Abstract

This paper is the result of the study and the implementation of learning in the field of the author, especially in the implementation of the study of Arts and Culture in the vocational schools. Thepurpose of this paper is to show that by learning local culture based on learning objectives the corresponding to the curriculum can be reached. In fact, the local culture also containing more local wisdom is felt directly by the students. The art of Reog, known around Pringapus Semarang Regency, can be used as a means of learning arts for students, especially in the activities of appreciation and expressions. The existing values in the art of Reog can be conceptually presented in class, as well as directly through the students’ activities of appreciation and expression in theform of performances in the school environment. Students can easily receive learning materials and can be more expressive while presenting the show. The values that are in the presentation of the art of Reog are social, religion, nationalism, and culture. Students can present Reog with enthusiasm and expressive as a show that has already exist for a long time in the environment of their own, and even many have become the performers of Reog in their neighborhood. Reog has already been part of his life that has the role of self-actualization, expression, social, and cultural. Most of those students feel proud to be a part in the show in his living quarters so that they do not feel ashamed of serving the art in school.

Abstract

The problem with patients with essential hypertension is that they do not know the cause of their illness, so they do not know how to overcome them. In addition, many hypertensive patients who have not received the proper treatment, if they have received treatment, but their blood pressure has not dropped as expected. The purpose of the study is to analyze the psychological factors that influence the occurrence of essential hypertension. This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design by looking at the influence of psychological factors on the occurrence of essential hypertension. The study population is essential hypertensive patients who seek treatment at Daya Makassar General Hospital. Samples are essential hypertensive patients, aged 20-70 years, minimal education of primary schools and domiciled in Makassar which are obtained by non-probability sampling so that the number of samples is 53 people. Data collection techniques through blood pressure measurement and questionnaire. ANOVA multiple comparison results showed that anger, depression, and mood had a significant effect on the incidence of essential blood pressure, where p ˂ α = 0.05.

ABSTRAK Kantor PelayananAdministrasiPerizinanTerpadu (PAPT) Kota Metro adalahDinasInstansi yang bergerak mengelola urusan daerah berdasarkan aspirasi masyarakat setempat terutama tentang PendapatanAsli Daerah (PAD).Penelitiantentang “PengaruhPelayananAdmininstrasiPerizinanTerpadu (PAPT) Kota Metro Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Metro, metode yang digunakan adalah riset kepustakaan, riset lapangan antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan lapangan.Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaima pengaruh pelayanan administrasi perizinan terpadu Kota Metro (PAPT) terhadapPendapatanAsli Daerah Kota Metro”.Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah “Pengaruh retribusi pelayanan administrasi perizinan terpadu Kota Metro terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Metro masihrendah.Alatanalisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Pengujian hipotesis koefisien regresi secara menyeluruh tarhadap R2 atau koefisien determinasi, dilakukan untuk mencari apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variable terikat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh R2 = 0,667. Artinya besarnya sumbangan variable Pelayanan Perizinan terhadap variable Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 66.7 %,dan sisanya sebesar 33.3 % disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Pelayanan, Admininstrasi Perizinan Terpadu,  Pendapatan Asli Daerah

Abstract

            The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, corporate image in the mediation of customer satisfaction of interest in saving in BMT L-Risma Lampung Tengah. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The type of research is quantitative research with the object of organizational culture research, corporate image, customer satisfaction and interest in saving. The research population is BMT L-RISMA customer with the number of samples taken as many as 100 customers. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture, corporate image and customer satisfaction have a direct and positive effect on interest in saving. Organizational culture and corporate image have an indirect effect on interest in saving through customer satisfaction. Looking at these results can be said that all exogenous variables directly positive effect on endogenous variables. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Corporate Image, Customer Satisfaction, Interest of Saving.

Abstract

Temperature and availability nutrients played an important role on growth and lipid production of microalgae.  In this study, we examined the effect of increasing suhu and excessed and depleted NO3 on growth rate, biomass and free fatty acid concentration in the Spirulina sp and Skeletonema sp. Two microalgae were culture on Conway and Milne media for 21 days using continuous culture technique.  There were four temperature treatments, such as 28oC, 30oC, 32oC and 34oC and three nutrient treatments, which were control nutrient treatment, without NO3 and  two times NO3 concentrations from control treatments with three replicates for each treatments. Results found that increasing temperature significantly affected on biomass and concentration free fatty acid, meanwhile nutrient treatments affected on growth rate, biomass and concentration of organic Carbon.  In general, increasing temperature was more affected on Spirulina sp in terms of increasing growth rate, biomass and free fatty acid concentration. However, Skeletonema sp was more responsive to  availability of NO3 in the media culture for increasing free fatty acid, and percentage of free fatty acid per dry weight.

