Gangguan disosiatif merupakan kelompok gangguan mental yang ditandai oleh gangguan fungsi memori, kesadaran, identitas, atau persepsi, sering kali sebagai respons terhadap trauma berat atau tekanan psikologis yang ekstrem.Diagnosa yang akurat dan tepat waktu sangat penting untuk penanganan gangguan ini, namun kompleksitas dan tumpang tindihnya gejala dengan gangguan mental lainnya membuat proses diagnosa menjadi tantangan besar. Selain itu, kurangnya spesialisasi dan pengalaman tenaga medis dalam mengenali gangguan ini juga menghambat proses diagnosa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis pendekatan Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) untuk mendiagnosa gangguan disosiatif. Algoritma CBR bekerja dengan memanfaatkan pengalaman dari kasus-kasus sebelumnya, sehingga dapat memberikan diagnosa yang lebih cepat dan akurat serta membantu pengguna dalam menentukan langkah penanganan yang tepat. Teknik weighted similarity digunakan untuk menyesuaikan pengaruh setiap fitur terhadap kemiripan total. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan memiliki fitur utama yaitu menampilkan hasil diagnosis berdasarkan gejala yang dipilih pasien, penjelasan tentang penyakit, serta solusi atau penanganannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 90%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dibangun sangat andal dalam mendiagnosa gangguan disosiatif.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan kali ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman terkait Pengembangan Soft Skills untuk menghadapi dunia kerja dan kewirausahaan setelah kelulusan Sekolah terutama lulusan SMK . Seiring bertambahnya kelulusan baik itu tingkat SMA/SMK sederajat bahkan kelulusan dari Perguruan Tinggi saat ini, ditambah dengan beberapa informasi dan berita bahwa Kelulusan di wilayah Banten menyumbangkan angka pengangguran tertinggi di Indonesia saat ini. Hal ini disebabkan karena pertumbuhan ekonomi yang rendah serta banyaknya relokasi pabrik. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang kepada peserta didik kelas 11. Masa ini dimana mereka sedang mencari pengetahuan dan informasi sebagai bekal yang akan mereka persiapkan untuk modal mereka setelah kelulusan nantinya. Kami memberikan sosialisasi dan pemahaman bagaimana cara untuk mengembangkan Soft skills kepada peserta didik sehingga nantinya mereka akan paham dan mengerti akan tujuan arah mereka setelah kelulusan dengan harapan bisa menentukan langkah yang harus mereka jalankan. Kami berharap mereka bisa menjadi peserta didik yang kreatif dan cerdas sehingga mereka siap menghadapai tantangan baik di dunia kerja ataupun kewirausahaan.

More and more users and business owners are gravitating toward short films. Short videos are now more engaging and entertaining due to more interactive engagements and the development of artificial intelligence technology like facial recognition. Short video marketing communications emerged due to the rapid growth of short videos. Social media usage is one kind of short video marketing communication. Short videos can now be uploaded to social media platforms for communication. TikTok is one of those social media sites. To sell its app, TikTok uses short movies that, thanks to an algorithm, quickly become viral hits. This study aims to identify Social Media Algorithms and Short Videos as Effective Communication Media in Tourism Marketing. Descriptive techniques are used in this study's qualitative methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate how social platforms like TikTok, which use algorithms based on user preferences and short films uploaded to social media, have changed how prospective tourists learn about places to visit the use of brief videos through social media platforms as marketing communications influences tourists' perceptions of destination image and tourist intentions, with interactive marketing playing a more significant role. This study investigates empirically the influence of usage on perceptions of destination image and tourism intentions. Regarding the effect of visitor intention, the influence of tourist attractions and accommodations is greater than that of short video marketing on image perception.

This research aims to provide an overview of learning difficulties in mathematics and self-confidence in children with special needs slow learner in inclusive schools. The location of this research is SDN Kalideres 06, West Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the subjects assigned are 5 students with special needs in the Slow Learner from each high class in the school, namely grades IV, V, and VI. From the results of this study, it was found that the lack of attention during the learning process and less creative learning methods were the factors that caused slow learner to have difficulty in participating in learning followed by low self-confidence. There is a fact that students with special needs are very difficult to have a high level of self-confidence. The student will not have a level of optimism when receiving criticism.

Copyright is part of the branch of Intellectual Property Rights which is important for the public to understand. Copyright protection is an important issue in a free market economy. Copyright protection starting from Islamic law and also MUI Fatwa Number 1/MUNAS VII/MUI/15/2005 concerning Intellectual Property Rights certainly provides legal protection for creators. In reality, the behavior of purchasing KW shoes is considered normal by society. The aim of this research is to determine the purchasing behavior of KW shoes by students of the Sharia Economic Law Study Program, Sharia Faculty, IAIN Kediri, and analyze it in a sociological review of Islamic law. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach with sociological analysis of Islamic law. The data collection method used is through observation, interviews and documentation with students who are directly related to the research. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed and concluded. The results of this research show that students of the Sharia Economics Law Study Program purchased KW shoes by purchasing them in offline stores and online stores. There are several motivations for students to buy KW shoes, namely the ease of finding KW shoe products, wanting to get the latest models, variations and colors, cheap and negotiable prices. The factors behind students buying KW shoes are economic, cultural and understanding of Islamic law. The level of religious practice and application of the MUI Fatwa to students regarding the purchase of KW shoes is still quite low because in practice students emphasize the economic side rather than rules that are in accordance with sharia. Understanding and practice of Islamic law is still quite low, giving rise to a lack of legal compliance with the importance of respecting the rights of others.

