Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the blood contains low hemoglobin levels. Hemoglobin is an iron-rich protein that carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.Anemia in the postpartum period is a condition of postpartum mothers with hemoglobin (Hb) levels < 11 g/dl. As a result, it can interfere with the blood's capacity to transport oxygen throughout the body. This study aims to analyze determinants related to the incidence of anemia in postpartum mothers in the working area of ​​the Darussalam Health Center, Aceh Besar Regency in 2024.This research was conducted in July 2024.This research is analytical using the cross sectional method. The sampling technique was carried out using a total sampling of 35 people. Data were collected through Hb level checks using GCHb easy touch and interviews with questionnaires. Univariate data were analyzed descriptively and bivariate data were analyzed using the chi square test. There was a significant relationship between age and the incidence of anemia in postpartum mothers using the Pearson chi-square test with a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). There was a significant relationship between the type of delivery and the incidence of anemia in postpartum mothers using the Pearson chi-square test with a value of p = 0.001 (p<0.05). There was a significant relationship between the consumption of Fe tablets and the incidence of anemia in postpartum mothers using the pearson chi-square test with a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05).

Abstract

The Arabic language learning mentoring program at TPA Nurussajadah aimed to enhance students' Arabic language skills and strengthen the foundations of Islamic education. This initiative employed various interactive approaches, including language games, simulations, and interactive dialogues, which actively engaged students in the learning process. Additionally, the program provided intensive training for teachers, equipping them with modern and effective teaching methods tailored to young learners. The results were promising, showing a significant improvement in students' understanding of Arabic, with an average score increase of 30% compared to their initial assessments. Teacher competence also saw notable enhancements, allowing for more confident and effective instruction. Parental involvement was another key achievement, as parents became more engaged in their children's educational journey, reinforcing the importance of learning Arabic at home. The program's success highlights the effectiveness of interactive and immersive teaching strategies combined with comprehensive teacher training in improving students' language skills and supporting Islamic education. However, to ensure the program's sustainability, ongoing efforts are needed to address challenges such as limited facilities, inadequate teaching resources, and the varying levels of student proficiency. These issues require strategic planning and community support to maintain and build upon the program's successes.

Where the moment is all companies competing around the world, therefore the company must make improvements continuously. By using TQM we can improve the quality of the company. Here we will look at the influence of managerial performance against TQM. TQM Does by manufactory companies while banking is still less that apply. In this research show that TQM and the performance at the production Management has significant influence. The research we conducted at BRI where located in Payakumbuh, Padang and Bukittinggi. 0.0 where smaller than 0.05 means there are influences between variabel.

Abstract

The Umayyad dynasty or better known as the Umayyad dynasty was the first Islamic caliphate after the end of the Khulafaur Rashidin caliphate. The duration of the reign of the Umayyad dynasty lasted from 661 to 750 ruled in the Arabian Peninsula and around the city of Damascus, then its reign in Spain from 756 to 1031 stood as the Caliphate of Cordoba. The term Umayyad dynasty refers to Umayyah bin Abdu Shams great grandfather of Muawiyah bin Abu Sufyan. In the political realm, the term "opposition" is defined as a party that opposes the representative council and opposes and criticizes a political policy of the ruling group. The name opposition is absorbed from the translation of Opposition. So in this article, we will discuss about the groups that intensified the opposition movement against the Umayyad Daulah, these groups include; The Si'ah, Mawali, Sunni, Abbasid groups.

