This study intends to improve student learning outcomes in dribbling skills in soccer games through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model. This study used a classroom action research method with 24 fifth-grade students of Elim Christian Elementary School Makassar as research subjects. Data were collected through learning outcomes tests covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The research instruments were observation sheets, skills tests, and assessment rubrics. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively by comparing learning outcomes in pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II conditions. The findings of the study are that all learning areas improved significantly. In pre-cycle conditions, the cognitive aspect averaged 58.75, the affective 62.08, and the psychomotor 55.42, with a 16.70% completion rate (4 out of 24 students). The average score increased to 72.92 for cognitive, 75.83 for affective, and 71.25 for psychomotor after STAD was implemented in cycle I, and the completion rate increased to 54.20%–62.50% (13–15 students). In cycle II, learning outcomes were ideal, with an average score of 84.58 for cognitive, 86.25 for emotional, and 83.75 for psychomotor, and a 100% completion rate (24 students). The average score increased 44.55% from pre-cycle to cycle II (58.75 to 84.86). Elim Makassar Christian Elementary School grade V pupils' dribbling skills have improved greatly with STAD cooperative learning. Students' conceptual knowledge, learning attitudes and motivation, and motor skills improved dramatically using this strategy. This study suggests using the STAD model to improve primary school physical education dribbling skills.

The results of the Collaborative Governance study in the development of the Keprabon Village Tourism Village were carried out with several things, namely: 1) Face-to-face dialogue as a communication tool in collaboration in developing tourist villages in Keprabon Village is very important for building trust, solving problems together, and designing effective strategies. Local communities involved in this dialogue will feel ownership and responsibility for tourism development, which in turn will strengthen the sustainability of the tourism village. 2) Building trust in collaborative tourism village development in Keprabon Village is a process that requires open communication, active community involvement, consistency in action, and commitment to project sustainability. Well-built trust will enable all parties to work together more effectively and realize inclusive and sustainable tourism village development. This trust must be continuously fostered through transparent and accountable management, as well as respect for existing local wisdom. 3) Commitment to process in collaborative tourism village development in Keprabon Village is very important for the success of this project. All parties involved must have the same awareness of the importance of carrying out the process with full responsibility, from planning to evaluation. This will ensure that tourism village development can take place in a coordinated manner, overcome emerging challenges, and provide sustainable benefits for the community, government, and private sector. Digital transformation has brought significant changes to Quranic learning methods, including through the use of social media such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This study aims to systematically examine the potential, risks, and strategies for using social media in Quranic learning. The methods used are:Systematic Literature Review(SLR) using the PRISMA approach, which analyzed 35 articles published between 2018 and 2024 from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science databases. The results show that social media has the potential to expand access to learning, strengthen learning communities, and increase the motivation of the younger generation through interactive approaches. However, risks were also identified, including the spread of invalid content, weakened scientific authority, and digital distractions. The literature recommends teacher training, collaboration with content creators, and a curriculum based on sanad and digital. This study emphasizes the importance of a structured strategy to make social media an effective means of learning the Quran while remaining grounded in scientific and spiritual values.

This research investigates the impact of Zapin Pecah Dua Belas Dance on student character education in Riau Malay Dance III (Zapin) lectures seen from the learning process, practice, and elements in traditional dance. Zapin Pecah Dua Belas Dance is a traditional dance originating from Pelalawan, Riau Province. In addition, this research was also conducted to find and describe the process of learning traditional dance in higher education in the formation of student character. The research method uses an interpretative qualitative method with a single case study. The data source of this research consists of several sources, namely through observation, interviews, and literature study. The triangulation method is used as a technique to test the validity of data from these various data sources. The research findings show that learning Zapin Pecah Dua Belas traditional dance can enrich the learner's experience and on the other hand train intelligence and sensitivity through understanding the character of local wisdom contained in traditional dance. Learning Zapin Pecah Dua Belas dance as a traditional dance and dance that is danced in groups fosters the characters: cooperation, discipline, creativity, confidence, mutual cooperation, friendship, effective communication, and responsibility. This research explains the importance of incorporating traditional dance practices, in this case Zapin Pecah Dua Belas Dance, as a local culture into higher education, because this affects the development of students' character as learners.

