Abstract

Sengketa merupakan bentuk aktualisasi atas perbedaan kepentingan diantara kedua belah pihak atau lebih. Munculnya sengketa apabila pihak yang merasa dirugikan menuntut haknya untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya dengan pihak yang menimbulkan kerugian. Penyelesaian sengketa para pihak mencari jalan penyelesaian yang mudah, cepat dan adil, dimana kedua belah pihak tidak merasa dirugikan (win-win solution) yaitu melalui alternatif penyelesaian di luar Pengadilan. Salah satu bentuk penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan adalah Mediasi. Mediasi merupakan penyelesaian sengketa melalui perundingan dengan bantuan pihak ketiga netral (mediator) guna mencari bentuk penyelesaian yang dapat disepakati para pihak. Mediasi pada dasarnya adalah musyawarah dan mufakat. Jika secara mediasi terdapat kata sepakat, maka akan dituangkan dalam suatu kesepakatan perdamaian. Namun ketika salah satu pihak tidak  melaksanakan kesepakatan perdamaian dengan itikad tidak baik maka akibatnya  membuat pihak yang dirugikan tidak mendapatkan kepastian hukum  karena tidak dapat mengajukan permohonan eksekusi ke Pengadilan atau tidak memiliki kekuatan eksekutorial. Timbul permasalahan 1) upaya yang dapat ditempuh bagi para pihak dalam menyelesaikan sengketa perdata melalui proses mediasi dan 2) proses mediasi yang memberikan jaminan kepastian hukum dalam mengeksekusi hasil kesepakatan para pihak. Penelitian ini adlah penelitian normatif bersifat kualitatif dan perspektif, pada penelitian hukum  normatif akan menginterpretasi secara preskriptif tentang hukum sebagai suatu system nilai ideal, hukum sebagai sistem konseptual, dan hukum sebagai sistem hukum positif. Hasil penelitian 1) Upaya penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi dilakukan melalui tahan-tahap yang dilaksanakan dengan bantuan mediator yang netral sampai menghasilkan kesepakatan perdamaian. 2) Untuk memperoleh kepastian hukum para pihak harus sepakat untuk mengukuhkannya menjadi akta perdamaian, sehingga kesepakatan perdamaian   tersebut   memiliki kekuatan hukum.

Abstract

The process of holding elections cannot be separated from various problems that arise from the community, voters and election organizers. This research aims to find out the Public Relations strategy of the Maja District Panwaslu in increasing public trust in Maja District and to find out how to carry out the public relations work of the Maja District Panwaslu. The type of research used is qualitative and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Maja District Panwaslu's public relations strategy in increasing public trust uses Rosady Ruslan's theory, namely Operational Strategy, Persuasive and Educative Strategy, and Collaboration Strategy. Maja District Panwaslu in its strategy to increase public trust is able to process social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Apart from that, Public Relations is also actively carrying out activities to collaborate and increase support with external parties. Public Relations is also active in educating through socialization both directly and via social media posted by Maja District Panwaslu public relations. The next step is to shape the public's perspective on the Maja Subdistrict Panwaslu by declaring the tag line "Let's supervise together". The results of this research show how the Maja Subdistrict Panwaslu's public relations strategy has increased public trust. in carrying out public relations activities, namely, public relations who can work together in realizing every collaborative public relations program with several aspects that make public relations activities run well. In carrying out the Public Relations work program to increase public trust, it has been carried out, but there are factors that support and hinder the implementation of the program.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of bottom ash activation with NaOH on the morphological structure and content of the elements contained in bottom ash and see the effect of activation on the absorption of phosphate compounds in water by bottom ash. Bottom ash from PT SOCIMAS coal combustion has been activated with NaOH and has been used to adsorb phosphate. Phosphate used in the form of KH3PO4. Bottom ash was first characterized by SEM-EDS to see the morphological structure and the element content contained in the bottom ash. Bottom ash mass variations used are (1, 2, and 3 grams), and particle size (50-70 mesh, 70-110 mesh, and 110-140 mesh). The activation process lasts for 5 hours using 3 M NaOH, then washed to pH 7. The bottom ash is activated then characterized again with SEM-EDS to ensure the impurities present in the bottom ash are reduced. Furthermore, bottom ash is used to adsorb phosphate with time variations of 20, 40, and 60 minutes. The most effective adsorption capacity (6.39 mg / g) is at the 20th minute with a particle size of 110-140 mesh and a bottom ash mass of 1 gram. The Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm model is used to describe the phosphate ion adsorption isotherm by the bottom ash. Based on the data obtained, the isotherm model suitable for this research is the Freudlich (R2 = 0.9721) and Langmuir (R2 = 0.9505) isotherm model.

