Abstract

Anomali Total Electron Content melalui data sinyal radio frekuensi-ganda GPS dapat menunjukkan adanya perubahan aktivitas ionik di ionosfer yang dapat disebabkan oleh badai geomagnetik maupun peristiwa seismo-ionospheric coupling. Pantai barat Sumatera merupakan lokasi yang rawan akan bencana gempa bumi akibat batas dari zona subduksi. Penelitian beberapa gempa dalam kurun beberapa dekade terakhir di barat Sumatra menggunakan data SuGAr dan IGS telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya prekursor gempa bumi melalui analisis anomali TEC. Terdapat lima gempa yang dianalisis  dengan skala 5 hingga 9 SR dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan analisis spasial. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh empat gempa yang menunjukkan anomali TEC yaitu gempa dengan magnitudo 6 hingga 9 SR dimana terdapat satu hari atau dua hari anomali TEC yang dianggap sebagai prekursor gempa bumi.Total Electron Content anomalies from dual-frequency GPS radio signals can shown the change of ionic activity on ionosphere that caused by geomagnetic storm or seismo-ionospheric coupling. The East coast of Sumatera is a very vulnerable location of earthquakes because it adjust with subduction zone. Research on some earthquake in last decade on the east part of Sumatera has been identified use SuGAr and IGS data to determine the earthquake precursors from TEC anomaly analysis. Five earthquakes were analyzed on a scale of 5 to 9 SR using correlation techniques and spatial analysis. From the analysis results that have been carried out, it was found that four earthquakes showed TEC anomalies, namely earthquakes with a magnitude of 6 to 9 SR where there were one day or two days of TEC anomalies which were considered as earthquake precursors.

Abstract

Technology has greatly helped Indonesians in many ways, including the tourism sector. When 70% of searchers and sharers use digital devices, travelers' behavior has changed. It is proven that technology can change the way a person travels, from planning and traveling to returning. Technology allows developers and business managers to optimize information delivery processes and increase efficiency in tourism development. More web-based promotional media will make users more efficient and informative and easier to access and manage information. Through the development of information systems, it allows users to access and manage information online, including searching for data on various sources that circulate on the Internet. The first step in establishing the promotional media in this study was to determine the model of the system to be used. Researchers select or select an information system model using the waterfall model. 90% of our website creation results can be used well and can help visitors and tourists who want to visit tourist attractions, including angel island, rangko cave island and Komodo island. ABSTRAK Teknologi sangat membantu masyarakat Indonesia dalam banyak hal, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Ketika 70% pencari dan berbagi menggunakan perangkat digital, perilaku wisatawan telah berubah. Terbukti bahwa teknologi dapat mengubah cara seseorang melakukan perjalanan, mulai dari perencanaan dan perjalanan hingga kembali. Teknologi memungkinkan para pengembang dan pengelola bisnis untuk mengoptimalkan proses penyampaian informasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Media promosi berbasis website lebih akan membuat para pengguna lebih efisien dan informatif serta lebih mudah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi. Lewat perkembangan sistem informasi memungkinkan para pengguna mengakses dan mengelola informasi secara online, termasuk mencari data di berbagai sumber yang beredar di internet. Langkah pertama dalam membangun media promosi dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan model sistem yang akan digunakan. Peneliti memilih atau memilih model sistem informasi dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Hasil pembuatan website yang kami buat 90% bisa digunakan dengan baik dan bisa membantu para pengunjung maupun wisatawan yang ingin melakukan kunjungan ke tempat wisata, termasuk pulau bidadari, pulau goa rangko dan pulau Komodo.

Abstract

We are living in a digital age where all sales transactions may be completed online. Based on this, the bare minimum of business owners is those who utilize digital commerce and create digital banking records. Pempek Sohib is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in the capital of Jambi. The business owner still primarily uses non-digital methods to make transactions. Due to this, the purpose of this service is to provide guidance and instruction in creating digital currency and payment methods. The devotion will be carried out to provide training and support for business owners. The outcome of this PPM is that MSME business owners may embrace digital transformation by implementing digital payment methods and financial records and increasing the value and quality of their efforts

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed educational practices and increased the demand for teachers’ digital competence and self-efficacy in delivering effective instruction. This study aims to examine the relationships among digitalization, digital competence, self-efficacy, and teachers’ teaching performance. A quantitative survey design was employed, involving 200 elementary school teachers in Indonesia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analysed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS to test the proposed relationships. The findings reveal that digitalization has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ digital competence. Digital competence, in turn, significantly enhances teachers’ self-efficacy, which contributes positively to teaching performance in technology-supported learning contexts. These results indicate that self-efficacy plays a mediating role in linking digital competence to teaching performance. The study underscores the importance of strengthening teachers’ digital competence and confidence through targeted professional development, adequate technological infrastructure, and institutional support. Such efforts are essential to improve instructional quality and support teachers in responding effectively to the challenges of digital transformation in education.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine the legal protection for buyers of junk goods, which focuses on the validity of the sale and purchase agreement of junk goods, as well as forms of preventive legal protection that can be carried out by junk collectors who are accused of being collectors. or the general public can defend themselves when they accidentally receive the proceeds of crime. This study uses a normative juridical method, with a statutory approach. The data comes from two main sources, namely the legal code and the criminal law code as primary legal materials and journals, books, doctrines as secondary legal materials. Using deductive analysis method. The conclusion of this study is that the sale and purchase agreement for junk goods is valid, when there is no violation of Article 1320 and Article 1457 of the Civil Code. As well as preventive legal protection efforts when accused of being a collector, such as a statement that the goods are junk from legal matters, transactions are carried out during the day, prices are according to the market and so on.