Freedom of speech is a human right and is also stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 28 E Paragraph 3 concerning freedom of association, freedom to express opinions or be given freedom of speech, but this freedom also has other provisions regarding the use of this right. in the regulations regarding cyber security in Republic of Indonesia Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning Defense. The state states that national defense aims to maintain and protect the sovereignty of the country, the territorial integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and the safety of the entire nation from all forms of threats, both military and non-military threats. Non-military threats, especially in cyber space, have caused the country's capabilities in the field of soft and smart power defense to be improved through strategies for deterring, taking action and restoring cyber defense in order to support the implementation of the national cyber security strategy driven by the Ministry of Communication and Information. Indonesian law also does not provide legal certainty in dealing with cyber attacks such as cyber espionage. Cyber security is not only the responsibility of the government, but also the responsibility of every individual. Awareness about the dangers of cyber espionage needs to be instilled in everyone. The National Police has a role in protecting society from cyber attacks.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen pada toko online Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dan merupakan pengguna/pernah berbelanja di Shopee dengan sampel 110 orang konsumen yang mengetahui dan menggunakan Shopee. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Rating Penilaian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen, sedangkan Ulasan Online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaaan Konsumen. Secara simultan variabel Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online berpengaruh terhadap Kepercyaan Konsumen. Selain itu, faktor Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan online berkontribusi sebesar 58,6% terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen sedangkan sisanya 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Rating Penilaian, Ulasan Online, Kepercayaan Konsumen ABSTRAC This study aims to examine the effect of partial and simultaneous Rating Ratings and Online Reviews on Consumer Confidence in Shopee's online store. The population in this study are students in Yogyakarta and are users/have shopped at Shopee with a sample of 110 consumers who know and use Shopee. The sampling method used purposive sampling and multiple linear regression. Data processing is done using SPSS version 26 software for windows. This study's results indicate that the Rating variable partially has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, while Online Reviews have no significant effect on Consumer Trust. Simultaneously, the variables of Rating Rating and Online Reviews have an effect on Consumer Trust. In addition, the online rating and review factor contributed 58.6% to consumer confidence while the remaining 41.4% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the extent to which the type of involvement of consumerenduring on brand trust and its impact on the decision to purchase Samsung smartphoneproducts in Yogyakarta Special Region. The population of this study is Samsung smartphoneusers in Yogyakarta Special Region by using the number of samples of 200 respondents.Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique, while the technique of determining thesample using purposive sampling. The data in the study will be taken using a questionnaire.In this research, hypothesis test is done by using simple linear regression analysis, processedby using SPSS 20.0 program, it is necessary to know the influence of independent variable todependent variable. Tests of parameter values generated will be done by using t-test and testcoefficient of determination (R²).The results of this study indicate that the involvement of consumer enduringsignificant effect on brand trust, brand trust effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has asignificant effect as an intervening variable between the variables of enduring consumerengagement and purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the adjusted value of R2 on modelI = 0.037 smaller than the value of adjusted R2 on model II = 0.084.Keywords: type of enduring engagement, brand trust, purchase decision.
Effectiveness of Nebulization Therapy with Chest Physiotherapy After Nebulization on Airway Clearance in Children with Bronchopneumonia

Bronchopneumonia accounts for 15% of all deaths of children under five. The primary nursing problem of bronchopneumonia patients is ineffective airway clearance which can lead to more severe problems such as shortness of breath and even death. Management of airway ineffectiveness can be done by nebulization and corticosteroids, chest physiotherapy, suctioning and effective coughing. Nebulization accompanied by chest physiotherapy can remove secretions or phlegm effectively. This study aims to analyze the differences in airway clearance before and after nebulization and chest physiotherapy in the control and intervention groups in bronchopneumonia children. The research design used is Quasi-Experimental. A sample of 36 respondents with bronchopneumonia children was divided into two groups, namely control and intervention groups, which were obtained by consecutive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation sheets. The data analysis used in this study is the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that before chest physiotherapy after nebulization, all respondents had ineffective airway clearance (100%) in both the intervention and control groups. After chest physiotherapy after nebulization, almost half of the respondents in the intervention group had adequate airway clearance (44.4%). In contrast, in the control group, a small proportion of respondents had adequate airway clearance (16.7%). The analysis showed a p-value of 0.001, meaning there is a significant difference in airway clearance after being given nebulization and chest physiotherapy interventions in the intervention and control groups. Researchers hope that in future studies, airway clearance levels can be included. Thus, chest physiotherapy is effectively used for airway clearance in children after nebulization.

Women have a big role in increasing national economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance on womenpreneur performance through entrepreneur commitment. The type of this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 120 womenpreneurs who run the business in Pekalongan. Data collection techniques use the survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses the SEM PLS. The result of the analysis shows that flexible work arrangements and work-life balance have a significant positive effect on womenpreneur performance through entrepreneur commitment. The R square value is 0.769 shows that flexible work arrangement and work-life balance have an effect of 76.9% on women's performance and the rest 20.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The other variable that can be add for the future research are entrepreneurship characteristics, locus of control, human resource competence, education and motivation.
