Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi pembelajaran crossword puzzle untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan berfikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas IV MIS Sambinae Kota Bima. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus memuat perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Tehnik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, pre test dan post test, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan permasalahan rendahnya kreativitas dan berfikir kritis peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran crossword puzzle dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan berfikir kritis siswa. Pada Prasiklus kemampuan kreativitas memperoleh presentase sebanyak 66,93% berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan pada siklus I kreativitas memperoleh presentase sebanyak 79,73%  berada pada kategori sedang dan pada siklus II memperoleh presentase sebanyak 86,33% berada pada kategori tinggi. Kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa juga mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dari beberapa siklus seperti pada prasiklus presentase yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 60,08 berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan pada siklus I berfikir kritis memperoleh presentase sebanyak 77,75% berada pada kategori sedang dan  pada siklus II kemampuan berfikir kritis memperoleh presentase sebanyak 85,66% berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini menujukan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran crossword puzzle selain dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan berfikir kritis siswa, juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar/kemampuan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

peaking skills are one of the essential competencies in Arabic language learning, yet many students encounter difficulties due to limited vocabulary, fear of making mistakes, and lack of self-confidence. This study aims to: (1) implement the Talk or Dare card media in Arabic language learning, (2) identify its impact on students’ speaking skills, and (3) examine the supporting and inhibiting factors in Arabic speaking performance. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection. The research subjects were 40 students of class VIII.7. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and speaking skill tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking skills after the implementation of the Talk or Dare card media. The average score increased from 63.37 in the pre-cycle to 74.47 in cycle I, and further improved to 86.17 in cycle II. The percentage of learning mastery rose from 25% to 57.5%, and then to 82.5%. This media proved effective in creating an enjoyable and interactive learning atmosphere, while also boosting students’ confidence in speaking. Supporting factors included student motivation, engaging teaching methods, and teacher support, while inhibiting factors were limited vocabulary and shyness in speaking before peers. The contribution of this study lies in affirming the effectiveness of linguistically based innovative media in significantly enhancing Arabic speaking skills.

Abstract

The social awareness of students is seemingly diminishing, as indicated by the lack of care and respect for others, alongside individualism and tendencies to act emotionally and swear. These attitudes have engendered insensitive, intolerant, and uncaring behaviors amongst students. Therefore, social sensitivity is a critical attitude that should be instilled in schools. This is because education facilitates the academic, psychological, and social growth of children and ensures they become smarter, wiser, and more humane. Using a collaborative learning approach in the Islamic Religious Education discipline, the research aimed to build students' social sensitivity by activating learning activities that motivate mutual help, respect, honesty, and collaboration. The participants in this Classroom Action Research (CAR) were 24 students from class X MIA2 Senior High School State 2 Bima City. The data collection was conducted via the test approach, comprising a pre-test and post-test, and complemented by observations, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative and quantitative techniques were used to analyze the results of the primary and secondary data sources, respectively. Subsequently, the research findings indicated that the students' social sensitivity increased by 20.84% from cycle I (70.83%) to cycle II (91.67%). In the pre-test, 8 students (33.33%) showed complete learning, increasing to 13 students (54.17%) in the first cycle (I) and 21 students (87.5%) in the second cycle (II). These findings can help Islamic Religious Education teachers understand the importance of new context-based learning methodologies and models. Allowing students to explore and discuss ideas in groups can also stimulate a love of learning and increase their social awareness. As a result, classroom experience and the importance of content in everyday life can serve as the basis for students' understanding and can be directly applied in their social life.

Abstract

The use of learning methods that are in accordance with the conditions of students is a must for teachers in order to maximize the results of the learning process. One method that can be used is role play. This study aims to determine student perceptions of learning activities followed by students who use the role play method by the teacher during the learning process in the classroom. Data is collected by using interviews with students who have carried out role play activities. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques (Braun Clarke, 2006). The results show that use of role play can: (1) increase students' confidence to communicate with others, (2) increase students' ability to build language competence, (3) increase students' motivation, (4) help students eager to learn (5) motivate students to be active in learning process. Thus, students' perceptions of learning using role play show positive student perceptions.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology today, there is known to be an innovation that is the internet of things where electronic devices can be monitored and controlled remotely. For this reason, the practicum module of internet of things-based lighting installation as a medium of learning for students. The workings of the tool will be made using the PZEM-004T sensor as a sensor reading the current voltage, power, and energy used and ESP-32 as an additional module on the Arduino Mega so that data reading voltage, current and power can be sent using the internet network to the smartphone. In the smartphone application, we can also control to extinguish or turn on the lights.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics affect employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Metro Graphia Kendari. And which of these characteristics has the most dominant influence. To answer the problem, an empirical research model was developed using 5 research variables, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics, job satisfaction and employee performance. Then 10 research hypotheses were formulated. This quantitative research used primary data obtained directly from 30 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT. Metro Graphia Kendari, and uses SEM-PLS analysis techniques in its data processing.  This study confirmed with the results that only individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, different results were shown by job characteristics that did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction that is tested as an intermediary plays a significant mediating role only on the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance

Abstract

The development of wireless communication technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT) encourages the modernization of various urban infrastructures, including traffic light systems. This research discusses the implementation of Long Range (LoRa) technology as a wireless communication medium to control traffic lights in the four intersection area. LoRa was chosen because it has a wide transmission range, low power consumption, and ease of integration in smart city systems. The designed system consists of one ESP32 microcontroller-based transmitter and four receivers using NodeMCU ESP8266, which are connected through LoRa SX1278 module with frequency 433 MHz. Tests were conducted under Line of Sight (LOS) conditions with a distance variation of 25 meters to 125 meters. The performance parameters measured include Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI), Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), and delay time. The test results show that as the distance increases, the RSSI and SNR values tend to decrease, but the system is still able to run three traffic light operation modes, namely normal, flash, and all-red operations, in real-time without significant interference up to a distance of 125 meters. This implementation proves that LoRa can be an effective and efficient solution for wireless communication-based traffic light systems, with the advantages of flexibility, low installation costs, and easy integration into modern traffic management systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan  strategi guru pendidikan madrasah guna membangkitkan kecerdasan spritual siswa pada madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat. tujuan penelitian ini sebagai edukasi dan informasi kepada pembaca bahwa kecerdasan spiritual bisa di peroleh jika siswa yang di didik di lembaga pendidikan madrasah. Metode Penelitian ini adalah metode lapangan (kualitiatif) yaitu penulis bersentuhan langsung kepada pelajar dan dewan guru untuk menggali informasi terkait Penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah  pendekatan antropologi dan sosiologi, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur kepada narasumber yang dianggap memilki kompetensi, setelah itu data diperoleh lalu data dianalisi secara ilmiah.  Lokasi Penelitian ini  yaitu berada di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat. Hasil Penelitian ditemukan: Pertama, pelajar di didik dengan ilmu akidah dan ilmu muamalah, kedua, Membuat norma-norma atau aturan yang berbasis pada kaidah hukum Islam di lingkungan madrasah sehingga pelajar menjadi teredukasi, Ketiga, pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual melalui mata pelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam pada peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan guru sebagai keteladanan terhadap pelajar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran saat ini hanya bersifat satu arah, guru seakan-akan menjadi sumber ilmu satu-satunya. Hal ini berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa tidak dapat dicapai dengan baik, terutama pada pembelajaran PPKn. Faktor utama penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan. Interaksi aktif antara siswa dengan guru atau siswa dengan siswa yang lain jarang terjadi. Siswa juga masih kurang berani untuk tampil dan berbicara di depan kelas, rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berbantuan media kotak kartu misteri (kokami) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di MTsS Darul Hikmah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan metode quasi eksperimen, dalam bentuk nonequivalent control group, sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik sampling non probability sampling yang meliputi purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis statistik data yang diperoleh dari uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji independent sampel t test, diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,00 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berbantuan media kotak kartu misteri (kokami) terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya guru dapat menerapkan model reciprocal teaching berbantuan media kotak kartu misteri (kokami) dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran PPKn sehingga dapat menumbuhkan semangat dan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter perlu ditanamkan dalam pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang kemukakan oleh beberapa peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kearifan lokal dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan karakter. Sumber utama kearifan lokal adalah falsafah hidup, yang terangkum dalam berbagai cerita epik, cerita rakyat, lagu, slogan atau peribahasa, dan nasehat yang sering diucapkan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kearifan lokal budaya Bima memiliki makna dan nilai yang sangat kental terhadap kehidupanya. Ungkapan Nggusu Waru berarti persegi delapan, antara lainya yakni: patuh / taqwa (dahu di ndai Ruma); keturunan (londo dou); kepandaian (loa ro bade); tingkah laku (ruku ro rawi); kehidupan (mori ra woko); kata dan ucapan (nggahi ro eli); keberanian (mbani ro disa) dan taat (to’a). Filosofi Nggusu Waru sangat berhubungan erat dengan kultur masyarakat Bima yang mayoritas beragama Islam, sehingga nilai-nilai tersebut syarat dan berpedoman pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. nilai Nggusu Waru “Ruku ro Rawi” yang berarti tingkah laku dalam konsep agama disebut sebagai akhlak sedangkan tingkah laku dari perspektif filsafat disebut etika dan moral. Konsep Nggusu Waru “Ruku ro Rawi” mencakup akhlak, etika dan moral. Etika lebih ditekankan dalam pembahasan tentang ilmu yang bersumber dari adat istiadat dan moral berupa nilai, sedangkan akhlak berupa perangai yang bersumber pada Al Qur’an dan Hadits. Adapun yang menjadi dasar pendidikan karakter atau akhlak adalah Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Berakhlak yang baik termasuk bagian dari takwa. Bahkan Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam menjadikan akhlak yang baik sebagai tanda kesempurnaan iman. Nilai Nggusu Waru “Ruku ro Rawi” sebagai kearifan lokal merupakan hal mendasar dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah maupun masyarakat di Bima.