Abstract

The community service program aims to provide education and guidance to the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and relevant community representatives, in order to support the implementation of BUMDes management tasks. This initiative involves a series of training sessions, such as in the fields of financial accounting, human resource empowerment, and management in the village of Sempan, located in the Pemali Subdistrict, Bangka Regency. The establishment of BUMDes is undertaken with a strong intention to realize economic empowerment in the village of Sempan, which holds significant economic potential. BUMDes also carries the responsibility to transparently and accountably compile financial reports for its business units on a monthly basis. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, including the lack of collaboration among various relevant parties in the village and a limited understanding of BUMDes management. Through the implementation of this community service program, the outcomes achieved include enhancing the understanding of village officials and BUMDes managers regarding BUMDes governance in Sempan Village, Pemali Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management and financial reporting are improved. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this community service program will result in an optimal BUMDes management approach, capable of empowering the community, increasing Village Original Income, reducing social disparities, and transforming the village into a more self-reliant entity.

Abstract

Bellshoes Laundry implements marketing communication activities in selling its services as an effort to deal with any problems that arise. In this way, they can ensure that information about their services is conveyed well to customers and potential customers, and ensure that good relationships are maintained. This helps Bellshoes Laundry to remain competitive in the market and maintain customer satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine marketing communication activities for Bellshoses Laundry services. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In accordance with the problems studied, data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation which were useful in providing facts and data regarding communication activities and their obstacles to being presented and analyzed. The research results show that the marketing communication activities carried out include advertising, packaging, merchandising and word of mouth activities.

Abstract

Nyeri Punggung Bawah (Low Back Pain) merupakan masalah muskuloskeletal, di Indonesia 11,9% penduduk didiagnosis sebagai penyakit muskuloskeletal. Nyeri Punggung Bawah di Indonesia merupakan masalah kesehatan nyata. Di Amerika serikat, Nyeri Punggung Bawah merupakan penyebab terbanyak karyawan tidak masuk kerja dan menduduki urutan kedua setelah infeksi pernapasan atas. Sebagai contoh pekerjaan yang menyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal adalah menjahit. Di Indonesia menjahit merupakan pekerjaan yang ditekuni baik individu maupun usaha konveksi. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan, pekerja beresiko mendapatkan kecelakaan ataupun penyakit akibat kerja. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena pekerja sering mengalami posisi duduk  lama yang tidak sesuai sehingga terjadi keadaaan postur yang kaku dan beban otot yang statis. Terapi komplementer Chiropractic adalah terapi yang efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri low back pain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya pengaruh  Chiropractic terhadap penurunan nyeri Low Back Pain pada kelompok penjahit konveksi di Lubuk Buaya Kota Padang. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan pre-eksperimental design dengan pendekatan one-Group Pre-Post test design dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2023 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Kota Padang dengan jumlah sampel 13 orang. Hasil  analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh chiropractic terhadap penurunan nyeri low back pain pada kelompok penjahit konveksi diwilayah kerja puskesmas lubuk buaya kota padang (p<0,05). Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai terapi komplementer bagi penderita low back pain yang dapat akan digunakan oleh masyaraka.Kata Kunci :Low Back Pain, Chiropractic

The purposes of this research are to: 1) examine the impact of District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund 1individually towards local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 12016-2020; 2) examine the significance of District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund impact simultaneously towards local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 12016-2020; dan 3) examine whether capital expenditures is capable to become the moderating variable 1between District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund with local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 2016-2020. This research uses the type of causal research. The population of this research is regency/city government in Jambi Province which consists of 9 regencies and 2 cities. Data analysis technique that is used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result indicates that: 1) individually District Own-Source Revenue gives positive and significant impact towards local government financial performance, meanwhile equalization fund gives negative and significant impact towards local government financial performance; 2) both District Own-Source Revenue and equalization Fund significantly impact local government financial performance; and 3) based on residual test results, it shows that capital expenditures is the only variable that is able to moderate the correlation between District Own-Source Revenue towards local government financial performance.

Abstract

The alarming violence against women (KBG) in Indonesia requires the role of civil society to prevent and overcome it. Women Crisis Center Nurani Perempuan is a civil society organization (NGO) that works specifically to protect women and children from various acts of gender-based violence in West Sumatra Province. However, NGOs as non-profit institutions have challenges in terms of limited resources. This requires NGOs to collaborate with multi-stakeholders so that the implementation of case handling can run effectively. Unfortunately, the efforts of NGOs in attracting the attention of stakeholders in order to collaborate are still poorly studied. Thus, the presence of this study aims to describe the social practices of Women's Conscience to build collaboration with stakeholders, through identifying the activities carried out and what habituses are owned by staff and volunteers of Women's Conscience which enables them to build collaboration with stakeholders in efforts to protect women victims of KBG in West Sumatra. This research uses Bourdieu's theory and qualitative research methods. The results of this research show that there are five areas that are the focus of Women's Conscience in seeking to build collaboration, namely the provincial government, city government, police, community domain and the realm of providing and servicing safe houses. Activities to build collaboration in this domain are generally carried out through advocacy activities by analyzing opportunities owned by stakeholders, conducting face-to-face meetings and participating in multistakeholder discussions, and fulfilling all series of administrative requirements in the realm of government. The habitus of staff and volunteers also affects stakeholder involvement, such as having a high volunteer spirit, upholding accountability and always being committed as friends of women who are victims of KBG in West Sumatra. Staff and volunteers utilize network capital, which enables Nurani Perempuan to collaborate with stakeholders in the protection of women victims of KBG in West Sumatra.
