Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekstraksi fitur tekstur menggunakan metode grey level co-occurence matrix (GLCM) dan local binary pattern (LBP) pada hasil klastering data citra. Ekstraksi fitur tekstur dilakukan pada data uji 30 citra buah matang dan citra buah busuk. Melalui percobaan diperoleh hasil metode ekstraksi fitur LBP dapat menaikan nilai fitur kontras dan menurunkan nilai fitur korelasi. Pada fitur energi, dengan atau tanpa LBP maka perbedaan nilai fitur ini tidak terlalu jauh. Metode GLCM dan LBP berpengaruh pada hasil klastering data citra menggunakan k-means clustering. Data uji tanpa ekstraksi tekstur LBP, diperoleh dua alternatif hasil. Alternatif pertama, anggota klaster 1 yaitu 24 data dan klaster 2 yaitu 6 data. Alternatif kedua, anggota klaster 1 yaitu 22 data dan klaster 2 yaitu 8 data. Pada data uji dengan ekstraksi tekstur LBP, diperoleh tiga alternatif hasil. Alternatif pertama, anggota klaster 1 yaitu 23 data dan klaster 2 yaitu 7 data. Alternatif kedua, anggota klaster 1 yaitu 17 data dan klaster 2 yaitu 13 data. Alternatif ketiga, anggota klaster 1 dan klaster 2 masing-masing 15 data.

Abstract

This study is a literature review study that aims to examine the strategic role of Human Resource Management (HR) and Health Communication Management in improving the effectiveness of organizational performance, especially in the health sector. Based on a review of various sources, it was found that the success of an organization is highly dependent on the suitability of workforce placement with their field of expertise, as well as the effectiveness of internal communication in supporting program coordination and implementation. This study highlights a number of field findings that indicate a mismatch between the educational background of health workers and the job positions they occupy, which has the potential to reduce organizational performance and efficiency. In addition, weak communication management contributes to a lack of understanding of tasks and duplication of work. Therefore, the integration of proper HR management and effective communication management is key to creating an organization's competitive advantage. This study recommends the need for competency-based HR planning, supported by a structured and participatory communication system, to encourage employee performance and the quality of health services.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a technical implementation unit of the District or City Health Service which is responsible for implementing health development in a health area. HR management is important in carrying out activities at the Puskesmas. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management, especially at the Puskesmas. The method used is the identification of previous articles with a total of 10 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the achievement of organizational goals by increasing performance.

Abstract

The implementation of Organizational Communication is a critical component in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of health services to military personnel and the community. However, this process is often faced with various complex challenges, which can affect the effectiveness and success of implementation. This paper analyzes the various problems that are often faced in the implementation of Organizational Communication in the workplace environment. Factors such as changes in the business environment, lack of resources, internal organizational dynamics, and lack of stakeholder involvement can hinder the successful implementation of Organizational Communication. In facing these challenges, several strategic solutions are proposed to facilitate a more effective and sustainable implementation of the Organizational Communication concept. By focusing on cross-departmental collaboration, in-depth analysis of market trends, intelligent resource management, and an inclusive approach to stakeholder involvement, RSAU dr. Sukirman Lanud Roesmin Nurjadin can overcome existing obstacles and increase the chances of achieving the implementation of the Organizational Communication concept. By combining the right approach and creativity in dealing with the complexity of the health environment, especially in today's military health organizations, RSAU dr. Abstract

Indrasari Rengat Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is a referral health service facility belonging to the Indragiri Hulu Regency Government. Initially, Indrasari Rengat Hospital was called RSUD Rengat and was located in Rengat District, which was founded in 1965. From the results of observations, it was found that there were still several obstacles in the operation of this hospital management information system, such as slow operation of the system and poor internet connection. Information system evaluation is also a real effort to find out the actual state of information system implementation. The HOT fit analysis model positions the key components of an information system: people, organization, technology, and benefits. The aim of this research is to find out how to evaluate the hospital management information system (SIMRS) using the HOT Fit methodology. The research method uses a literature review. The research results explain that there are three factors that influence the net benefit of SIMRS at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital, namely user satisfaction, organizational structure, and regulations. Meanwhile, factors that do not influence the net benefit of SIMRS RSUD Indrasari Rengat are the level of system utilization, environmental organization, system quality, information quality, service quality, and leadership. The conclusion is to carry out SIMRS assessments regularly, not only during certification or when problems occur, because assessing the system and users will reduce the severity of problems/limitations.

Abstract

Good leadership and communication are very necessary to achieve organizational goals (puskesmas).Suboptimal implementation of community health center policies can be characterized by a lack ofcommunication, lack of socialization of the community health center program and weak humanresources (HR) in providing services. This can happen because health workers do not fulfill theirduties and responsibilities, so evaluation is needed to produce good performance. The aim of thisresearch is to determine the relationship between leadership and communication and the performanceof health workers at the Uptd Public Health Center in Sipayung. The research method used is aliterature review through analysis of relevant literature. This research aims to obtain leadership andcommunication between health workers who have an impact on patient conditions and provideexplanations related to a deeper understanding of the challenges and solutions in the implementationprocess. The results of the research show that there needs to be improvements in terms of leadershipand communication aspects for health workers so that they influence patients in providing excellentservice so that there is a significant relationship between leadership and communication andperformance. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of effective leadership styles toimprove the quality and quality of health workers. The design of this research is a literature study oneffective leadership and communication styles to improve patient safety. The research results show that an effective leadership style and good communication to improve patient safety is atransformational leadership style. Conclusions in the influence of transformational leadership andcommunication contribute positively to safety climate.

