari pandemi COVID-19, menjadi semakin menonjol. Kolaborasi interdisipliner di antara para peneliti dari berbagai bidang merupakan hal yang lazim, yang memperkaya perspektif dan metodologi di bidang ini. Psikoterapi dan farmakoterapi terus menjadi pusat dari intervensi kesehatan mental, sementara intervensi berbasis komunitas dan intervensi digital yang sedang berkembang menunjukkan minat yang meningkat. Studi ini mengidentifikasi publikasi yang berpengaruh, termasuk sumber daya dasar dan karya-karya tepat waktu yang terkait dengan COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan yang kompleks antara paparan lingkungan, khususnya racun dan polusi udara, dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian yang komprehensif, termasuk pemantauan lingkungan, survei, dan penilaian kesehatan mental. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat polusi udara yang tinggi dan keberadaan racun lingkungan di seluruh kota. Yang terpenting, penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara paparan lingkungan dan adanya gejala psikotik di kalangan remaja. Selain itu, remaja yang terpapar dengan tingkat racun dan polusi udara yang lebih tinggi melaporkan kesehatan mental yang lebih rendah secara keseluruhan, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi kebutuhan mendesak akan strategi mitigasi lingkungan dan dukungan kesehatan mental yang lebih baik untuk remaja di lingkungan perkotaan. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi tidak hanya untuk Jakarta tetapi juga untuk kota-kota di seluruh dunia yang menghadapi tantangan lingkungan yang serupa, menekankan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental generasi berikutnya di lingkungan perkotaan yang berkembang pesat.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam suatu instansi kinerja karyawan menentukan dalam keberhasilan instansi tersebut. Kinerja dapat diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugastugas yang diberikan untuk mencapai target kerja. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kualitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 165 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku prososial, perilaku sosial yang positif, konstruktif dan bermakna. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mengubah suasana organisasi formal menjadi lingkungan yang santai dan kooperatif untuk mengurangi ketegangan antar karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 250 karyawan BRI yang tersebar di Indonesia. Jumlah populasi adalah populasi tak terhingga, kemudian besarnya sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik analisis. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria memilih responden yang merupakan karyawan BRI riil yang yang telah bekerja lebih dari 6 bulan. Dan teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Kemudian spiritualitas tempat kerja mampu memoderasi spiritualitas terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB.
