Abstract

Corruption is the act of rotten, dirty, and cheating, and from the positive Law and legal perspective Islam. corruption is an extraordinary crime and can even be categorized as transnational organized crime. However, the social reality in Indonesia and the World is that there is still a lot of corruption in Muslim countries or countries with a majority Muslim population, including Indonesia. Thus, this paper examines how Corruption is studied as a crime (jarimah) from the perspective of Islam. The research was conducted by optimizing library data and analyzing secondary data. This study shows that this criminal act of corruption does not get a single discussion in Islamic Law but is likened to theft.

Abstract

Phytochemical Content and Antioxidant Activity of the Leaves of the Senduduk Plant (Melastoma malabathricum L.) using the GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) Method. Senduduk (Melastoma malabathricum L) is one of the plants that can be used as traditional medicine. This study aims to determine the types of active compounds, levels of active compounds, and levels of antioxidant compounds in the leaves of the senduduk plant. This research lasted for 3 months. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with laboratory analysis techniques. Active compound analysis testing with GCMS analysis, testing and phytochemical levels, as well as determining the activity and levels of antioxidants. The results showed that the active compounds in senduduk leaf extract were mostly dominated by phenolic compounds and saponin compounds. The phenolic compound group contains active compounds 1,2,3-Benzenetriol and Vitamin e dl-.alpha.-Tocopherol with a percentage of 26.252% and the saponin group contains active compounds by fatty acids, namely hexanacanoic acid and linoleic acid with an area proportion of 14.25. %. The levels of active compounds from the phytochemical screening of the active compound group with the strongest levels were Alkaloids, Phenolics, and Saponins. The active compound group with moderate levels was only terpenoid active compounds, while the active compounds with sufficient levels contained steroids, flavonoids, and tannins which were tested by the Liebermann, Buchard, and Meyer reagent examination methods. The antioxidant activity in the extract of the leaves of this senresiden is strong enough, namely 70,607 ppm.

Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Partisipasi Masyarakat terhadap Pengelolaan air dan limbah di Kota Prabumulih beserta kendala pelaksanaanya. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Informan penelitian berjumlah 17 orang, dipilih melalui purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria relevan seperti keterlibatan langsung, pengetahuan, dan variasi demografis. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan limbah domestik di Kota Prabumulih menghadapi tantangan besar, seperti kapasitas pengangkutan terbatas dan tidak adanya IPLT. Pembuangan limbah sembarangan merusak lingkungan dan kesehatan, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Regulasi ada, namun implementasinya kurang memadai dan partisipasi masyarakat belum efektif. Masyarakat menyadari dampak negatif limbah dan bersedia terlibat jika diajak dengan bijak, namun kinerja pemerintah masih rendah. Untuk perbaikan, dibutuhkan kolaborasi lebih baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat serta perhatian serius terhadap regulasi dan pengelolaan limbah.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to look at students' motivation for English studying at Cendana Senior High School in Pekanbaru. The researchers utilized a descriptive quantitative technique. There were 113 pupils in third grade, divided into four classrooms. The researchers employed a purposive selection strategy to choose 30 pupils from this group. The researchers employed questionnaires to collect data. According to the study's results, the degree of blended-learning students' English learning motivation was 73,2%, indicating that the students were well motivated. In this study, the instrumental factor was found to be the most crucial component in students' motivation for English blended learning. Blended learning is fascinating to the instructor and students because it allows them to exercise English in several ways. Students can learn not only by seeing and hearing the instructor in front of the class on a chalkboard but also by the teacher's excitement and personal characteristics. Students may get more engaged in studying English through various techniques, and they may also exercise their knowledge through blended learning. There might be other explanations from films or music.

Abstract

Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) are one of the resources that the community in Community Forest can manage. Optimal and efficient use of forest resources will significantly influence improving the standard of living of people who utilize forest resources. However, the community still needs to do it optimally. Forest resources contained in forests have important values that can meet social, environmental, ecological, and economic needs. This study aims to determine the types and utilization of NTFPs in Oi Rida Community Forest, analyze farmers' incomes, and analyze farmer categories based on the World Bank's poverty approach. The research method used to fulfill the research data was a structured interview with 38 HKm respondents. The results showed that there were 18 types of NTFPs with a total plant presence of 10,657 tons/ LLG, including candlenut, coffee, avocado, durian, cloves, bamboo, lamtoro, ginger, turmeric, chili, porang, ginger, vanilla, lemongrass, cassava, keladi, banana, and honey. Total income of Rp. 178,845,583 LLG per year with an average of Rp. 4,706,463 LLG per year. The amount of income from the use of HHBK converted into rupiah, spent to obtain goods or services of US $ 1.25 or equivalent to Rp 18,332.43 per day, and the average income of Rp 4,706,463 per year to Rp 4,222 per day. This income value is classified as non-prosperous farmers (poor) because the income per person daily does not meet US $ 1.25 or equivalent to Rp. 18,332.43.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the VO2 max level of students in the sports coaching education study program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh, Academic Year 2023/2024. This research is a descriptive research. Data collection uses a survey method with tests and measurements. The instrument used to measure the VO2 max test uses the Bleep Test. The subjects in this research were students from the sports coaching education study program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh, Academic Year 2023/2024. 117 students consisted of men and women. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis expressed in percentage form. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are the VO2 max of male and female students as follows: in the very good category there were 5 students (4.3%), good for 11 students (9.4%), fair for 45 students (38.4%). %), less than 24 students (20.5%) and very less than 32 students (27.4%). Abstract

