Abstract

Abstract This research examines what things can strengthen memorization and what weakens it in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim by Sheikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The focus of discussion in this research is what things can strengthen memorization and what is easy to forget or weak memorization in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim. Memorizing is something that is very important for a person, especially for students of knowledge, starting from memorizing lessons, the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and so on. Therefore, a student of knowledge must know how to maintain or strengthen his memorization and what can weaken his memorization. This research uses a type of library research by looking at the text contained in the book by Syaikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The research object is explored in the book 'Ta'limul Muta'allim using a content analysis approach. The things that can strengthen memorization are being diligent or diligent in studying, actively eating less, praying at night and reading the Koran. The things that can weaken memorization are doing a lot of immorality, a lot of sins, thinking too much about wealth, working a lot, seeing people who have been beheaded and reading grave writings.     Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang hal-hal apa saja yang dapat memperkuat hafalan dan yang melemahkannya didalam kitab Tau2019limul Mutau2019allim karya Syeikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. Fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah hal-hal apa saja yang bisa memperkuat hafalan dan yang mudah lupa atau lemahnya hafalan tersebut dalam kitab Tau2019limul Mutau2019allim. Menghafal merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam diri seseorang khususnya bagi penuntut ilmu, mulai dari menghafal pelajaran, Al-Qur’an, Hadits dan lain-lainnya. Maka dari itu seorang penuntut ilmu harus tau cara untuk menjaga atau memperkuat hafalannya dan apa yang dapat melemahkan hafalannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan melihat teks yang terdapat pada kitab karya Syeikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan melihat teks yang terdapat pada kitab karya Syeikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. Objek penelitian didalami dalam kitab Ta’limul  Muta’allim dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi. Adapun hal-hal yang dapat memperkuat hafalan adalah tekun atau rajin belajar, aktif mengurangi makan, sholat malam dan membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun hal-hal yang dapat melemahkan hafalan adalah banyak berbuat maksiat, banyak dosa, terlalu memikirkan harta, banyak bekerja, melihat orang yang di pancung dan membaca tulisan dikuburan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to improve children’s learning participation and motivation in Boralan Hamlet by addressing low school engagement caused by parents’ limited understanding of education, not poverty. Through a participatory program, it involves families, schools, and the community to support dropouts and increase access to education. Method: This study used a mixed-method approach, combining surveys and interviews with observations, document reviews, and community focus group discussions. The program had four steps: identifying education barriers, training parents and local facilitators, running learning activities through the Community Learning Center (PKBM), and providing ongoing mentoring and evaluation. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were grouped into themes to understand community experiences and opinions. Practical Applications: The findings offer practical guidance for improving education in rural areas by involving families and communities to boost motivation and help dropouts return to learning. Strengthening PKBM centers and using community-driven approaches can support inclusive, non-formal education initiatives. Conclusion: The participatory education program in Boralan Hamlet successfully increased children’s motivation and learning participation. The structured, multi-stakeholder approach—focusing on empowering families and strengthening PKBM—proved to be a sustainable and replicable model for improving access to basic education in underserved communities.

Abstract

Hot springs in geological science are associated with geothermal manifestations. The appearance of these hot springs indicates certain geological conditions in the area. In the Dimanjar area, Sumberarum sub-district, Tempuran sub-district, Magelang regency, there are hot springs which residents use for tourism. This research is about the geochemistry of hot springs and looks at the depth of hot springs using the Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method. There are two Schlumberger measurement lines, namely west east and north south, this is because the measurement target or the presence of the spring is perpendicular to the Ngasinan River. The data shows that there are two salt water aquifers at depths of 20-30 meters and 130 meters with resistivity values below 0.5 ohm meter, which is theoretically the resistivity of salt water. Geochemical data also shows that the Cl content is high and this is a mature hot spring. This geochemical data was analyzed from the chloride values of 10 hot springs that emerged both naturally and through drilling. Plotting data in a trilinear triangle indicates the water source comes from a reservoir. The data shows that all water samples are of the chloride type in the range of 40% to 10% mature water. Subsurface and subsurface data show that there are two saltwater aquifers that are quite far apart in depth, this could be due to developing tectonics.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a palm oil processing enterprise.  The products produced are crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO).  The level of oil loss in PT. XYZ Empty Bunch Press should not exceed 0.90%, but there has been a significant increase in the last three months, exceeding the company's guidelines.  This disease may have an impact on CPO production output.  As a result, this study was done to investigate oil loss in empty bunch presses.  The method employed is Statistical Process Control (SPC), which employs three tools: a checksheet, histogram for data distribution, and fishbone diagram to aid in understanding and fixing the problems encountered.  The largest oil loss is 1.56%, which surpasses the Company's requirement of 0.9%. In order to achieve the required standards, suggestions for improvement must be made using a fishbone diagram that incorporates human, machine, method, and raw material aspects.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypercholesterolemia, hyperuricemia, and hyperglycemia are common health problems among adults and can develop into cardiovascular diseases and diabetes if not detected early. This community service activity was carried out to provide education on risk factors, prevention, and control of cholesterol, uric acid, and blood glucose levels among parents of students at RA Avicenna in Sorong City, as well as to conduct examinations of these three parameters as an early detection effort. The methods used included interactive counseling using presentation media, question-and-answer discussions, and health checks using point-of-care testing (POCT) devices. A total of 23 respondents participated, ranging in age from 22 to 55 years. The results showed that 22 individuals had normal blood glucose levels and 1 individual had high glucose levels. Nine people had normal cholesterol levels, eight were in the borderline category, and six had high cholesterol levels. Five participants had normal uric acid levels, while 18 had elevated uric acid levels, for which additional education and recommendations for further medical examination were provided. In conclusion, educational activities combined with health screening proved effective in increasing community awareness and motivation to prevent NCDs early.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the application of competition law principles in protecting traditional markets from the domination practices carried out by supermarkets, based on Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach by examining the protection of traditional markets from the dominance of supermarkets through the principles of competition law. The findings indicate that the presence of supermarkets located near traditional markets creates structural imbalances in terms of prices, product quality, services, and facilities. This condition drives changes in consumer behavior and weakens the competitiveness of traditional traders, thereby showing indications of unfair business practices, particularly in the form of predatory pricing and abuse of dominant position. Therefore, the Langsa City Government needs to strengthen the implementation of zoning policies, revitalize traditional markets, and provide empowerment support to small traders. Through these measures, a balance between modern retail investment and the protection of the people’s economy is expected to be achieved, thus realizing the principles of fair, equitable, and healthy business competition.

