Abstract

The Doctrine of the Trinity, or the Triune God, is one of the most essential and fundamental teachings in Christianity, including for Baptists. However, it should be acknowledged that this doctrine is not explicitly written in the Bible but is rather implied through various events. The Doctrine of the Trinity in Christian theology often becomes a point of contention both within and outside the Christian community because it is frequently perceived as complex and difficult to comprehend. As a result, many Christians, including clergy, attempt to avoid discussing this core doctrine and consider it a difficult subject best left to academics. Consequently, some Christians may affirm the formulation of this doctrine without a proper understanding because they do not grasp the practical aspects of this teaching. Therefore, with the help of this article, the author aims to investigate and ensure a proper and comprehensive understanding of the Doctrine of the Trinity from the perspective of Baptist theology. This way, we, as Christians, especially Baptists, can apply the Doctrine of the Trinity in our daily lives with a clear understanding. In this research, a qualitative descriptive method is used, along with a literature review. For Baptists, the God revealed in the Bible is the Triune God, and this is the truth that must be understood by Baptists specifically and Christians in general.

Abstract

Anaphylaxis is a systemic hypersensitivity reaction involving multiple organs, one or more airways, breathing, or circulation problems. Anaphylaxis is potentially life-threatening and must be recognized, managed, and prevented by all healthcare professionals. Management of anaphylactic reactions needs to be done quickly and precisely to reduce the risk of mortality in patients. Intramuscular administration of epinephrine is the first-line therapy for anaphylactic reactions. Patients must recognize and avoid the allergens that precipitate anaphylactic reactions to prevent anaphylactic recurrence in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on capillarity material by utilizing the context of bioactivators in peanut planting media, with a focus on increasing students' scientific literacy. Capillarity material is a relevant topic in science learning, and the use of bioactivators in the context of peanut farming provides real relevance to students' daily lives. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with stages of development, validation and limited trials. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and students' scientific literacy tests. The research results show that the LKPD developed has a high level of quality, complies with scientific literacy guidelines, and is able to increase students' understanding of the concept of capillarity. This research makes an important contribution to the development of science teaching materials that are more contextual and relevant to students' daily lives. In addition, increasing students' scientific literacy is also expected to help them develop critical and analytical thinking skills that are important in the world of modern science.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the role of teacher creativity and the availability of laboratories in performing chemical experiments to enhance the students' critical thinking abilities in high schools. Research methods used include the study of literature by collecting data from sources that are relevant to the topic and analysing it using descriptive and qualitative methods. Research shows that teacher creativity and the availability of laboratory facilities play a crucial role in the institution of effective chemical programs in high school, which aim to enhance students' critical thinking abilities. The faculty's ability to devise practicality and teach chemical concepts helps students better understand the material and train their critical thinking skills. In addition, adequate laboratory facilities enable students to experiment directly and experience practical chemical concepts, which support their understanding of the material.

Abstract

Exploitation of the working class or labor is one form of modern slavery, where workers often have their labor squeezed to maximize the profits of capital owners, with wages that do not equate to the sweat they put in. Despite this, labor exploitation often doesn't receive attention and tends to be overlooked, because exploitation is an integral part of the capitalist economic system and will continue to exist as long as that economic system is in place, leading to a gradual normalization of exploitation. This article will discuss the relationship between modern slavery and labor exploitation, and why modern slavery is often disregarded, particularly in human rights issues. Furthermore, this article will provide an understanding of the importance of criminology in addressing human rights issues, especially modern slavery.

Abstract

This research examines the management of certification for Workers in Tense Conditions (PDKB) teams at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Banten. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used to understand this phenomenon in its natural context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The results of the analysis revealed a placement strategy for employees based on a merit system. This study emphasizes the importance of meaning over generalization. The findings provide deep insights into the management of PDKB certification at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Banten. This research makes a significant contribution to improving the certification management process and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and document the role of the creative economy in the development of the tourism sector in Junrejo, Batu City. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The research results indicate that the creative economy has become a major driver of tourism development in Junrejo. Various initiatives and collaborative efforts have enabled the emergence of unique and creatively oriented tourism products, services, and attractions. Additionally, this research also identifies factors that support the development of the creative economy in tourism, such as local community participation, local government support, and the availability of infrastructure. However, some challenges are also identified, such as the need to enhance the capacity of creative economic actors and promote sustainability in business practices. The findings of this research can provide guidance and insights for tourism stakeholders and local governments in designing policies that support the development of creative economy-based tourism in Junrejo, Batu City, and stimulate further research in this field.

Abstract

Every company not only has a responsibility to increase the income and welfare of its employees but also has a responsibility to the community and the environment where it carries out its business. With social responsibility, the Company can make one of the Company's contributions to improving the economy while also preserving the environment in order to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Corporate Social Responsibility is an organic relationship between companies, increasing profits and developing social activities. Corporate Social Responsibility is not only limited to the environment and society but all related parties, either directly or indirectly. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT.Transportasi Jakarta towards the community. The research method used is empirical normative legal research using conceptual, statutory and sociological approaches. The results of the research show that PT.Transpotasi Jakarta has been implemented quite well even though there are no government regulations that require the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, so there should be regulations related to the implementation of CSR that regulate the planning, implementation and supervision of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Technological progress refers to developments and innovations in the field of technology that result in significant changes in the way we live, work and interact. Technology continues to develop rapidly over time, and this affects various aspects of human life. Lifestyle, brand image, and product quality can all have an impact on a consumer's decision to buy an iPhone. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how lifestyle, brand image, and product quality influence Kota Sukabumi City residents' iPhone purchase decisions. A total of 150 respondents, the purposive sampling method, interview questionnaires, and structural equation modeling were all used in this study to collect data. In addition, the validity test, the reliability test, the correlation coefficient, the determination coefficient, the simple and multiple regression tests, the significance of the t-test, and the F test are utilized in this study. According to the findings of this study, these three variables; Lifestyle, brand image, and high-quality products all have a positive and significant impact on the iPhone brand's sales in Sukabumi City. In terms of lifestyle, this study suggests that a company should be aware of current trends and innovate its products to meet the needs of customers and maintain a positive brand image. Another suggestion is to offer a system that offers more benefits to its users. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di SPBU A Yani Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan pelanggan terkait lokasi SPBU dan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk melakukan pengisian bahan bakar di tempat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi SPBU A Yani Surabaya dianggap strategis oleh pelanggan, dengan pelanggan yang menyatakan bahwa lokasi tersebut memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada perusahaan SPBU untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lokasi strategis, serta menambah fasilitas yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di industri SPBU dan dapat membantu perusahaan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif mereka di pasar yang semakin ketat.
