Abstract

State border areas are areas that have strategic positions. Because of this weakness becomes a strategic issue in the border area as the front porch of the country. The border area of Indonesia as the external face of the country is impressed if its management is more predicated on a safety approach (safety belt approach). Villages in Indonesia are still areas that are quite difficult to untangle; it is often narrated that he is lagging in development affairs so that social, economic, infrastructure and other developments seem to be neglected. The Village Sustainable Development Goals are a development concept that places more emphasis on environmentally friendly development and protects the culture and interests of the local community. This study aims to see how the goals of sustainable development (SDGs) are in the border villages of the Rokan Hilir district. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and interactive photography techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of the research problem. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique. After the data has been collected, it is analyzed using an analytical approach using the N-Vivo 12 to explain, present and place the data so that conclusions can be drawn and drawn. To achieve sustainability, cooperation is needed in the 3 dimensions of the SDGs which balances development on the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The results of the study show that the Village Sustainable Development Goals, especially Teluk Pulai Village in the border area of Rokan Hilir District, have not been realized based on indicators of fulfilling sustainability. Apart from that, it can also be seen from the SDGs achievement targets that were not achieved which ultimately had an impact on the Village SDGs Score of 35.96 and the Developing Village Index (IDM) with a Developing status. The SDGs goals in the border area have not been realized, including a lack of village development programs where the planned programs only focus on meeting the needs of the village community so the SDGs Village goals needed by the community are not planned.

Abstract

Salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah industri   rumah makan. Rumah makan berskala menengah dan besar di Indonesia pada tahun 2011 tercatat sebanyak 2.977 perusahaan. Saat ini limbah minyak dan lemak rumah makan dibuang saja ke selokan dengan mengalir ke perairan umum bersama dengan limbah rumah makan lainnnya. Dimana limbah minyak dan lemak rumah makan sangat merusak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh faktor pengetahuan terhadap pengelolaan limbah minyak dan lemak pada rumah makan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Data yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 67 rumah makan. Sampel penelitian adalah 50% dari jumlah populasi yaitu berjumlah 35 pelaku usaha rumah makan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analsisi data menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa koefisien regresi variabel pengetahuan mempunyai nilai koefisien positif dan besarnya adalah 0,504, nilai t hitung untuk variabel pengetahuan adalah 3,297 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003. Maka faktor pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan limbah minyak dan limbah.rumah makan di Kota Padang. Bagi pemilik rumah makan di harapkan agar melakukan pengelolaan limbah sebelum limbah minyak dan lemak di buang ke tempat pembuangan akhir dan melengkapi sarana dan prasarana hygiene sanitasi di rumah makan.

Abstract

AbstractThis article wants to reinterpret the symbol of batik Demak that has been lost for hundreds of years. Demak as the first Islamic empire, in its time, becomes the center of Islamic Javanese culture and a cultural figure with the various cultural products. One of the cultural products in Demak is batik. The context of this study views Batik Demak as a cultural form, namely artifacts that contain a discourse of self-representation found by ideographic aspects of the initiator and the culture that produce to it. This discourse is reflected in the form or figure of the object as well as the implicit meaning. Batik Demak is considered to be a cultural heritage in Demak since hundreds of years ago. It had, once, disappeared then in 2006 it was reappeared. This must cut the strings of history about the meaning and function of Batik Demak in ancient times. Batik Demak tends to present when each region in the territory of Indonesia, especially Central Java is promoting batik with regional motifs. The reinterpretation of symbols that emerge seems to be a strategy of branding or imaging an area. The meaning of the symbol of batik does not really represent the pattern of life of Demak community as manifested in the five typical motives of Demak.Keywords: Batik Demak, Reinterpretation, Symbols

Abstract

Abstract Ecoprint is a process of transferring colors and shapes to the fabric through direct contact between the leaves and the fabric. Ecoprint technique is an advancement technique in ecofashion that produces environmentally friendly fashion products. The coloring that are often used by the techniques are iron blanket technique and pounding technique. Furthermore, another technique used for coloring ecoprint fabric is using the leaves as ecoprint stamps. It works by coloring the leaf sheet with natural or synthetic dye and followed by adhering the leaf onto the fabric. By pressing the leaves that have been covered in dye, a leaf motif with its tissue will appear on the fabric. The ecoprint stamp technique is easier than other techniques. In the implementation, this technique is still considered taking a long time in the process that an eco-rotary printing technique needs to be developed. Its technique is expected to solve problems that ecoprint stamp techniques have. The engineering of eco rotary print tool as a medium on cap rotary printing technique is resulting 2 prototypes. i.e., 2 roll model, and 3 roll model. The eco-rotary printing method is inspired by a motif roll paint that are able to give color motif on the walls in a relatively fast time. Thus, the leaves are affixed to the roll combined with natural dyes to create a leaf motif on the surface of the fabric. The test results from the two prototypes of the tool are presented. The 3 roll model gives the result of leaf motif color on the fabric with better quality than the 2 roll model. This makes production more effective and efficient in terms of the time of the production process. And, finally, the results of this study are very possible to be utilized in the production of large-scale ecoprint fabric. Key word : Ecoprint, Ecofashion, Eco Rotary Print