Abstract

After the first Dutch aggression, five Bambu Runcing(BR) Divisions were established inWest Java. One of them was posted at SanggabuanaMountain, Purwakarta, lead by Wahidin Nasution and, then, Khaerul Saleh. In the area, including this division, there were two military troops cooperated and united under Staff of Guerrilla Group of East JakartaTerritory, commanded by Mayor Sambas Atmadinata. However, the cooperation did not last for a long time, since armed contacts between Siliwangiand the BRoften occurred. BRwas pushed back and decided to continue activities in South Banten, where later, the group’s name becomes “Tentara Rakyat” (People Army). Here, they openly opposed the Government of the Republic of Indonesiabecause of several agreements arranged with the Dutch and targeted government officials, including police and the military, and killed them violently. These activities had feared people, therefore in the end of October 1949, the Indonesian National Army ended the actions whose based the movement was to continue Tan Malaka’s ideas. Abstract

Porang  (Amorphophallus Oncophyllus) has long been known to the public, especially in the Magelang region. Porang contain very high glucomannan. Glucomannan is a water soluble fiber that is strong and low caloric hydrocolloid which is widely used food industry (noodle, tofu / konyaku, meatball, jely, artificial rice) and non food (cosmetics, capsules). Semarang State Polytechnic Hi-link Program in cooperation with the Magelang City Agriculture Office covers the cultivation, processing, and utilization of porang. Processing starts from tuber harvest, washed, chopped, dried, dipped. The washing process was initially done manually and simply with a brush and water spray so that the laundry was less clean and long-time. The purpose of this research is to design a porang bulb washer with motor gasoline drive to improve clean washing result and number of porang bulbs. The method used approach with of R & D (research & development) is to describe the current condition (exsiting), analyzing deficiencies, and improve performance for the better. Design stage starts from designing, manufacturing, and performance testing. The results obtained were porang washing machine driven by gasoline engine with power 10 HP, length dimension 1800 (mm), width 1200 (mm), and height 1200 (mm). The result of clean washing test with brush length 35 (cm), rotation of rotor 50 (rpm) and washing capacity of porang 1400 (kg / hour). The capacity of washing porang  1400 (kg / hour) is greater than washing manually, and the washing results are clean than more.

Abstract

Jamjaneng is a music art that uses musical instrumental of kendang, gong, kempul (ukel), kemeng, thuling (kenthung) along with Islam-based religious song. The term Jamjaneng is derived from its founder, Syaikh Jamjani. This music art mostly performed as an entertainment part of wedding ceremony, khitan ceremony, slametan ocassion, and as an art program in the radio This research was aimed at finding out (1) The musical form of Jamjaneng art group “Sekar Arum” of Panjer Village in preserving its existence (2) The Functions within this Jamjaneng music art. The method of investigation was held through a descriptive-qualitative research with the analysis of data validity. The data was collected by conducting observation, interview, and document study. Technique of analyzing data of this research were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of the study showed that the form of Jamjaneng music art were homophonic and polyrhythmic, the melodies were played simultaneously and had a different rhythmic pattern. According to Sudarsono, Jamjaneng music art had two functions, they were aesthetic function which shown at Jamjaneng Festival of Kebumen Regency and entertainment function which shown at wedding ceremony, khitan ceremony, and slametan occasion. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan model kemasan bentuk penyajian musik dangdut klasik yang ditampilkan oleh kelompok musik dangdut Rhomantika.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk penyajian pada grup musik Rhomantika termasuk dalam jenis penyajian musik campuran, yaitu penyajian karya musik yang memadukan antara penyajian vocal dan musik instrumental. Model kemasan musik dangdut klasik terdiri dari dua aspek yaitu indoor dan outdoor.Pada model kemasan indoor, dilakukan di dalam ruangan yaitu di studio Rhomantika. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan video shooting bersama seluruh personil dan penyanyi ibukota. Pada model kemasan outdoor, dilakukan di dalam ruangan yaitu di studio Rhomantika. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menampilkan lagu sesuai konsep bersama penyanyi ibukota. Kedua model dilengkapi dengan bentuk penyajian baik tata rias, busana, panggung, lampu, suara sesuai model kemasan baik indoor maupun outdoor. The purpose of this research is to know, analyze and describe the packaging model of classical dangdut presentation form presented by Rhomantika dangdut music group. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed the form of presentation on the Rhomantika music group included in the type of mixed music presentation, namely the presentation of music that combines both vocal presentation and instrumental music. Classic dangdut music packaging model consists of two aspects: indoor and outdoor. In the indoor packaging model, done indoors is in the studio Rhomantika. Abstract

The development of industry sectors including health services can not be separated from the demands to keep attention to the quality of its services. RSU Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang as a government-owned hospitals to always provide excellent service. Excellent service will be achieved if the employee has a good performance in providing services. Nurse's performance will be good, if the role of compensation and motivation to get attention. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on work motivation and performance of the Contract Workers Nurses (non-civil). The sample in this study is as much as 96 nurses. The analytical tool used is the path analysis. Based on the analysis found evidence that the compensation effect on the motivation and performance of the Contract Workers Nurses (non-civil). Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of nurses. To improve the performance of nurses Power Contract (non-civil), should the hospital need to make a policy relating to the provision of compensation both financial and non financial compensation, so as to provide motivation, which in turn can improve the performance of the Contract Workers Nurses (non-civil).Keywords: compensation, work motivation, and performance of nurses
