Abstract

Kepulauan Riau merupakan satu kawasan strategis yang berada di kawasan lintas batas dan jalur perdagangan dunia, dengan letaknya yang strategis, Kepulauan Riau rentan akan permasalahan lingkungan hidup. Baik itu yang datang dari dalam maupun ancaman lingkungan yang datang dari luar. Dengan percepatan pembangunan dan perkembangan industri di Kepulauan Riau, tidak mustahil dampak-dampak dari kegiatan-kegiatan industri di wilayah Kepulauan Riau akan menghasilkan limbah-limbah yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan data BPS Provinsi Kepulauan Riau 2012, menyatakan bahwa dari 338 industri tersebut ada beberapa industri yang mengeluarkan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun. Limbah tersebut ada juga yang bahan baku industrinya sudah mengandung limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun, sehingga sisa (waste) juga mengandung Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun. Tujuan penelitian ini pada dasarnya adalah Untuk mengetahui Peran Badan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dalam Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup terhadap limbah B3 di Batam (Studi Kasus : PT. Enviro Cipta Lestari [Perusahaan Pengangkut & Pengumpul Limbah B3 Di Kawasan KPLI Batam]). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Dalam Perlindungan Dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Terhadap Limbah B3 Di Kota Batam khususnya dalam kasus PT. Enviro Cipta Lestari yaitu Perusahaan Pengangkut dan Pengumpul Limbah B3 Di Kawasan Pengelolaan Limbah Industri Batam belum berperan dengan baik, hal ini diketahui karena masih banyak perusahaan di Batam termasuk PT. Enviro yang masih belum dapat mengelola limbah dengan baik sehingga dapat mencemarkan lingkungan dan membahayakan kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and illustrate the problems experienced by the elderly in mastering development tasks. This research is a research field that is qualitative, descriptive. From the results of research can be in the know that, physical strength and health is a major problem that is often faced by the elderly, because the family needs still great while power on the wane so what generated the leter insufficient, retirement is not a lot of problems arise that relate to economic families in meeting the daily needs, the problem of death of spouse is a very heavy problems perceived by the elderly because they often living areas a sense of loneliness and changing roles between them, in forming a relationship with people at not too experienced obstacles, because the elderly usually often follows the recitation or arisan, problems associated with the broader social role is not too experienced a lot of problems, because the elderly are still arriving by the whole community.

Abstract

Abstract: The prominent responsibilities of police are to taking care and serving society, thus the working sphere become a common job done by personnel of police. Each of personnel has rights and responsibilities that is clearly managed, including the schedule management of their duties. However, from this point forward, the personnel job is less in getting the monitor from the leader or the officer. This case causes an obstacle of the institution, in which it is the lack of communication of personnel in doing the coordination of serving the society and the occurring of personnel indiscipline that leaves the duty location. Solution to fill the above requirement is the development of system an Android Personnel Monitoring Location in Police Institution of Web-Based. This system consists of android mobile application and the website that are connected to the same database. This system can be worth for monitoring and finding the place of every personnel in real time, so that it can be easily to coordinate the personnel as well.

Abstract

Conflicts of land confiscationis one of the land tenure problem in urban and rural areas of Indonesia. Conflicts that occurred came from the capitalism that has entered in various regions with the aim to gain benefits both individually and in groups. This study is to looks at the chronology of the conflict, the actors and the type of people political movements of their lands that have been excluded from theydaily livelihood resources. Partnership system built by PT. BBS (PT.BukitBintangSawit) resulted in changes to the access of land or agrarian resources. Land that originally as a source of community life  andexperienced a process of power transfer from community to company PT. Bukit BintangSawit.The research method is a comparative with expost facto approach. The data analysis was done in the form of literature study, resume result from Antoni and field result of year 2016 in order to understand the theory related to phenomenon. Data analysis is the view of experts who are studying the conflict on access theory purposed by Jess C. Ribot and Nancy Lee Peluso, while the conflict theory was using Fisher et.al. and theory of property rights from Schlager and Ostrom (1992). The results of the study indicate that the type of political movement performed the type of official politics and the conflict between local communities with PT BBS. Their movement is aim to reclaim their natural resources. Then the type of everyday politics related to the opposition openly to reject the operation of oil palm plantation companies in the area of Sago Village and ask for compensation related to the land they have seized. In addition, the actor in the case consists of three people who have economic capital, holders and makers and recognize property rights and government policy makers.

