Implementation of business today can not only use the approach of textual analysis that is in the Qurâ€™an alone, but must enter into the context of contextual analysis in order to interpret the problem in depth so as to form a behavior, which then becomes a habit, to the ultimate culture, and finally into a solid civilization. Based on this, this paper tries to discuss more deeply related to the contextual analysis of Qurâ€™anic verses in entrepreneurship. Asam urat disebut juga arthritis gout termasuk suatu penyakit degeneratif yang menyerang persendian, dan paling sering dijumpai di masyarakat terutama dialami oleh lanjut usia (lansia). Namun tak jarang penyakit ini juga ditemukan pada golongan pralansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kompres kayu manis (cinnamomum burmani) terhadap penurunan skala nyeri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batunadua tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan the one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 13 responden. Hasil penelitian melalui uji statistik wilcoxon menunjukan adanya pengaruh penggunaan kompres kayu manis terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada penderita arthritis gout dengan pvalue 0.001 α (0.005). Disarankan bahwa penggunaan kompres kayu manis dapat dijadikan salah satu pengobatan alternatif untuk mengurangi skala nyeri pada penderita arthritis gout

The producer gas model from the biomass waste gasification was utilized as reduction in the iron ore reduction process. A mixture of gases containing CO, H2, CH4, CO2, CnHm, and N2 was used as a producer gas model for reducing the Lampung iron ore, which hematite as the primary mineral content. Iron ore is prepared up to sizes -6+3 mm and -12+10 mm, and then to be reduced in the vertical tube furnace at a temperature variation of 800, 900 and 1000 °C, and a reduction time of 45, 60 and 75 minutes, respectively. The percentage of Fe and metallization were observed at various temperatures, reduction times, and the size of the iron ore. The reduction of iron ore of a size of -6+3 mm at a temperature of 1000 °C during 75 minutes yielded the highest percentage of Fe and metallization of 67.36% and 84.25%, respectively. Image-J analysis depicted than iron ore of a size of -6+3 mm had a greater amount of porosity (39.48%) than the porosity of the size of the iron ore size -12+10 mm. The XRD analysis results show that the highest content of Fe metal (highest peak) was obtained from samples of -6+3 mm at temperatures and reduction times of 1000 °C and 75 minutes, respectively. Producer gas from gasification is expected to be employed as an iron ore reduction actually in an effort to substitute coal and natural gas. AbstrakBatubara dan gas alam umumnya digunakan sebagai reduktor untuk mereduksi bijih besi. Reduktor ini digunakan karena mampu menghasilkan gas hidrogen (H2) dan gas karbon monoksida (CO) yang diperlukan untuk mereduksi bijih besi. Namun ketersediaan batubara dan gas alam setiap tahunnya semakin berkurang, mengingat batubara dan gas alam merupakan sumberdaya alam yang tidak dapat diperbaharui, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mencari sumber reduktor alternatif pengganti batubara dan gas alam. Salah satu energi alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk mensubstitusi batubara dan gas alam sebagai reduktor dalam proses reduksi bijih besi adalah gas produser hasil gasifikasi biomassa sebagai sumber terbarukan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah bijih besi Lampung. Dari hasil analisa XRD diketahui bahwa bijih besi Lampung termasuk bijih besi primer dengan kandungan mineral hematit. Reduktor yang digunakan berupa gas produser model hasil gasifikasi biomassa dengan komposisi 25,51% CO, 20,03% H2 dan54,46% N2. Gas produser ini digunakan untuk mereduksi dengan memvariasikan parameter penelitian yam=ng meliputi temperatur reduksi, waktu reduksi dan ukuran bijih besi untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap persen Fe dan persen metalisasi. Percobaan dimulai dengan melakukan preparasi terhadap bijih besi Lampung hingga diperoleh ukuran bijih sebesar -6+3 dan -12+10 mm. Setelah itu bijih besi direduksi dalam tube furnace dengan variasi temperatur 800, 900 dan 1000 oC, serta waktu reduksi selama 45, 60 dan 75 menit. Persen Fe dan persen metalisasi terbaik diperoleh pada sampel yang mengalami reduksi pada temperatur 1000 oC selama 75 menit dengan ukuran bijih besi sebesar -6+3 mm, yaitu sebesar 67,36% dan 84,25%. Bijih besi dengan ukuran -6+3 mm memiliki jumlah porositas yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan bijih besi ukuran -12+10 mm. Jumlah porositas pada bijih besi ukuran -6+3 mm adalah sebanyak 39,48% yang dapat diketahui melalui analisa menggunakan software Image-J. Berdasarkan hasil analisa XRD dapat diketahui bahwa sampel C31 adalah sampel terbaik yang dapat dilihat dari puncak tertinggi yang merupakan logam Fe.

