Abstract

The results showed that the interaction between the level of use of noni leaf extract and the treatment time was not significant (p>0.05) on the specific gravity and water content variables, but had a very large influence. significant effect (p<0.01) on the variables fat content, amount of feroxide and antioxidants). The specific gravity of the use of BHT preservative gives a value that is no different from the use of noni leaf extract vegetable preservative, the same thing also happens with the long storage treatment. The higher use of noni leaf extract in rice bran can significantly reduce the water content, crude fat and ferroxide levels, but can increase the antioxidant content. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the physical and chemical quality of rice bran can be maintained by using 0.03% noni leaf extract with a storage time of up to 42 days.

Abstract

The development of a community-based education management model is not a separate entity from the community. However, on the contrary, Islamic educational institutions should be an integral part of society, and be able to respond to society's needs and aspirations. This research aims to analyze the community-based management model in developing Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is the library research method. The research results show that the community-based education management model is an approach to managing educational institutions that emphasizes the active role of the community in the decision-making process, program implementation and evaluation of educational outcomes. The application of the community-based education management model in developing Islamic educational institutions can be done through: community participation, involvement of parents in children's educational activities, integration of local and religious values ​​through learning, partnerships with local communities by involving the community in developing educational programs, curricula community-based through collaborative efforts between various educational institutions, and ongoing evaluation. It is hoped that this model can become the basis for the effective and efficient management of Islamic educational institutions, and be able to answer the challenges of an increasingly complex era.

Abstract

AbstractJudicial procedures in Indonesia in resolving criminal cases have not been in accordance with the wishes society to feel fair in law. People who feel less Justice issued opinion or criticism of judicial procedures in indonesia. The problem of traffic accidents refers to the act No. 22/2009 on LLAJ and Criminal Procedure Code. The second legal basis for the settlement of traffic accident cases it is not yet possible to solve problems based on restorative justice. This research aims to find out and analyze procedures to solve the problems of past accidents traffic that can cause casualties both serious injuries and fatalities using the approach of Justice restorative justice according to police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 on handling criminal acts based on Justice Restorative, a form of settlement of accident cases and then with a restorative justice approach according to the police Perarturan Number 8 of 2021 on handling criminal acts based on restorative justice and legal certainty to resolve the issue of laka and then with a restorative justice approach. Methods used in this research using empirical approach and normative juridical approach to the paradigm of analysis qualitative data. Research and Discussion: 1. Legal arrangement for settlement of traffic accident cases it is not based on restorative justice. 2. Legal weaknesses in the settlement of traffic accident cases using a restorative justice approach. 3. Reconstruction of last accident settlement law cross with restorative justice approach, namely by revising the provisions of Article 230 and Article 235 U.S. No. 22/2009 on LLAJ, so that the case of traffic accidents light, medium and heavy can based on restorative justice. Abstract

The covid 19 pandemic influenced the implementation of the agreement experienced between PT. Indo Hutama Jaya and PT. Dharma Agung Wijaya where work was hampereddue to regulations during the pandemic which required workers from outside the region tobe quarantined for 14 days and there was a decrease in economic capacity which affectedthe implementation of the agreement. Indo Hutama jaya?, How is the legal protection ocontractors with goods/services contractors in procurement agreements during the covid 19pandemic?. The research methods used are normative and empirical juridical research. Thenature of the research used in this study is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of thestudy, the conclusion in this study is that delays occur almost in every implementation andhave different problems, factors that cause delays in the implementation of contracts thatoccur in PT. Indo Hutama Jaya and PT. Dharma Agung Wijaya explained that both the Firstparty and the second party are exempt from liability for failure or delay in performing theiobligations under this contract, caused by things beyond the reasonable ability of the parties and not caused by negligence of the parties. Responsibility of the board of directorsfor the contractual relationship with the second party where the board of Directors is responsible for controlling and supervising the implementation of the contract inaccordance with the scope of work, cost, term and other provisions agreed.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how the implementation of blocking Land certificate based on sweets ATR / Ka BPN number 13 of 2017 on blocking and confiscation procedures and how legal consequences of blocking the land certificate.To discuss this issue, the authors conducted the study using normative research methods. That the implementation of blocking and its stages must refer to ATR/ BPN Regulation Number 13 Year 2017 on procedures for blocking and confiscation. Where Is The Office Land should be processed as soon as possible if there is a request to block and notify applicant to register with the local District Court due to the validity period of the block only 30 (thirty) days from the date of input of the Land Office application and ends by itself. For notary / land deed officer (PPAT) for each certificate which will be carried out the transfer of rights or encumbrance in order to file application cheking first to the Land Office before making his deed PPAT, the goal is that the requested certificate is not in the process of blocking