Abstract

The Tsunami wave that occurred in Aceh in 2004 resulted in a shift in the joints of the social, economic and cultural life of the people. The tsunami left deep wounds and sadness for the victims left behind, the earthquake and tsunami disaster also destroyed infrastructure and various types of buildings, especially residential housing. One of the problems caused was the difficulty to find land boundaries that had been lost due to the disaster, this caused a conflict between Gampong residents who lived side by side. The study was conducted with a qualitative type descriptive approach and used Hugh Miall's theory which explained Conflict Resolution. The results of the study found that all conflicts that occurred in Lamdingin Village were resolved in local communities in Gampong through various conflict resolution processes. First, one party reports to the Keuchik or the Head of the Hamlet about the dispute that occurred, then the Keuchik invites the conflicting parties to be asked for information, then clarification of the object of the case is carried out, an internal meeting of the Gampong leader is held, and the last is the provisional decision to the parties fight.

Abstract

The pecking order theory of capital structure is one of the most influential theories of corporate finance. The purpose of this study is to explore the most important factors on a firm’s capital structure by pecking-order theory. Hierarchical regression is used as the analysis model. This study examines the determinants of debt decisions for 31Indonesianbanking companies that are quoted on the Indonesian Stock Exchange of 2010-2015. The results indicate that the determinants of capital structure are profitability and growth rate. The profitability negatively effects on the capital structure. It implies that firms prefer to use their earnings to finance business activities and thus useless debt capital. Growth rate positively affects capital structure. The greater growth opportunity will have more capital structure to finance the growth. Size is a moderator variable in this study. Size of firms moderates the effects of the tax rate on capital structure. Large firms appear to take advantage of the tax deductibility of debt. The findings are important for management and investors.

Abstract

The brain is the greatest gift of god for human. This brain consists of 2 parts. They are the right brain and left brain. Each part has a specific function. The right brain has a 90% memory capacity and left brain is only 10-12%. Recent research results was in the US said that  the role of logic in making people become successful is only 4-6%, while 94-96% is determined by  the right brain that  associated alot with innovation, creativity, instinct, intuition, creativity, honesty, tenacity, responsibility, and others. In the learning process the balance of the two   brains are  very important to think optimally. Some of the efforts to optimize the right brain potential are  Intelligent Movement, Game / Puzzle, Music, Social Communication and Hobby.

Abstract

The fuction  of Human Resources (HR) in supporting  the success of organization work is dominant, so  it  should be implemented the increasing of               the Human Resources Continuously. Educator (teacher)  as the main Element of Human Resources and they  they also  have  role to determine the success of the Implementation of Development. The  Educators’ figure must have  adequate Competences. They  includes intellegencies,  attitude and  skills. Abstract

The computer networks is growing rapidly along with the increasing of computer's users. The large number of computers or hosts connected in a network will make it difficult to manage, so it needs a unique identity on each host connected to a computer network. The IP address technology is a solution to overcome the complexity of local and global computer networks. The IPv4 is the IP addressing technology for every host connected in a network, but the growth of computer users hence the availability of IPv4 address becomes very limited, so the IPv6 technology is developed. To avoid IP address conflicts around the world, the IP address allocation and distribution blocks for each Internet service providers worldwide is arranged by RFC (Request for Comments) standards. This journal describes the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses technology implementation on the host connected in a computer network. It is expected that with this journal both IP addresses generation can be applied in a computer network appropriately.Keywords:ip address, ipv4, ipv6