Abstract

Performance of natural zeolites can be improved through the process of activation and impregnation. Activation process using HCl and impregnation with Mg2+ have carried out in this study. The activation process was performed out for 30 minutes with a 0.5M HCl solution and impregnation of MgCl2.6H2O 2.5M for 2 hours. Natural zeolites which have been activated and impregnated are then analyzed by the Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive Spectrophotometer (SEM-EDS). The results of zeolite surface profile characteristics activated and impregnated using SEM-EDS showed that there were changes in morphology and functional groups. Then, activated and impregnated zeolites were used to absorb ammonia at various contact times of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes and 45 minutes. The equilibrium point was obtained at 25 minutes contact time with adsorption capacity of 30.444 mg/g and absorption efficiency of 85.2352%. The dosage of adsorbent varied with 0.01% size; 0.03%; 0.05%; 0.07%; 0.09%; 0.11%, 0.13% m/v. The concentration of ammonia absorbed was performed out using an Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer. The best efficiency of ammonia absorption is 90.106% with particle size 110-120 mesh, adsorbent dose 0.09% and adsorbent impregnation treatment.

Abstract

Research on phosphate adsorption using natural zeolites which were activated and impregnated with HCl and Mg2 +had been carried out. This study examined the effect of natural zeolite particle size on phosphate ion adsorption. Stages of the study began from sifting zeolites in accordance with the specified size (50/70 mesh, 70/110 mesh and 110/120 mesh), washing, activation and impregnation. Natural zeolite with 110/120 mesh particle size is used to determine the contact time in absorbing phosphate ions. Natural zeolite can absorb phosphate as much as 8.53 mg / l or 85.3% with a contact time of 35 minutes. The variation of the adsorption on the natural zeolite particle size is carried out to get the effect of the natural zeolite particle size on the adsorption of phosphate ions. Phosphate ions which are absorbed by zeolites are analyzed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The highest absorption efficiency (99.26%) was obtained for natural zeolite particle size 110/120 mesh. The natural zeolite adsorption isotherm model of the phosphate ion is tested with the Freundlich and Langmuir equations. Based on the data obtained, the isotherm model suitable for this study is Freundlich with a value of R2 = 0.985.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response and performance of fly ash as an adsorbent activated by HCl and impregnated with FeCl3 to absorb phenol. In this study, the fly ash activation process was carried out using 8 M HCl for 2 hours and impregnated with 2% FeCl3 for 2 hours. Activated and impregnated fly ash was analyzed using a Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive Spectrophotometer (SEM-EDX). The results of the activated and impregnated fly ash surface using SEM-EDX showed that there were changes in morphology and functional groups. Then activated and impregnated fly ash was used to absorb phenol at a time variation of 60 minutes, 120 minutes, 180 minutes, 240 minutes and 300 minutes. At 180 minutes of contact time, the equilibrium point is obtained with an absorption efficiency of 90.5%. Second-order pseudo kinetics were used for phenol adsorption by Fe+ impregnated fly ash (R2 = 0.9916). The isotherm models used in the phenol adsorption process by fly ash impregnated with Fe+ are Langmuir Isotherm (R2 = 0.9927) and Freundlich Isotherm (R2 = 0.9984), which means that the adsorption process occurs in multi-layer and mono-layers.