Abstract

ABSTRAKSeni ukir di Indonesia telah mengalami kemajuan dengan adanya ragam jenisnya, mulai dari pengembangan motif, media, teknik, dan aspek pengembangan lainnya. Dikenal di masyarakat luas bahwa seni ukir adalah sebuah tindakan pengolahan media dengan teknik cukil, gores, coret, dan pahat yang diterapkan pada media kayu, kulit, dan logam. Kekayaan seni ukir logam di Indonesia perlu ada pengembangan-pengembangan yang akan menambah ekspresi seni untuk para pengrajin dan para pegiat seni ukir logam. Pengembangan seni ukir logam diharapkan mampu memberi dampak yang nyata dalam rangka memberikan gambaran tentang alternatif pengembangan dari seni ukir yang berkembang selama ini. Fokus penerapan seni ukir logam pada sajian tulisan ini diaplikasikan pada bentuk benda yang sudah ada yaitu blok mesin sepeda motor. Sajian penelitian ini menggunakan metode aplikasi eksplorasi motif, yaitu memunculkan motif ukir tradisi yang dikemas dalam penerapannya pada blok mesin sepeda motor dengan mengaplikasikan pola motif garapan baru sesuai dengan ranah teknik ukir motif tradisi. Metode ini menuangkan motif tradisi Surakarta dan Mataram dengan gubahan pada pola mengikuti bentuk dari blok mesin sepeda motor. Kata Kunci : Seni Ukir, Logam, Blok Mesin  ABSTRACTThe art of carving in Indonesia has progressed with various types, ranging from the development of motifs, media, techniques, and other aspects of development. It is known in the wider community that the art of carving is an act of media processing with the technique of cutting, scratching, scribbling, and chiseling which is applied to wood, leather, and metal media. The wealth of metal carving in Indonesia needs developments that will add artistic expression to craftsmen and metal carving activists. The development of metal carving is expected to have a real impact in order to provide an overview of the alternative development of carving that has developed so far. The focus of the application of metal carving in the presentation of this paper is applied to the shape of an existing object, namely the motorcycle engine block. This research presentation uses the application method of motif exploration, namely bringing up traditional carving motifs that are packaged in their application to motorcycle engine blocks by applying new patterned motifs in accordance with the realm of traditional motif carving techniques. This method expresses the traditional motifs of Surakarta and Mataram with compositions in a pattern following the shape of the motorcycle engine block. Keywords: Carving, Metal, Machine Block