Abstract

This article examines applying the general principles of good governance within the framework of administrative law as a strategy to promote more efficient and accountable regional budget management in the era of fiscal decentralization. This research aims to analyze how the General principles of good governance, as codified in Indonesian administrative legislation, can serve as a legal foundation to overcome normative and administrative barriers in realizing budget efficiency at the regional level. Using a normative legal research method through statutory and conceptual approaches, this article identifies key legal and institutional challenges, including overlapping regulations, weak bureaucratic capacity, and limited digital infrastructure. The study emphasises the implications of Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 2025 on the Efficiency of State and Regional Budget Expenditure, which mandates stricter fiscal discipline and performance-oriented budget allocation. The analysis focuses on several key regulations, including Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration, Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, Law No. 1 of 2022 on Central Regional Fiscal Relations, and Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019 on Regional Financial Management. It also includes an examination of the role of digital systems, such as the regional government information system and the regional financial accounting information system. The findings affirm that the consistent implementation of the general principles of good governance, particularly transparency, accountability, legal certainty, and proportionality, when supported by regulatory harmonization, technological innovation, and inclusive public oversight, can significantly improve the effectiveness of regional financial governance and foster a democratic, accountable, and sustainable government administration

Abstract

PT Avia Jaya Indah has work targets that must be achieved in order to support the quality of the company. To achieve this work target, every employee must maximize his potential, so it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate employee performance. Facts in the field, to carry out employee performance appraisals are still carried out by task executors manually using an assessment form paper approved by the leadership. Performance appraisal is assessed based on subjectivity without clear and measurable standard criteria, resulting in gaps between employees. then there is a human error that is marked in making the calculation of the value so that it is less accurate, allowing errors to occur when calculating and formulating Excel formulas. The performance appraisal method in this study uses TOPSIS. The results of this study are to design and build an employee performance appraisal application system using the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu penyebab mortalitas dan morbiditas ibu dan janin. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya preeklampsia adalah usia, paritas, riwayat hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, obesitas, molahidatidosa dan kehamilan ganda. Hasil presurvey didapat data pada tahun 2018 angka kejadian preeklampsia ibu bersalin di RSUD HM Ryacudu Kotabumi sebanyak 68 orang.Tujuan penelitian diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian preeklampsia ibu bersalin di RSUD HM Ryacudu Kotabumi.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Menggunakan data sekunder.Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu bersalin dengan diagnosa preeklampsia yang di rawat di ruang kebidanan dalam masa rentang waktu Januari 2020 – Desember 2022 sebanyak 86 orang ibu bersalin. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total population sebanyak 86 orang ibu bersalin.Analisis data univariat dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat dengan menggunakan (chi-square).Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil Usia ibu bersalin yang beresiko usia <20 atau >35 tahun sebesar 45 responden (52,3%), riwayat hipertensi ibu yang beresiko sebesar 46 responden (53,5%), paritas ibu yang mengalami resiko 44 responden (51,2%).Kesimpulan Ada hubungan usia dengan kejadian preeklampsia dengan ρ-value sebesar 0,010 dan OR 3.717, ada hubungan riwayat hipertensi dengan kejadian preeklampsia dengan ρ-value sebesar 0,001 dan OR 5.612, dan ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian preeklampsia dengan ρ-value sebesar 0,006 dan OR 4.016.Peneliti menyarankan ibu untuk menigkatkan kunjungan ANC lebih awal, dan mengajakibu untuk sering mengontrol kehamilan nya agar tidak mengalami resiko pada kehamilan yaitu salah satunya adalah preeklampsia. Kata kunci : Usia, Riwayat hipertensi, Paritas, Preeklampsia ABSTRACT Preeclampsia is one of the causes of maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity. Factors that influence the occurrence of preeclampsia include age, parity, history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, hydatidiform mole, and multiple pregnancies. Pre-survey data from 2018 revealed that there were 68 cases of preeclampsia among delivering mothers at HM Ryacudu General Hospital, Kotabumi, North Lampung. The research objective was to identify the factors affecting the occurrence of preeclampsia among delivering mothers at HM Ryacudu General Hospital of Kotabumi.This study was a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, using secondary data. The population of this study consists of all delivering mothers diagnosed with preeclampsia who were treated in the obstetrics ward from January 2020 to December 2022, totaling 86 delivering mothers. The sample used is the entire population of 86 delivering mothers. Data analysis included univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test.The results showed that among the delivering mothers, 45 respondents (52.3%) were at risk due to their age being <20 or >35 years, 46 respondents (53.5%) had a history of hypertension which put them at risk, and 44 respondents (51.2%) who experienced risk had parity.In conclusion, there is a relationship between age and the occurrence of preeclampsia with a ρ-value of 0.010 and an odds ratio (OR) of 3.717. There is a relationship between a history of hypertension and the occurrence of preeclampsia with a ρ-value of 0.001 and an OR of 5.612. There is also a relationship between parity and the occurrence of preeclampsia with a ρ-value of 0.006 and an OR of 4.016.Researchers recommend that mothers increase their early Antenatal Care (ANC) visits and encourage them to frequently monitor their pregnancies to avoid risks, one of which is preeclampsia. Keyword : age, hypertensive history, parity, preeclampsia