Abstract

Pelaksanaan jual beli tanah di BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah masih menuai problematika dengan syariat Islam yaitu, masih ditemukannya berbagai macam ketidaksesuaian yaitu masih ditemukannya perjanjian klausul, hutang, dan ketidakjujuran nasabah terhadap BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan jual beli tanah pada akad murabahah yang ada di BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah apakah sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN NO: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, yang dilakukan melalui tanya jawab atau wawancara dan dokumentasi berupa data informasi dari manajer BMT dan staf lapangan terkait dengan pengadaan barang dan pelanggan BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan jual beli tanah di BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah masih ditemukan berbagai macam ketidaksesuaian dalam akad murabahah di BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah antara nasabah dan pihak BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah, yaitu tentang penerapan nasabah berhutang terhadap BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi akad diawal dan dapat menyebabkan akad murabahah menjadi rusak, Penyerahan barang pada BMT Bina Insan Sejahterah harus dilakukan pada waktu perjanjian akad maksudnya iyalah, setelah akad barang yang diinginkan oleh nasabah belum bisa dimiliki akan tetapi harus menunggu maksimal satu minggu baru bisa dimiliki.

Abstract

The performance of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers is instrumental in shaping students' character, morals, and religious knowledge, thus greatly affecting the overall quality of education. However, in practice, various challenges and obstacles are often faced, such as limited resources, less innovative teaching methods, and limited support from the school and government. This study aims to identify teacher performance problems and their implications in efforts to improve the quality of education at MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Lenteng sub-district, Sumenep district. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The research subjects consisted of several IRE teachers, the curriculum section, and the head of madrasah. Data were obtained using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the performance of IRE teachers at MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Kec. Lenteng, Kab. The performance of PAI teachers in efforts to improve the quality of education at MTs Raudlatul Ulum still needs to be improved. This can be seen from the commitment of educators, especially IRE teachers who are still relatively low in carrying out their duties and obligations as a professional teacher. This condition then has implications for the quality of education which is also not by the established quality standards

Abstract

Urgensi dilakukan program Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) pada Kelompok Pengrajin Tenun Anggrek Desa Ranggo sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi kain tenun Muna Pa’a yang berkelanjutan. Teknologi yang digunakan berupa Pewarnaan Alam. Penerapan teknologi pewarna alam sebagai penunjang pembangunan berkelanjutan. Tujuan program ini adalah menerapkan teknologi peawarna alam dalam menunjang pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kelompok pengrajin Muna Pa’a melakukan produksi kain tenun Muna Pa’a menggunakan pewarna alam. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan diawali dengan kegiatan sosialisasi program kepada mitra. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pelatihan pembuatan pewarna alam di antaranya persiapan alat dan bahan pembuatan pewarna alam, mengumpulkan bahan pewarna alam, penyiapan benang, penyiapan alat memasak. Tahap terakhir adalah pembuatan produk kain tenun menggunakan pewarna alam. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan ini adalah produk kain tenun muna pa’a yang dihasilkan menggunakan teknologi pewarna alam memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pewarna sintetis. Penggunaan pewarna alam pada produksi kain tenun muna pa’a dapat meningkatan jumlah kualitas kain tenun dan produksi mencapai 100% dan meningkatkan nilai jual produk kain tenun mencapai 95%. Produksi kain tenun muna pa’a. Di samping itu, produk kain tenun muna pa’a yang dihasilkan lebih menghasilkan warna yang lebih eksotis, elegan dan juga ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to analyse the textual and visual resources used in four campaign posters to promote parents’ awareness of children’s language development and reveal the contributions of each semiotic resource in representing the messages in the selected posters. The research data were four campaign posters promoting parents’ awareness of children’s language development published by Worcestershire Speech & Language Therapy NHS Trust for the “We Need to Talk” Month campaign. The data was obtained from Worcestershire Speech & Language Therapy’s official Twitter account, @SLT_Worcs. The research design used in this research was Multimodal Content Analysis (Serafini & Reid, 2019). This research employed document analysis and purposive sampling techniques to collect the data. Then, the data were analysed using SF-MDA analytical tools: Halliday and Matthiessen’s ideational meaning of Systemic Functional Linguistics (2004) and Kress and van Leeuwen’s representational meaning of Visual Grammar (2006). The findings showed that the textual resources mostly have material processes, indicating that the NHS Trust is trying to invite the viewers to take action and work together to overcome the issue and raise the viewers’ awareness. Meanwhile, all of the visual resources have transactional reaction processes, which indicate that the NHS Trust is addressing the viewers directly (using a gaze) to respond and react to the represented participants’ (depicted in the posters) gaze to work together to overcome the issue being raised in the four selected campaign posters. Abstract

This study aims to investigate how teachers portray their digital identity towards their professionalism as a teacher which is manifested online. This descriptive case study involved four participants who were in-service English teachers from four schools in Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia. The data were collected by conducting a semi-structured interview, after that, the data were analyzed by using Thematic Analysis (TA) based on Braun and Clarke framework analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this case study produced three general aspects, namely social media preferences, teachers' participation in professional development, and teachers' unfamiliarity with digital identity. The findings of this study explain how English teachers describe their digital identity towards their current e-professionalism. Therefore, the results of this study provide empirical evidence and become a reference for other English teachers about the benefits of digital identity management that will help them improve their professional reputation in an online setting.