Abstract

PT. Jhonlin Baratama merupakan salah satu perusahaan kontraktor yang bergerak dalam bidang penambangan batubara yang memiliki beberapa site di kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Dalam kegiatan penambangan batubara, PT. Jhonlin Baratama menggunakan metode penambangan open pit dengan pengoperasian peralatan mekanis seperti backhoe untuk pemuatan dan Dump truck untuk pe ngangkutan. Masing-masing alat mempunyai target produktivitas yang belum tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi mengapa target produktivitas tidak tercapai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data langsung di lapangan beserta kondisi aktual di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan perhitungan, untuk alat muat Excavator Komatsu PC 2000 dengan 5 unit Komatsu HD 785 adalah 714,12 Bcm/Jam dengan nilai Match Factor 1,025, dan jarak tempuh HD 785 adalah 1.1 km. Nilai efisiensi PC 2000 rata-rata 81% dengan fill factor 78%. Setelah dilakukan simulasi dengan jarak yang sama berdasarkan kebutuhan alat angkut produktivitas Excavator Komatsu PC 2000 menghasilkan sebesar 879,28 Bcm/jam dengan efisiensi yaitu 88% dan fill factor 83%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, leverage, and free cash flow on earnings management in non-bank state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2023. The population in this study were non-bank state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, obtaining a sample of 18 companies with 4 years of observation. The independent variables in this study are financial distress, leverage, and free cash flow and the dependent variable in this study is earnings management. The data collection method uses secondary data taken from the annual financial reports from the official IDX website www.idx.co.id. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the data analysis method used is statistical analysis and multiple linear regressions using the SPSS computer program. The results of the study indicate that earnings management is influenced by financial distress, leverage, and free cash flow simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that financial distress does not have a significant effect on earnings management, leverage does not have a significant effect on earnings management, and free cash flow has a significant effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Rato village Lambu District Bima Regency on July-October 2022. The purpose of this research is to know the potential development of beef cattle in Rato Village Lambu district Bima regency. This research used study case method with reference toward restriction that study case is collecting data by taking some elements then those elements were analyzed and conclusion that was drawn only valid for those elements which have been investigated before. Data were analyzed using two ways, descriptive analysis and Economic Analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to know the state of beef cattle business and economic analysis was used to know the composition of production cost, income, profit of beef cattle and R/C ration. The development of beef cattle in Rato Village, Lambu District has the potential to be carried out as shown in the value of the return cost ratio (R/C) ratio and its business feasibility. The value of R/C 1 in the balinese cattle business is based on the number of livestock owned in Rato Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency. Small scale beef cattle business (1-5 heads) has an R/C ratio of 3.02, medium scale (6-10 heads) obtains an R/C ratio of 3.19 which illustrates that both small and medium scale beef cattle businesses get profit because the value of R/C Ratio 1 so that the farm is profitable.

Abstract

Pemanasan global menyebabkan suhu di dalam bangunan tempat tinggal meningkat, yang dapat mengurangi kenyamanan penghuni rumah. Peningkatan suhu dalam ruangan disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya sirkulasi udara yang memadai dan penyerapan panas dari matahari oleh dinding serta atap bangunan. Jenis material yang digunakan pada permukaan bangunan sangat mempengaruhi perpindahan panas. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah dengan menggunakan papan insulasi panas yang dapat menghambat aliran panas dari luar ke dalam ruangan. Komposit yang terbuat dari serat pelepah pisang dan polypropylene sebagai matriks adalah alternatif yang ekonomis dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi massa polypropylene dan massa serat pelepah pisang terhadap konduktivitas termal serta porositas panel komposit, dan untuk memahami hubungan antara porositas dan konduktivitas termal panel komposit. Panel komposit dibuat dengan berbagai perbandingan massa polypropylene dan serat pelepah pisang, yaitu: variasi 1 (100%:0%), variasi 2 (90%:10%), variasi 3 (85%:15%), variasi 4 (80%:20%), variasi 5 (75%:25%), dan variasi 6 (70%:30%). Pengujian yang dilakukan mencakup konduktivitas termal menggunakan alat thermal conductivity apparatus dan porositas. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa variasi dengan persentase polypropylene dan serat pelepah pisang 80%:20%, 75%:25%, dan 70%:30% memiliki nilai konduktivitas termal 0,0978 W/m°C, 0,0894 W/m°C, dan 0,0778 W/m°C, yang semuanya kurang dari 0,1 W/m°C, menjadikannya bahan isolator panas yang baik. Selain itu, semua variasi memiliki nilai porositas antara 1,09% hingga 1,7461%, yang kurang dari 25%, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori bahan non-pori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan massa serat dan penurunan massa matriks polypropylene, nilai konduktivitas termal menurun dan porositas meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya porositas, konduktivitas termal cenderung menurun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education level, years of service and information technology on service quality and job satisfaction as an intervening variable for village officials on Kundur Island, Karimun Regency. The method used was a questionnaire and distributed to 122 respondents. statistical data analysis using SEM PLS (structuralequation modellingpartial least squares) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of the relationship between the influence of the dependent and independent variables, both direct and indirect effects with smart pls 3.0 software. The research results showeducation level has a direct effect on job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000, tenure has an indirect effect on job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.658, information technology education level has a direct effect on job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000, job satisfaction has a direct effect on service quality with a p-value of 0.001, education level has a direct effect on service quality with a p-value of 0.008, tenure has a direct effect on service quality with a p-value of 0.009, information technology has a direct effect on service quality with a p-value of 0.018 , job satisfaction mediates the relationship between education level and service quality with a p-value of 0.009 <0.05,Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between tenure and service quality with a p-value of 0.006 <0.05, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between information technology and service quality with a p-value of 0.004 <0.05.
