Abstract

PILKADA (Regional Head Election) and its deputy are routine activities carried out by each region to carry out democratic government activities. The Provincial KPU carries out Pilkada, and Regency / City KPU is collectively responsible for implementing general elections, supervised by the Provincial Bawaslu and Regency / City Bawaslu. The Palembang City Bawaslu's task in the vote counting process is to oversee the movement of recapitulation data from the TPS Supervisor level, Village / Sub-district Supervisors (PKD), and District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) to the City Bawaslu so that there is no vote inflation which is considered dishonest and unfair. The process of collecting C1 and C-Plano form data to be recapitulated from the lower level to the upper level at the Palembang City Bawaslu collected, the process will take a relatively long time if done manually, especially limited by the long distance and poor natural conditions. In line with the development of increasingly modern technology, considering the need for data and the need for rapid dissemination of information on Pilkada results, in this study, the author will design Real Counting (also known as parallel vote aggregation) as a helpful way to monitor and accelerate the vote aggregation process in the form of an application prototype. This study aims to provide a prototype design for the Pilkada real count application at Bawaslu Palembang City. The software development method used in this study is the waterfall model method, which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study is to investigate the effect of both partial and simultaneous differences in education level and tenure of service on teachers' pedagogical competence. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this study, and SPSS was used to analyze the data statistically. The study's findings suggest that the level of education and years of service have a partial or simultaneous influence on a teacher's pedagogical competence. This study makes recommendations for increasing teachers' educational levels in order to improve their pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the execution of Religious Court decisions regarding child custody (hadhanah) after divorce. The main focus is on the procedures, challenges, and efforts of the court in ensuring the best interests of the child during the execution process. The methods used are literature review and normative legal analysis of related court regulations and decisions. The results of the study indicate that the execution of hadhanah decisions has a special complexity because it involves the psychological aspects of the child. The main challenges include the child's refusal, the uncooperativeness of the losing party, and the risk of hiding the child. Religious Courts must apply a wise approach, including persuasive efforts, before coercive action. Coordination between the court, law enforcement officers, and related parties is essential for effective execution. In conclusion, the execution of hadhanah decisions must always prioritize the best interests of the child, considering the involvement of child psychologists if necessary. This study recommends the development of specific guidelines for the execution of hadhanah decisions that focus on the protection and welfare of children.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Arduino-based parallel series circuit teaching aids to facilitate students in understanding the concepts of Ohm's Law. The method used in this research is to use research and development procedures (Research and Development) with Nieveen's description. The design of teaching aids in this study uses the help of Arduino Uno R3 so that measurements can be made automatically. The props designed by researchers use a 30 ampere acs712 current sensor. Based on the results of the data obtained, the relationship between the voltage and the current produced is directly proportional. This is evidenced when the series circuit given a voltage of 6 volts produces a current of 1.82 A when given a voltage of 7.6 volts produces a current of 2.08 A, and when given a voltage of 9.25 volts produces a current of 2.34 A. Likewise, in parallel circuits, the relationship between voltage and current is also directly proportional. When the voltage given is 6 volts, it produces a current of 1.04 A, when the voltage is 7.6 volts, it produces a current of 1.30 A, when the voltage is 9.25 volts, it produces a current of 1.56 A. Based on these data, it can be interpreted that the greater the voltage given, the greater the current that will be generated. Thus, the research and development of Arduino-based parallel series circuit teaching aids is by the existing literature. This Arduino-based parallel series circuit trainer can be said to have a relatively good level of measurement accuracy. that the props that have been made can work well in series circuits and parallel circuits. The parallel series circuit is arranged using an Arduino uno R3 microcontroller and uses a 30-ampere acs 712 current sensor. The level of measurement accuracy produced is relatively good at around 88%. according to experts, the percentage of similarity of 80%-90% can be said to be good. Thus, this Arduino-based series parallel circuit trainer can be said to have a relatively good level of measurement accuracy.