Abstract

Reading aloud is a very important skill for elementary school students. This study aims to (1) analyze the reading-aloud strategy implemented by teachers in the school and (2) determine the impact of implementing the reading-aloud strategy on students’ reading interest. The research was conducted at SDN 4 Kore in Grade 5, with a total of 14 students. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, and questionnaires distributed to all 14 students as respondents. The observation results showed that the teacher consistently applied the read-aloud strategy in Indonesian language instruction in an engaging way—using varied intonation, facial expressions, and involving students in discussions after reading. The interviews confirmed that students felt happier learning when the teacher read aloud, as it helped them understand the story content more easily. Additionally, the questionnaire data revealed that most students experienced an increase in reading interest, ranging from a desire to read books independently to increased visits to the library. In conclusion, the read-aloud strategy was proven to foster students’ reading interest by creating an enjoyable and meaningful reading experience.

Abstract

Abstract:  The rapid development of digital technology is accompanied by cybersecurity risks, particularly for teenagers who lack digital literacy. This community service activity aims to increase the digital security awareness and skills of the foster children at the Al Hasanat Yatim Piatu Orphanage. The method used was a participatory approach consisting of three stages: presentation, live demonstration, and practice. The training covered material on digital threats such as phishing and malware, the importance of strong passwords, and social media ethics. The results of the activity showed positive response from the participants. They became more aware of the importance of maintaining privacy and personal data security, and expressed a desire to apply the knowledge gained in their daily digital activities.Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat diiringi dengan risiko keamanan siber, terutama bagi remaja yang kurang memiliki literasi digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan keamanan digital anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu Al Hasanat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: presentasi, demonstrasi langsung, dan latihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup materi mengenai ancaman digital seperti phishing dan malware, pentingnya kata sandi yang kuat, serta etika bermedia sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons yang positif dari para peserta. Mereka menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya menjaga privasi dan keamanan data pribadi, serta berkeinginan untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang didapat dalam aktivitas digital sehari-hari

Abstract

Sanitasi yang buruk masih menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya berbagai penyakit menular di wilayah pedesaan. Banyak masyarakat belum memahami hubungan antara perilaku buang air besar sembarangan dengan penyebaran penyakit, terutama akibat rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya penggunaan jamban yang layak dan sehat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang sanitasi dan pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari kepala keluarga, ibu rumah tangga, remaja, dan tokoh masyarakat. Materi disampaikan melalui ceramah interaktif dan diskusi kelompok. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test guna mengukur perubahan pengetahuan. Sebelum sosialisasi, hanya 33% peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup baik terkait sanitasi dan penularan penyakit. Setelah kegiatan, 87% peserta mampu menjawab dengan benar pertanyaan mengenai fungsi jamban dan bahaya buang air besar sembarangan. Selain itu, sebanyak 70% peserta menyatakan kesediaan untuk menggunakan atau membangun jamban sehat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi komunitas efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan komitmen masyarakat terhadap perilaku hidup bersih. Pelatihan lanjutan tentang pembuatan jamban sederhana dari bahan lokal sangat dianjurkan untuk keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku.