Abstract

Penanganan COVID-19 dipuskesmas termasuk pelayanan Kesehatan yang kepada public sehingga diperlukan pelayanan yang bermutu dari segala aspek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penanganan COVID-19 dan menentukan level  puskesmas dengan motode Malcolm Baldrige di Puskemas Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan Agustus – Oktober 2021dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah Tim COVID-19 di puskesmas. Jumlah sampel 129 dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Kuantitatif analitik dimana di lakukan uji analisi univariat dan bivariat dengan nilai P = < 0,05. Variable independen adalah Kepemimpinan, Perencanaan Strategis, Fokus Pasien, Pengukuran, Analisis dan manajemen, Fokus pada tim, Fokus pada proses, dan Hasil Kinerja. Sedangkan Variabel  dependent adalah  pelaksanaan penanganan  COVID-19 di Puskesmas. Pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Mayoritas kategori kurang baik yaitu kepemimpinan 51,9%, perencanaan strategis 59,7%, fokus pada pasien 58,9%, pengukuran, analisis dan manajemen 70,9%, fokus pada tim 74,4%, fokus pada proses 75,2% dan hasil kinerja 51,9%. Observasi mayoritas penanganan  Covid-19 kategori kurang baik  66,7%.  Mayoritas terdapat hubungan antara Malcolm Baldrige dengan Penanganan COVID-19 (P = < 0,050). Hanya Fokus pada Proses yang tidak berhubungan (P = > 0,943) dengan penanganan COVID-19. Puskesmas kota Dumai perlu menganalisis Penanganan COVID-19 dengan motode Malcolm baldrige, sehingga puskesmas dapat memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu bagi publik.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is crucial in fostering economic growth. The development undertaken by the village government significantly influences the road infrastructure in Pulau Sejuk Village. With several damaged roads, the researcher was intrigued to explore the Role of the Village Head in Road Infrastructure Development in Pulau Sejuk Village and delineate the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Village Head's Role in Road Infrastructure Development. To address the research questions, the researcher employed Soekanto and Sulistyowati's (2017) theory, emphasizing planning, implementation, and monitoring. Data collection involved interviews, observations, documentation, and qualitative analysis following Sugiyono's (2010) methodology. The findings reveal that the village head's role in planning road infrastructure development has been well laid out, but its execution is pending. Direct or indirect supervision by the village head and village apparatus in road development has yet to materialize due to the absence of road repairs. The Village Head of Pulau Sejuk needs to pay closer attention to road development to ensure smooth infrastructure implementation

Abstract

Berdasarkan Laporan Kinerja Balai Besar Kekarantinaan Kesehatan Tanjung Priok Tahun 2020, 2021 dan 2022 diperoleh hasil telah memenuhi target akantetapi terdapat penurunan rata – rata capaian kinerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan jam kerja fleksibel, tunjangan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin di Balai Besar Kekarantinaan Kesehatan Tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan total populasi berjumlah 116 pegawai. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM PLS menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara tunjangan kinerja (t hitung 2,504) dan beban kerja (t hitung 3,010) terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja, serta antara jam kerja fleksibel (t hitung 2,112) dan disiplin kerja (t hitung 3,413) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adanya hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara jam kerja fleksibel (t hitung 0,425) terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja, serta antara tunjangan kinerja (t hitung 0,123) dan beban kerja (t hitung 1,028) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai juga meningkat dengan tunjangan kinerja dan beban kerja yang sesuai melalui bertambahnya disiplin kerja. Kinerja pegawai meningkat dengan adanya jam kerja fleksibel dan bertambahnya disiplin kerja. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja dilakukan dengan cara membuat aplikasi pengajuan cuti, memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai yang berhasil memenuhi target pengembangan kompetensi sebanyak 20 jam pelajaran serta sanksi bagi pegawai yang tidak memenuhi target tersebut, memberikan tunjangan penambah daya tahan tubuh, serta menambah jumlah petugas piket malam dan mengikutsertakan pegawai dalam program asuransi jiwa tambahan. Abstract

Angka cakupan Kunjungan Ke-6 (K6) pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Walantaka Kota Serang masih rendah, dengan berbagai faktor memengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengikuti pemeriksaan antenatal secara lengkap. Masalah ini berpotensi meningkatkan risiko komplikasi selama kehamilan dan menghambat upaya deteksi dini gangguan kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ibu hamil trimester III terhadap cakupan K6 di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Walantaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 101 ibu hamil dengan kriteria ibu hamil trimester III dan bersedia menjadi responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil : Analisis bivariat menunjukan hubungan bermakna antara Peran petugas kesehatan (p= 0.000 ), Pengetahuan (p= 0,000), Dukungan keluarga (p= 0,000), Sikap (p= 0,000), Status Ekonomi (p= 0,000) Sarana Prasarana (p= 0,000), dengan Cakupan K6. Sedangkan Aksesbilitas (p= 0,331) dan tidak berhubungan. Analisis multivariat menunjukan status ekonomi merupakan variable yang dominan dengan p= 0.000, OR= 15,092, CI (5.467-41,659). Kesimpulan: Status ekonomi merupakan faktor penting terhadap kunjungan K6 pada ibu hamil. Saran: Puskesmas dapat memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan cakupan K6 melalui program-program yang fokus pada edukasi dan dukungan keluarga, peningkatan status ekonomi dan penguatan peran petugas kesehatan.