In Indonesia, 50% of tuberculosis (TB) treatments are discontinued prematurely. The success of TB treatment depends on patient adherence to completing the treatment. Family support is crucial in enhancing TB patient adherence, particularly regarding emotional and appreciation support. This study aims to explore the complexity of family support to TB patient adherence in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This qualitative study employed participatory observation and in-depth interviews with TB patients and their family members. The research was conducted from February to April 2024 in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Informants included 10 TB patients and 16 family members, selected purposively based on data from the public health center and the TB Program Holder. The researcher was the primary instrument of the study, focusing on two dimensions of family support: emotional and appreciation. Data validity was checked through credibility testing, including triangulation. The study findings indicate that family emotional support is reflected in expressions of empathy and caring. Sadness is evident from family members’ tears upon learning that a relative tested positive for TB. Family support is shown by accompanying TB patients to the health center and reminding them to take treatment. Appreciation support is demonstrated by valuing the patient’s treatment process. Family members encourage and motivate the patient to adhere to the treatment. Emotional and appreciation support from family plays a significant role in TB patient adherence to treatment. Families can significantly contribute to the success of TB treatment by demonstrating empathy, caring, and appreciation for the patient.

This review means to give an exhaustive perspective on the past writing and some potential headings for scientists and instructors for additional mobile learning research. A sum of 45 papers was chosen from the ERIC database. Utilization of the term mobile learning in the title, research strategies, number of authors, major contributing nations, most useful diaries, and cell phones utilized in portable learning are investigated. The outcomes show that exploration of mobile learning has kept on getting consideration from specialists somewhat recently. Among the distributions explored, every one of the 40 articles contained the term mobile learning in the title and dynamic. As of recently, quantitative techniques are more regularly taken on in mobile learning research than quantitative strategies, blended techniques, and research and development (RnD) strategies. When arranged by country, Turkey has the most elevated commitment contrasted with different nations in this field, followed by Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia, Thailand, China, and Spain. Abstract

Islamic Financial Literacy is an insight that a person has about Islamic financial products and services and is a type of sharia-based finance in Islamic life and law. This knowledge will ultimately have implications for a person's attitude in making economic decisions in accordance with Islamic values. This study discusses the indicators used in measuring Islamic financial literacy in Islamic family financial management using  a structured systematic literature review methodology that uses 40 scientific articles indexed by Scopus and accredited by SINTA. The background of this study is because the statistics of divorces caused by economic problems show astonishing numbers. The measurement of Islamic financial literacy is also a combination of several qualitative and quantitative studies. The results of the study show that the indicators used in measuring Islamic financial literacy are zakat, deposits and loans in Islam, sharia insurance, sharia investment and household consumption. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of Islamic financial literacy related to the financial management of Islamic households, so that the goals of Sakinah Mawaddah Warrahmah Islamic households can be achieved.

Abstract

Kerang darah (Anadara granosa) merupakan jenis kerang laut yang digunakan untuk menggantikan sebagian fungsi resin akrilik bahan pembuat gigi tiruan untuk aplikasi gigi pengganti. Dalam penelitian ini partikel halus hidroksiapatit sintetis yang berasal dari cangkang kerang darah digunakan sebagai partikel substitusi bahan pembuat gigi pengganti. Kerang darah dipersiapkan dengan membakar, menggiling hingga halus (menggunakan pulvalizer dan ball mill machine) dan mengayak hinggadidapatkan partikel sintetis HA dengan tingkat kekasaran hingga 62 m (nomor ayakan #125). Dalampenelitian ini dilakukan pemeriksaan struktur mikro material substitusi HACK+TRA. Struktur mikro inikemudian dibandingkan dengan struktur mikro gigi. Hasil pemeriksaan struktur mikro menggunakanSEM-EDX, terlihat bahwa komposisi material substitusi terbaik terdapat pada spesimen 1A dan 2A,dimana partikel HACK mengganti volume TRA sebesar 1,375 dan 1,500 gr dalam material substitusiHACK+TRA Hal ini disebabkan kehadiran partikel-partikel HACK dengan kerapatan (density) yangtinggi dan halus. Kerapatan partikel-partikel atom HACK dalam campuran HACK+TRA menghalangilaju dislokasi atom-atom resin akrilik dalam material substitusi ini. Hal ini meningkatkan sifat-sifat mekanik material substitusi.
