Abstract

Saham merupakan salah satu instrumen pasar modal yang paling digemari oleh para investor lantaran memberikan tingkat pengembalian yang menarik. Tinggi rendahnya minat mahasiswa Indonesia dalam melakukan investasi saham dipengaruhi oleh kondisi suatu saham di pasar modal. Bagi mahasiswa, pasar modal merupakan wahana yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menginvestasikan dananya (dalam asset financial). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui investmen knowledge, self efficacy dan perceived risk terhadap minat mahasiswa investasi saham. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang pernah melakukan investasi saham dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 150 responden dan tehnik analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa investmen knowledge, self efficacy dan perceived risk berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa investasi saham. Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan organisasi perusahaan merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi proses kehidupan masyarakat. Organisasi perusahaan memiliki misi menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik. Untuk dapat merealisasikan peran organisasi perusahaan dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tentunya karyawan dalam organisasi perusahaan tersebut perlu diarahkan, dibina, diberi motivasi, dibimbing dan sebagainya, agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous main references as the main source for establishing a basis for finding novelty and research gaps in the research being conducted. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from online distribution of Hyundai employees spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire contains statements of agree, strongly agree, normal/average, disagree, and strongly disagree from the 16 question items asked. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The result in this article show that the Brand Culture variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.005, which is more significant than in a number of Brand studies. Image of purchasing decisions which are at 0.012 and 0.024,. This is because the Culuter Brand can provide an icon that is clear, unique and attracts attention. Usually related to culture, the Culture Brand can reach loyal and even fanatical consumers. These results are in line with research . Apart from that, in the third row of Productivity, the third table also shows the same results if the User Generated Content variable can strengthen the influence of the Brand Culuter variable on Purchasing Decisions due to the same thing, namely the P-Values value which is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level. which is 0.000 more significant than the direct tester's 0.05. This expertise is due to the existence of User Generated Content, the dissemination of information about products can spread widely, become known to many people, and delay a number of potential consumers from making purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as initial milestones for finding novelty and strengthening the research gaps that exist in this research. The data used in this research was distributed to 400 Owner of Madura Store spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire distributed contained 5 statements on 16 questions, namely strongly agree sentences, agree sentences, normal/average sentences, disagree sentences, and strongly disagree sentences. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the hypothesis below. The result in this article show the hypothesis which started from the researcher's assumptions, namely the User Interface variable, can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the level the significance of 0.05 is 0.009. This can be caused by the simplicity of the system and the ease of product transactions, enabling consumers to immediately make purchasing decisions. Apart from that, the next column shows that the Brand Image variable can strengthen the influence of the User Interface variable on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.009. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: User Interface, Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin telah diidentifikasi sebagai orang yang berpengaruh dan dapat dipercaya di antara organisasi dan teladan yang efektif bagi karyawan. Sebagai pemimpin moral, seorang pemimpin etis dapat melakukan tindakan penghargaan dan hukuman selaras dengan prinsip moralnya untuk mengatur dan mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap iklim keamanan dan komitmen afektif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 170 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh tehadap iklim keamanan. Sedangkan kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh tehadap komitmen afektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of financial development on emissions in Indonesia in 2015-2023 by adding economic growth as a moderating variable. The data is panel data, which was tested with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results show that financial development has a significant and positive effect on emissions. Economic growth is able to moderate the relationship between economic growth and emissions disclosure. It is hoped that this research will become a basis for consideration for investors in making investment decisions, especially in companies. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data that researchers obtained from users of shopee, tikthok shop, and facebook marketplaces spread throughout Indonesia. The data was collected in the form of a questionnaire from 24 questions from 300 users of shopee, tiktokshop, and the Facebook marketplace mentioned above. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show shows that the first and second hypotheses used in this article can be proven and accepted. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021. This is because the more product variations make buyers more interested in making purchasing decisions, the less easily bored, and so on which make purchasing decisions even greater. In the next row, the results answer the second hypothesis where the Celebrity Endorser variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Variation variable on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the same thing is the P-Values that are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.021. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses a number of previous studies such as Talent Management, Employee Performance and Employee Involvment. The data used in this research was obtained from 300 Ms-Glow employees spread throughout Indonesia. These data were obtained from distributing a questionnaire containing 5 questions containing strongly agree, disagree, normal/average, disagree and strongly disagree. The result in this research show the Talent Management variable has a positive and significant relationship to Employee Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022.. Apart from the above related to the hypothesis, researchers also believe that Employee Engagement is part of good Telelent Management. Therefore, Employee Engagement can influence Talent Management and can also influence Employee Performance. On this basis, the researcher assumes that it is also the second hypothesis in the research that the Employee Engagement variable can moderate the influence of the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table of path coefficients show that the Employee Engagement variable can moderate the influence of the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing. Therefore, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Wajib pajak tidak hanya berasal dari pekerja dan pemilik usaha besar, namun kini juga merambah pada sektor UMKM karena kontribusinya terhadap PDB yang cukup besar. Dalam mengembangkan usahanya, tidak sedikit UMKM yang telah bergerak pada e-commerce yakni bisnis berbasis teknologi internet sehingga dapat menunjang penjualannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif pajak dan tingkat pendapatan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM E-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukahn bahwa insentif pajak dan tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM E-commerce.