Pengunduran diri karyawan sebelum masa berakhirnya Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) kerap terjadi dalam praktik hubungan kerja di Indonesia. Fenomena ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mendalam mengenai kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hak bagi kedua belah pihak dalam hubungan kerja, yaitu pekerja dan pengusaha. Dalam kondisi di mana regulasi ketenagakerjaan lebih banyak mengatur tentang hubungan kerja berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT), maka pengunduran diri dalam masa PKWT menjadi wilayah yang masih belum diatur secara rinci dan menimbulkan kekosongan hukum (rechtsvacuum) (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 dan PP No. 35 Tahun 2021). Akibatnya, banyak permasalahan muncul ketika seorang karyawan memutuskan untuk mengundurkan diri sebelum masa kontrak PKWT berakhir, terutama dalam hal tuntutan ganti rugi, penalti kontrak, hingga pelanggaran hak normatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akibat hukum dari tindakan pengunduran diri karyawan sebelum masa kontraknya berakhir dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum dapat diberikan secara proporsional bagi kedua belah pihak. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan konseptual, studi ini mengkaji ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, prinsip-prinsip hukum perdata (terutama Pasal 1243 KUHPerdata), dan beberapa putusan pengadilan terkait (misalnya Putusan MA No. 1554 K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2021). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengunduran diri secara sepihak dapat dikategorikan sebagai wanprestasi sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 1243 KUH Perdata, kecuali dapat dibuktikan bahwa pengunduran diri tersebut dilakukan karena adanya pelanggaran dari pihak pengusaha. Di sisi lain, klausul kontrak kerja memiliki peranan penting dalam menegaskan hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak. Dalam banyak kasus, tidak dicantumkannya klausul pengunduran diri dalam PKWT menimbulkan kerugian bagi pekerja maupun pengusaha karena ketidakjelasan mengenai prosedur, kompensasi, dan konsekuensi hukum. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan perhatian lebih dalam penyusunan kontrak kerja agar lebih rinci, adil, dan sesuai dengan norma hukum yang berlaku. Selain itu, putusan-putusan peradilan telah menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan hakim untuk menilai motif pengunduran diri dan kondisi objektif hubungan kerja dalam memutus perkara semacam ini. Implikasi dari temuan ini mendorong perlunya reformasi regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang lebih komprehensif, terutama dalam mengatur pengunduran diri karyawan PKWT. Regulasi yang jelas akan membantu mencegah konflik hubungan industrial dan memberikan keadilan yang seimbang bagi pengusaha maupun pekerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi praktisi ketenagakerjaan, penyusun kontrak kerja, pengambil kebijakan, dan akademisi dalam memahami kompleksitas hubungan kerja berdasarkan PKWT di Indonesia. Permasalahan hukum yang timbul akibat pengunduran diri dalam masa PKWT juga erat kaitannya dengan ketentuan hukum perdata mengenai perjanjian. Dalam konteks ini, apabila pekerja melakukan pengunduran diri sebelum masa kerja yang disepakati berakhir, maka hal tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai tindakan wanprestasi, kecuali terdapat alasan yang dibenarkan oleh hukum (Marzuki, 2017). Oleh karena itu, dalam perjanjian kerja seharusnya dimuat klausul yang memberikan ruang bagi pekerja untuk mengundurkan diri secara sah dan tanpa menimbulkan akibat hukum yang merugikan, selama hal tersebut dilandasi oleh alasan yang dapat diterima secara hukum dan moral. Pentingnya pembahasan mengenai akibat hukum dari pengunduran diri dalam PKWT juga tidak terlepas dari tujuan utama hukum ketenagakerjaan, yaitu untuk menciptakan keadilan dan perlindungan terhadap pihak yang lemah dalam hubungan kerja. Dengan demikian, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menilai pengunduran diri tidak hanya didasarkan pada aspek formal dalam perjanjian, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kondisi objektif yang melatarbelakangi pengunduran diri tersebut. Selain itu, pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi hukum perlu memperhatikan dinamika praktik hubungan kerja yang terus berkembang dan memerlukan regulasi yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan zaman.

ABSTRACT THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC PATIENT PAYMENT SERVICES AT CASHIER OF REGIONAL PUBLIC HOSPITAL (RSUD) CARUBAN MADIUN REGENCY Public service is an effort of state to fulfill the basic needs and rights of its citizens. Public service providers must stick to the principle of excellent service. RSUD Caruban in Madiun Regency is one of the public service providers in health sector. One of the non-medical service units in RSUD Caruban is cashier's payment service. However, there are still complaints from patients about the quality of the service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of public patient payment services at the cashier of RSUD Caruban, Madiun Regency which was measured on five service dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. This research was carried out at the RSUD Caruban, Madiun Regency. The population was all public patients at RSUD Caruban in Madiun Regency or their representative families. The sample was determined by Accidental sampling using Lemeshow formula, 96 people. Source of data consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques of this study using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively with the help of frequency tables. The results of the study showed that the quality of public patient payment services at cashier of regional public hospital (RSUD) Caruban Madiun Regency is good. It is supported by average score result of 5 dimensions of the service. The first, the total average score of Tangibles is 3,86 which is included in good quality category. second, the total average score of Responsiveness is 4,14 which is included in good quality category. Third, the total average score of Reliability is 4,10 which is included in good quality category. Fourth, the total average score of Assurance is 4,17 which is included in good quality category. This study to analyse and describe learning services at SMA Negeri 1 Gamping from the perspective of service quality and to analyse and describe learning services at SMA Negeri 1 Gamping from the perspective of service performance. This type of research is a mix method, where the results of quantitative research on service quality using questionnaires as a data collection tool are compared with the results of qualitative research on service performance using interview techniques. The sample in quantitative research amounted to 100 XI grade students consisting of 4 study groups with random sampling and interviews with teachers, administration, and waka sarpras as supporting data in qualitative research. The results showed that learning services at SMA N 1 Gamping from the perspective of service quality received an average score of 3.45 with quality categories, and learning services at SMA N 1 Gamping from the perspective of service performance refer to the accreditation results issued by the National Accreditation Board for Schools/Madrasah Number 974/BAN-SM/SK/2019 dated 5 November 2019 with the accreditation predicate A (Superior). It can be concluded that the A (Superior) accreditation predicate in the aspect of service performance only gets the Quality category in service quality and has not reached the High quality category