Abstract

Fly ash has the potential to be used as a raw material in the production of silica gel. This study aims to characterize fly ash and silica gel, determine the effect of NaOH concentration and aging time on the manufacture of silica gel, and determine the trapping power of silica gel. In this research, the production of silica gel begins with the washing of fly ash using HCl. Next, NaOH is added with varying concentrations of 1.5 N, 2.5 N, 3.5 N, and 4.5 N. The formed Na2SiO3 is then mixed with H2SO4 of 3 N concentration, with aging times of 12 hours, 15 hours, and 18 hours. The highest yield of silica gel is 49.61% at a NaOH concentration of 4.5 N and an aging time of 15 hours. The highest water vapor adsorption capacity of the silica gel is 883.00 mg/g at a NaOH concentration of 3.5 N and an aging time of 15 hours. SEM-EDX characterization results indicate a diverse morphology and size for both fly ash and silica gel. The SiO2 content in fly ash is 41.64%, while in silica gel, it is 41.42%. FTIR characterization of fly ash and silica gel reveals the presence of functional groups such as silanol (Si-O), siloxane (Si-O-Si), and hydroxyl (Si-OH) which are active sites in silica gel.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan membaca Al-Qur’an bertujuan memudahkan kepada masyarakat muslim yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an, belum mengenal huruf hijaiah, dan masih terbata-bata dalam membacanya agar dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan lancar, baik, dan benar. Peserta pelatihan adalah masyarakat dewasa yang tinggal di sekitar lingkungan yayasan Nathiqul Qur’an Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan menggunakan buku Nathiq, yaitu salah satu buku panduan belajar membaca Al-Qur’an. Di antara metode pengajaran Nathiq adalah mengajarkan langsung baca kepada siswa dengan menggunakan lagu atau naghom agar materi yang disampaikan mudah diingat oleh siswa. Hasil dari pelatihan ini masyarakat sangat terbantu membaca Al-Qur’an seacara mudah, praktik dan menyenangkan. Tidak hanya lancar bacaannya, tetapi berkualitas bacaannya, karena di buku Nathiq tersebut diajarkan tentang makhroj, fasohah, dan tajdwid secara berjenjang.

Abstract

Smoking is a habit of smoking cigarettes that is carried out in everyday life, is a necessity that cannot be avoided for people who have a tendency towards smoking. Cigarettes are one of the addictive substances that can lead to dependence for the wearer. The addictive nature of cigarettes comes from the nicotine they contain. After someone inhales cigarette smoke, within 7 seconds nicotine will reach the brain. All health experts including the World Health Organization (WHO) have long concluded that smoking has many negative health impacts, especially for children and their future. Cigarettes contain 4000 chemicals with 200 types of which are carcinogenic (can cause cancer), where these toxic materials are found in the main smoke, namely cigarette smoke which is inhaled directly into the smoker's lungs and side smoke, namely cigarette smoke produced by the tip of the cigarette that is burning, for example carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, and ammonia. This PKM activity aims to increase the knowledge of teenagers at SMA N 8 Padangsidimpuan about the dangers of smoking by providing education related to efforts to increase knowledge about MKJP. The method used in carrying out this activity is through lectures and discussions. The results of this PKM activity aim to increase knowledge by providing Communication, Information and Education (IEC) with good KIE there will be a communication process with the dissemination of information that accelerates behavior change from the community.

Abstract

Medium Indonesian face disaster non-nature national Covid-19 so that service maternal and neonatal health to be wrong one affected services impact good in a manner access nor quality. order mother and baby permanent could always get care continuous During period pandemic, then as power health especially midwife could conducted care sustainable midwifery (Continuity of care) on Mother and family. On period pandemic this power health must more innovative in carry out care to family , however permanent must notice protocol health related Covid-19 in give care on mother especially newborns (BBL) and ba lita. The goal to be achieved in activity this is for ensure that Mother accept all his upbringing from one midwife or team in practice, also for know the definition, benefits, implementation and for increase tkan number level more health good on newborns (BBL) to toddlers, healthy physical and grow as well as develop normally in the era pandemic C ovid-19. The method used with do surveys and interview for data collection, data analysis, data presentation , formulating discussion and next given communication, information and education (KIE) conducted with 2 method , that is online with use including applications SMS, zoom, WA and application other . And the direct way is to hold counseling by complying with health protocols.