Abstract

Fisika merupakan suatu ilmu pengetahuan yang dimulai dari sebuah penelitian, melakukan hipotesis, melakukan percobaan dan menentukan kesimpulan. Kegiatan praktikum dapat menjadi salah satu sistem pendukung dalam pembelajaran fisika untuk memperjelas materi pembelajaran dan informasi terkait konsep fisika. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan sensor HC - SR04 menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dengan salah satu sebagai pemancar gelombang suara ultrasonik dan satunya sebagai penerima gelombang suara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Metode ini terdiri dari tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi hasil data. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa hasil perhitungan dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan pada saat di medium air didapatkan kecepatan suara 4,5 kali lebih cepat karena kecepatan suara bergantung pada mediumnya. Dalam peristiwa ini air memiliki densitas dan bulk modulus lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan udara. Hal ini mengakibatkan gelombang suara merambat lebih cepat melalui air.

Abstract

Perancangan alat peraga ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kelebihan daripenggunaan sensor DS18B20 dalam mendeteksi dan mengukur besar suhu. Serta untukmemenuhi ketersediaan alat praktikum atau alat peraga untuk mengukur suhu. Alatpraktikum ini menggunakan komponen elektronik yaitu sensor DS18B20, Arduino Uno, LCD,kabel jumper, timah, solder, resistor, breadboard, dan I2C. Sensor DS18B20 ini digunakanuntuk mendeteksi suhu air dan Arduino Uno digunakan untuk pusat kontrol. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode eksperimen dengan 3 sampel yaitu air panas, air biasa, dan air dingin.Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pada sampel air panas dan air dingin sensor mampumendeteksi suhu dari suhu paling tinggi hingga suhu paling rendah dengan waktu tertentu,sedangkan pada sampel air biasa hasil suhu tersebut sudah sesuai pada suhu rata-rata. Padapercobaan mengukur suhu dengan sensor DS18B20 dapat dikatakan tepat atau menghasilkansuhu akurat apabila menggunakan waktu yang lama atau dengan kata lain menunggu sampaisuhu yang muncul pada LCD tidak berubah-ubah atau tetap.Kata kunci: Suhu, Sensor DS18B20, Arduino Uno

Abstract

Alat peraga sederhana pembangkit listrik tenaga air merupakan alat peraga sederhana yang mendemonstrasikan mekanisme perubahan energi kinetik air menjadi listrik. Asisten pengajar pembangkit listrik tenaga air terdiri dari komponen utama genset, turbin atau turbin angin, lampu LED, kabel dan tali penghubung, serta bagian pendukung rak turbin angin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian pembuatan alat dan pengujian fungsional alat yang dilakukan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan atau produksi produk, dan uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, materi pembelajaran tentang pembangkit listrik tenaga air dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada dasarnya perancangan pembangkit listrik tenaga air sederhana dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan membuat kincir air mini untuk pembangkit listrik yang dapat berfungsi secara maksimal. Dengan adanya Alat Ajar Konstruksi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) yang sederhana ini, diharapkan siswa dapat dengan mudah memahami konsep yang baru dipelajarinya.Kata kunci: Alat Peraga, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air, Laboratorium Fisika

Abstract

Uncaria is a genus of plants that have medicinal properties and chemical content. Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr is a herbal plant that is still rarely known for its efficacy in herbal medicinal ingredients. Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr it self contains metabolic compounds in the form of flavonoid, phenolic, steroid, saponin, terpenoid and alkonoid. This study aims to test the effectiveness of Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr as an antimicrobial on Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas sp. and Edwardsiella ect.) Merr as an antimicrobial on Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas sp. and Edwardsiella ictaluri bacteria and the type of bacteria that are more effective in using Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr in inhibiting the proliferation of disease-causing bacteria in cultured fish. The results showed that Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr, was able to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas sp. and Edwardsiella ictaluri with an average diameter of the inhibition zone of Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria at a concentration of 100% forming an inhibition zone of 21.7 mm with a very strong inhibition zone category, in the bacteria Pseudomonas sp. at 100% concentration formed an inhibition zone of 21 mm with a very strong inhibition zone category, and in Edwardsiella ictaluri bacteria at 100% concentration formed an inhibition zone of 21.3 mm with a very strong inhibition zone category. The 100% concentration of Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr is the most effective concentration to inhibit bacterial proliferation.