Local elections in Indonesia in 2020 will be held simultaneously for regions whose term of office for regional heads ends in 2021. The simultaneous local election system in 2020 will be the fourth time has been held in Indonesia. The voting is planned to be held simultaneously in December 2020. The total number of regions that will carry out simultaneous local elections in 2020 is 270 regions with details of 9 provinces, 224 regencies and 37 cities. The 2020 Boyolali Regent and Deputy Regent elections are part of the 2020 Simultaneous Elections. This research aims to determine the accountability of budgeting and the 2020 Simultaneous Elections with case studies at the Boyolali General Election Commision, starting from budget planning, implementation, and reporting. The theory used is accounting theory according to Sujarweni (2015), accountability is a form of obligation for a person (leader/officer/executor) to guarantee that the duties and obligations they carry have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The research method used is the Normative Legal Research Method, and the Observational Research Method Here a survey was carried out, by going directly to the research location to obtain primary data through interviews, and obtain budgeting data for the 2020 Boyolali Regent and Deputy Regent Elections. The results of the study show: first, the budgeting for the Boyolali Regent and Deputy Regent Elections in 2020 is running according to the corridor of government budgeting regulations. Second, in the implementation of programs and activities, there are changes between planning and budgeting, due to the dynamics of the implementation of the selection stages. However, these changes are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Third, in terms of reporting, there are findings from the examining institution that affect the quality of budget accountability for the 2020 election of the Boyolali Regent and Deputy Regent. In general, the conclusions that can be drawn from this research are that the budgeting for the 2020 Boyolali Regent and Deputy Regent Elections is quite accountable. Key word : accountability.

Regulasi Pemerintah yang berbentuk Permenpan Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan regulasi yang bertujuan untuk mengatur pelaksanaan laporan kinerja seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui aplikasi e-KINERJA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain adalah bahwa peneliti ingin menganalisis lebih lanjut evaluasi pelaksanaan Permenpan RB Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Madiun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan Permenpan RB Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 melalui aplikasi e- KINERJA dan mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaporan hasil kinerja pegawai dan dampak yang ditimbulkan. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria evaluasi yang dikemukakan oleh William N. Dunn (2013) yaitu efektifitas, efisiensi, ketercukupan, perataan, responsifitas dan ketepatan. Hal tersebut yang mendasari peneliti dalam melakukan wawancara, pengamatan obyek di lapangan serta mengkaji dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan Permenpan RB Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Madiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan Permenpan RB Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Madiun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kelima indikator efektifitas, efisiensi, ketercukupan, pemerataan, responsifitas dan ketepatan. Dari indikator efektifitas, efisiensi, ketercukupan sudah memenuhi tetapi dari indikator responsifitas dan ketepatan belum dapat memenuhi.Keywords : efektifitas, efisiensi, ketercukupan, perataan, responsifitas dan ketepatan.

This study aims to examine the correlation between knowledge of game rules and physical condition and the performance of football referees in the South Sulawesi provincial association. The research population consisted of football referees from the South Sulawesi provincial association. A sample of 30 people was taken based on purposive sampling. The referee's performance was the dependent variable of the study, whereas knowledge of game rules and physical condition were the independent variables. The research method employed a descriptive approach. The research data were analyzed using correlational techniques at a 95% significance level. The results of the study reveal that: (1) there is a significant correlation between knowledge of game rules and referee’s performance with a correlation value (r) of 0.746 and a contribution of 55.6%; (2) there is a significant correlation between the referee's physical condition and the referee's performance with a correlation value (r) of 0.751 and a contribution of 56.4%; and (3) there is a correlation between knowledge of game rules and physical condition collectively on referee’s performance with a correlation value (r) of 0.824 and a contribution of 68.4%.