Melalui lagu dolanan, anak dapat bermain sekaligus belajar bernyanyi, melakukan gerak secara fisik, bersenang Ã¢â‚¬â€œ senang dan bergembira serta bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya. Ditambah lagi lirik lagu dolanan yang mengandung pesan pendidikan moral yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari Ã¢â‚¬â€œ hari anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang pembelajaran lagu dolanan untuk menanamkan nilai karakter pada siswa SD Negeri Sekaran 01. Penelitin ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data, waktu dan sumber. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru selalu menekankan aspek karakter dengan menyisipkan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam materi pembelajaran. Dengan kata lain, guru selalu menyampaikan aspek karakter lewat pengembangan materi pada pembelajaran.

One of the diseases that is now considered a problem that has received enough attention from the government is HIV and AIDS. Talking about HIV and AIDS means it discusses health issues that are currently quite sensitive to talk about. This relates to the unique nature of this disease. Besides the case which is like an iceberg phenomenon, namely the spread of HIV and AIDS cases that cannot be predicted at the initial phase and also has not found a cure to cure it. The purpose of this study is to obtain in-depth data on the implementation of HIV/AIDS policies in the Model Health Center, whether the policies made by the government run well or not in the field. This research uses a qualitative research method with descriptive research type on June 28, 2019, by interviewing informants and distributing questionnaires. As for the total overall value of the Government Policy Implementation is 235. The value of the implementation of government policies, amounting to 78.33% of the 100% expected results. The overall total value of HIV and AIDS is 83. HIV/AIDS counts in the working area of the Exemplary Health Center, which is 92.22% of the 100% expected results. Conclusions policy implementation has been going well and has been socialized to the community and health services, people at risk and sufferers of HIV/AIDS in the work area of the Community Health Center already has its own organization where this organization is expected to help achieve the goals of this HIV/AIDS program, and to achieve this goal the Community Health Center conducts activities in the form of mobile clinics where the exemplary Community Health Center goes directly to conduct examinations to the community, and in terms of treatment for patients so far it can be said to be in good category and runs smoothly but there are obstacles where sufferers continue to do things that can trigger the development of the HIV virus although in addition patients continue to take drugs to inhibit and minimize the development of the HIV virus.

Nasyid extracurricular students at SMAIT Al-Multazam are students with a lack of musical experience but produce musical abilities to create nasyid works. The aim of this research is to find out and describe how the creative process of nasyid extracurricular students in creating nasyid works. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study of documents. The results of this study the creative process carried out by nasyid extracurricular students includes 4 stages, namely determining ideas, the process of creating nasyid lyrics, determining the chords in nasyid song lyrics, the method of composing chords on nasyid songs and the creation of a nasyid work. The conclusion is that the Nasyid extracurricular students are still in the learning stage but choose to pursue it to create a nasyid work so that it has a creative process to create nasyid works that can produce a work.

