Abstract

This study discusses how the measuring instruments of job rewards are adapted and developed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis using the SPSS analysis tool and the Amos Structural Equation Model (SEM), statistical tools from IBM. This study is intended to establish the dimensions and indicators of job rewards developed with exploratory factor analysis. Furthermore, confirmatory factor analysis is carried out to test the validity and reliability of the job reward indicator to meet the required statistical values. In addition, this study also conducted a model test to obtain a fit model on the job reward construct. This study is a quantitative research that utilizes the survey method using a digital questionnaire instrument created through google forms and distributed for 2 (two) months. The study sample was lecturers at private universities in Baubau City as many as 257 people. The results showed that the 5 dimensions and 25 indicators' job reward construct had high validity and reliability and met the cut-off of the required statistical values. Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design a B2C, online-based e-commerce reservation system for companies. In this research, the data collection methods applied include observation, interviews, and a literature study. The system development process uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model and UML modeling tools. The development stages consist of requirement planning, design workshops, and implementation. Based on the research results, it was found that the existence of this B2C e-commerce system can help the public find out information about hotels in real time, find out the condition of room availability, and make room reservations online anytime and anywhere via the web. This system consists of customer registration, room reservations, payments, expense input, and viewing monthly income and expense reports. This e-commerce system makes it easier for customers to make room reservations and helps managers monitor the occupancy rate in the form of the ratio of the number of customers who make room reservations to the total number of rooms in the company through the visitor list view menu, which displays a list of the number of rooms and the number of visitors who are staying overnight. This system makes it easier for managers to view reports on total monthly income and total expenses by selecting the menu to view report data on total income and total monthly expenses.

The method used is socialization and health education on the first treatment of open wounds in early childhood using observation and approaches through pre-test and post-test. The results achieved show that children's knowledge has increased and they know the steps for dealing with open wounds, which was proven during the question and answer session, children were able to mention how to handle open wounds in the correct order. Abstract

Using corporate governance as a moderating variable, this study attempts to examine the effects of firm size, institutional ownership, family ownership, and gender diversity on tax aggression. This study uses quantitative methods. The IDX-registered mining and CPO enterprises make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed by the researcher to choose the sample gathering strategy. Through documentation and a review of the literature, the researcher gathered data for this investigation. The data analysis approach employs hypothesis testing, data quality testing, and descriptive statistics based on the goals of the research. The study's findings provide important new information about the variables influencing tax aggressiveness in the corporate setting. First, the study shows that tax aggression is highly influenced by the size of the company. Second, corporate tax aggression is significantly shaped by institutional ownership. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that family ownership affects tax aggression. Findings, however, indicate that management decisions about tax aggressiveness are not significantly impacted by gender diversity. It's interesting to note that the effects of corporate governance differ according to the independent variables that are measured. Corporate governance cannot increase the impact of gender diversity or family ownership on tax aggression, but it also cannot increase the impact of firm size. Corporate governance, however, has the power to amplify institutional ownership. These findings provide in-depth insight into the complexity of factors that influence tax aggressiveness practices in companies and can be a basis for developing management strategies and company policies in the future.
