Abstract

The increase in the economic marketplace and the aging population in Indonesia has resulted in a new understanding of investment. Basically, someone's financial literacy will be in line with investment decisions, because someone already understands the level of risk and the level of return obtained in the future. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 400 research samples consisting of Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Gen-Y / NetGen. The results show that financial literacy has an effect on investment decisions. These results also show a similarity in patterns with research in developed countries and emerging market countries, but show an inconsistency with other studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence of village government apparatus and organizational commitment on village government performance with village financial management as an intervening variable, case study in Villages in East Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency. The approach in this study is an associative/quantitative approach. The population in this study were Villages in East Seunagan District which consisted of 34 Villages. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample technique found in non-probability sampling. The research respondents were 102 people from 34 villages consisting of the Village Head, Secretary and Treasurer. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was delivered directly to the respondents. Data processing is done by structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that competence of the village government apparatus effect village government performance. Organizational commitment effect village government performance. Village financial management effect village government performance. Competence of the village government apparatus effect village financial management. Organizational commitment effect village financial management. Village financial management can mediate effect of competence of the village government apparatus on village government performance. Village financial management can mediate effect of organizational commitment on village government performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about stock returns, stock risk, return expectations and the correlation coefficient on LQ 45 before and during the 2019-2024 government, to find out the differences in risk in LQ 45 stocks before and during the 2019-2024 government. The research method carried out in this study was a different test using the excel tool, and the results showed that stock returns, risk, at the time before the research were higher than during the 2019-2024 government, while research the correlation coefficient the 2019-2021 government has a stronger correlation coefficient, which means that there is a strong relationship between variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze how much influence the application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) has on the quality of the Langkat Regency Government's financial reports. The research approach uses an associative approach. The research was conducted at SKPD in the Langkat Regency Government. The population in this study amounted to 54 (fifty four) SKPD with a total of 167 (one hundred and sixty seven) respondents. By using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples taken was 31 (thirty one) SKPD with a total of 98 (ninety eight) respondents and also used as research respondents, consisting of the head of the financial sub-section as PPK-SKPD or PPK-SKPD assistants, expenditure treasurer or assistant treasurer, and Property Manager at the Service, Agency and Office within the Langkat Regency Government. This research uses data analysis method using SmartPLS.3 software which is run with computer media. Based on the research results, the application of SAP has an effect on the quality of financial reports. The quality of human resources affects the quality of financial reports. The application of SPIP affects the quality of financial reports. The use of IT affects the quality of financial reports. BMD management affects the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Halal is an important concept that facilitates and simplifies the consumption of food and beverage products, particularly for Muslim consumers. For a Muslim consumer, halal foods and drinks mean that the product has met the Shariah law requirements, whereas for a non-Muslim consumer, it represents the symbol of hygiene, quality, and safety when produced strictly under the Holistic Halal Assurance Management System. As a result, today's consumers are extremely concerned and are constantly conscious of what they eat, drink, and use. Muslim and non-Muslim consumers' awareness describes their perception and cognitive reaction to products or foods on the market. According to the study, developing Halal is a communally obligatory (fardhu kifayah) for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and a personally obligatory (fardhu ain) for Muslim consumers. The Indonesian government has already recognized the importance of SMEs by implementing various policies and action plans, as well as introducing Halal-related programs to assist SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine fundamental factors, namely Debt of Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), macroeconomic factors, namely inflation and exchange rates on firm value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and using capital structure as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method, data analysis uses the conditional process initiated by Hayes, the research data is used for 10 years, namely during the years 2008-2017. The results show that the capital structure can moderate the effect of DER on firm value. Comparison with other research results in Indonesia shows that there is an inconsistency in the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on firm value. This research provides an academic contribution to conduct quantitative financial management studies from both fundamental and macroeconomic aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the management accounting information system has on managerial performance with decentralization as a moderating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Tanjung Morawa. This study uses quantitative associative methods and data collection in this study using primary data with 40 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Smart PLS. The results show that management accounting information systems have an effect on managerial performance, and decentralization strengthens the effect of management accounting information systems on managerial performance.

Abstract

Capital structure is a study that has developed a lot since 1958; the development of this study is to examine the influence of micro and macroeconomics on the company's capital structure. Previous studies in Indonesia confirmed that macroeconomics does not affect capital structure. The situation is different empirically. When the covid-19 pandemic occurs, drug companies experience a significant increase. On this basis, researchers seek to examine the effect of macroeconomics on pharmaceutical companies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of PT. Kimia Farma during the period 2016-2020 using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that inflation and interest rates did not affect capital structure. This confirms that macroeconomics does not influence the company's capital structure under normal or abnormal situations.

Abstract

The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable with purposive sampling technique using several criteria such as the availability of sustainability reports and annual reports on listed state-owned banks that upload sustainability reports and annual reports for at least 5 (five) years of publication and have positive profitability ratios. The results of the study indicate that the variables of Economic Performance and the Audit Committee have an influence onProfitability (ROE) of state-owned banks with a significance value of 0.029 and respectively 0.016 smaller than = 0.05. Temporary VariableSocial Performance, Environmental Performance, K.INSTI and KOM.INDI has no effect on Profitability (ROE) of state-owned banks. Two variables that have an influence on the profitability (ROE) of state-owned banks indicate that the implementation of sustainable finance proxied by economic performance can encourage the company's reputation in building stakeholder trust and the implementation of good corporate governance through the role of the audit committee will help improve corporate control for increase company profitability.