Abstract

Era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan Islam. Transformasi ini menuntut adanya pembaruan paradigma yang mampu mengintegrasikan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan modern dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi filsafat Islam sebagai landasan epistemologis dan etis dalam mengarahkan perubahan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif berbasis kajian literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa filsafat Islam melalui konsep tawhidic worldview, hikmah, maslahah, dan ijtihad mampu memberikan kerangka pemikiran yang holistik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara bermoral dan berorientasi kemaslahatan. Pemikiran tokoh klasik seperti Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, dan Ibn Arabi tetap menunjukkan relevansi dalam pembentukan model pendidikan yang menyeimbangkan penguasaan teknologi dengan pengembangan spiritual dan akhlak. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa filsafat Islam berperan strategis dalam memastikan bahwa transformasi Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya adaptif terhadap perubahan global, tetapi juga tetap menjaga identitas dan tujuan utama pendidikan, yaitu pembentukan insan kamil yang beradab, beretika, dan berkontribusi positif bagi peradaban modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Caliphs (Rashidun Ulama) in managing the real sector and public financial system, and their relevance to the modern economy. Using qualitative-descriptive methods with a historical and analytical approach through literature review and content analysis techniques, this study examines classical and contemporary sources related to Islamic economics. The results indicate that the principles of justice, transparency, and social responsibility were the foundation of economic policy during that period, manifested through the ethical management of trade, agriculture, and industry, as well as the strengthening of fiscal institutions such as the Baitul Mal (the Islamic Public Treasury) and the Diwan (the Islamic Treasury). This system successfully rejected exploitative practices such as usury, gharar, and maysir (trading), while creating a stable economic structure oriented towards the welfare of the people. These findings demonstrate that classical Islamic economic values are relevant to addressing issues of social inequality, fiscal crises, and weak governance, and can serve as a foundation for developing ethical, inclusive, and sustainable modern economic policies.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of capital structure, investment decisions, and firm size on firm value, with profitability as a moderating variable. The novelty of this research lies in demonstrating that profitability weakens the relationship between capital structure and firm value, a finding that contrasts with most prior studies, and in employing a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with Driscoll–Kraay standard errors to address heteroskedasticity. The sample consists of 38 firms selected from 163 consumer cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024, resulting in 152 firm year observations. The FEM Driscoll–Kraay results show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that higher leverage can increase market confidence and enhance firm valuation. However, the moderation test reveals that profitability significantly weakens the effect of capital structure on firm value, meaning that when profitability increases, the contribution of leverage to firm value becomes less influential. Meanwhile, investment decisions and firm size do not significantly affect firm value, nor are their relationships moderated by profitability. These findings imply that managers must adjust leverage policies carefully during periods of high profitability, as its value-enhancing impact diminishes, while investors should prioritize analyzing capital structure and profitability as key indicators of firm strength.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan faktor penting dalam mencegah penyakit yang sering dialami anak-anak, seperti diare dan penyakit kulit. Di SDN 132/Desa Hajran, Jambi, pemahaman siswa tentang kebersihan diri dan lingkungan masih terbatas sehingga diperlukan pendekatan edukatif yang menarik dan sesuai usia. Kegiatan turun lapangan ini dilaksanakan melalui program “AKSI BERSIH CERIA”, yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan sekitar. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan Play-Based Learning berupa game interaktif, demonstrasi, serta praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan anak-anak terkait PHBS dan kebersihan lingkungan, serta meningkatnya antusiasme dan keterlibatan aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Metode Play-Based Learning terbukti efektif dalam membuat anak lebih mudah memahami materi dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program “AKSI BERSIH CERIA” direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan oleh pihak sekolah sebagai upaya pembiasaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat secara berkelanjutan.