Abstract Village Facilitation Capacity is the ability to carry out activities / actions for community empowerment through assistance, organization, direction and facilitation of the Village. Village facilitation in the framework of implementing Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is very important in determining its success. Seeing the current condition of the village which is very heterogeneous in terms of quantity, quality or capacity and even the potential of natural resources and human resources is very varied, the role of village assistance in the framework of implementing the Village Law is very important in helping villages implement the mandate of the Village Law. The Village Facilitator is assigned to assist the Village in organizing Village development and empowering the Village community in Central Java. In terms of quantity, most villages currently do not have complete equipment as regulated in PP 43/2014 article 61-article 64. Meanwhile, the available capacity of the equipment still needs to be improved. Second, the quality of the preparation of the Village Development Planning document (RPJM Desa, RKP Desadan APB Desa). Based on PP 43/2014 articles 114-115 and PP 60/2014 article 20 it is mentioned that the use of Village Funds refers to the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) and the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes). Village Facilitators carry out the task of assisting Villages in the implementation of the Village Law in Central Java which includes, among others: a. assist the Village in planning, implementing, and monitoring Village development and empowering the Village community; b. assist the Village in carrying out management of basic social services, the development of the Village economic effort, the utilization of natural resources and appropriate technology, the construction of Village infrastructure, and the empowerment of the Village community; c. conduct capacity building for the Village Government, Village community organizations. The implementation of the Village Law is not only determined by the Village Facilitators, but also by the Village Government who has mastered the technical and financial management mechanisms that are trained, professionally and mastered in assisting village community empowerment programs assisted and facilitated by community facilitators. Research related to community empowerment strategy is taking case study in Kebonagung tourist village, Imogiri, Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to find the right form of empowerment strategy that aligned to the community. Qualitative research models through the instrument of observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data and facts that occurred in the community based on primary data and secondary data through data triangulation process. Interviews were conducted by researchers with determining the keyperson as resources that is the administrator of tourist village and the community. The strategies proposed in this research include cooperation strategy, cultural defection strategy, and conflict strategy through objective structural approaches as well as objective non-structural approaches. The results showed that community involvement on the existence of tourist village from various economic and socio-cultural aspects have positive impact even though not yet fully. Openness of employment and business opportunity occurred very positively on the participation of the community in the provision of accommodation facilities, but in the social and cultural aspects has not been maximized. Empowerment strategy recommended through this research in order to reach the economic and socio-cultural aspects of the maximum is more priority to the strategy of cooperation in accordance with the culture of rural communities. ABSTRACT Background: Malaria still becomes the worldâ€™s problem including in Indonesia. In the residence of Jepara, malaria is still endemic (annual parasite incident 2.28 â€°). Jepara is recognized as one of the endemic areass for malaria infection. The highest percentage of malaria in the resident of Jepara is Mayong (39.49 %). Meanwhile, malaria incidenceÂ is influencedÂ indeed by the environmental factors and the behavior of the society,Â including the role of the health cadres in controlling the environment. Methods: This research was an analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The independent variable was the environmental factors and the behavior of the help cadres in controlling the environment. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was the incidenceÂ of malaria. TotalÂ samples takenÂ were sixty-four respondents that came from eight villages of HCI areaÂ and eight villages fromÂ LCI areaÂ in Mayong Jepara. The data were analyzed by Spearman Rank Correlation. Results: The findingsÂ of the data analysis showedÂ that there was a significance correlation between the knowledge level and the application of the environmental control with the incidenceÂ of malaria, and there is no significance correlation between the environmental factor and the behavior in controlling the environment with malaria. Conclusions: The grade of environmental knowledge and practice are significant in correlationÂ with malaria incidenceÂ and are no significant correlation between environmental knowledge and practice withÂ the environmental factors. In a ship planning can not be separated from the planning of the ship launching process. A ship can glide perfectly if it has a high enough planning time and costs. The launch process itself is divided into several ways. The choice of this method needs to be considered because it relates to the budget and preparations made. The method used is the calculation according to the numerical approach assisted by computational software. In the first calculation it is planned with the slipway launch, and then the next one is planned with the airbags that have been implemented previously. The purpose of this study is to provide analysis results as a consideration in implementing the slipway and airbag ship launching method on KM ships. Belt Nusantara 72 measuring 2000 DWT. In steps 5 to 6, both the slipway and the airbags experience a stern lift condition with a value (yVd) of 1396.97 ton. Â Based on the economic analysis of the hours of people using airbags, there is a decrease in working hours by 44% when compared to the launch using a slipway. This also happened to work productivity where it was 84% more time effective. When viewed from an investment point of view, the use of slipways is actually more economical than airbag, the difference is 43% more economical using slipways. Both types of launch can be applied by looking at the economical side and the ability of each shipyard in carrying out the launching process and seeing the main size of the ship to be launched.