Abstract

Ikan Haruan (Channa striata) merupakan salah satu komoditi yang memiliki potensi secara ekonomi maupun gizi. Diversifikasi cara pengolahan pada produk lokal menjadi kebaharuan yang dituntut hadir pada produk pangan sebagai upaya mendukung perkembangan bahan lokal. Diversifikasi olahan ikan dapat bertujuan sebagai upaya menurunkan angka stunting dan mendukung peningkatan ekonomi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui observasi dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Pada tahap perencanaan dilakukan kajian dari hasil observasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi penjadi dua tahap yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Peserta berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu TP-PKK Kecamatan Pahandut. Penyuluhan diadakan dengan metode penyampaian materi dan diskusi secara tatap muka. Pelatihan diawali dengan pembuatan kerupuk kulit ikan haruan, pembuatan abon daging ikan haruan, dan stik tepung tulang. Pemilihan produk olahan ini didasarkan atas pola konsumsi masyarakat yang menyukai makanan ringan dan makanan pendamping, sehingga diharapkan terjadi konsumsi secara berkala yang dapat memperbaiki status gizi untuk mencegah stunting. Selain itu, produk yang dihasilkan dapat dipasarkan sebagai produk makanan bergizi. Pada hasil pretest peserta yang mengetahui konsep diversifikasi sebanyak 2 orang, cara pengolahan produk sebanyak 11 orang, jenis produk olahan sebanyak 4 jenis dan 2 jenis manfaat mengonsumsi ikan haruan. Hasil posttest menunjukan peserta yang mengetahui tentang konsep diversifikasi sebanyak 20 orang, cara pengolahan produk sebanyak 20 orang, jenis produk olahan sebanyak 7 jenis dan 4 jenis manfaat mengonsumsi ikan haruan. Perbandingan antara hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai konsep diversifikasi, cara pengolahan produk, jenis produk olahan dan manfaat mengonsumsi ikan haruan. Diharapkan adanya dukungan dari pemerintah kepada ibu-ibu TP-PKK Kecamatan Pahandut agar dapat memanfaatkan potensi ikan Haruan sebaik mungkin agar dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. The Diversification of Processing Methods for Haruan Fish Is A Crucial Aspect of The Zero Stunting Program And Efforts to Improve The Economy Abstract The Haruan fish (Channa striata) is a commodity with significant economic and nutritional value. Implementing various processing methods for locally produced goods is an innovative approach necessary to enhance food products and promote the advancement of local resources. The diversification of fish processing has the potential to lower rates of stunting and contribute to the advancement of the economy. This community service is split into several phases, specifically including the preparation, planning, execution, and assessment phases. The preparation phase involves careful observation and coordination with relevant stakeholders. During the initial phase of the project, an investigation was conducted based on the observations' findings. The execution of activities is separated into two phases, specifically counseling and training. There were a total of 20 participants in the study, all of whom were mothers affiliated with the TP-PKK Pahandut District. Counseling sessions were conducted utilizing a combination of didactic instruction and in-person interactions. The training session commenced with the preparation of haruan fish skin crackers, the creation of haruan fish meat floss, and the production of bone meal sticks. The choice of these processed food items is influenced by the dietary preferences of individuals who enjoy snacks and accompanying dishes. It is anticipated that regular consumption of these products will contribute to improved nutritional health and aid in the prevention of stunting. Furthermore, the goods that are manufactured have the potential to be promoted and sold as nourishing food items. In the preliminary test findings, 2 participants demonstrated an understanding of diversification concepts, 11 participants exhibited knowledge of product processing techniques, 4 different types of processed products were identified, and 2 specific benefits of consuming haruan fish were recognized. The findings from the posttest illustrated that 20 participants were knowledgeable about the concept of diversification, 20 were familiar with the processing of products, there were 7 types of processed products identified, and 4 types of benefits from consuming haruan fish were recognized. The analysis of both the pretest and posttest data revealed a significant improvement in the participants' understanding of diversification, product processing techniques, various types of processed products, and the advantages of consuming haruan fish. The expectation is for governmental assistance to be extended to the TP-PKK in Pahandut Subdistrict, for them to effectively harness the potential of Haruan fish for the prevention of stunting and the enhancement of the local economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan atau pelet, berbasis bahan dasar lokal di ekosistem gambut, bertujuan agar para pembudidaya mampu memiliki keterampilan dalam pengolahan pakan ikan secara mandiri, karena porsi terbesar dalam proses budidaya ikan adalah untuk pakan. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat disekitar ekosistem gambut masih bisa ditingkatkan, melalui budidaya ikan dalam kolam tanah, maupun kolam plastik/terpal, sehingga program revitalisasi ekonomi masyarakat bisa berjalan baik, dan berhasil meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Ketersediaan pakan terbatas, dengan harga yang cukup tinggi, menjadi permasalahan bagi para pembudidaya ikan, baik yang dikelola dalam kolam tanah, maupun kolam plastik/terpal, khususnya di Desa Bahaur Hulu Permai Kecamatan Kahayan Kuala Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Pelatihan pengolahan pakan ikan menjadi pilihan, karena berbahan dasar lokal yang tersedia disekitar wilayah desa Bahaur Hulu Permai, terutama tepung ikan yang bisa dibuat sendiri oleh para petani dan keluarganya, berasal dari hasil tangkapan nelayan, terutama ikan-ikan kecil, yang tidak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sekitar pesisir. Permasalahan utama kelompok masyarakat di Desa Bahaur Hulu Permai adalah tidak memiliki keterampilan membuat pakan secara mandiri, sehingga para pembudidaya perlu diberikan pelatihan, guna meningkatkan kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam membuat pakan ikan sendiri, dengan pakan ikan bisa dikelola dan dibuat sendiri, maka diharapkan pembudidaya ikan tidak khawatir lagi dengan ketersediaan pakan bagi ikan yang diusahakan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan bahwa program ini sangat diminati oleh peserta, terbukti 76% dari peserta mampu mengolah sendiri pakan ikan berdasarkan bahan baku lokal yang tersedia di wilayah Bahaur Hulu Permai. Pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan berbahan baku lokal, merupakan program pengembangan perikanan budidaya, sebagai upaya untuk kehidupan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta upaya pelestarian ekosisten gambut yang berkelanjutan. Community Training on Fish Feed Making in Bahaur Hulu Permai  Village, Pulang Pisau Regency Abstract The community service activity themed "Training on Fish Feed or Pellet Production Based on Local Ingredients in Peatland Ecosystems" aims to equip fish farmers with skills to independently process fish feed, as feed accounts for the largest portion of fish farming costs. The socioeconomic conditions of communities around peatland ecosystems can be improved through fish farming in earthen ponds or plastic/tarpaulin ponds. This program is designed to support economic revitalization efforts, aiming to enhance the community's economic well-being. Limited availability and high costs of fish feed present significant challenges for fish farmers, whether in earthen or plastic/tarpaulin ponds, particularly in Bahaur Hulu Permai Village, Kahayan Kuala Subdistrict, Pulang Pisau Regency. Training on fish feed production was chosen as a solution, utilizing locally available materials in Bahaur Hulu Permai, especially fishmeal that can be produced by farmers and their families. This fishmeal is derived from the catches of local fishermen, primarily small fish that are not consumed by the coastal community. The main issue faced by the community groups in Bahaur Hulu Permai Village is their lack of skills to independently produce fish feed. Therefore, training programs are necessary to enhance their capabilities and skills in making fish feed on their own. With the ability to manage and produce their own fish feed, farmers can alleviate concerns about feed availability for their aquaculture operations. Based on evaluation results, the program was well-received, with 76% of participants successfully producing fish feed using locally available raw materials in Bahaur Hulu Permai. This training program represents an initiative in aquaculture development, aiming to improve livelihoods and community welfare while contributing to the sustainable preservation of the peatland ecosystem.
